Our property is really convenient. The area is safe and close to public transport. The house is so large that having four tenants isn’t an issue at all – we are very rarely home at the same time anyway. The house is modern and has all indoor and outdoor furniture required. The bedrooms come unfurnished so you can furnish it the way you prefer. The master bedroom comes complete with everything you need from privacy to comfortability. Has it's own private balcony, ensuite, air conditioning, timber flooring and a built-in wardrobe with full length double mirrors. This room is so big it can fit a king size bed with two bedside tables, a 1-2 seater couch, a tv unit and a dresser. - Plenty of unlimited street parking available - Separate laundry room - Kitchen includes quality stainless steel appliances and reliable white goods - Marble and granite tiling throughout the premises - Outdoor BBQ entertainment area in private backyard - Unlimited, wireless internet connection is available - Smoking is permitted but limited to outside only
Hi, Just looking for a clean place to stay for a few months for a change from existing. Place must be free from water leaks and water water damage in past or present due to health issues relating to those. Something not too old as well. Ideally looking for someone who doesn't use harsh cleaning chemicals, fragrances, etc as i need a low toxic lifestyle for a while. Non smokers only please. I'm considerate, respectful and reliable. I dont drink or smoke and dont have a pet to bring with me.

Room- Room is massive, with enough space for a king bed easy. There are built in wardrobe but it's missing a door, though there's still plenty of shelving. The air conditioner keeps you cool in the summer. Note- The photos are drab as shit on account of my phone, not the place itself. Location- Aldi is about 20 metres away, you can walk to the front door in less than a minute. The plaza is a 5 minute walk and has Woolies, a doctors, pharmacy, dentist, etc. Situated just off Canterbury Road, there's plenty of places for a feed within walking distance. There's a pub a few minutes walk down and across the road. Ashfield Plaza is about a 15 minute bus ride away. Transport- While there is parking on the street if you have a car, you won't need one. House is a 3 minute walk from Canterbury station (30 minutes to central). 3 minute walk to the bus stop for the starting point for the 428 to Martin Place (passes through Newtown, USYD, Haymarket, etc) and 445 Campsie-Balmain (passes through Leichhardt). Across the road is the stop for the 491 Hurstville- Five Dock (passes through Ashfield). You can also use the 428 and you'll be at Dulwich Grove Light Rail in 5 minutes. The House- The house has 3 bedrooms but one of them is a sort of detached upstairs area which you won't normally see as that's Zoe's room. The lounge room is big and there's a piano in there for anyone brave enough. Bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Kitchen is large and the stove is pretty fancy for the masterchefs. Washer and dryer in the laundry. There's also an extremely affectionate cat running around.

The property is really close to the Sydney Airport, so if you're an avid traveller or have to travel for work, this spot would come in handy. No more than 10 minutes walk from the train station, so very easy to get to the CBD. We have a great view of the park just across the street, no other buildings blocking the view. To keep us entertained, we have Foxtel and (at a lesser note) Optus TV, also a BBQ on the balcony. To keep us healthy, we have a gym and swimming pool available.
