Hello prospective flatmate! I am looking to teamup and get a new place with someone or share accommodation with an existing home. I am well versed in the arts of share housing and make a great flatmate. I am neat, friendly, warm, respectful and have a sense of adventure (I like to learn and try new hobbies). I am more than willing to share household chores, I work full time in the health care sector and I always pay my share of bills on time. I also come with a washing machine, fridge and lounge suite so will need some room to put them. I like to game, watch movies, hang with friends and explore different suburbs and love going on day trips on the weekend to places I've never been before.
Available 8 June. This is 2 bedrooms separated with a door. Entry to the second bedroom is from the first bedroom. This would be a great opportunity for 2 friends who wish to live together, but want their own space and rooms. We have a double bed in one room at the moment. We can install another bed in the second room. The house is located just a 2 minute walk from shops and 5 minute walk from the train station. The house has natural sunlight during the day. 2 outdoor entertainment areas. 2 separate televisions rooms. Your bedroom has a lock and key. You may have use of everything in the kitchen and laundry.
Hi future flatmate! My name is Allen (24 y/o). I'm looking for a flat for me and my mate, Claude (25 y/o), who is coming to Sydney by mid-June. We are both software engineers. I'm working in the CBD and Claude will be in the same area as me. We are looking to rent a place on a long-term basis and would like to be friends with our future flatmates. Preferences would be: - Furnished - Private Room - Near the station - Along the T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line suburbs or within the city - Friendly flatmates. We will respect your privacy but we would also like to interact with you and maybe go on food trips, movies, or the casual beer every now and then If you have a place or is keen to team-up, please let me know. :) Again, Claude will be arriving mid-June so I hope that's ok. Thank you! -Allen
I'm a full time worker, mostly nights so I would love a roommate who is working shifts. I do love to have nights in and love to go out to dinner, very into fitness and healthy eating. Have own form of transport, I will be looking for an apartment or house to rent but looking for roommates to share with, I am very easy to get along with, clean tidy and can cook and bake added bonus 💯

Hi Guys, My names Lauren and I'm 18 years of age. I'm hoping to move into a place pretty soon and I'm a very tidy and organised housemate. I'm pretty chill but I love music and sports as well as reading and my own personal fitness. I have a great sense of humour and enjoy being a social bird but I also do enjoy my own down time and am very aware of people's personal space. I don't mind doing chores and cleaning plus I'm a great listener. I am currently studying Social Work as well as working part time in the disability sector. This will be my first move from home - so a scary but exciting move and I'm looking for a happy, good vibing home to make this experience the best it can be. Cheers :)
I love living in this flat because I am so close to whatever I need. Shopping centre: 10 minutes on public transport. City: 30 minutes by train. Food: 5 minutes' walk will take me to any number of restaurants in Mortdale. On top of that, it's just a nice place to live physically. Fresh carpet, open rooms, it's a calming flat to live in.
