Easy-going, enjoy being social but also enjoy my own space. Love to cook, keep things clean and keep active: yoga, trail runs, ocean, cycles etc. I am a teacher, so silence is golden, especially during the week. I am still new to Sydney, having only relocated here for work a few weeks ago. Originally from South Africa but have lived in a few countries in the last 8 years. Looking for a flat share or one or two people to team up with from about mid-to-end of December.
Hi I'm Nic and I'm looking to move back to Sydney after several years living in Forster on the Mid-North Coast. I'm studying a bachelor of business part time by correspondence to keep me busy. I'd say that I'm driven but also certainly know how to enjoy my down time with cooking or reading a good book. I'm also into cars, property and travel and I'm always looking to meet new people or pick up a new hobby. I do have all the furniture for a one bedroom flat so it would be great if that could be accomodated, but I can sell what is not required if necessary. I would prefer an unfurnished bedroom.
Beautiful 2 bedroom furnished apartment overlooking the picturesque Mosman Bay. Large room with mirrored built in's and plenty of floor space and storage available for rent which can be offered furnished ($350pw) or unfurnished ($325pw) with a shared bathroom, use of a fully equipped gas kitchen, appliances, use of washer and dryer. The apartment is carpeted throughout, has a tranquil feel and is in a very peaceful area with easy access to harbour side walking tracks. Easy access to public transport with the Ferry just one minutes walk away with direct access to the CBD and buses direct to North Sydney. Sharing a flat can be pretty cosy sometimes so I think it it important to genuinely get along, be friendly, perhaps grab the occasional coffee without living in each others pocket. Looking to share with a healthy, friendly, like minded female who is clean, tidy, mindful and considerate. Please note the weekly rent is plus bills which includes internet (monthly $35 each), gas and electricity (quarterly roughly $100 each and can be paid in instalments if easier).
Moved to Sydney at the start of the year from Noosa. I run my own tennis coaching business and also coach at a club in Rose bay. 6-12 months preferred stay Very clean and tidy and not afraid of a bit of housework. I like to keep fit and healthy while playing tennis, soccer and the occasional hit of golf. Love cars and racing them however my race car is in Noosa so I travel up there often. Love meeting new people however I'm not the party animal most would except from a single 25 yr old in Sydney. Absolutely love cats and dogs so if you have any I can happily help you look after them:)
Lovely Queen size bedroom with queen bed in large 3 bedroom apartment to share in Raglan Street Mosman. 5-10min walk to shops, gym, cafes, restaurants, ferry and bus to city & North Sydney. Also a bus stop to ferry at front door. There is an open well equiped kitchen, separate lounge & dining areas, a sunroom and shared bathroom. Easy Street parking available
Hi, I'm Supriya. I'm a civil engineer in my twenties, working full time in the city in the financial services. I'm friendly, easy going and respectful of others. On weekends I spend time catching up with family and friends and enjoying the outdoors. I'm looking for easy going, sociable and considerate people who take pride in their home and keep it clean and tidy.
The best thing about living in Mosman is that it truly is a beautiful place.. there is the best of everything.. the city is 15 mins away.. manly is 15 mins away..Taronga Zoo is quite literally 3 mins away.. shops and cafes are everywhere.. it is the unsung hub of sydney! This flat is one of seven and all the neighbors here are friendly and often have a chat in the hallways.. There are the most amazing walks around Mosman... balmoral beach is a 5 min drive from here and the ferries are on the same street! pretty fabulous place to live! We have views out our windows and it is really quiet around here! The room is small, (2.5 x 3.5) it has a window and a floating shelf.. my current housemate has a white ikea wardrobe in the room which she is happy to leave in the room for a fee. Note: This is a very "cosy" flat... No pets.. sorry gals!
I am a professional engineer running my own business from overseas. For project work I need to stay in Sydney for a few months. I am a clean and tidy person, who has lived in share houses already. I ma not a party person but I am very social and love having a chat with anyone and do not mind having a Friday night drink either.
Hi there My apartment is very elegant-in an Art Deco style. It is beautiful! I am also fortunate to have great neighbours. The bus stop to the city is a two minute walk away! There is a lovely outdoor space that I share with my neighbour too.
Sane and sorted professional guy recently separated. I'm very outgoing, in my fifties and keep fit. Love food and wine. Have lived in the area for 20 years so very "acclimatised" and have lots of friends in Mosman/Cremorne. Looking to move immediately. Haven't done the flat share thing for a long time but I'm very house trained. Hope to hear from you soon. Cheers Ian
Hey I'm Leon, I'm usually social and outgoing, but I can end up spending heaps of time writing and reading, working on scripts and editing, practising cinematography and directing actors. Dance monkey, dance! I keep fit and healthy - I don’t drink or smoke anymore, and I no longer see the weekend as a 2 day bender - I’m focusing on other goals. But I still love to have fun and do adventurous stuff on the weekends, its just shifted slightly, more to nature and outdoors, rather than those ol' smoky bars and dance floors. In between film work I work contract IT jobs for those gold doubloons. If you like escape rooms, then please swipe right :) Looking forward to meeting you.
Right on the border of Cremorne Point, Mosman and Neutral Bay, in a stunning art deco apartment with an old school charm and character. One of only 8 in the block, the room is spacious and has an additional sun-room attached at the end, that can be used as a study, art space, storage space or whatever you like! Wooden floorboards, high ceilings, victorian style windows, picture railings and a huge communal entertainment courtyard with BBQ's, table and laundry. What's not to love. Shops, cafes, restaurants are literally at the doorstop (cafe, petrol station, chemist, liquor store, friendly grocer) as well as major supermarkets just up the road. Balmoral beach is a 5 min drive, The Orpheum is just at the top of the road, Cremorne Point reserve is a 3 min walk and it takes a breezy 8 mins to get into City by Ferry or Bus, with stops right outside or a short stroll up to Military rd, depending on choice of transport. Bills include all utlities and unlimited internet, $20 p/wk

I'm looking to move closer to work and social opportunities in Sydney, I'm originally from the Central Coast. I work full time in a library and I'm also studying online for a masters of information studies. I have a lot of interests such as writing, music, art, and fire twirling. I enjoy playing music, so if you have a piano I will definitely use it! I enjoy board games nights and hanging out with friends, but I also need a lot of quiet down time as well. I'm looking to make more friends, especially those within the arts community. Ideally I would love to live in an artistic household, but being around any people pursuing their passions is a priority for me. I'm the type of person who likes a tidy environment and I understand the murderous 'dirty dishes' rage that can be induced by housemates. I respect my environment and possessions a lot and would expect the same attitude in others as well. I can also bring a fair amount of house items with me if needed. My only drawback (no I won't fire twirl inside the house) is that I do have a cat and a rabbit. The cat at least as has to come with me, so a pet friendly property with a room that has floorboards/tiles is essential. I have rented previously with both animals and had no problems.
I am a long haul flight attendant. I am a non-smoker, I don't throw parties. I respect privacy and personal space, due to work schedule, I need a quiet place to rest during day time to recover myself after I come back from each work trip. I love good food, wine, coffee, fashion, art. I do some Asian cooking sometimes. I don't mind a chat but I don't rumble. I am mature, well present and I love to maintain my place very clean and tidy. Allergic to dust and mess. I have some simple furniture - a double bed, a small size 2 door fridge and some boxes. I have a lovely fur baby, a 9 months old kitten, he is so adorable and gentle, toilet trained since day. He doesn't scratch furniture, I only keep him indoor, he is very clean and well maintained. If you are a non-smoker and you are happy for us to share the place with you, I look forward to hearing from you. If you have any concern, happy to meet up first and start from there.
We, my wife and I, we work part time, I'm completing a course of study to improve the quality of my work. We do not like smoking, drinking om use. We like the company if discreet and cook very Italian. We are looking for a bedroom king size and possibly an exclusive bathroom.
Hi my name is Jenny, 30, Irish, looking to meet new people and hoping to find that home from home, I'd like a home that is looked after and clean, with people that are easy going and sociable. I like to keep fit and I am full time employed, like company but also like my own space, I'm clean, tidy, easy going and not too shabby in the kitchen. Looking to live with other professionals and like minded people
I'm a web developer living in Newcastle with my husband and two beautiful Brittany dogs. I have recently accepted a job offer in Sydney CBD as a web dev and am looking for a place to stay mainly during week days. However, it would be great if your place is pet friendly so my dogs can come visit occasionally. I was originally from China but have been around the world, one year in Sweden, five years in New Zealand and have finally settled down in beautiful Australia two years ago. I love exploring the nature with my beloved dogs and of course with my hubby who is a mining engineer. I eat healthy food and enjoy gardening, DIY projects and programming. Love a beer or a glass of wine occasionally after work but not loud party kind of person. If you're looking for a mature, responsible and fun flatmate who's only there half of the time then we should have a chat.
I'm from Germany and started my PhD at the the Macquarie University. I lived at the Macqaurie Village for 6 month but I would like to see some more other parts of Sydney and meet some new people. I'm used to live with other people, so I think I can 'handle' different kind of personalities :) I would say I'm a social person but not a party animal. I prefer bars over clubs. And of course: I'm tidy and clean. I clean my dishes after I used them and I don't try to create rubbish-hills in garbage bins! So, I hope to hear of you!
Hi, I am Abeer. I am currently pursuing an MBA program from Macquarie university, and it has been a year, since I moved to Sydney. I like the Newtown and the nearby suburbs, where I am looking to settle down for at least next 6 months.
Lovely double bedroom in a quiet block of units set back from Ourimbah Road. Sharing the property with a professional couple and a adorable pussy cat. Flat is fully furnished (bedroom furniture is optional) with everything you could need! All bills are included in the rent so there are no unexpected costs! Available for short or long term lease. Just let us know what suits you best! Bills Included Internal Washing Machine Shared Dryer Fully Furnished Unrestricted on street parking We are looking for somoene/a couple who can make this flat their home aswell rather than just lock themselves away in their room! We are laid back and fairly quiet through the week, both often working fairly long hours. At the weekends we enjoy having roasts or BBQs with a couple of drinks, followed by fun and games! Jamie has just finished his training to become a Personal Training, and I am currently a nanny (intending to get into Real Estate next year). We are both super chilled out and easy going. We love the outdoors and being active as much as we can, as well as loving chilling out at home with the cat and watching Netflix! Will also consider a couple for $400-$450 per week (price depends on inclusions)

I am an easy going, great cook, full time employed person, that loves a tranquil home space. Love the beach and nature. Don't want a party atmosphere. I have a small extremely gorgeous pomeranian dog ... so the most important thing I am looking for is someone or a house that would like a small dog. I'm from the Sunshine Coast moving down for work for a year or so (maybe more). I will be working in retail homewares full time, and hang out with my grown up daughter in Sydney, and also love being outdoors and walking my dog, so won't be hanging around that much. Im 48, but have a very young personality, so don't mind living with younger people. Like a tidy house though.
Hi there, My name is Vashi and I'm a female working full time in the CBD in the medical health profession having recently moved over from London. I'm currently living in Crow's Nest and I love the vibe of North Sydney so it would be great to continue living around this area. My ideal scenario would be close enough to the beach and have a decent commute in to the CBD. I'm looking for a place to stay from the 7th January after returning from Christmas in London. I'm a very friendly, relaxed, easy going, neat, respectful and reliable, no dramas flat mate. I'm not a neat freak- but I do like to live in a tidy environment and think as flatmates we should all be happy to pitch in towards creating a nice vibe to live in. I enjoy chilling out, discovering Sydney, going out for dinner with friends, being outdoors, going to the gym/ dance classes- I guess in some ways the use of the word 'normal' here would be good :) I'm quite an optimistic, positive thinking person I enjoy developing my spirituality and enjoy yoga, meditating (as and when I can)- although I am no expert on any of the above! If you'd like to know anything more feel free to drop me a line and we can always potentially meet and see if we click and would like to live together. Cheers and look forward to hearing from you :) Vashi
