Looking for a large room, furnish or unfurnished with ideally an en-suite. I work long days and generally come home to finish my admin, shower then sleep. I am in Sydney one night a week and generally away on weekends. After a quieter household ideally. I do have a cat (Gatsby) who can disappear for days with his cat mates and come back for a cuddle. However if your place is not cat friendly I can make other arrangements for him. Keen to move ASAP as lease is up at existing residence.

High ceilings, timber floors, wood heater (winter), north (rear) facing to small garden. Renovated and extended in the last 10 years. Your room faces the front yard and street (park opposite), has a queen-sized bed, with quality linen, including woollen doona, bedside tabels, hanging and shelf space, small electric heater, fan, and a floor rug. There are other items, or, if you would prefer to furnish your self, that works, however the bed stays. You are encouranged to make the room your own. If that includes artwook, there are picture rails. The main bathroom is opposite your room. It is mainly for your use, however my ensuite has a bath (which you can use) but no shower. We share the use of the shower only. My home is walking distance to the Bowral - Train station, CBD, public pool (summer only), hospitals, and Bradman Museum, Empire Cinema, cafes and Coles/Woollies. Located right on the cycle/walking track. The only bills are electricity (monthly) and wood (as needed in winter). Just topped it up! The internet (NBN) is connected and works! + Telstra TV. Also Stan, Netflix and others are available, however that will be at your cost. Some everyday household costs are included, for example toilet paper, clothes washing detergent, some other cleaning products, internet, etc. No smokers, No recreational/unprescribed drugs. Sadly the fence is not pet-proof, so must decline that request. Working students, Mature-age and some shift workers are welcome, short, long and part-time stays all considered. Main requirements are: you are female, mature-minded, good at communication, and we like each other. I have been doing this intermittently for years.
