$300/week•30 year old woman

Looking for a pet friendly share house (around $300 a week if possible), preferably around the North Lakes area as I need to find somewhere for me and my kitty. She is strictly indoors only.
Searching for either:
-Granny Flat
- Ensuite large room (so I can set up a desk to study at)
- Two rooms (one as my bedroom, other as my study room).
A bit about me,
-I’m 30 years old.
-I work as a residential youth worker part-time. There are often nights where I have to sleep at work as a part of my job.
- I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Social Work at QUT.
- I love horror films, thriller films, video games (ps5 player here!), I’m a massive lover of all animals (not much a fan of bugs though.)
-I love camping.
- I love art (although I’m terrible at it). I love going to the museums, cinema, theatre any of those types of things.
- I love going on adventures/ trips.
- I’ve lived in my fair share of places now and am a tidy and easy going person. I love to have a good chat but also respect the need for alone time.
-My kitty Sage also comes with references too. She’s a lovely dessexed female. Very friendly. Is okay with other cats, and small dogs.
