The property is located in the heart of Mosman Village. You will find everything you need just few minutes walking, including the stunning Balmoral Beach. We have a bus stop one block from the unit with connections at Spit Junction for any part of Sydney. The city is only 15 min by bus and you will have the option to take a Ferry, Mosman Bay is less than 10min walking. Mosman is beautiful, peaceful, elegant and safe. What I love most about this flat is that actually you will feel like living in a house, it is so comfortable with a great space, very charming and quiet. The neighborhood is friendly. Its just an amazing place to call home : ) * The street is full of houses which makes very easy to find space to park your car. * A double or queen bed fits perfectly in the room. * For movie lovers we have a very nice Smart TV and home theater in the living room whit Netflix plus apple TV. * My rent is paid monthly every first day of the month. Be aware that to move in 1 October you have to pay $1240 for rent plus $25 for wifi and $560 bond.
Hi! We're two friends, Katie (26) and Emma (25), Katie is from England on a working holiday and Emma is from Australia. We're looking for a 3rd female to team up with us and find a place ideally in North Sydney, Mosman, Neutral Bay, Marrickvile, Newtown, Alexandria or Surry Hills. Emma works full time in North Sydney and Katie is looking for hospitality or office work. We're clean, tidy, respectful and fun flatmates who like to go to the beach, stay active by going to the gym and pilates and for walks, explore new places, go out for food and drinks and watch TV series/films. We'd love to hear from you if you have similar interests and are looking for a place in one of these areas too! :)
Room 1 is quite spacious and can fit in two people. Room 2 is just a little bit smaller. We can negotiate prices to turn it the two into a shared room. Rooms have dimmable lights and a fan. Hey! I am a 28 year old female Australian. I work overseas as an EA on superyachts but like to have Sydney as my base during my time off. I am looking to move in from the 28th September or a dash later ('m flexible) for at least one month. By way of personality I am friendly, easy going, social & in terms of share house I am clean/tidy/respectful etc etc. I am looking for a furnished room for the month. Give me a shout if you might have something available. Also, I will be back here throughout the year - so could be a repeat customer! :)
Cuz Im working at cafe restaurant, I sleep and wake up early. It means im not a party person, but I don't mind if you are. And I lived in flat house for some years in NZ, US. So I know tidy&clean is key and I am.
- working fulltime in the city - studying CA part time - usually out on the weekends (hiking, beach, soccer, cycling etc.) - clean - don’t cook often - don’t drink or smoke - looking for long term (6 months+) Looking for a place ideally: a) close to a train station b) private bathroom c) two bedroom apartment (sharing with one person or a couple) Lastly, I’m on a week-by-week contract at my current place. As such, no urgency to find a new place and I am flexible with the move in date. If I find a place I like, I can move in ASAP :)
Hi, we’re looking for somewhere to live in Sydney until late March. We’re here on a working holiday and I’m also playing cricket for a local club. I left the Royal Navy last year after 5 years, and Emily has just finished university. Looking forward to enjoying a summer in Sydney!
French guy moving to Sydney to work for a year. I’m good at cooking :D love music, food, drink, travel, i like to visit places and enjoy life with my mates ;D
I’m a northern beaches girl who works full time in an executive role and due to work and other commitments I’m often only home one or two nights a week and a little on the weekends so you might not see me much! I am really easy going and get along with everyone and am a good mix of sociable and quiet. I may be 40 but I look and act 30 so happy to share with younger flatmates but not really looking for a party house :)
