This humble little unit has recently had a bit of a face lift with freshly painted walls and new carpet laid. The hot water system was replaced at the beginning of 2017 so you don't have to worry about hot water! There is plenty of natural light and air movement with large windows in both bedrooms and the living area - though all are fitted with roller blinds should you want some privacy and/or darkened rooms. The bathroom is fitted with a shower only, with washing machine facilities also located in the bathroom. Out the back is a small cement courtyard with a washing line and out the front the garden beds have been pebbled over so there is no garden to maintain. You will have access to an undercover carport with plenty of other on street parking available. One of the friendly tenants in the building kindly takes out and brings in all the bins which means you'll never forget bin night! Best of all is its location! It is only 400m from the beautiful Mordialloc Beach (1.2km from the Pier), and an equal 1km from both Parkdale & Mordialloc train stations & shops! Between the two shopping strips, everything you could ever need is right on your doorstep from a supermarket, brunch spots, dinner of every cuisine, take-away joints, a bottle-o, somewhere to have a cheeky drink and froyo! If you need some retail therapy, Southland shopping centre, DFO Moorabbin and Costco are only a 10minute drive away. You are a half hour drive from the Mornington Peninsula and 45minutes to the City, or you can jump on a train and be in the city in under an hour (approx 45-50minutes)! You really have the best of every world! The house comes furnished, with the option of having your room unfurnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics - large fridge, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils. There are currently 2 lounges though I am trying to get rid of one as the lounge room is only small. As is the TV, so should you have a TV you'd like to bring to the household feel free! There isn't home internet connection as I pay a fortune for a large data plan on my phone. Payment of utilities will be agreed on prior to you moving in. Move in date is flexible any time before Christmas/New Year or after the silly season if that suits better. Photos of the property were taken when I first moved in - furnished photos available on request.
Im clean, for a guy anyway! I wash, i can cook. Im a law student and work at a criminal law firm. Slightly mental but heaps of fun. Too old for all night parties so something more low key suits. I run a busy schedule with personal life so i like my down time at home. Needs to be a sanctuary.
The room gets the morning sun. Roller blinds if you not into that. It fits a queen size bed. It has a storage closet. Extra storage avail in the garage. The unit was renovated recently. New appliances. Courtyard is great for entertaining. Fitted out with a bbq. AC in the house and heating. Walking distance to Mordialloc station, restaurants, bars and shops on main street. Aspendale beach and Mordialloc beach are also within walking distance. No major house rules.
I have a very broad range of interests (across many categories; music, movies, sports, current affairs etc). I’m easy to talk to, I actually like other people and I am not judgemental. I can bring with furniture, electronics, books; all the necessities. I am a social researcher by training and inclination.
Hey guys. I'm ryan, 31 year old pool builder and qualified landscaper. My pugalier Arnold is an absolute lad. He's almost 6 and loves to chill. Also enjoys watching David Attenborough haha. I work Bayside and love the beach. Always up for an adventure dinner or a walk. Arni and I are always out and about. Happy, positive personality make the most of any situation.
I am a very organised and clean person. I love to socialise, meet new people go on adventures and try all new things. However, I do appreciate my down time, and spending time alone in my own space. I just secured a full time job in Frankston, so will be looking to live closer to the area, as I currently rent in St Kilda. I absolutely love the beach and the vibes of beach areas.
Super neat, tidy & organised. Experienced with sharehouse situations. Full time tradie and dj on weekends, so not at home too much, or sleeping :)

Hey I am Madi! I'm 24, work at a sick cafe in Sandy and Study Film at Waverly. I love film, music, coffee, drinks, walks, the beach, the sunshine and many, many other things, a cliche I know! I am at work and school a lot, so during the day i'm not home much, aside from holidays. I like to get an early nights rest throughout the week but i've never had trouble with other housemates being too loud and doubt it would become an issue in the future. I smoke. *spoiler alert. I enjoy a pleasant looking house and appreciate people cleaning up after themselves. I always do my dishes, I don't steal other peoples food, and I pay my bills on time. *I like to do the housework with fun music playing* I think I would be well suited to a house full of people who enjoy socialising as a house every now and then but also live their own lives. Ambition, positivity, laughter, independence and communication are all qualities I hope my housemates will have. I come with enough furniture for my own room, maybe more, and I can offer a fridge if required. I don't think I'm hard to get along with, some call me nice, some even call me funny. So long as you don't start your sentences with 'i'm not a racist but'-we should get along just great. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or if you'd like to meet. Thanks heaps! -Madison.

Hi, I'm Mel. I'm a happy and driven individual who works part time whilst growing my own business. I am clean and tidy and respectable of other's belongings. I like my own space but enjoy some good company and an occasional good chat. Love cooking, walks on the beach and yoga. I have an 11 year old Multese-Shitzu who is fully house trained and loves cuddles.
