I work full time in my job role with early morning starts on occasion. The unit includes its own internal laundry, and there are outdoor clothes lines available for use to share with other residents for the larger items such as bed sheet and towels. Foxtel access is set up in the lounge room. There is also an antenna cable in your room for rent (which only has access to the free to air channels and you will need to provide your own TV for your bedroom as well if you wanted to use this connection). The rent covers for all expenses with the exception of any pay for view items that you wish to purchase from Foxtel in the living room. The living area has a three seater, two seater lounge as well as a Freedom Lazy-Boy in the corner for quiet times if you like to read.
