Former Tasmanian, moved here from Melbourne 5 months ago for work and have been renting alone since. Hence why I would love a roommate or two in a modern environment to make my life here more social and exciting once my lease expires end April. I’m a very clean, respectful and overly organized person. Enjoy my personal space and alone time, however I'm very outgoing and energetic. Single. Non smoker. No pets. Always up for adventures and road trips. Spend around 80 percent of my time at the gym, the beach or flying for work on the occasional basis. Can also put together flat packs like a champion and if you like Pinot Noir we will get along great.
i'm Mohamed from Egypt, i'm a computer engineer. i will study at Murdoch University full time. I want to rent a room for about 3 months so that I could prepare a suitable flat for my family who will join me later. I need the room on 13/5/2018 i'm friendly and easy going . and i will spend most of my time studying. i prefer to live in north perth near joondanna or mount hawthorn thank you
Hey my names Russell, 29, Male, born in Australia, Parents from Malaysia....so I'm very respectful and wont use shoes in your place I work fulltime as an electrician, so I can be handy with that kinda stuff around the house. I like to stay in good physical shape so I mainly work and go to the gym during the week, so barely home except weekends....but even then I like going out with friends or hang out and have a few social beverages. I'm easy going, quiet and chilled. I like some sports and outdoor activities. if you want to hangout and chat I'm happy to oblige but if not I can be like a ninja. If you have pets that's an added bonus...as ill be stealing all its love, so pets are preferred. I can also provide a 6 seater outdoor spa if that is something you'd be interested in...and have room outside for it. feel free to message any questions and whatnot CHEERS
I need a fairly large double room with plenty of storage space. Built-in double robes or large free standing robes, chest of drawers, and study desk. I'm happy to purchase these items if there is plenty of space for them. I have camera gear that needs to be stored inside and away from heat and damp, and I would prefer if the bedroom door has a key lock. I have a fair amount of personal possessions. It consists of cases of clothes, boxes of camera accessories and tripod, my personal paperwork, shoe bag, and some linen, plus a toolbox with screwdrivers etc, and car cleaning box (need that for my ute). Plus a bag containing my favourite books that I always wanted to read, but never had time to. I am an easy going person, non-smoker, occasional drinker, enjoys good company and conversation, love photography, dogs and cats, and animals in general. I love gardening, permaculture, growing veggies, making composts (studied horticulture). I enjoy a good laugh, movies (action & sci-fi), and getting out in nature. Admire the arts e.g. painting, sculpture, video and photography. I study black and white photography mostly but enjoy landscape and pet photography too. I work as a Procurement Administrator in the resources industry and returned to Perth in February 2018. I have some temporary accommodation at the moment and secured a casual 5-week job in the northern suburbs. I'm on the hunt for a more permanent work contract. I won't be in your face flatmate and respectful of other peoples space. I want to get fit so will be out getting exercise, going to yoga classes, weight training, or taking photographs. I love dogs all shapes and sizes. So if you have a dog, that's fine. I lived with a cat for 5 years and sadly he died when he was 16 years old. Texas the legend lives on. I'm very clean and tidy and in fact, I enjoy cleaning and love sitting back and seeing the difference and enjoy living in a nice clean space. On the other end of the spectrum, I'm not a crazy clean freak, either. I'm quite prepared to do a few hours gardening or cleaning a week in return for cheaper rent. Or do you travel for your job, and need someone responsible and trust-worthy to look after the place. That's me! I can provide a police clearance. I am very quiet and you may not know I even there sometimes. I never play loud music instead use headphones. I want to get fit so will spend a fair amount of time resting to recover from killing myself in the gym. If I find the right place I'm a long termer...
Hey all current student at UWA searching the real estate seas for a place to feel free... A room shared with likeminded people would be awesome, reasonably quiet etc etc Also open to collaborating, in a new rental, cheers all the best!
Hi I am 37 years old, engineer, Man/ Persian is looking for a master bed room+ car park (I normally leave house at mornings and come back late just to rest at nights). I Prefer to share with Maximum 2 other professional people in their 20S or 30S . I am clean, tidy, well organised, easy going and friendly. I will bring my personal belongings so I do not need a furnished room. I will rent for 1 months at least and if it is OK for both sides I will be ready to extent the duration of the contract beyond this 1 month’s period. I prefer to share with a non-smoker (it really doesn't matter but not to be a drug user ) , just drink socially and occasionally. The rent preferably be including utilities (gas, electricity and water). Thanks Ramin
I'm a clean, courteous 34 year old man who loves a good laugh. I'm reliable, I always pay my bills on time, I'm a non smoker and I have no pets. I have a keen interest in the arts, I produce my own visual art (mostly cartoons) and I love going down to luna and checking out a movie. As I am single I still head out on the odd occasion but I'm not a massive drinker, just a beer or a glass of wine over dinner or if an occasion calls for it, a few more. I enjoy relaxing in the evenings, sitting on a verandah or somewhere with a cool breeze. I welcome all types of people, and always look for the good in a person. I work a retail job in an arts and crafts store which I enjoy.
Hey future friend- Em here! Looking for a chilled person to start a new house share. Am into health and fitness tho do enjoy a glass of wine and cheese board on a Friday night .. who doesn’t right ? Bonus - with me comes the best furry friend you could wish for , her name is piper and she’s a 10yr old Staffy. Have a full time secure job , and am super clean and tidy. Often go away camping for the weekend so there will be times where you will have the house to yourself. Ideally I’d like to live in a secure house/ town house with a small garden or courtyard :)

I would describe myself as an easygoing, respectful and clean housemate. I have lived in shared flats before and open to a chat or meal together but also value my privacy. I will be studying at ECU for a semester and probably spending my time either studying or exploring the surroundings. I am definitely not a party animal and prefer a chilled evening with some good food and a nice movie or good talks.
Hi, small room available in Mount Hawthorn. I've lived here for years and its a great area. Its a safe area with great neighbours. Its a central location between the city and the ocean. 10 mins to city, 15 mins to beach. Public transport is very close and its walking distance to the local shopping centre. Lots of nice parks and a lake nearby. There's no pets but Im open to the possibility depending on what it is. Its a three bedroom house, sharing with myself and one other. The room is partly furnished with a single bed, shelves, clothing rack and bedside chest of drawers. You are welcome to bring your own furniture if you have it and prefer it. $180 all inclusive. $150 per week plus $30 for bills and unlimited wifi. Bond is 2 weeks rent. And rent is payed in advance. So to move in it is bond plus 1 weeks rent in advance. Get in touch if you'd like more info or would like to have a look. Regards from Julius. :-)
A little bit about me: I graduated from WAAPA with a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Dance last year and have been living in Melbourne/Perth and travelling since. I am passionate about sustainable living and would love to develop my home to be as eco as possible with composting, possible herb/veggie garden, possible fruit/citrus trees and an enviable recycling system :) I love the outdoors in nature, the sun, cooking/baking, the environment, dancing and a good book. I am a pretty quiet and clean person but enjoy a nice chat or movie/dinner night. I hope to not pay more than $150 a week and looking for somewhere which is easy to get to the city by public transport in under 30-40mins. I get back from travel at the beginning of April so looking for somewhere to move into around then :)
I am a creative and easy going student, currently at ECU mt Lawley doing an arts degree. I enjoy the beach, gardening, arts and crafts socialising and having a drink or a few as well as my own down time. I'm looking for a home with similar aged people who are also fun and out there
I'm house proud so like to keep things clean and tidy. Love to share a meal and drink (and occasional outings) with my housemates. I'm easy going and enjoy keeping active/fit. Always up for a laugh and happy to play taxi once in a while - within reason of course! I am after a large unfurnished room, aircon and own bathroom would be fab. Something close to public transport as my work is relocating to the CBD and we won't have parking :( Ground floor room preferred as I may need to have a knee recon at some point haha (thank you dirt bike!). I have a motorbike so somewhere secure (garage) to park it is essential - no on street parking for both my car and bike. Please feel free to ask me any questions :)
I am currently studying Full time (3 days), and working part time at Coles. I am easy going, shy at first but social once you get to know me. I love art, crafts, nature and am a big fan of dining out! (and cooking). I love travel, relaxing with Netflix and wine, and would love to live in a house with pets! I'm studying Fine Art, so a big place with somewhere (garden maybe) I could work on uni projects would be great!
