Hi there, A friend and myself are looking for an existing house or are hoping to join together and start a new share house in Perth’s northern suburbs. We both have stable full time jobs and are looking to spend around $150 a week each for accommodation. We are currently looking at some 4x2 houses close to warwick which cost approximately $450 a week. We prefer a house rather than a duplex or unit. I have a pet bird and we are happy to move into a house with other pets. We both enjoy catching up with friends for sociable drinks and BBQ’s on the weekend etc. Ideally looking for easy going and sociable roommates with stable jobs. Timing isn’t a big factor, looking to move into a house in February or at the latest March.
I am clean, fun, respectful and kind. I like to socialize but also have downtime. I've just come back from a year of traveling and am starting uni this year at Murdoch. I'm an outdoorsy person and like most Australian's I enjoy spending time at the beach.
I am currently studying Full time (3 days), and working part time at Coles. I am easy going, shy at first but social once you get to know me. I love art, crafts, nature and am a big fan of dining out! (and cooking). I love travel, relaxing with Netflix and wine, and would love to live in a house with pets! I'm studying Fine Art, so a big place with somewhere (garden maybe) I could work on uni projects would be great!
Hi, My name is Pip, I am 26yo female and I have recently moved to Perth for work. I am friendly and easy going with a passion for cooking and baking sweets. I love food and wine and being alive and in the outdoors. I am a non smoker and don't have any pets.
Hi! I'm Denise Currently sharing with a friend on her ‘urban farm’ but am finding the lifestyle and location a bit too much of a stretch. Keen to be closer to my old inner city hood as I really miss the lifestyle and convenience of being within close proximity to everything! Looking to rent/share for a period of 6 to12 months with the long-term view of getting my own place. My ideal share home would come with all the mod cons/creature comforts and location lifestyle perks. Preference for a room with an ensuite. I’m flexible with moving dates and with a furnished, semi or unfurnished room. Also, happy to discuss potential team-ups as I have a fair amount of furniture/household items in storage, which I can provide for communal use. As a housemate, you'll find me respectful, dependable, clean and tidy. Having cohabitated for the majority of my adult life, I have shared a home with individuals, as part of as well as with a couple. Prior to my current place, I lived with two single guys in their mid/late thirties for a couple of years. I am a marketing consultant and plan to undertake some part-time study/professional development this year. Outside of work commitments, I'm fairly social and spend my weekends/some weeknights enjoying meals/drinks/movies etc. out with friends. I also try (with varying degrees of success) to get to a gym class 2-3 times a week. When home, I enjoy cooking a meal and some quality couch time. I love meeting people from different backgrounds and walks of life. Looking to live with someone(s) who share some common interests but also have their own social life and activities - so we can interact/enjoy a laugh but also have a healthy respect each other's personal space. Let’s chat if you think we’d be great potential housemates. Hope to hear from you soon! Many thanks Denise
Hi there :) I'm Teri! As a housemate I'm really chilled out, I keep tidy and to myself. I'm 20 and I'm studying journalism - I'm in my second year and I absolutely love it! When I'm not at uni I'm working most mornings at a little coffee shop in Doubleview (free coffee for you!) and either out with friends or relaxing at home. I'm super mature for my age, easy to get along with and I love to travel, go to gigs and chill out. :)
Fairly quiet, down to earth, friendly, trustworthy and drama free. I’m very respectful and am seeking a positive safe home with my two beautiful indoor only Burmese cats. I am a non smoker and can only live with other non smokers. I’m not looking for a share house but am looking for a house to share, with one or two others who will be kind to my cats.
Hey guys! I'm an easy-going, creative and sociable 18 year old starting my first year at WAAPA. Don't mind helping out around the house, and quite like cooking. Will possibly look at getting a casual/part-time job once I settle in. I like going out with my friends, but I'm equally happy with comfy nights in :) Things I like: Piano, songwriting, karate/fitness and theatre, but will find an interest in just about anything.
Room for rent in an awesome house in Mt Hawthorn! We're looking for a new housemate in our large 5 bedroom house at Green Street. The rent is $145 per week, $795 bond, and we're looking for someone to sign on to the lease for one year for the time being. The room itself is next to the main entrance, and is quite spacious. It has its own air conditioner and locking door. The bathroom downstairs is shared with our other housemate (there are2 bedrooms on the main floor), with toilet and stand up shower. The room will likely come with the couch pictured, and possibly the clothes rack, but unfurnished otherwise. The room is available as of Monday, Feb. 26th, but we do have a spare room that could facilitate you to move in earlier if needed. There's a spacious downstairs with pool table (which has seen better days, but still plays a good game!), washer and dryer, kitchen, back patio with BBQ, and access to the 2 car garage. Upstairs is the main living room with TV and couches, and the other 3 bedrooms (one of which is a spare room). There is plenty of street parking around, but the garage can be used as well. The house is a 5 minute drive to glendalough train station, with a bus stop directly out front of the house. Across the street is a bus stop that goes to the city (about a 15 minute ride). Dogswamp shopping centre is a few blocks away, and more importantly, many pubs and restaurants on Scarborough beach road only a short walk from the house!
Hi I’m Rachel, I’m 32 and a UK and Aussie Citizen; I have previously lived in Perth but just spent 12 months in the UK doing my Masters degree and have now been offered a 6 month contract in Perth starting in February. I would be looking for a flat or house share ideally with one other person (happy for male or female) for 5 to 6 months depending on my flights. As I work full time I would prefer a quieter lifestyle during the week but I am happy to have drinks and socialise through the weekends. I like to play netball and would ideally love a complex with a pool and gym but am happy to join a local gym if the facilities aren’t available at home...... Anything else you would like to know feel free to contact me! Cheers.
Working full time at Perth hospital and go home to my country town every second weekend. Very easy going and very clean and tidy. Love to have a chat and a wine or two. Love walking and travelling. Very reliable.
I work fulltime at Bankwest as a Home Loan Lending Specialist. I have been with Bankwest for 4 years. I enjoy a tidy and clean house, don't drink often and don't smoke. I enjoy peace and quiet. You will often find me exercising and enjoying outdoor activities. Downtime - you will find me on the couch watching a movie with a nice cup of herbal tea.

Hey! I'm actually a complete newbie to this sharehouse thing! 5 years of study interrupted by gallivanting South America and Eastern Africa definitely set the finances back....but now employed full time and ready to get a move on. Always happy to chat, but do like my own down time as well. I studied environmental management and sustainability science, and now work with a non profit organisation....so a little bit of a hippie... I love animals and am respectful of other people's space and things....unless you have a pet, then I will need lots of cuddles from said pet please. Open to other suburbs but want to remain NOR. Within 15mins drive of East Perth is preferable, or at least close to Alexander drive! :)

Am just as happy to chat and socialise as I am to keep to myself, so I find that it's easy to live with all types of people. I'm a pretty quiet individual and usually keep to myself, but I do enjoy long conversations every now and then. I'm easy going and most nights am out taking dance or aerial classes. I currently work casually as a receptionist though i'm also looking for more part-time work as well. I'm originally from Newcastle NSW, but moved to Perth to Study a Diploma of Lighting Design at WAAPA, and graduated in 2016.
