Ideally I would like 2 rooms, one for the bed and one as a study (I am always studying something) and my own bathroom/toilet. It is a fairly generously sized, wonderfully clean and low maintenance 4x2 home, located in Morley. The house is fully furnished, except for the last remaining bedroom that is on offer. The room has a decent sized built in wardrobe. The bathroom will be shared between 2-3 house mates depending on the suitability of the house mates. My home is situated on the rear lot behind another house - so no frontage - meaning no lawns to mow and minimal garden to upkeep! This also means we have a fair bit of privacy. Parking on the driveway and on the street will be available. The house has a small paved, sweet pretty courtyard - great for entertaining. I have a barbecue you are welcome to use and a Webber too. There's a pot-bellied chiminea for a wood fire in the colder months as well. There’s an outdoor fridge, for drinks to go in when entertaining, and a chest freezer for overflow storage. Each section of the house can be closed off, handy if you want some separation from the dining room or lounge room activities. There is ducted, evaporative air conditioning throughout the house, and a gas heater in the lounge room for winter. I don't have a dryer for the laundry, but the washing machine I have is new and available for use by everyone. The outdoor line gets plenty of the breeze and sunshine to dry your clothes quickly. Close to Morley Galleria and bus stops, and a local shopping centre (Woolies/Coles, various fast food joints) are in walking distance too. Rooms are available for rent at $170 per week including internet, electricity and gas.

THE HOUSEMATES 2 late 20's professionals (one male and one female) who are very social and friendly, clean and tidy, love to cook (and eat), drink wine, hang out with friends, keep fit, play touch and soccer, and have fun. ALSO, two pooches, Nitro and Peanut, who are allowed inside (not on the furniture) when someone is home. Very well house trained dogs and you wouldn't have any responsibility over them at all. The air con can be shut off in the zones/rooms not being used, thus saving on power. I also have a gas heater that warms the entire house. There is crim safe security on all the doors and windows on the front of the house plus the back doors. I have a 1 year old pure breed Ragdoll who has the best personality.
