Really great location for public transport (bus and train within 10 minutes walking) and only a 10-15 minute drive into the city. Air-conditioning in the living/kitchen, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and large courtyard with patio.
I have a spare room to rent out in my 2 bedroom clean and spacious townhouse. The room is decent sized with a queen bed and double built-in wardrobe. The bathroom upstairs is shared, but there is a 2nd toilet downstairs also. There is air-con in the living/kitchen area, although downstairs is mostly fairly cool so I don't tend to use it much. I don't currently have a TV in the lounge room, but if that's something you need, feel free to BYO. It has an open kitchen/lounge/dining, but I am in the process of making the garage (which is carpeted) into another living area so it's easier to have individual space when we want to. There is also a small space with a lounge upstairs to chill out. It is a great location for public transport, with bus and train within 500m and only a 10-15 minute drive into the city. Woolworths is less than a km away. Electricity/gas/water is included in your rent, and rent is somewhat negotiable for the right person.
Fully furnished 3 bedroom house, with separate living and dining areas and a private balcony. Less than a ten minute walk to the Moorooka shopping center and 5 minute walk to bus stop to CBD , Garden City and Sunnybank. Room for rent is furnished with a double bed and two door wardrobe and three set of drawers. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Rent is $150/ week which includes all bills (gas, electricity, internet)
Freshly renovated top floor apartment, fully furnished, classy modern apartment, own bedroom with built in wardrobe, balcony and bathroom. Apartment air con, unlimited internet, spa, city views, close to shops and public transport. Looking for young mature professional with full time work. Queen bed available for use! Rent negotiable.
American PhD student starting at UQ, been living in South Africa for the past 4 years. Nature/ocean nerd, love to surf and rock climb, don't mind doing dishes. Clean but not quite a neat freak, no particularly weird habits except I live off eggs and toast because I'm a terrible cook. I'm semi-veggie, big on recycling and composting but not militant about it, so if you eat lots of meat out of plastic packaging I won't judge you. Very much.
Hi my name is Jordon, im 24 and a fulltime electrician. Im a relaxed, clean, go-with-the-flow kind of guy. Enjoy time to myself as well as social environments. Like to indulge in all parts of life; games, fitness, going out and nature.
My name is Zachary I’m a 23 year old male and I am a second-year chiropractics student. I’m a clean and organised person who is just as comfortable socialising as I am keeping to myself. I was given one months notice (on the 21/03) to vacate my current premises due to the owners wanting to complete renovations. and I would prefer to move out around the week starting the 9th of April as that is my uni "break" I am open entirely to interrogation should you require any other questions answered. I'm looking for people that don't mind having a laugh, I will be a student as said before so other student would be great but as long as you are respectful of my need to study then that is fine too. Apart from that i'm pretty easy to get along with and will let you know if something is bothering me.
Hi folks! My name is Simon and I'm looking to rent a room on a short-term basis from early April until the end of May (I can be flexible with the exact dates if need be). I'm a friendly, considerate, non-smoking 36 year old professional (and online student!) who is about to move overseas to start my own business. I do a bit of driving for Uber in the evenings too, so I'll need a place to park my car (street parking is fine). I speak a few languages and am happy living in a multicultural house or apartment. I don't have any pets but I'm happy to live with people who do. If you have a bbq at your place I'm very happy to cook you up something awesome as well :-) I'm looking for something within a 10-15min drive of the CBD but I can be a bit flexible with that - my budget could be a little flexible for the right type of place too. I'll consider all types of accommodation as long as I have my own private room. Looking for a welcoming environment with no messy slobs or unnaturally obsessive neat-freaks; just nice, normal people. Happy to consider house-sitting as well. Hope to hear from you :-)
A clean and spacious modern, two bedroom apartment on a quiet street right off Beaudesert road, close to buses, trains and shopping. The room has its own access to a huge balcony that gets a pretty phenomenal sunset. Ensuite room, walk in wardrobe, plenty of room for a nice big bed. Neighbours are quiet but friendly, key access required for entry into the apartment building, so security is great. Air conditioning in bedrooms and main areas, but it's breezy from the wide balcony doors so you rarely need it. The apartment has one garage space that I am currently using, but on street parking is both close and safe. Kitchen has invection stove, microwave, dishwasher, all the regular appliances as well as a new coffee machine.
Clean guy. Love a beer after work and get along with all ages. Very cruisy. Work afternoon shift so never see me. Also a great cook. Love to socailise on weekends and am always fishing or riding on my time off. Just need a nice clean place with fun people to spend down time at. Have a 15 year old son that may stay some school holidays.
The house is fully furnished, including patio setting, and equipped (kitchen gear etc), with split-system air-con in the living room and ceiling fans in bedrooms. There's an array of bedroom furniture available for use, although only one mattress available. There's space in the lock-up shed for bicycles/motorbikes, as well as a single covered carport. The driveway is very narrow though - all but very small cars need to stay on-street. Moorooka train station is just 10 minutes walk (Beenleigh/Ferny Grove line), and there's many bus options, with a local circuit stopping right outside the neighbours' house. Rent is $145 or $155 per week, including all utilities and unlimited wifi. No couples or room-sharing, sorry. Upfront costs = $580 or $620, to cover two weeks rent (and you must stay two weeks ahead at all times), and security deposit equal to a further two weeks rent. While I retain sole control of the lease, all tenants are required to register with the real estate. This is just a matter of showing 100 points worth of ID, and evidence of income, as well as agreeing to a credit check to ensure you've not been blacklisted from renting in Queensland.
Hey, my name is Luke and I'm looking for a spacious yard for me and my human Viola. It might come with a room for storing her stuff in and where she could sometimes lay horizontal on the soft spongey thing. When she is at work in the Kombucha factory I spend my time chasing bugs, flies and cockroaches or simply relaxing since she's going to take me for runs in the evening! She is well socialized and often in the food room with the other humans having delicious smelling treats. So why not telling her to come over and introduce me?!

A bit of background to myself, born in Sydney, grew up in Brisbane. Generally keep to myself, although happy to chat and interact. I am the 'I' in LGBTIQA+ aka Intersex (someone born with a biological variation that isn't completely female or completely male) - just putting that out there now, as I've already experienced some discrimination from searching for a place to live, unfortunately, that was based on me being intersexed. I'm currently studying Mathematics at Queensland University of Technology and am working for a not for profit organisation (Organisation Intersex International Australia), I also volunteer my time once a week for a Federal MP. I am specifically after an ensuite room, close to public transport as I don't drive. As a side note, I've selected 'Female' in the form as I present and look female, but am still registered as a male on my ID cards and birth certificate (long story - but it's medical and intersex related).
I'm a respectable and responsible person who is tidy. I love music and reading. I work Mon-Frid full time. I have a jack russell and am a responsible pet owner. I'm looking for a fully fenced, pet friendly accommodation.
Hiya! I am just looking to find a place I can make home for a little while until I have the means to get a place by myself. I am really social, though sometimes prefer to hide after a long day talking to people at work. I am an apprentice hairdresser for Oscar Oscar and I work full time so between that and being out catching up with friends I don't have much time to be dwelling around the house but I am always friendly and always up for a chat. I do have a car but I don't mind much if I have to park on the street. My pay is the same every fortnight so no need to worry about me ever being short on money, and I don't drink much or smoke at all so no habits which anyone will be morally opposed to.
