I have had two beautiful cats both two years old but one just passed away less than 2 weeks ago due to being hit by a car. I have a tabby left and she is absolutely gorgeous, friendly, clean and toilet trained. I am a clean person. I can't sleep at night if my bedroom or the house is a mess. I like wine, cats and karaoke. I spend a lot of time with family or friends and tend to stick to myself in my bedroom when I am home.. unless I have awesome housemates that are worth socialising with 😜 I will be getting into fulltime work but definitely can pay my way, clean, cook etc. I am interested in a share house or even getting my own place if someone is willing to sign a lease with me. I am a mining engineer and I moved from Brisbane to Perth about a year ago for a FIFO job. My roster is week on week off. When I am around, I enjoy being a part of a household, and being friends with my housemates. That said, I know everyone has their own lives so I'm good at giving space if that's what you're after! I like playing sports such as Gaelic football and tennis, and going rockclimbing. I also like having lazy nights at home, cooking with a glass of red and watching movies or TV shows and reading (especially fantasy or historical fiction). While I am definitely not a party animal, I do like to have friends over for a games night or dinner, or have our own 'family' dinners! I am also very keen to see more of what Perth and the surrounding areas have to offer, especially going camping and four wheel driving. It would be ideal if my new housemates would be interested in joining me for some of this! Ideally, I would love to live somewhere with a spare room or with housemates who don't mind the occasional visitor on the couch, in case my interstate friends or family manage to find their way to this side of the country. It is a fairly generously sized, wonderfully clean and low maintenance 4x2 home, located in Morley. The house is fully furnished, except for the last remaining bedrooms that are on offer. The room has a decent sized built in wardrobe. The bathroom will be shared between 2-3 housemates depending on the suitability of the housemates. My home is situated on the rear lot behind another house - so no frontage - meaning no lawns to mow and minimal garden to upkeep! This also means we have a fair bit of privacy. Parking on the driveway and on the street will be available. The house has a small paved, sweet pretty courtyard - great for entertaining. I have a BBQ you are welcome to use and a Webber too. There's a pot-bellied chiminea for a wood fire in the colder months as well. There’s an outdoor fridge, for drinks to go in when entertaining, and a chest freezer for overflow storage. Each section of the house can be closed off, handy if you want some separation from the dining room or lounge room activities. There is ducted, evaporative air conditioning throughout the house, and a gas heater in the lounge room for winter. I don't have a dryer for the laundry, but the washing machine I have is new and available for use by everyone. The outdoor line gets plenty of the breeze and sunshine to dry your clothes quickly. Close to Morley Galleria and bus stops, and a local shopping centre (Woolies/Coles, various fast food joints) are in walking distance too.
