Hello :) Currently living in a lovely apartment in Claremont, but I'm now at a point where I really miss living in a house and need a bit more space. Would be great to live in a place with people around my age, especially if there are some women too! Date to move in: Anytime (need to give landlord 2 weeks notice) Would love a place that has the following: - House property (no apartments, flats etc. sorry!) - Bedroom suitable for queen bed - Storage space for a potential kayak/surfboard - Good quality kitchen (big foodie and love cooking!) - Close by transport and the shops - Parking space - Walking distance from parks and/or beach to go on walks/runs - Reasonably spacious bedroom (bigger than 3m x 3m) - Nice neighbourhood - WIFI access ABOUT ME: - Originally from Melbourne - Studying a Masters in Marketing (online) - Work casually at a pizza bar in Cottesloe - Hobbies: Cooking | Eating | Health & Fitness | Singing | Hanging out with friends | Movies | Reading - Volunteer at Princess Margaret Hospital - Love watching/playing sports when I have the chance (tennis, soccer, cricket, you name it) - Dog lover - Non-smoker With a bubbly personality, I'm overall an easy-doing individual who carries very little fuss. Cleanliness is not an OCD for me, however I do like to keep things tidy. Would love to be with people around the same age as me with similar interests :)
Quiet and comfortable home. Great Location… Older style, but not old enough to have character ;Þ Large, light-filled rooms. Bedroom 3 is available now. It has reasonable sized wardrobe. There's a QS mattress on the floor at the moment (as pictured). You can BYO bed, or I can rustle one up at a pinch. The views aren't great—it's a brick wall—but the light is good through out the day with no direct sunlight. Bond = $500-- Kitchen & laundry are fully equipped. Remainder of the house is adequately furnished, though my lounge suite is recently deceased. So Sad :´( Have room for a little more stuff if required – and there's some storage space available in the garage. Mainly paying for the location… • Right between Claremont & Fremantle • Close to beaches Cottesloe & Swanbourne • The river & Mosman Park yacht club are in the other direction • Nearest surf breaks are The Cove, Seconds, Isolators, Dutch Inn and Cables • Camelot cinema & MosArts Centre nearby • Mann oval, Davis oval & Nash field are all within about 450m • There's a Good Life gym up the road at Cottesloe Central, Genesis Fitness in Claremont and an F45 in North Fremantle • The Grove Library & Westcoast Community Centre just up Stirling highway • Mosman Park shopping centre 300m away • Convenient to Perth-Freo train line & Stirling highway buses. Rent includes Utilities, Internet, lawn-mowing and common household items e.g. cleaning products, toilet paper, globes, etc. No hidden expenses.
Beautiful new home (constructed 2015), walking distance to: BEACH (7 minutes) train (3 minutes' walk to Victoria St station) bus (#107 1 minute's walk, #998 & #103 three minutes' walk) cafe (1 minute) supermarket (10 minutes' walk) RIVER (15 minutes' walk) Easy access to UWA up Stirling Hwy, just 13 minutes' drive, or 19 minutes on the bus. UWA Claremont just 10 minutes by bus (and short walk), except for peak hour, 5 minutes longer Fremantle 7 minutes train journey (2 stops) Timber floors, high ceilings, tastefully furnished. Big bedroom, spacious built-in-robe (2.5m wide), very comfortable queen-size bed, with desk & chair. South-Facing window with glimpses of Buckland Hill, air-conditioning throughout, plus ceiling fans. There is a large separate living room right next to the guest bedrooms, with great views over school playing fields. Timber floors, rug. Flatmate(s) will pretty much have that area to themselves, as we (the house owners) use the downstairs Living. Upstairs Living has a kitchenette, & storage. Welcome to use the main kitchen. The bathroom (second bathroom) is right next to the bedroom, it will be either exclusive use or shared with one other flatmate. At the moment we have a very nice 27-year-old guy from Germany in the other bedroom. Very easy to get along with. Fantastic location if you rely on public transport, as we are just 2 minutes' walk from train & bus on Stirling Hwy, and just 1 minute's walk from Bus 107 stop on Victoria St, goes to UWA. There's a great cafe just 200m away, open for breakfast and lunch, & Coles supermarket is only 500m from our front door. Camelot Open-air cinema (open summer/autumn) is also just 500m from us, easy walk. They also have yoga classes etc at the Camelot. If you have a car, there is plenty of street parking; lovely quiet street 98% of the time, the other 2% is school drop-off/pick-up time.
Hello! Just moved to WA from NZ. Graduated from University last year and now moving out into the Young Professional's world. Would be great to meet those who are in a similar boat. My preferred suburbs are Subiaco, North Fremantle, Claremont, Cottlesloe - basically anything that is along the Stirling Highway. Will be working as an Optometrist in Fremantle. I enjoy music (I play both guitar and piano), reading, binging TV series and movies, travels/adventures, gym, sports and just keeping fit in general. Super chilled, tidy, respectable and enjoys bringing great chat to the table :) Ideally looking to move in around the 28th April.
I am 28 years old, working full time as an accountant. I am a very active person - I play footy in Cottesloe, golf, and cricket, enjoy going to the beach and have a passion for music. I am also fairly knowledgeable when it comes to wine. Therefore I don’t mind the occasional drink :) I would like to think I am an easy person to live with as I like to keep a clean and tidy living space. And I've got two sisters, so that has helped in that regard. Send me a message if you wish to discuss further. :)
I’m moving back from a sick 2 Years in Queensland to Perth. Lookin for an awesome house to move into with like minded people. I don’t want a house, a want a home - because A mans home is his castle. I'm a happy swede currently doing exchange studies at Murdoch University. Back home I study a master of engineering in water and environmental science. I'm easygoing, responsible and orderly. I'm also a homeowner back in Sweden so I am used to keep a clean apartment. I am a social guy and enjoy little things as watching movies, having a beer or a glass of wine but I also cherish some alone time every now and then. Don't hesitate to contact me :) Cheers

Starting a new life in Perth together with my 11 year old son who grew up in Australia with his dad and now it is my time to take care of him. Used to work in a very large and popular theme park in the middle east which means I am a fun loving person :-) I am a non smoker and non drinker but does not mind if others do it
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.

We thought it would be fabulous to share the house with a couple of others, who will complement our family dynamics (my 2 children living with me are 13 and 11). They're upstairs. I'm downstairs at the back of the house and the 2 bedrooms are in the front section of the house. There is more than enough room within the house to do your own thing. Our home is very safe, beautifully presented and full of character. Hi, my name is Jayne and we have a large, comfortable, fully-furnished room in a charming, character house in the attractive, leafy, beach-side suburb of Cottesloe. We are very close to rail and bus routes to Perth and Fremantle. A casual walk to iconic Cottesloe beach, the Sea View golf course and the Swan River. We are just a short stroll from the Post Office, banks, the Peppermint Grove library, shopping centers, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, the Albion hotel etc. Rent includes all utilities and unlimited WiFi internet. Quiet for studying and friendly housemates. Please feel free to call or message me, any time. P.S. The room has an attached en-suite bathroom!
Work Full time FIFO as product support specialist, pretty much home 1 week a month. Passionate about healthy living, exercise, yoga, photography and travel. Looking for a share house for the summer with like minded people.
4 bedroom house with great open living area. It is a 5 minute walk from the North Freo train station and 10 minute walk from leighton beach! Bonus youll be sharing with 2 awesome flatmates. The house is fully furnished and rent/move in date is negotiable
You would be sharing with a couple so they can save for a holiday/pay more off their mortgage. The room has a queen bed, a cupboard and airconditioning and is a reasonable size. The house is lovely and the views of park, river and distant city gorgeous. Jogs/walks/swims in parks and river literally on your doorstep. Beaches a short bike ride away and all that Freo has to offer. Plenty of off street parking. Bikes and canoe available. From previous experience we definately want people who work full time. The houseshares that worked best for us here were with people who were travelling and so didn't bring a lot of extra stuff into house and weren't staying indefinately. I realize this makes us sound a little fussy but like everyone else we think we are pretty easy going. We really don't mind who joins us as long as they work full time and don't bring extra furniture. The location is beautiful so if you don't like us you can ignore us- a drink and the view is excellent company on the porch or by taking our dog (impossible not to like) for a walk along the river! Also free eggs from our chickens Finger and Lickin'.
This is a third (top) floor beachside apartment in Cottesloe. The view from the balcony is great, especially to watch the amazing WA sunsets. It is bright, clean with modern finishings, not to mention it is a stones throw from Cottesloe beach front. The train station is 10 minutes walk away. The bedroom has ceiling fans but no aircon, there is aircon in the main living area. I am looking for someone to take over my lease which ends in November 2018. The bedroom for rent has built in robes and comfortably fits a double bed and storage.
The lovely apartment is located on the top floor of the block with beach views and a 2 minute walk to the beach in the heart of Cottesloe. If you’re a beach lover, then this is the perfect spot for you :) Newly renovated and fully furnished, you’ll be living with a keen female Kiter who loves the beach!
Beautiful riverside location. Spacious bedrooms ( 4m x 4m) with ensuite bathroom and large balcony 3m x 3m). Waterviews from upstairs. Located near trendy eateries and 5 mins by car to central fremantle and 400 mtrs to Leighton beach and 200 mtrs to river.
Hi! I'm moving to Perth in June to study at the Taylor's College / UWA and am looking for a place to stay by then. I come from Switzerland (not Sweden) and I can tell you a bunch of things about Europe! I love company, be it a human or a pet. I like to go out, talk to people and make them laugh. And sometimes I also like to just watch my netflix shows on a lazy day. Which happens way more often that I'd like it to. Since I'm alergic to dust mites, I like to clean/vacuum my room on a regular basis and I generally clean up after myself. Oh, and I definitely won't eat your food unless you allow me to!
Hi! I'm Ashleigh, 34 from Northern Ireland. Recently moved to Perth. I am a hard working professional who likes to have a drink some weekends to unwind. (the Irish in me!) I am clean, tidy and very house proud. Ideally I would like to make friends that socialise and go on random road trips exploring Perth and greater areas. I have a keen interest in food, from cooking and going to food shows. I love animals and the great outdoors! Also, I don't mind what area house share / flat share is in.. since I'm not familiar with all areas feel free to contact me!

Looking for houses of 3-4 people all up.

I'm a 29 year old outgoing approachable guy from London, UK. I have just got a job working in surgery at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Nedlands, Perth so i'll be moving to Perth in the next few months and I'm just looking for some short term accommodation with nice people who know the lay of the land. I'm pretty sociable as a person, I'm a keen drinker, I play sports and I've travelled a fair bit of the world. I'm a clean and tidy person, really laid back, smiley and I just want to ensure that my time in Perth is best spent with a bunch of great people looking to show the best side of Perth to me. I will probably stay longer but my job placement is for 6 months to a year Get back to me :)
Former Tasmanian, moved here from Melbourne 5 months ago for work and have been renting alone since. Hence why I would love a roommate or two in a modern environment to make my life here more social and exciting once my lease expires end April. I’m a very clean, respectful and overly organized person. Enjoy my personal space and alone time, however I'm very outgoing and energetic. Single. Non smoker. No pets. Always up for adventures and road trips. Spend around 80 percent of my time at the gym, the beach or flying for work on the occasional basis. Can also put together flat packs like a champion and if you like Pinot Noir we will get along great.
Hi I'm Rachael. I am a 20 year old who is down to earth and easy going, as well as passionate and bubbly. As a WAAPA graduate (Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts) music is my life, and part of my wage comes from gigging. When I'm not gigging I am songwriting and working part time in childcare. I am an introverted extrovert, which means that I am happy to keep to myself, but also love socialising- very good when it comes to the balance. I am an honest and conscientious person who is tidy and always willing to help when a hand is needed. I am responsible and can be trusted to pull my weight around the house. Currently looking for a share house that is preferably furnished with internet and bills included in rent. Flexible when it comes to private or shared rooms, however a private room is preferred as I require a space to write and record my music. Would love to share with people who are bubbly and easy going like myself, and also value the importance of respect and understanding. Looking for a sense of home and friendship :)
G’day Work FT - Looking to share a place with active ppl near the beach - Team Up? Currently living in my own 3 bed apartment in Leederville Working FT in the CBD in a Finance gig doesn’t give me the outside time that I need so I am looking for a place closer the beach with a backyard and some active humans to share with. Flexible with move date – people and place have to be a good fit. Open to Team Ups to hunt a house – welcome to move into my place until we find one too! My IDEAL HOUSE will be 3 bedrooms keeping one spare for friends, family, guests, storage, study office? A back yard for Vitamin D, sports, bbq’s and room to swing a cat. - House – Old is fine its all about the space - Decent size rooms - Storage space inside or outside for surfboards, bikes and camping gear. - Grass - Less than a few kms from the beach, No further north than Scarborough - Carpark - No more than 3 housemates -Best case scenario we get a few chickens and name them after superheros and plant a few vegies. WHAT I BRING: - FT employment - Hobbies: Surfing, Yoga, Cycling, AFL, Making stuff…, fishing and most anything outdoors. - Wisedom beyond my years and enthusiasm 10 years below it. - Unlimited Internet Plan - Smart TV with all the fruit (although I don’t use it much) - Fridge, Microwave, Washing Machine, - Couches, tables, 4 chests of draws - Pots pans and all the standard house stuff including a Webber - 2 beds (can ditch one if required) - Camping equipment and a 4wd - Established group of active friends around Perth. - Non-Smoker - Pet friendly - Can cook – might actually have the worlds best apple pie recipe too. I’m pretty easy to get along with, I like my own space, being tidy and respectful as well as early nights. With my family in Melbourne I like my house mates to feel like family (without the age-gap) I don’t want a party house, I love a good bit of banter and a beer but I prefer to be active and in bed early than chewing the fat until the am hours. I have verified my details on IG and FB - give me a call to discuss further.
I'm a 21 year-old girl from Finland studying at UWA and working part time in a wine restaurant. I respect everyone's space and keep things neat and tidy. I'm quite busy during semesters but rarely say no to a bit of socializing over a glass of wine or a beer. I'm pretty chill and easy to live with especially since I'm rarely at home. I'm hoping to find a place with like minded people.
I'm looking to meet to move in and meet some social people as well as live in a comfortable welcoming share house. I'm currently studying and working and in my spare time enjoy being very active and social. I live a very healthy lifestyle and in my off time enjoy exercising, relaxing and socialising. Preferably with housemates 25 or younger.
