Hi guys! Im looking for a place to share or for a teamup! I am a 20 year old female uni student studying Sports Science, Exercise and Health at UWA! I lead a fairly healthy life and an training in endurance running (marathons). Don't worry I wont make you run with me! I would really love someone or some people around the same age and preferably female so please hit me up if are keen! :)
Hey guys, my name is Emma, 21, I work fulltime as a barista in Mt Hawthorn. I'm clean, down to earth and down to eat. I'm far from awkward.. I've lived in share houses for ages so I know how things go - also when and when not to be social haha. I do art and I love the sun :) I'm keen for a chill house to do chill things with. I've come from a fast-paced full house and need to slow things down. P.s I do have a cat, Ritchie, he's a short-hair domestic so nothing fancy, but he's beautiful. I know he won't be any trouble or a disturbance to anyone as he is shy around others, he just needs to get used to new people. He will spend his time in my room sleeping or outside exploring. He is de-sexed so no spraying. I really appreciate your consideration :)
We are looking to rent a single double bedroom in our Mount Hawthorn two-story four-bedroom home with full use of our secondary bathroom. The room is big enough to fit a queen bed and desk or dresser. We could furnish a desk if needed otherwise the room is unfurnished. Our home has a theatre room, family room, upstairs retreat, large dining area, chef's kitchen, and a backyard alfresco area with a large limestone table and barbecue. The house would be shared with my family; my wife and I are in our mid 40's and we have two respectful easy-going boys aged ten and seven that will not bother you unless you want their attention. We are also taking care of a British Bulldog for the next six months so you must be able to tolerate one well trained dog. Note, we do not want any more pets in our home. Our home is highly secured (safe). We have off-street parking on our driveway for your car. We could fit some sports gear or bike(s) into the garage if needed. We are fitness minded people and are only interested in non-smokers and light / social drinkers. This room would work great for a single employed / professional person or student. Short stay 3-months minimum or longer term. Our location is ideally situated within easy reach of the Mount Hawthorn retail and cafe strip (7-minute walk), Lake Monger (7-minute walk), Menzies Park (3-minute walk), Leederville (25 minute walk), Glendalough Train station (12-minute walk), and the Perth CBD (3-minute drive). We are chasing $240 per week for the bedroom, bond two weeks rent, all utilities included, and unlimited internet broadband included. We are only interested in non-smokers and are not interested in taking on couples or anyone with pets. The room is available at the end of December pending our acceptance of a best fit candidate and any reference checks that we see fit. Move-in requires copy of identification, bond, and first week rent.
I am friendly, outgoing, very clean, non-smoker, social and loves wine and cheese. I have been renting for 3 years so fairly experienced with it all. I work 5-6 days a week and I'm also a full time uni student. I am currently living with two others although our rental is being sold and my housemates are leaving Perth. I am looking for somewhere secure that is central, preferably close-ish to the beach but I'm not fussy about the suburb. I have everything for a house except a fridge but I am able to put it in storage if it is not needed. I am happy to move into a house that is already being leased or to find a place with someone.

At home I like to be able to relax, I also like cooking up new things when the mood strikes. At home I am quite social and enjoy meeting new people and catching up with my friends. I like to keep my space neat and tidy and have a respect for other people, their space and their things. I have my own bed and bedroom furniture so ideally i would like a place with an empty room. I am looking for a place to settle into and looking forward to meeting the person I am going to be sharing with.

Anything to cure the post holiday blues! Also love a good night in and am a pretty chilled out person and easy to get along with.

I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.

21 years old working full-time management in hospitality on Oxford St. Looking for like-minded individuals who enjoy cats, crappy Netflix shows, the odd wine n cheese night and a good chit chat but also respectful of personal space.
Hello, I am considering giving up my lease on the place I have rented in Fremantle for a few years and opt for a different approach to the houseshare lifestyle. Have had a lovely time over the years with amazing housemates, but at this stage I'm more interested in renting a space rather than committing to another lease on my own. I'll be decluttering lots of household items as well, so if you are in need of anything I can probably bring it along if required. I'm a friendly, relaxed female working full-time in Perth. I enjoy socialising, cooking, having a chat over a glass of wine etc.., whether it's relaxing at home or enjoying some time out and about. I'm also inclined to enjoy some time to myself as I tend to be fairly busy during the week. Please feel free to ask if there is anything else you would like to know about me :)
I am a single 22 year old female. I'm clean, responsive friendly individual who enjoys a nice chat with dinner after work but also likes her own personal space. I enjoy going out on the weekend and seeing friends.

Hi guys! I'm looking for a new place to call home for me and my 4-legged companion, Rove. About me: I'm 22 years old and am returning to mighty Perth after 18 months of travelling. I love sport and anything else outdoors, even if it's just having a few drinks and a bbq outside! Though saying that, I'm definitely guilty of a tv binge watching session and could probably watch the entire season of friends back to back if the challange was set. About Rove: Rove is a very loving and happy two year old Kelpie X. Of course being a Kelpie, he is very excited and has lots of energy but usually knows when to settle down. We spend lots of time at the beach or out walking so he's well behaved at home. He is happy enough spending all his time outside and gets along with other dogs and cats. He's a lot of fun to have around and really just wants to be your best friend! I'll be arriving back in Aus on the 1st of December.
Moved to Perth from England 4 years ago to study a PhD in Sport Science, now working full-time as an Exercise Physiologist. Love all things sport, exercise and the outdoors. Very friendly, considerate and sociable. Hoping to find an ensuite room and secure parking bay with a likeminded housemate(s).

Hello :) I'm 20 years old and currently work full time. I'm a fun person to live with, love a drink here and there, not a messy person at all! I love to socialise with my friends on the weekend and I love spending time just to myself
Hiya! My name's Chelsea, I'm 22 (going on mid-twenties really!) and will be relocating to Perth from Busselton for full time study around the end of January. I'm a total foodie, so would love it if you were to join me on my foodie expeditions! I'm also a qualified yoga instructor, and enjoy working out at the gym. I enjoy having a chat when home, but also do enjoy my own space, so finding someone who enjoys socialising but then also having down time is essential! I'm not a big party goer, but prefer small get togethers with friends either at home or out, so I'd prefer someone who isn't going to rave on until 3am every Friday night! I'm also "cat mum", and will be needing to find somewhere that I can bring my small, very tidy and considerate kitty cat with me (not the one on the picture!) His name is Rinny, he's a 2 year old domestic short hair, and he loves a cuddle once he gets to know you (if you want to that is!). I'm 100% open to team-ups, in fact this would be ideal!! I can easily pop up on a weekend to catch up over coffee and see if we're compatible! Or if you're ever down in Bunbury/Busselton/Margs, let me know! I'd like to get something organised ASAP, but please note that I won't be moving until end of Jan (although I can start paying from around the mid-Jan point if I found something that was perfect!)
P. S. / My sister will be in Perth for vacation purpose and will be staying with me for two months. I can pay extra for the utilities (aiming around 10-15 per week) :) I'm looking for a fully furnished queen/double bedroom that I can move in in the middle of Dec 2016. Nice to live with as I'm an organised, clean, and non-judgemental person ;) Privacy matters to me, I love to have my own time but also love to chit chat and explore new food with my housemate too. A good thing is I don't smoke, and I don't mind a pet. Don't hesitate to text me and send me some photos of your room if you think that suit me. Looking for a comfy, decent house with private bedroom, don't mind sharing bathroom and toilet with others.
