I have lived in share houses before and have always respected peoples’ space and belongings, and paid bills/rent on time. I’m known for being very clean, neat, tidy and organised. I would like to find a light-filled place, preferably walking distance to the beach, which is easy to clean and maintain, has a good size kitchen and living spaces, and ideally has a small backyard as I babysit a friend’s gorgeous dog somewhat regularly.
