Spacious house with three bedrooms however only one is currently occupied by myself. I am looking for a housemate for one of the other rooms. The additional room is available as a study or multi-purpose room. There is a nice yard, back and front patio and entertainment areas. There is a nice park across the road and it is in a leafy quiet area. The house also has a fireplace and a laundry area inside. Feel free to come check out the house and if you have any questions let me know. The room is available after 5th of September. Please note I have an adorable young kelpie living with me and I would like for him to have a friend, so if you have a pet it is welcome but you'll have to get it approved through the real estate and it also must be friendly with other dogs.

I’m looking for a flatmate to share a 3 bedroom townhouse with pool and tennis court in peaceful and leafy Bardon, near the foothills of Mt Coot-tha and just 15 minutes from the city with a bus stop directly across the road. It’s like a piece of country in the heart of the city, perfect for nature lovers and hikers! It is in a secure gated complex with tennis court and resort-style pool and has a private deck overlooking a leafy garden and bush (kookaburras and scrub turkeys love to visit). The room is fully furnished with a queen-size bed and can also come unfurnished if you prefer. You would have your own bathroom and an additional bedroom for your use only, which is currently set up as a study, but can also come unfurnished. The bedrooms are located upstairs and the living room is downstairs with sliding glass doors looking on to the deck and bush. There are fly/security screens throughout with air condition in the living area. There is also a spare mountain bike for your use if you like to ride (there are some great trails just down the road in the Mt Coot-tha forest). I work full-time and am studying psychology part-time. I’m clean, tidy, easy-going and fun to live with. I love cooking, relaxing on the deck with a cider, hiking and trail running in the nearby forest and chilling out by the pool. Please contact me if you are interested in seeing the property. Cheers, Suzy
Looking for one housemate for a place in The Gap. The place has two bathrooms and one kitchen to share between the four bedrooms. Male or female. The house is actually five bedrooms, I'm not keen on having more than four people in the house as I feel it would be a bit over crowded as such I'm not currently considering couples. There are two enclosed carports. There is plenty of room for storage in the house, is two storey and has a front and back balcony. House is in a good state – the floors no longer have carpet and have recently been sanded and polished. Room measures 3x2.6 and includes a wardrobe – am happy to accommodate your movements so long as they are reasonable. You would be more than welcome to use the empty spare bedroom for storage, wardrobe space, etc. The house is conveniently located 2 minutes walk from a bus stop heading into the city. Only 2 minutes drive from The Gap Village with a Coles and an Aldi. Ample yard, no fences so dogs, cows and llamas are unfortunately not allowed…i am also allergic to cats. Birds, fish and other pets will be happily considered! Furniture/white good wise – I have a fridge, washing machine, couches, dining table, TV, dinnerware and most importantly - a ping pong table You won’t be expected to tend to the yard other than keep it free of rubbish, similarly with the house – just looking for clean housemates who will not run down the property and will give the house a tidy and vacuum every once in a while. Photos are not an accurate representation of the furniture or flooring upstairs (with carpet) Feel free to flick me a message and I am happy to facilitate a look around! Cheers
This property is in a quiet pocket of The Gap with great walking access to shops and public transport. Open plan living / dining area and a large backyard. The kitchen and bathrooms have been renovated and are neat and tidy along with the rest of the property.
Hi, I'm Tamara. I'm 28 and have 2 mature, small lapdogs. Both are indoor dogs and fully house trained. I work shift work and study, both full time. I am also an introverted people person, and usually pretty busy and keep to myself. I am clean, courteous and respectful. I enjoy cooking, reading and exploring new places and have eclectic tastes in nearly everything. I like my privacy and space and respect other people's, although happy to be social and share common rooms and a meal... I have been told my cooking and baking skills are pretty good and I haven't killed anyone yet with it, so it can't be too bad. Haha. Clean, honest, respectful and always pay bills on time.
I am studying a PhD degree. I am about to finish. I am quite busy at the moment, probably you will see me around the kitchen, making coffee, time to time. I am looking for a clean and safe place. I have been living with uni friends for over 2 years and half. They are all about to buy their own houses and get married, so it is time to make new friends!
Hi! We're Aaron and Harper! 24 year old male and a 2 year old female desexed, registered, trained black Labrador. I have a house full of furniture (lounges, washing machine, dryer, tv etc) but can get rid of everything if necessary. We're looking for a sharehouse. North or Southside it doesn't matter as long as its pet friendly with some grass in the backyard for Harper as she likes lazying around in the sun! Would prefer an unfurnished room but beggars can't be choosers. Harper is a loveable dog, being a Labrador she loves getting out and being active, but will also enjoy a long cuddle when the mood sets. When I’m not working, you can find me probably Coast at a local beach, or exploring new places around Brisbane, anything social and fun really, oh and tagging along is perfectly fine too, especially if you've got a dog as Harper just loves other dogs/animals. Wouldn’t mind a sharehouse with like minded flat mates where possible friendships can be formed - as who wouldn't want to be friends with the people they live with! Also interested in teaming up and starting a new sharehouse too! Looking at a move date around mid October, references available! Can pay 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance and provide proof of savings etc etc if required. Just shoot through a PM if you know of anything, TIA appreciate it 😊
Very quiet, very neat and tidy, don’t make a mess and keep shared areas clean, non smoker, non drinker, don’t take drugs, don’t play loud music or TV, fitness orientated. Keen mountain biker. Recently returned from 9 years living working overseas and a Graphic Designer / Web Development Business Owner in Uganda East Africa. Single, not into pubs or clubs, just value peace and quiet and freedom to get out on either my mountain bike or road bike. When indoors I like to browse Facebook or YouTube, mostly use headphones in my room. I’m very conscientious of not invading other people’s space as I like my own. I’m not a hang out in the lounge room person. I don’t like noisy environments so therefore I myself am very quiet. I was a full time Nightclub DJ in all the main Clubs in Brisbane and Gold Coast before I relocated overseas, so I’ve had my share of music lol. Before that I raced BMX Professionally and Coached. I’ve worked very, very hard the past 3 decades, always self employed under contracts / own businesses, i’m currently taking a bit of a break and reassessing my next chapter, my main focus being ongoing treatment for chronic migraines to improve on quality of life and focusing on my health and fitness. I’m not much of a cook, so I live off healthy wraps, juices and fresh foods lol. I have a pretty quick witted sense of humour when I do engage in conversation. I’ve mostly always only ever had my own place, my current circumstances simply don’t allow that due to closing up my business in a very corrupt 3rd world country and having my assets tied up overseas. That said, when I stay with someone I treat being a guest in their place or sharing a place with utmost respect, cleanliness and friendliness is the best environment. Although not a deal breaker, would be a bonus to share with fellow mountain bikers to help motivate me get out on the trails even more often. Also keen to share with social road riders as I’ve started doing River Loop Rides, aside from Loops and occasional Mt Cootha Laps, I prefer sticking to the Bike Path Networks. My ideal location would be close to Mt Cootha, eg. Toowong, Bardon, Auchenflower, Milton etc. Ferny Grove is also an option I might consider. I do need a parking spot for my car. Not bothered if it’s off street or on street.
Im a mature female chef who is quiet and polite, do not cook much at home, love doing a lot of outdoor activities , just getting back from Cairns and Islands where i was pretty much working 24/7 , so planing to stay in Brisbane for a more balanced and healthy lifestyle. I prefer northern suburbs. I have good references as i know how to respect others and others property and homes.
Hello! I am looking to live with people who want to spiritually grow, where I can collaborate with and grow with the people I am living with. A warm nurturing household is what I am looking for. I am looking to live with mostly women, but this doesn't have to be entirely. I would like to live with people I can connect with who are like-minded, and enjoy sharing ideas, but also respect each other's need for privacy. I love meeting new people, love communicating and getting to know the people I live with. I enjoy exploring into the wild a lot and am very artistic, musical and interested in emotional expression and wellbeing so I am studying psychology and anthropology as a second degree which I hope to combine with alternative therapies to help people in a holistic way. I have traveled, and love meeting people from all over the world. I am clean, a non-smoker, health conscious, yoga, and a meditation girl. I am looking for a warm mature household where honest communication is high, and we are all willing to have a chat, collaborate and share meals from time to time, but also to respect each others space. :) If I sound like someone you want to live with, please contact me! Thank You! Anna.
Am looking for somewhere to live. Fairly quiet, clean enough. I work 3-4 days a week and spend the others studying or working on a small business with some friends. I should mention that as myself and my friends all work, we often meet at night to discuss our business, as such I may be coming and going late in the evening. I also smoke but if its an issue,I'm happy to go for a walk or something, im not bothered.
We are an easygoing couple with a well-behaved, 1 year old child. We have lived and worked abroad (South Korea, Germany, Indonesia) for many years, recently returning home to Australia. We already have some interesting travelling experiences under our belt, but now are looking forward to a simple and stable lifestyle raising a child. Hobbies include reading, cooking, music and intelligent conversation.
Looking for accomodation to settle for a while. I have my 9 year old daughter every second weekend and understand that could be problematic for many people. Ideally starting a lease with someone as I have quite a lot of possessions to house.

The other would be suitable for a study, office, TV room, etc. Easy walking distance to The Gap Village (20 mins) and buses (6 mins).
