Hi. I am Anatacia but prefer to be called Annie for short, 37yo, female, from the Philippines and works as a test analyst for as long as I remember :) I will soon be moving to Sydney on a long term sponsored temporary visa with guaranteed employer upon arrival this Sept 3 and I am actively looking for an awesome place to call home during my stay. I am a friendly Filipina with high regard for tidyness and independence. I am very outgoing and love to travel. I will be working full time but wouldn't mind meeting new people and having chit chats at the end of a busy day. I also respect other people's privacy and quiet time as I want others to do the same to me. I also love pets. I have 3 dogs (a handsome chowchow and 2 sweet shih tzus), 5 cats and a fish in the Philippines so I wouldn't mind living with pets. I would love to take dogs for a walk and can help in taking care of them :)

Currently working with St VIncent's Hospital's Homeless Health Service (shift work) while studying part time. Prefer a share house but will accept a unit if it is spacious and quiet. Feel free to contact.

Currently live with Rusty; my 6 year old staffy (dog) so you must be dog friendly!!!!!! Rusty also takes care of security around the house. Currently I am living with 1 flatmate, female. Have been since Jan 2016. Unfortunately the other one decided to move out after 1 year of renting with me so now the Second Bedroom is available for rent. looking to move asap!! Also I have a mini groodle pup who would be coming with me. I've a very social person but also respect others time and space. I am currently working full time
Working 3 jobs ATM so you won't have to put up with me that much. Firefighter, Hotel Manager and Security Supervisor. Along with that I'm somehow an aspiring full time musician, but it's only acoustic so don't worry no loud amps. Non smoker (smoke when I drink) which leads me to my love of wine, but no alco. Clean, tidy and 'a very friendly guy' (so my last tinder date told me). Looking for a private room, but other then that the place must be socialable yet respectful of own space. Newtown preferred location.
I'm 27 year old, non-smoker working full time for a busy marketing and fundraising agency. I'm very career driven and when I'm not working I'm spending time with family and friends, outdoors and out and about around Sydney. I'm very laid back, friendly and easy to get along with. I enjoy a glass of wine on the weekend but am definately not a party animal. I am however animal friendly (particularly a dog lover! Even though I don't have my own). I would love to live with a flatmate / s who respect each other's privacy but don't mind a little bit of socialising. I'm very trustworthy, honest, clean and tidy, and am happy to clean and contribute to all household chores. I grew up in the St George and Sutherland shire area and would love to stay close to friends and family. I would prefer a room that has enough room for a queen bed and small desk, however this is not essential. Ideally I'd like to commit to 3-6 months with the intent to stay on from thereafter is everything goes well! :) I am open to any suburb within the shire not just the above suburbs (heathcote, engadine, gymea, menai, illawong, Bangor, janalli, Caringbah, Sylvania as well as Oatley, Hurstville, blakehurst etc). I need to move before the 20th of August at the latest. Please feel free to message me for anymore q's or if you think your property may be for me!
Hi im Sarah, I work full time, im a friendly and respectful person looking my own full property or studio to rent within 10 minutes walking distance to the train station.
Im friendly, neat and tidy, work full time and almost never home on the weekends. I like to keep busy and active and I am looking for flatmates with similar living values!
The house has 3 bedrooms, laundry, open plan lounge area and a nice little back yard. It's 5 mins walking to Roselands shoping centre and Roselands aquatic centre. Nice and famous gym is just next door. Closest train station is about 10 to 15 mins walking, otherwise the bus stop is just in front of the house.
Recently moved back to Sydney from Wollongong. Been working full time as an electrical engineer for the past 8 months whilst completing my degree, so I'm looking to move closer to work. I'm a laid back, tidy and active. When I'm not at work, I'll usually be at rugby or catching up with family and mates. I'm quite a social person so I don't mind hanging around home having a chat, helping out, cooking a feed for the entire crew or just having a few drinks. But when its time for some R&R, you'll find me sleeping for most of it. Have lived with a number of people beforehand and still keep in touch with them all, even if they have moved to all ends of the Earth. So it'd would be great to move in with folk that I can continue this with. If you do have any other questions, please do just ask away :)
im a very friendly south american man ive been in aus for about 5 years now the people that i will leave with its for important than the house itself as not a a robo type of guy, life is busy at times but we can still be nice to each other cheers
I've been living in Sydney since March and my lease just ran out, I'm currently working in mascot and have lots of friends by bondi junction so would like to live closer to one of these areas. I'm British but originally from nz, I usually keep to myself but I will join in with drinks or anything else that people might want to do. I'm ideally looking for a place that has two rooms free as I have another British mate that is also looking but this is not essential and he can find his own place of need be.
Aucklander making the move across the ditch to Sydney! Would love a flat with a down to earth bunch of social people.
I am an easy-going and fun loving international student, and also a part-time worker. I enjoy having a good time inside or outside the house whenever I am less busy. I love listening to music a lot (RnB, Hip-Hop, Rap, you name it). I also enjoy playing Badminton and Pool/Snooker. I seriously love watching and playing soccer. In fact, I am an avid supporter of the great Manchester United FC. I also love going for any exciting and interesting events available. I love honest people of good behaviour that will make the house enjoyable at all times and not causing chaos of any sort.
