Would be great to find a nice, clean and friendly place with my small (5kg) gorgeous well-behaved dog Tilly. I work full-time in an executive position, am considerate, respectful and a non-smoker. I am looking for something between West Perth and North Fremantle, furnished preferable. An outside area would be a bonus not essential.

We are an Italian/German couple coming to Perth in mid-February for six months. Alex will be a full-time student at UWA and I (Sylvia) will work part time. We are looking for a double room in a shared house/Flat, which is within a suitable distance to reach UWA. We are reliable, clean and tidy and we love to socialize. At the same time we respect other people’s privacy. Both of us have experience in sharing accomodation in an international environment. We are quiet and are not looking for a party house – but we appreciate casual dinners or drinks with our housemates.

Hello! My name is Amit. I am from india. I am a friendly person who likes to interact with new people and I'm easy to be with. I like helping people. I am also looking forward to meeting new people who are friendly and helpful too. I am able to maintain a peaceful and tidy environment. I love playing and watching football.
About to start postgrad studies at UWA and looking for a social but chilled place to live close to the uni. I'm hard working when it comes to uni but am easygoing and like to socialise on the weekends. I'm tidy and considerate of others, looking for likeminded people to live with.
Hello :). I'm a student studying anthropology and sociology part-time at UWA. I recently transferred from engineering. Ideally, I am looking for a place to live and study for the next year, and would be happy to stay for longer if we get along well. I'm friendly and easy-going. I like reading, animals, computer games, food, nature, and art. I like having people around to talk to, and I enjoy hanging out from time to time. I like to think I'm pretty tidy, and I'm happy to share in house-cleaning activities. My course hours are pretty low, so I'm likely to be around the house a fair bit. I tend to keep to myself though, so I won't bother anyone who likes to have their space. I don't drive, so I use public transport a lot, and walk or cycle short distances. I like to laugh. I don't mind if your jokes are bad, I'll probably enjoy them anyway! I don't mind pranks, as long as they are relatively harmless. I'm comfortable with LGBT+ people, and I'm happy to get to know people from different cultures. Respect is important to me, and I do my best to respect other people. I enjoy with small social gatherings, and I may invite people around for board games or Dungeons and Dragons if there's room, and it doesn't bother anyone. I cook, although most of my meals are very simple. I don't eat takeaway much, but I like pizza. I prefer places that are not too noisy, especially at night. I like to sing, albeit only so rarely. I'm not superb, but I'm not terrible, so hopefully that won't bother anyone. Otherwise I'm pretty quiet. I'm happy for people to light scented candles, although I'm not a big fan of incense. I don't drink, but I'm used to being around housemates who do. I would prefer to live in a place which is non-smoking. Ditto for marijuana. If I do have a problem for some reason I will do my best to communicate clearly, and let you know about it. I'm happy to listen to other people if they want to talk to me for the same kind of reasons. If there's anything else you'd like to know, feel free to message me or send a text. I will check in here regularly.
I'm super easy to get along with and respect personal space and privacy of others. Sometimes I wonder if I have OCD because I love cleaning and just keeping everything tidy. Even though I'm 19 i think for my age I'm mature and responsible but at the same time I love going out and having a good time as much as the next person. Just keen to meet and live with some easy going people. Oh I also work full-time so either starting early in the morning or finishing late in the evening. and move date is just a estimation, i'm not sure on the exact date, I'm easy
I am a very outgoing italian coming to perth to write my thesis in landscape architecure. I love to discover new places and spend my time chilling at the beach; in general, i can call myself a very positive and laid-back person :) i shared many flats with many different people in the last five years, therefore i can call myself a very trained flatmate!
Imagine the life you could have in this amazing residence! It is close to the beach, close to the river, two streets from the train, one street to the bus and only 2kms to the Claremont Quarter. It is a quiet, friendly street just waiting for you. This beautifully designed house has lots of light and a beautiful back garden to relax in. There is also a courtyard and two huge living areas. There is reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort, although the clever design means that we very rarely need to use it. There are two bedrooms available. One is huge and the other is a double-sized bedroom with a large walk-in wardrobe. The larger bedroom has two built-in wardrobes. The whole house is fully furnished. I am looking for a mature (40+) professional lady, as I, too, am a mature professional lady. We have a new cafe 150m from the house! I have a medium-sized dog, who everyone loves. She has a huge fan club in the street.
Great outdoor area, perfect for afternoon drinks/bbq. Right next to Claremont golf course and swimming pool. Living room has air conditioning, to cool things down over summer. Its just a short walk to the shops and train. UWA is 10 minutes away by car or bus, making it great for students. Electricity is not included in rent, but is the only utility we pay for. Unlimited internet for $30 a month extra.
This little gem is in the heart of Claremont. Located 10 minutes walk to Claremont quarter and train station. It's down a quiet private lane that has a gate onto the huge park behind. The flat includes. - Fully furnished house, you will need to furnish the room - 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. - Air con in the lounge area - Private balcony and back courtyard - There is a off street car space available for an extra $5 additional to the rent - Bus stops at the top of the driveway - There is a great cafe (gooood coffee!) about 200m down the road. - Internet and bills are split & are additional to the rent. (Water is included in the rent price)
Im a mexican guy studying at UWA. Im relaxed and friendly. Im into sports and music, I'm not really a party guy. Neat, clean and organized. Speaking Portuguese, Italian, Spanish and a Little French.
Melbourne boy making the long trip (by car) to Perth for the sake of completing his postgraduate studies at UWA in the field of (*suspense*)..... isotope geochemistry and metamorphic petrology (not as boring as it sounds). Contrary to the popular belief that scientists don't like sport , I enjoy going for a surf, hitting the gym most days, and if my body can handle it, playing some football. Looking for somewhere chilled out and relaxed with maybe one or two other housemates, Would love to get in touch if you reckon id fit well into your place.
I am a laid back, quiet, respectful and clean person. I am moving from brissy to perth, and am looking for a relatively quiet place to live while I pursue my studies in med at UNDF. I like to have fun, and am easy to live with. Ideally, I'd like to find a place where bills are included in rent. I'm looking forward to the sea change ☀️
Kiwi girl who enjoys being out and about. I'm not often home which may suit you just fine! But when I am home, I'm sociable and enjoy my flat-mates' company. I stay at my boyfriend's house about 3 times a week and would ideally like to be in a housing situation where he is welcome to stay once or twice during the week too. I enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle but don't mind a few glasses of red wine on the weekend. However, I'm not the type that will be stumbling inside at 3am after a huge night out ;) I work in West Perth at a small law firm and have my own car so parking would be a must. I have no pets but looove animals so 100% accepting of anyone's furry friends be it rats, birds cats or dogs and anything in between. Looking for comfortable, long-term accommodation in a tidy, modern home NOR for no more than $180 per week inclusive of bills. I'd prefer my own private bathroom but would be willing to share with one other person. I require quite a large, unfurnished room with space for my queen bed, bed side tables, drawers and a desk. A walk in robe or large cupboard wouldn't go amiss - a girl can't have too many clothes and shoes! Looking forward to hearing from you :)
Hello people I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake, though I prefer to live Nth close to the beach and good public transport, hence the suburbs listed. I have to drive to work anyway, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so a parking spot will be required. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music and going to gigs and festivals. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Cheers Dave
I am a bubbly young professional and work as a teacher in Claremont. I live a busy life and enjoy playing sport, going to the beach, travelling, hanging out with friends and cooking healthy meals. I have a Maltese/miniature poodle puppy so I am looking for somewhere that is pet friendly.
Hi, Im looking for a house or room, but must be pet friendly. I have a 40kg, 2yro dog named Dante. I'm very active (a little fitbit obsessed), walking Dante at least twice daily. I enjoy the beach, trails and general adventures with the pooch. He is very chilled and spends most of the day sleeping. He is an inside dog. More about me, I am a nanny in Peppermint Grove, and would like to stay in the area/western suburbs. I bartend in town on occasion. I am very partial to gin, cheese and wine. I can bake great pies and other things, this meaning I love having a clean kitchen. I enjoy downtime at home. I have also just started to rollerblade. Very fun, perfect for a good laugh 👌 I intend to start part time study again at some point, but I have a very steady income. I have enough furniture to fill a house, but willing to sell somethings to fit into a shared place. Move out of my current place on the 11th of Feb. But keen to move from the 25th of Jan. Thanks.
I'm a creative of many kinds. Videography is my main passion, and my job. I like to keep active, connected with friends and adventure over the weekends. Im easy going, welcoming and friendly. I'm responsible and trustworthy. I love having a laugh, keeping it real, keeping it positive around the house. As a housemate, I'm super chilled and tolerant about most things, as it's a shared space (previous household was 6 people). Iv lived with many different cultures and people; I appreciate fairness, general consideration and fairly clean space. Ask me anything you like! I'm open. Let's meet and chat! :)
If you love spontaneous dance parties and making delicious breakfasts then we're the housemates you're looking for
Hi, We`re two psychology students from Norway (Charlotte 25 years, and Andrea 27 years). We are looking for a place to stay during our exchange semester from 18.02.17 to the beginning of July. We will be attending classes at University of Western Australia (UWA). We want to live together, but with separate rooms. As we`re both studying we are not looking for a party house, but that being said, we both prefer to share a place with people that enjoy a good chat and a glass of wine i the week-ends! The both of us are into sports, especially running and swimming, but in our spear time we do also like just hanging out with friends. If you have any questions, please contact us! The max budget of 220 $ applies to each of us, not together. Charlotte & Andrea
Hello, I come from switzerland. I'm work as a salesman in a mountain shop. I'm sociable, open-minded, always in a good mood, I like to discover new places new sports to do. In my freetime I do Kitesurf, Surfing, Skiing, Canyoning, Climbing, Mountaineering, Caving. I come in Perth to learn English at Milner School, so my english is now not really good . That's why I come to Perth to learn and improve my english and meet nice people.
Hey I'm leah, recently moved over here from the Uk. I'm super easy going and tidy. Massive lover of a wine and cheese night (if that's a way to judge character ahah). I used to be a chef and love baking so if you're happy to have experimental baked goods around the house I'm your girl!
I'm laid back, easy going, enjoy a laugh and a giggle. I clean up after myself but rarely make a mess in the first place. I also enjoy a social drink, but nothing outrageious. I don't do drugs. I am highly sociable but also enjoy my own company.
I am a super cuddly ball of fun! I'm 19 but most people mistake me for 15 - but that's okay BECAUSE when I get excited I seem 15 anyway! I am an EXCELLENT cheap wine drinker (love a good glass or four of passion pop), though I do enjoy my double blacks and a solid spirit here and there. I am an avid beerpong/slap cup/drinking game enthusiast - though my shit fine motor skills and shaky hands mean I am not as good as I like to proclaim. I am very pro-sleep!!! sleep is food for the soul oh my goodness! !!! I'm not much of a party gal BUT if you give me a bit of a warning ( like 3-4 days bc anxiety) I will TURN UP in the club/bar/whatever!! ummm I am a second year psych student at UWA. I'll hopefully be doing honours and then masters and PhD - so looking for a stable place to live!!! I am a neat freak and often stress-clean (see this is good for you). I will clean my room then I will clean the kitchen then vacuum the house and sanitise life. (I hate germs) (so much). Dirty bathrooms (in terms of dirt/hair/dust/other yuck stuff on the floor/in the shower/IN THE AIR/anywHERE) are my pet peeve - I will be so uncomfortable and distressed that I won't use that room!!!! (can't do germs I am sorry) I do have a pup BUT I'm doubt I will be taking him with me when I move out, I am thinking of adopting an old old old dog to give it a happy home to live out the rest of its days in warmth with the safety n love it deserves :))) (but if the house is no pets it's not a drama) I coach kidlet gymnastics (3-10 year olds omg) umm I was working at bakers delight for 4 years but I'm in the process of finding a new job, there's only so much bread one gal can deal with. I also tutor two primary/high school girls so yay. I've had about 9272719 interviews so I'm hoping to have another job soonish 💁🏼 i have no idea what else to add in here so YAY none of that makes sense enjoy deciphering it xoxo
Hi there! I'm looking for a place to live in a fairly central location (Western Suburbs, Melville area, South Perth etc). I'm studying photography online and I love to relax and do crafty things as well as keeping fit and healthy (I play soccer and go to the gym, but enjoy all sports!) I'm a non-smoker/drug user and very respectful of others. I don't have any pets at the moment but there's nothing I love more than dogs so I would prefer a place where pets are considered! (I am also planning to apply for an assistance dog, so this is quite important) Ideally I would like my housemates to become like my family. I am a very friendly and sociable person, and like to hang out with my housemates, watching tv and having a few drinks together. I'm not a total party animal, but I do love having fun and enjoying being 20 - I'm a bit of a geek and an excellent drinker of cheap alcohol, will turn up at any party/bar/club/beer pong competition a sharehouse with young, like-minded people (students) would be perfect for me as I am quite laid back - I do like to have my own space and often retreat to quiet places, but I'm looking for more than just a bed in a house - I'm looking to make lifelong friends as well! You don't need to worry about noise and privacy with me, I am responsible and respectful, as well as often being out of the way. When I say that I'm sociable, I still understand other people's need for quiet spaces as I would expect others to respect mine. If youre looking for someone easy going who's always up for a TV/movie marathon, a drink, a chat, a laugh or a nap, Im the perfect housemate for you! ***i have a queen sized bed and various other pieces of furniture (including a desk) so the room would have to accommodate this*** PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME VIA PHONE, MESSAGE ME HERE :)
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Studying nutrition - Very much into my health and fitness, love cooking, love coffee, beaching, and a quiet wine. I have an adorable and very well behaved Labrador x Border Collie
Hi! I work full time in the city during the week and in my spare time I go to the gym, love watching a movie or two and run my own little small business! I come with a cat who is very chilled, loves a cuddle and is probably more like a dog. As you will learn I love food and in particular cheese and will always have an abundance to share so would love some housemates who enjoy a bit of company over dinner or dessert!
Hi, my name's Helen. I come from Vietnam and I' looking for a room for rent not far from UWA. I'm a Friendly tiny Asian girl, non-smoker, social, haven't children and pets. I'm interested in international students and OZs.
I'm going on an exchange as part of my masters, and will be studying at UWA for Semester 1. I've lived in my own apartment back home in Denmark while doing my BA, but while in Perth I would love some flatmates! I would especially love people who respect the need to study, but would be up for house dinners and other social activities, so that I get to know you and Perth.
I'm a 29 year old marketing professional new to Perth and looking for somewhere to live. I've just moved over from England to be closer to family and am currently lodging with my sister and her husband, but as you can imagine it's not ideal, especially with their 4 children! I'm lucky enough to have an Australian passport and will be looking for full-time work as soon as the awkward Christmas period is over. I house-shared for 3 years when I worked in London before getting my own place, so I like to think I'm easy to live with! I'm friendly and sociable and love coming home for a chat after a hard day at work; but equally I respect that everyone needs some time to themselves and their own space. In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit, cooking, reading, watching addictive TV series' and meeting up with friends for a coffee/drink(!) and gossip. I’m clean and tidy and like to have fun but definitely not a crazy party animal.
Hello there! I am Christopher, a German student, coming to Perth to join a research group at UWA in February. I programme plant models and I am very fascinated about the complexity of nature and I love to reconstruct it. That is what I will do at UWA and the work is part of my master thesis. I am very interested in understanding the world and its components. You can easily have a good talk with me about politics, Big Data and more. I also love to do sports and listen to a lot of different music. I travelled a lot and I lived in many places in Germany, I lived in Copenhagen and recently in Prague. With other students I shared flats before and during travels I lived together with many different people. I like that and I think I am a very fair and flexible person, who cares about his fellows. Now I am looking for a room with nice flatmates around and where I can get some rest at night. I really want to enjoy my free time, to do sports, going out to meet people and I love baking! I must admit that this stay in Perth will be very important work for my future, but I experienced Australia as one of the best places to combine good work and a nice lifestyle. That is what I am looking for and I hope to share a nice time together with you!
Hi I'm Tom I Live in Perth and work as a landscape architect/public artist whilst undertaking my masters of architecture. My current housemates are all flying the coup for overseas adventures so I am looking to find a new home. I enjoy getting out and about and keeping active and I'm easy-going and reliable.
Hello, all! My name's Ati, 23yo and will be starting my Masters at UWA in S12017. Ideally, I'm looking for a house with all girls(negotiable) with max 3-4 housemates. As for the location, walking distance to uni may not be necessary, but it'll be great to have public transport(accessible to uni) close to home. A little more about myself. I am from Singapore, previously a Murdoch student for 2 years and lived in Freo. I am very open-minded and a reasonable person who may come off as shy and quiet in the beginning but can be quite chatty and bubbly once you get to know me. I appreciate basic cleanliness and good hygiene. Not into a party house as I'm getting down to serious business here (tho end of semester parties are ok :P). Above all, what's most important for me are positive vibes and great people. Ok, that's all :) Regards ATI
I'm American, currently living in Bali but enamored with WA. I'm a fat loss and fitness pro. Clean, quiet and reliable. No children or pets (love dogs, just don't have one atm). Interested in bright, modern, furnished flat with great kitchen and private bath. Pool a plus.
