Very large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse overlooking the river in Mount Lawley - to share with 1 other. Located right on the river within 15 mins walk to Mount Lawley and Claisebrook Cove. Large king size room available from 1st August (however, earlier move in date in JULY is definitely an option!). There is a massive jarrah wood wardrobe that comes with the room, three doors wide and has lots of drawer/cupboard storage space - it is huge! The room is large enough for a king size bed, however bed not included - there's a double bed in the spare room upstairs that you could borrow until you get your own bed. Ensuite bathroom includes shower, toilet, basin and storage cupboards. The house is split over three levels, so there is plenty of space for two people sharing. There is a third room which can be used by either of us for friends/family coming to stay. There is a very large living room / dinning room with french windows out to the backyard (courtyard with views of the river). There is also another large living area upstairs with french windows out to a balcony that runs the length of the back of the house, overlooking the river - you can watch the new Perth Stadium construction progress live! The balcony is an awesome spot to watch the fireworks too! :) The house is in a fantastic location right on the river and has private access at the rear direct to the river pathway. East Perth train station is only a 7 minute walk, Mount Lawley shops (Beaufort St) is about 12-15 minute walk.

Location: In between Fitzgerald Street and Beaufort Street. About a 10 minute walk to both. There is a bus (3 min walk) which heads straight into the city and is under a 10 minute ride. 1km to ECU Mount Lawley. Plenty of on-street parking available. The House: Beautiful townhouse in Mount Lawley. This is a comfortable home with plenty of space. The living areas are split by stairs and on their own individual levels. Your room: The room is furnished with double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, desk and chair, there is also a built-in robe and ceiling fan. You would share a bathroom with one housemate and you also have your own private balcony. Looking for: We would prefer someone who is looking for a home which is more of a community than just people living in a house. Someone who is respectful and clean, and has had prior experience living in a shared house. This house wouldn't suit a partier, this is more of a dinner party with board games and awesome food and wine house. Someone who is looking for a relaxing environment after work or study which can become social on weekends. We are a big outdoor adventure household, and general fitness and wellness such as yoga, eating good food, etc., so if you are in to any of that you will fit in well! -Sorry no pets!
I am a mining engineer and I moved from Brisbane to Perth about a year ago for a FIFO job. My roster is week on week off. When I am around, I enjoy being a part of a household, and being friends with my housemates. That said, I know everyone has their own lives so I'm good at giving space if that's what you're after! I like playing sports such as Gaelic football and tennis, and going rockclimbing. I also like having lazy nights at home, cooking with a glass of red and watching movies or TV shows and reading (especially fantasy or historical fiction). While I am definitely not a party animal, I do like to have friends over for a games night or dinner, or have our own 'family' dinners! I am also very keen to see more of what Perth and the surrounding areas have to offer, especially going camping and four wheel driving. It would be ideal if my new housemates would be interested in joining me for some of this! Ideally, I would love to live somewhere with a spare room or with housemates who don't mind the occasional visitor on the couch, in case my interstate friends or family manage to find their way to this side of the country. I would love to live somewhere with animals, although I don't have a pet of my own. Non-smoker and clean and courteous housemate!
Why I am the flatmate you are looking for? I am Melissa, 22 and normally studying International Business in the Netherlands. After falling in love with the city, during my last visit, I really wanted to come back to Australia and luckily found a great internship starting in August. This is why I am looking for a place to stay now. I would say I am a really open-minded, friendly and sociable person and tidiness is important to me. I also love to meet new people and make new friends and it would be great to like cook together or just to hang out every now and then. When I am not working or studying, I love to go to the gym, listen to music and just spend a lot of time with my friends and family.
I'm a mature single female originally from Perth but have traveled overseas for the past 10 years. I am a flexible and sociable person who DOES clean up after herself as I like to live in a clean and tidy house and be considerate of other people. I have shared houses in many different ways whilst travelling and lived with people from different countries and cultures. I am an ex-RN who now has 2 adorable fur babies: 2 older Siamese cats (unfortunately de-clawed by the previous owner) but are fully house trained and sleep a lot. I have a healthy organic lifestyle and hobbies include yoga, gym . I am looking for a quiet house long term that is not a party house. I would like to share with 1 other animal lover who does not have pets as my cats are not use to other animals. I am respectful, considerate and quiet and am looking to share with same- either male or female. Non-smoker. Does anyone want to start a houseshare in Freo???
LOOKING FOR: ***MODERN PROPERTY*** ***IN/AROUND PERTH OR NEAR PUBLIC TRANSPORT*** ***AVAILABLE TO MOVE 26th AUGUST*** Hey, We are a couple from England looking for a clean and modern place to share with easy going, fun people. I am currently working part time and studying in the city. Luke is currently working full time and works all over so ideally looking for somewhere near to public transport. We are clean and tidy, sociable and enjoy a few beers at the week end and sometimes in the week. Although we are sociable we are very respectable of others privacy. We would like to live with like minded people who would enjoy a few beers or dinner with us from time to time and share some good banter. We would prefer our own bathroom however we don't mind sharing as long as the other housemates are clean. We are not looking for a party house but equally not looking for an unsociable house so something in between would be perfect. We would also like to feel comfortable to bring friends over for dinner from time to time. We would prefer to have air con especially in the main living area and a lock on the bedroom door (in larger occupied houses). Thank you :-)
Hello! I'm an 36 y/o Irish-Australian guy who has been living in Perth for 7 years now and very happy to call it my home. That being said, I'm yet to settle down and find my own place, and my current apartment is being renovated by the owner for her to move back into it. Hence, considering a flatmate! Is it you? To pay the bills, I solve problems for businesses (consulting / contracting / project work) and try to leave them in a better state than which I found them. Not always easy! Most recently, I was involved in setting up a new political party in WA, designed to put people back into decision making in Parliament - check out voteflux.org (I never stop spruiking the projects I'm passionate about). :) What makes me a good person to live with? I'm respectful, tidy, responsible and all those other attributes which would be considered standard. I can cook, play music, fix things and talk for hours about the nature of life and the universe. I know when to be quiet and to give people space. I'm comfortable with silence. I myself am an introvert by nature (in that I replenish my energy by spending time alone), but I am very social and love spending time with my friends. I'm not easily placed into a box... Just some random info about me: I've worked all over the world (Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia) building mobile phone networks Love animals and I'm convinced I have a telepathic connection with dogs - woof woof!!! Spent 6 months in India learning yoga and doing research on yoga therapy I believe the burrito to be one of the crowning achievements of human civilisation I don't take myself too seriously, (about a 6/10 on the taking-oneself-seriously scale) My vices include: Books - I can't walk into a bookshop with buying something. My library contains more books than I will ever likely have time to read in my lifetime, but in my opinion, the value of a library is in the books you're yet to read - not necessarily the ones you've read. Shiraz - Not an alcoholic :p but I do enjoy my shirazes (what's the plural of shiraz? Shirazi? Shirazamattazes?). Nothing quite like a conversation over a glass of Shiraz. If you like Merlot, I won't hold that against you! - actually I might! :p Ideally, I'd like to live with one other person in a house / apartment which is big enough for us both to have a bit of space. I work from home on occasion, so a place with ample room for a desk would be a bonus. Aiming to live within 20 mins of the CBD, so if you're in that catchment area and would like to have a conversation to assess our compatibility, let me know. All the best! Daithi P.S. This website doesn't format text properly... I'm not a rambling typer! :p
I work graphic design in the city 4.5 days a week and retail the other 2.5. Clearly I'm a busy person so I'm really just looking for a tidy, social house to chill when I'm not working. Hopefully make some friends in the process. I'm a tidy, empathetic person and would hope to have likewise house mates.
I'm a young career driven professional working 5 to 6 days per week in the ever evolving industry of men's fashion. I keep to myself most of the time however I do like to interact and catch up with my housemates when I am home. I'm not a huge party animal, I would much prefer a few quiet drinks at home over hitting the town until the early hours of the morning. I would preferably like to meet like minded individuals who share my aspirations. I'm clean and quite domesticated for a 20 yo man! Meaning I can cook and I can do the dishes afterwards! I prefer to live in a clean home, therefore house cleaning days would be a regular occurrence. If this doesn't sound like too much to ask then please send me a message. I look forward to meeting all of you exciting people soon.

When I move over to Perth in September, I'll have been living and working in melbourne for 7mo. I'm looking to try and find a small group of people girls and/or boys to have great times with for the next leg. I'm likely going to be working in hospo so will be working some pretty dodgy shifts but I'm really easy going, can clean up after myself, above average cook and house trained :) 27 from the UK 🇬🇧
