I am a 23 year old female professional who is looking to move into a share house long term. I'm a Perth girl, always lived in western suburbs, currently live in Cottesloe and I am looking to move into a new house in the same area. I am sociable, respectful of other people's space and like to be super clean. :)
Great Location… Quiet and comfortable home. Older style, but not old enough to have character ;-) Large, light-filled rooms. The bedroom with ensuite has a bed (optional), wardrobe and desk. BYO bed linen – though I have spare if you're really caught short. Remainder of the house is adequately furnished, but room for more at a pinch. Kitchen and Laundry are fully equipped. Mainly paying for the location… • Right between Claremont and Fremantle • Close to beaches Leighton, Cottesloe and Swanbourne • The river and Mosman Park yacht club are in the other direction • Camelot cinema and MosArts Centre nearby • Mann oval, Davis oval and Nash field are all within about 450m • There's a Good Life gym up the road at Cottesloe Central or Genesis Fitness in Claremont • The Grove Library and Westcoast Community Centre just up Stirling highway • Mosman Park shopping centre 300m away • Convenient to Perth-Freo train line and Stirling highway buses. Rent for a couple is $270--/week. Rent includes Utilities and other common household items e.g. cleaning products, toilet paper, globes, etc. Internet not currently shared. N.B. Exact availability date still To Be Confirmed — bedroom may be vacated earlier & I'll trickle some more photos up through the week 👍
I'm a student so I'm very busy with studying for uni most of the time, or working. I am tidy, quiet and respectful. In my spare time I like to read, cook, play guitar or go for a run! :)
I am recently graduated with a Master of Forensic Science and currently working in Freo while looking for a proper job in my area of expertise. I am fun, easy-going and don't hesitate to hang out with people but am not a party animal.
***ONLY LOOKING AT MOVING MAY/JUNE*** I am really easy going. I work away on a Mine Site about an hour and a half from Perth for 7 days of the the week and then home for 7 days. I'm pretty social and very active, however I also do enjoy a quiet night in. I am also currently studying a Mining Engineering degree part time online so internet access is imperative. I also have a car, so secure/street parking would be great :) I have my own bed and furniture, however, it would be more convenient if the room came furnished with a Queen or King sized bed. Ideally I would like to live with no more than 2 other people with my own bathroom and hopefully people roughly my age. I currently live in the small town called Boddington where I work, however I am now looking for a change. Due to my current lease I am only looking at moving to Perth in May/June. If a few other things work out, then I would possibly be able to move mid April. Oh, and I like to cook :)
Hey guys, I am 27 from California. I am very social, active, and love a good adventure. I am a chef, love good food and enjoy a couple beers or BBQ on the weekend with friends. I used to be in the US Army so know how to be reliable and keep a place clean. I run marathons, love photography and am very well travelled. Have been traveling the past four consecutive years straight. I will now be going back to uni and settling into Perth. Looking for a nice chilled out affordable place with cool roommates that will enjoy a shared meal and laugh over a few drinks once in a while! Not looking for a party house. If you love motorcycles as much as I do that's a plus! Look forward to meeting you!
The residence is a self-contained (and relatively large) wing of a house - it has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an entry/laundry, a kitchen/dining and a living room. The bedroom is cosy (approx. 4x2.5) and currently holds a queen bed, chest of drawers, and a standing wardrobe, with a little room to spare. It comes furnished. The place is adjacent to Stirling Highway, so catching public transport is really convenient. There is a bus stop just across the road and both North Fremantle and Wellington Street train stations are about 10 minutes' walk. It is also a 5 minute walk to Leighton Beach. You would be sharing with Alex, a 28 y/o lawyer. He enjoys a few drinks during the weekend and keeping the place clean and tidy. I'm not sure why I'm writing in third person, but that seems to be the go around here. I'm looking for a male or female house-mate between 20-30 y/o. Rent is $180 p/w which includes all bills (inc. fortnightly cleaning and internet). Payable 2 weeks in advance. Minimum 2 weeks’ notice to move out. Please send me a text if you're keen to check out the place. Viewings are available weekday evenings or any time on the weekend. The room is available now.
Working as a nanny & child care worker. Have some flexibility on move in date my current lease runs out first week of March 2017. Clean and tidy, reliable and friendly. References available if needed. Need to be close to public transport as I don't have a car yet. I clean up after myself, love to cook and socialise, have a chat. A good sized kitchen would be nice as I like to cook for others and for fun. I'm friendly, like to have a laugh. Need accommodation for at least 3-6 months with some flexibility. Preference to inner Perth suburbs or north of the river close to the cbd, would like a nice house, clean and kept tidy, in a nice area and friendly people who like to have a laugh and socialise sometimes. I don't mind cats or dogs if you have them. Preference to share bathroom with only one other person or my own bathroom, either works for me and bathroom in great condition.
Aussie girl from North Perth. Studying at Notre Dame in Freo. Just spent a year travelling, lived in share accomodation in London. Love sport, music gigs, beach, cooking/good food, dogs, yoga and hanging out with friends. I am a yoga and swim teacher for work. I'd love to find social housemates that like to have a good time and are also chilled.
Hi, I'm currently working fulltime. Bit of a nerd, I love reading, mostly business and entrepreneurs related things. Can also be quite social. Not exactly super active, I do love yoga, but never can really find the time to go. I'm also very clean and tidy, so that's something you never have to worry about :) Looking for female housemates only.
Hello! Just moved to WA from NZ. Graduated from University last year and now moving out into the Young Professional's world. Would be great to meet those who are in a similar boat. My preferred suburbs are Subiaco, North Fremantle, Claremont, Cottlesloe - basically anything that is along the Stirling Highway. Will be working as an Optometrist in Fremantle. I enjoy music (I play both guitar and piano), reading, binging TV series and movies, travels/adventures, gym, sports and just keeping fit in general. Super chilled, tidy, respectable and enjoys bringing great chat to the table :)

Just moved over here from Brisbane am currently working full-time as a sales rep, I also do personal training on the side too! I'm a very clean organised and healthy person that goes to the gym 6 days a week, enjoys meal prepping/ cooking but doesn't mind a good night on the couch binge watching movies. I also don't drink and I don't smoke, nor do I have any pets. I would be looking at a room that is furnished as moving over here I did not bring any of my furniture. Send me a message if you think I'd be a great housemate.. I don't mind living with males, females, LGBT as I get a long with absolutely everyone
We are an English couple that have recently moved to the area and are looking to stay for 3-6 months. We are sociable people, enjoy an outdoors lifestyle and love to be by the sea.

Pretty easy going doctor from the UK, been here 3 months now, currently staying in Subi but looking for something closer to the beach. I'm a pretty sporty housemate, like the outdoors, clean, tidy and generally up for anything (especially if adventure's involved).
I am a Norwegian psychology student looking for a place to stay during my exchange semester at UWA. I will arrive Perth on February 18th. and stay until the beginning of July. Since I will use most of my time at school during the week, I`m not looking for a party house, but that being said, I do really like a glass of wine and a good chat in the weekends! :) In my spare time I do also like running and swimming and just hanging out with friends. If you have any questions, don`t hesitate contacting me! Charlotte
I'm looking for a quiet house. I like the outdoor life, yoga, meditation and a good laugh with friends. I am a quiet person and I know how to respect each other's space. I came to Perth to study corrective massage, to improve my English and to approach the Australian way of life.
Hi, I'm Wim. I work as a surveyor in the O&G-sector. Mostly in our Perth based office. But also working off-shore and overseas when I get the chance. I'm one of those persons who has a fully packed travel bag on stand-by. I spend a lot of my time (motor-) bike riding and exploring WA. Don't misjudge me; I'm not a bikie. Just a big (6'5") dutch bloke whole loves moving around on my 2-wheelers :) I moved from the Netherlands a bit over 2.5 years ago but have been living around the CBD since then. I'm a big fan of having a house that's a home with the right kind of people and am clean, sociable and considerate. Looking for a place great housemates most of all :)
Hey names Dylan. Currently working close to full time whilst studying Behavioural Science at uni. I'm pretty chilled and really easy going, but still like to get out, have fun and be social. I'm neat and tidy and generally keep things pretty clean. A few things I like: music, beach, travelling, beers, red wine, sport, documentaries. Ideally trying to find someplace in those suburbs I listed but open to any of the immediate surrounding suburbs too.
Hello people I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake, though I prefer to live Nth close to the beach and good public transport, hence the suburbs listed. I have to drive to work anyway, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so a parking spot will be required. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music and going to gigs and festivals. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Cheers Dave
