Hi, I have two rooms available in Mount Hawthorn. A medium sized room and a smaller room. The larger room in the pictures is $190 all inclusive. And the smaller room is $160 all inclusive. I've lived here for years and its a lovely safe area with great neighbours. Its a central location between the city and the ocean. 10 mins to city, 15 mins to beach. Public transport is very close and its walking distance to the local shopping centre and bus access. Lots of nice parks and a lake nearby. There's no pets but Im open to the possibility depending on what it is. Its a three bedroom house, sharing with myself and one other. Its an older place but with lovely character. The medium sized room is partly furnished with a double bed, wall cabinet, chest of drawers and clothing rack. $190 per week all inclusive. Including all bills and unlimited wifi. Bond is 2 weeks rent. And rent is payed in advance. So to move in it is bond plus 1 week rent in advance. So $570 upfront which covers your first week of rent. This smaller room has a single bed, clothing rack, bedside drawers and shelves. $160 per week all inclusive. Bond is 2 weeks rent. Plus one week rent in advance. So $480 upfront which covers your first week of rent. You are welcome to bring your own furniture if you have it and prefer it. And I can also help with anything you need for the room. Get in touch if you'd like more info or would like to have a look. Regards from Julius. :-)
Hey :) I'm Ashley, Female, 27 years old. I’m looking for a clean and lively space. Full of natural light and no pets. Within 10 minutes from the city. I work full time as a manager in marketing and promotions. I'm an ex primary teacher from NZ and I have lived in Australia working in this position for 2years. I am clean, respectful and friendly and mainly keep to myself also but do enjoy others company. My interests include aromatherapy, exercise, yoga, nutritional food, nature and swimming. I'm generally out of the house for work from 8am-8pm and every 6 weeks I'm away for 1week for Work.
We are looking to rent a double-sized bedroom in our Mount Hawthorn two-story four-bedroom family home with shared use of our secondary bathroom. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, dresser, and has a built-in mirrored closet. We are flexible with the furnishings and can also do semi or unfurnished. Our home includes a theatre room, family room, upstairs retreat, large dining area, chef's kitchen, and a backyard alfresco area with a large limestone table and barbecue. The house would be shared with my family; my wife and I are in our mid 40's and we have two respectful easy-going boys aged eleven and nine that will not bother you unless you want their attention. We also have a British Bulldog named Winnie so you must be okay with one well trained dog in the home. Winnie does not jump on you, is non-destructive, and sleeps in the boys room or my office at night. Note, we do not want any more pets in our home. Our home is highly secured (safe). We have off-street parking on our driveway for your car. We could fit some sports gear, bike(s), or a little bit of storage into the garage if needed. We are clean, tidy, and fitness minded people and are only interested in non-smokers and light / social drinkers. We are also a pretty easy going family and keep more or less standard hours. We like to laugh, have a wine or beer on the weekends, and just enjoy good times! The room would work great for a single employed / professional person or student. Short stay 3-months minimum or longer term. Our location is ideally situated within easy reach of the classy Mount Hawthorn retail and cafe strip (7-minute walk), Lake Monger (7-minute walk), Menzies Park (3-minute walk), Brittania Park (5-minute walk), Leederville (25 minute walk), Glendalough Train station (12-minute walk), and the Perth CBD (3-minute drive). We are chasing $210 per week for the bedroom, $420 bond, ALL utilities are included, and unlimited internet broadband included. We are only interested in NON-SMOKERS and are not interested in taking on couples or anyone with pets. We are more interested in someone that will fit well in our home rather than renting it quickly. That said, the room is available now pending our acceptance of a best fit candidate and any reference checks that we see fit. Move-in requires photo / copy of identification, bond, and first week rent.
I have a room available for rent in my super gorgeous home. There's 3 bedrooms in total and I'm looking at renting only one. The house has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area so I'm looking for the right person to share my space, ideally someone 28-40 who has their shit together. I have two little dogs who are used to being indoors so you will need to be ok with pets to live here. Included in the price is a cleaning lady once a week ... she doesn’t do everything but you won’t need to pick up a vaccy or mop unless you make a mess while here. There's reverse cycle air con in all the bedrooms plus the living area. The bedrooms are furnished at the moment but I am open to removing if you want to BYO.
Would appeal to someone who is interested in their own space i.e ideal for postgraduate student, or working professional. 2 minutes from oxford street strip of café’s and trendy mount hawthorn, 10 Minutes to the CBD and convenient public transport Fully furnished and queen sized bed, own bathroom and parking. Newly built extension , with Foxtel, Wifi and outdoor entertaining area. Gorgeous family home, two separate living rooms makes for a cohesive household, there are heated floors, air conditioning and modern appliances throughout, chef’s kitchen, dishwasher and utilities room.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I ARRIVE MID OF JULY! So please do not message me if you are looking for a flatmate anything sooner than this - saves us both a fair amount of time :) Also I am looking for a furnished room since I will be living only for about four months in Perth. I would describe myself as an easygoing, respectful and very clean housemate. I have lived in shared flats before and am open to a chat or meal together but also do value my privacy. I will be studying at ECU for a semester and probably spending my time either studying, doing sports, or exploring the surroundings. Additionally, I might be working part-time. I am definitely not a party animal and prefer a chilled evening with some food and a nice movie or good talks.

Looking for a room in the inner city area while I wrap up the last year of my degree! Hoping for a home and not just a room, my last housemate and I became best friends but sadly she's moving for work, so hoping for the same in my new home! I'm a pretty low key person, work and study is most of my life but I do like to socialise on nights and weekends when I can, hobbies are Netflix binges, baking and keeping fit.
I'm an academic working full-time. Early 30s, I teach film studies at one of the metro universities. Obviously I'm into films and that sort of thing :) I spend a fair amount of time teaching on campus but I also work from home writing & doing lesson plans (1-2 days a week, depending on how many classes per semester I teach). I'm quiet and neat, enjoy cooking and a nice wine on occasion. Non-smoker, and I like both cats and dogs. Would be great to have a housemate who enjoys a chat - I think it's nice when flatties can talk & socialise on occasion. ps. I'll take this ad down when I've found a place :)

I am very respectful and studious and i also love a wine at the end of the day and cooking healthy meals. i work part time at a winery and study full time. i am looking for somewhere with a big room, in a nice suburb which is not a party house and where the tenants are respectful of others space and down time.
Hi My name is Ella and I am looking for a house to call home. I've lived in shared housing for years with a variety of people both close friends and stranger and sadly due to my last share house being sold I have had to head back to my family home. Currently working full time in the City Centre but will be resuming my studies in the next year. Have studied whilst in a share house before and this was never an issue. I'm not clean freak but I like a tidy house and while I like my space to be mine I definitely enjoy a drink or two on the weekends. Looking for a few people to live with who like a good wine and a chat but also know how to keep their house liveable. Cheers!
My name is Kat Cardwell. I'm an American working on my Ph.D in Sports Performance. A fellow Ph.D. student (German guy named Dan) and I are looking for a third person to team up with and find a place to share. A bit about me: I am 32 years old, somewhat introverted in that I don't go out to party on the weekend, but I enjoy dinners and drinks with good friends. I'm anticipating that my studies with have me doing a lot of reading and writing and I will be working during the weeknights with Softball WA in Mirrabooka. In my free time, I like to read, hike, bike, watch movies, cook and photography. Dan is 30 years old, also working on his Ph.D in Sports Performance. He'll be working with Softball WA with me, as well as doing some strength coaching for a couple of AFL teams in the area. He's into weight lifting, handball, heavy metal music (though at respectful levels when others are home) and enjoying good beers. We're looking for someone else who is low key, not big into parties, willing to chill in the evenings and watch a movie or just chat. If I'm sharing a place with someone, I want to have some sort of good rapport with the person, rather than just be separate individuals sharing a living space. I'm fine with all pets, so that's not going to be a hinderance. I’d also like to get a dog of my own sometime so it would be a plus if we could find a flat mate who is interested in having one around the house. If any of this sounds like you, shoot me a message and we can meet up for a coffee/drink and get to know each other a bit.
I am currently studying Full time (3 days), and working part time at Coles. I am easy going, shy at first but social once you get to know me. I love art, crafts, nature and am a big fan of dining out! (and cooking). I love travel, relaxing with Netflix and wine, and would love to live in a house with pets! I'm studying Fine Art, so a big place with somewhere (garden maybe) I could work on uni projects would be great!
