We live in a complex with shared pool, tennis court and BBQ area. The room has an in-built wardrobe, mirrors and direct access to outdoor area. Each tenant has their own bathroom! 20 minutes from city, uq, qut and many other similar places. Shopping complex is located less than 5 minutes away. Public transport is easily accessible with buses running constantly into the City/Southbank. Clean and well-maintained complex as well as house. The neighbourhood is safe. Bill are quarterly and split, other than internet which is monthly.

DOWNSTAIRS is your bedroom, open air-conditioned plan dining and lounge, and newly renovated kitchen. Share kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, pots – pans, dishes etc. There are 2 fridges which also makes it easy to manage. Laundry has washing machine, ironing board, iron. The UPSTAIRs contains my office, my private TV lounge, a balcony and my bedroom and personal bathroom. This means with only the 2 of us living here you’ll have a lot of privacy. You'll have a lock up garage space in the double garage, there is a security gate and pool in complex. Located next to Paten Park - on the Ashgrove end of The Gap. You can walk to local Coles, gym, pilates studio, bakery in 10 minutes. Less than 10 km from Brisbane CBD – there are good bus connections to the city. Bus stop for #381 only a 2-minute walk from our front door on Paten Rd and an express bus to city at end of street (Payne & Paten). Buses to the city run frequently during peak hours and then hourly 10am - 3 pm. From 3.30 pm - 7.00 pm they have multiple hourly services again.

This place is a real little gem - close to the bush but not too far from the city. We are all friendly down to earth and open minded people - we like to chat but also respect each other's space. We are clean but not OCD clean. We are seeking a similar fourth housemate who might like to join us! We will soon have 2 bathrooms and you will only share with one or two others but for now all of us use the same bathroom and respect each others space and keep it clean.
