Finished uni about 6 months ago and just started as a graduate lawyer in the city. I have lived in Sydney my whole life. Polite and considerate of others. I live clean, tidy and I try to stay organised. I'm never in the way but always available to a good chat and a laugh. I like to take advantage of the weekends, heading out, seeing my friends or family, because the week is almost always a grind. I also play soccer, but I'm not any good at it. Looking forward to moving closer to work to make my life easier on those early start/late night days! Cheers :)
I am pretty quiet, work long hours mo-thu in Mosman as a Nanny and also work from home on my online business at night and over the weekend sometimes. I am currently living on my own but like to give my social life a little boost so hoping to find a cosy, clean home with some happy flatmates to share a meal or drink sometimes. I like to be out in nature, markets , exploring, traveling , go for nice food, the movies etc. But also like chilled nights/ weekends at home. I am respectful tidy and organised :-)
This unit has great views of Balmoral Beach and is close to all required amenities, an easy bus ride to the CBD also. The room is unfurnished however the rest of the apartment is furnished. There is some room in the linen cupboard and kitchen to store some items such as pots and pans for cooking. The room would fit a queen bed and some other furniture. Parking is available on the surrounding streets.
First of all its a studio. I am sorry, but flatmates doesnt have studios in the checklist. A studio is a big apartment with a whole kitchen (not kitchenette), bathroom and balcony. So i pay 370$/week for the real estate agency for this studio. +15$/week elec and internet. Having this amount to pay, i decided, wow, i am not here to pay for the land lord, because i am here to save and travel. So, i decided to share my Studio. I already sleep on Yoga mat, seriously 😌, i like it on the floor. And i will rent my bed ( queen size) I am not some weirdo 🙃🙃🙃 i am cool guy but i need someone to share bills and cant be bothered to wait till i find a partner. Or i don't wanna go partner at this stage of my life. I dunno. The bills come up every week and i just took this place recently, and looking for a Roommate Move as soon as possible Why am i asking for girl? because they are cooler. i had a flatmate in Australia a guy in another 2 bedroom house and he was doing drugs, he had me on a big bond, it was aweful. Worst time of my life and wont try guys anymore Close to the beach and the city for 180$, Tell me, what you can afford, i won't mind. I am engineer, and can fully afford the rental on my own but i need to save to travel 🙃 . I work full time from 5 am to 8 pm. I just use the house to trash. On weekends i am on the beach with friends. So u wont see me. 20 mins max to the city by bus 24/7. Bus station under the house literally Or 10 min walk to the ferry, and joyful ferry to the cbd 7 mins walking to the beach all you need Cool egyptian pharaonic fellow who is here in australia since one year and wants to stay 3 more years to fly away with the passport and live in dubai 🙃
Hi everyone, I'm a 28 year old product design professional from Denmark, who's moving to Sydney in mid-April (willing to take over a lease on April 1st or after). I'm an easygoing person who likes to socialise, but am also quiet, responsible and tidy:) The 6 month preferred stay length listed is flexible, so don't let that be a deciding factor :) I can provide references from previous Canadian and Danish landlords. I have experience sharing homes with others and with renting out my own places in Denmark, so I'd like to say that I know how to make things run smoothly :) You can call me a passionate cook, a design enthusiast, a crazy bicyclist, a creative type, a nature lover, an international and a very calm and pleasant character. I love to fix and improve things and I'll also be out lots to explore the city and see what sports activities the local nature has on offer. Before I move to Sydney in mid-April – my Australian girlfriend (Doctor at Royal North Shore Hospital) can check out rooms for me, in case it becomes relevant. She has her own place in Neutral Bay, so I'm what you get :) We can also chat via Skype, FaceTime or similar. Looking forward to hearing from you! Thanks guys
My name is clare. A postgraduate psychology student who loves health, fitness and meeting new people. I've just started a new position with Northern Sydney Local Health District and will be working part-time across a number of different hospital sites. I'm friendly, social and house trained haha (just to clarify...I love cooking, am tidy and respectful of other flatmates & more than happy to help with cleaning etc). I always enjoy meeting new people but also respect other peoples space and privacy (we all need our down time to recharge!). I don't smoke but do enjoy a cheeky drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a property that has it's own ensuite/bathroom and although I love animals I'm allergic to cats. I enjoy the movies, theatre, fitness and experiencing different cuisines/restaurants in Sydney, in fact I'm hoping that whoever I end up living with would become a lifelong friend. Clare x
Hey, I am a 31 (almost 32) year old single young professional who is relocating from Newcastle to Sydney for work for 12 months, starting approx. start of April 2017. I work as a lawyer for a NSW state government department in Newcastle, and am taking on a slightly different role in Sydney CBD on secondment. I will probably be working a lot, but also love being active (running, gym, exploring), good food, wine and coffee, and meeting new people. I am excited for a 12 month adventure back in Sydney where I have lived before but not for a number of years! I will likely return to Newcastle on a number of weekends with things on etc, however I am also excited to get back into the Sydney lifestyle. I am clean, considerate of others and respect other people and their things. Please get in touch if you think I could be a good fit! Cheers

Hello there, my name is Sachi and I’m a 30 year old professional working as a Business Analyst in St Leonards. I LOVE to travel [in fact I think I’m addicted to it :)], dance and discovering new genres of music. I’m also involved in community work and volunteer 1 day a week. The Beach is my happy place (a lover of Snorkelling) and I love beautiful sunny days :) I’m looking for a friendly, considerate and mature person with a positive attitude to life. Someone who is clean and tidy is important because…. Let’s be honest no one likes to live in a messy house :) I’m a strong believer in the saying “ it’s not the 4 walls that make it a home, it’s the people living in it", and therefore would love to meet a new flattie who has a similar view :) Other than that, I’m a clean, tidy and very easy going person. You’ll always hear me playing my jazz/ bossa nova/ soul music (not loud, though) and enjoying the simple things in life such as travelling!! :)
Living in shared accommodations in the UK, France, Spain, Canada and Australia I am a great and respectful flatmate. My perfect home is a calm and friendly place with open-minded, friendly flatmates. Preferably females only. I love traveling, languages (speaking 4), learning about different cultures, volunteering, being in nature and dancing mostly Salsa. I am a social person but I also like my quiet me time. If my flatmate turns out to become a friend that would be a big plus ,-)
I'm a chill bloke with 4 years experience living in share houses. Love cooking, sharing beers, socialising, but also enjoy leading my own life. Looking for a house with 3+ people (in total), off street parking for my bike, and friendly housemates who are comfortable leading independent lives, and catching up when we're hanging around.
Just a quick about me: - My name is Melissa - 30 year old female - Work full time Mon- Fri in North Sydney and the occasional wekend - Looking to share a place that feels like a home for 6-12 months. I'm tidy and respectful of other people's space. I love to cook but I also like to find new places to dine. My favorite place to be is the beach, I currently live a 10 min walk from Balmoral so for me staying in the area is ideal. Friday nights for me consist of some good food, and winding down with a book and glass of wine.

Hi! I am a fun loving, bubbly girl who loves nothing more than a chat over a glass of wine after a long days work. I'm an office manager and I moved to Sydney from Adelaide just under a year ago now. I like to hang at the beach, workout and catch up with friends :)
I'm a communications/marketing executive who loves keeping fit, indulging in a good chat, chilling out with a glass of wine (or two) a binge session of netflix. On the weekend I'm a social being - checking out the latest rooftop bars with friends, hanging by the beach or snuggling up with a book. My adorable kitten Petey also loves a good cuddle and is excellent company! We're both tidy flatmates and can guarantee long-term good company complete with laughs (mostly at Pete, cause he's still a derpy kitten who falls off things regularly). I'd love to find another person to share a flat with who is also friendly, clean and tidy. Looking forward to hearing from you!
