Hi there, I'm looking for a unfurnished large double room in a friendly, social house-share. I'm looking for a homely spot where the housemates socialise together from time to time. I work 9-5 and I'm also studying yoga teacher training. I'm easy going, active, friendly and enjoy getting out and about, cooking, traveling and keeping fit. I'm considerate of others, clean and tidy. I'm originally from Ireland and have been living in lovely Perth just over 3 years. Look forward to hearing from you if you think you may have a suitable place :) Thanks in advance.
I'm a full-time student working towards a job in the acting or filmmaking industries. I moved up from Denmark near Albany about a month ago for my course. Also a musician in my spare time. While I am pretty quiet and keep to myself most weekdays to focus on my studies, I enjoy socializing with mates on the weekend.
Hey! My name is Tiffany- I'm a 28 year old creative. Originally from Melbourne, I have recently moved to Perth. Currently assisting in events management for a major venue in Leederville. I also work in the front of house over weekends, which means I have a pretty busy schedule. I’m a very outgoing and social person who enjoys cooking. A coffee lover who likes to listen to records. Any opportunity I can take I love to hit the road, go hiking, swimming and exploring the outdoors. In my down time I practice meditation and yoga daily; which is something I am very passionate about. My ideal place would be a clean and comfortable space. Which is long term and with people who share the similar interests. If you think your place would be an ideal fit, then I would love to hear from you! :) Please note: Looking for a unfurnished bedroom and also to move in the month of May, 2017.
I'm easy to get along with and keep things tidy. I like having a social household and want to get along well with my other housemates. I'm a barista who makes a great coffee but is currently looking for work (I do have the means to support myself fully). Three months ago I adopted a gorgeous 10yr old cat named Jupiter and I'm looking to bring her along with me. I'm interested in LGBT friendly homes that are open and accepting! I love making art, listening to good music and if there's a garden then I'll happily water and care for the plants🌵 I'm on the hunt for some rad people that want to share their home with me. Places that are fairly central suit me best. Please send me a message if I seem like the right fit for you 🙂

Live in elegance in a newly built double storey home with top quality home features and facilities. The house boasts views of the city skyline, and its location ensures a cosmopolitan lifestyle. Close to the Perth CBD (9 mins), shops, bus stops, and a stone's throw away to the trendy leederville cafe/restaurant strip and Mt Hawthorn precinct (The Mezz), it is perfect for anyone looking to live the inner suburb dream lifestyle without breaking the bank.
I'm Rachael I'm 27 and I have just moved to Perth from the UK. I will be studying and working in the week and like to socialize on the weekend although I'm not a massive drinker! Looking for a place by the beach or with a pool /gym. Looking to share a house with someone who is of similar age and who is easy going!
I'm a Christian gal seeking someone to start a new house share with. I have couch, fridge, dining, kitchenware and my own bedroom furniture. I'm clean and will generally keep to myself but I am looking for roommates so that I have some conversation when home from work in the evenings. I love brunching, movies, music, the arts, wine and generally anything that gives a good atmosphere like a football game. Not a big cooker, but a girl's got to eat. Not likely available to move for another couple months but we can start friendships first.
I'm a super clean, friendly, social person to live with. I'm looking for room mates who have similar respect standards, and who I can hopefully become fast friends with. I study at ECU in Mount Lawley so I'd ideally like to find a place as close to there as I can get. Flick us a message if you have any other questions :)
Have been living by myself. Now looking for a change. I need to move out of my place by 07th of April but may be able to move sooner. At present I work away for 4 weeks at a time. I am home for 9 days. It would be nice to have a room to come back to in a place I enjoy spending time. If I happen to have interesting and fun house mates that would be wonderful. 31. I work in HR. I’m from Perth. I like health and fitness on the flip side I love going to watching live music and having a glass of wine with good friends. I try to be respectful of my housemates, be tidy and treat others as I would like to be treated. I'll be back in Perth in early March. I will respond to people around that time. If your room is still available we can talk about meeting and viewing the place.
Large room available sharing a 3 bedroom house with one other person. Older style house that is light and airy and stays cool in summer with a huge garden and good quality appliances and cooking equipment. Public transport just metres away and close to public amenities with a park opposite the house. Sorry no couples well behaved pets considered with a pet bond.
Hey guys, i'm a mechanical engineer studying my masters at UWA. I also work part-time from anywhere with an internet connection as well as occasionally driving for Uber. I'm easy going, clean, responsible and friendly. Happy to help out around the house and with any tech problems. Have sharehoused since i was 19 so know the drill with cleaning and am happy to share meals etc if thats the go. Smoking doesn't bother me aslong as its outside only. A house with secure external doors is a must as I have two fur babies that can't go outside (2 cats, 3yrs old, one thinks he's a dog so be prepared for licks and demands for pats). Enjoy hitting the gym, beach, and anything outdoorsy. Enjoy most types of music, always open to new things and a cold beverage! Less relatable/energetic hobbies would be finance (stock and futures trading) and the occasional computer game. Happy to move in anytime feb onwards, no rush.
Hi, I'm Hawa, me in a nutshell - I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UWA, and have just completed my Honours in Psych at Murdoch University. I'm pretty reliable and pretty tidy and I love cats and occasionally window shops when I'm sad. I have a boyfriend who visits sometimes and I have an obsession with Game of Thrones. I'm looking to move in mid-February as I will (hopefully) be starting my Master of Industrial and Organisational course at UWA :) Please contact me by email if you have such a room ($130 including bills and Internet preferably) and I'd love to take a look. Looking forward to hearing from you!

We are looking for a double room in a shared house/Flat, which is within a suitable distance to reach UWA. We are reliable, clean and tidy and we love to socialize. At home I like to be able to relax, I also like cooking up new things when the mood strikes. At home I am quite social and enjoy meeting new people and catching up with my friends. I like to keep my space neat and tidy and have a respect for other people, their space and their things. I have my own bed and bedroom furniture so ideally i would like a place with an empty room. FRIENDS PLEASE SHARE North Perth $335 per week. Hey everyone, so this room will be available in 3 weeks. We currently have a couple occupying the room so basically its $167 per person. We aim to reduce the rent on the lease renewal (in 3 weeks) so hopefully it will be even less per person by the time whoever moves in. This room (with aircon) is on the 2nd floor and is absolutely massive! It includes a walk in wardrobe with a massive amount of storage available in it, it also has its own double sink ensuite with a shower and a bath inside. Outside the bedroom is a landing/small office space that is part of the deal. The whole top floor will be yours, and there's no other rooms that other occupants would need to go upstairs for. You would be sharing with me and one other and a small fluffy dog. We are one female (early 30's) and one male (late 20's) and we both work full time and are musicians. This room would suit a couple due to cost and size and ideally a couple who are creative, musical, and keen to join the coolness of this area. Just 5.5km away from the city you can pretty much Uber to everything for $6. Bus and train really close, I personally ride and walk to most places. The back yard is pretty decent too with a great out doors area for bbq and socialising, the house has 2 living areas down stairs, a kitchen and 2 toilets and a massive bathroom (including a spa which all are welcome to use). If you need any more information please don't hesitate to PM me. oh and we have a spare room (the music room) which is great if you have any gear to bring.
North perth house available, requiring a female due to shared bathroom. Sorry no couples. Very quiet house. Preferring japanese, korean, italian or french due to cultural interest. All bills included, good location near shops and bus. Not much cleaning needed - no gardening really... Please advise a small bio about yourself which will help.
2 Rooms with doublebed with shared bathroom between them available. Price all inclusvie. Currently a mature male and female housemate present already. House is quite close to Coles/Flinders square, and Leederille/Mount Hawthorn, and Tuart college, and bus stops to town 1 min away. Undercover/garage parking possibly available. Female only, no couples sorry. Must be quite, very clean and responsible.. Please provide your working or studying situation, and background. Can send further photos as well if email provided. Any Q, please ask. Thanks
Have a great little shared house in Leederville and is a 10minute walk to IGA and all the local stores, shops, bus, trains etc. The house located directly beside a local park and a 10 minute walk to Lake Monger. The house itself is fully furnished so no need to worry about providing any furniture. No smoking in the house but can smoke outside. Like to keep the house to a reasonable standard, no messy people who can't clean after themselves or do their due diligence. Their is a spare mattress (Queen) available for the room and has a built in wardrobe. So person interested would only need a bed frame and whatever they please to fill the room. Room can easily fit a double bed. The house is air conditioned however the room is not.
Awesome location: 5 minute walk to Oxford Street coffee strip, close to CBD, good access to cycle paths and public transport, nearby parks, shops, restaurants, bars, and freeway. The place is currently being done up, so outdoor and living spaces will be improved over the next 6 months! The space is cosy but still has many benefits. The room measures 2970 x 2420 mm. It is still large enough for a double bed and removable wardrobe (available if wanted). It also access to a sunset-facing balcony via sliding doors. If need be, the landlord is willing to help furnish the room. We are currently only looking for non-smoking housemates. We are two females in our early 20s (22 and 24) who enjoy meeting new people and having a good time. About us: I'm a 24 year old American working in marketing and Lydia is a 22 year old scientist. We are looking for fun, young people who are tidy and respectful, but still know how to have a good time. We like to have a few drinks and a dance on the weekends, but during the week tend to focus on work, sports, and study commitments. If you're interested in a fun house in a prime location, please get in touch!
Welcome future housemate. Let us tell you about our humble abode... This is our family home that we have grown up in. Enjoy all the benefits of this fully furnished home. Amenities include access to WiFi, a/c in the main living room, dishwasher/washer/dryer, lots of natural light & a quaint courtyard, with a lemon tree that needs to be brought back to life. Located in the tip-top spot of Leederville. Just a 15 minute walk to Leedy station, 10 minutes to the main cafe & bar strip on Oxford Street PLUS brand spankin' new cycle paths. The house is fully furnished, buttt we are looking for housemates to bring their own vibe and make the house feel more like a home. So yes, photos of family & pets are welcomed. We welcome some vino & other brews but we don't want to create a party house. If you'd like to know more send a message our way. Happy days, Nat & Mish
I'm a FIFO professional engineer. I stay away mostly but on my days off I like to go out, read and relax. Working professional in Subiaco. Curtin uni student. Peaceful//quiet. Unabashed introvert, with a dash of sarcastic extroversion. Easy going. Non-smoker. Book worm. Triple J fiend. Nap taker. Fitness dabbler. Food eater. Early riser. Early nighter. Doggo fan. Mild clean freak. Homebody/chiller. No party houses. Seeking a place to call home. ABOUT YOU Also a working professional. Student would be cool – but no bigs if not. Also peaceful//quiet. Either extro/intro-version. Open and warm. Also a food eater. Mild clean freak. Cool as a cucumber. No parties. Would like to share their home with me. ABOUT YOUR PLACE: Secure parking would be ideal but not entirely essential, so long as there is garage/driveway parking available and not just on-street parking. I have all bedroom furnishings so looking for an unfurnished room. Would prefer to live with no more than 2 people :) Rent would be between $140, up to $155 inclusive of bills. Super flexible on the location too, as long it's not more than 15km's out from the CBD as I like to pedal into work in the mornings – NOR would be preferred - absolute brownie points if you're near the beach! Also interested in teaming up with someone as well - flick me a message and we can T up a coffee to suss each other out! Feel free to stalk me on Facebook too, to make sure I have all two eyes, ears, a nose and mouth – but totally non-discriminant against anyone who does not possess those things.
I am a 23 year old male, studying at Joondalup. I am from the south west originally and am very laid back - I enjoy getting down to the beach when I can and playing sports, but also am content relaxing at home or having a quite drink occasionally. A lot of my time will be devoted to studying/having my head in books, but I will always make an effort to hang out with my housemates, as I would like to be in a comfortable environment where everyone gets along with one another.
Hey, I'm originally from Perth but have been living in Melbourne for the past seven years. I'm a respectful, easy going and super clean housemate and am currently studying for the Gamsat/science subjects at uni. I generally keep to myself when I'm home but love to socialise over boardgames (really into 7 Wonders) and food. In my free time I workout, watch a lot of movies (current favourite Arrival) and go to the occasional gig with friends. I also play guitar from time to time to destress and relax. Looking forward to meeting you :)
I've just about to move to Perth for work from Melbourne (around the 20th of February), and I'm hoping to find some friendly people to live with and explore Perth with. I'm a Graduate Engineer just starting full time work, so my hours are usually 8-5 Monday to Friday. I'll be moving with all my bedroom furniture from Melbourne so I'm hoping to find an unfurnished queen sized room at least :) I'm a easy going, social person, who enjoys a few drinks with friends but I'm not a party animal. I'm considerate and respectful of others and I am trying to stay fit and active, but do enjoy a binge watch of TV. I try to keep the common areas of a place neat, and making shared meals is always good fun :) Please send me a message if you think we'd get along :)
