My name is Erin, I am a 27 year old Occupational Therapist who last week moved back to Perth after a region stint working in Queensland. I am house proud, and love to come home to a place that feels like home and a place to retreat. I am health conscious, active and outdoorsy. I meditate and enjoy practicing yoga and preparing fresh food and cooking. I am a beach baby and when not out with friends, working or exercising I will likely be relaxing at home with a book or pottering in the kitchen. I have excellent rental references, and continue to remain good friends with all of my prior housemates (of whom have been numerous and varied in character!)

Great vibrant and outgoing personality (ignore age as i really look and behave like I am 28 haha) well so i have been told! I respect others property, their space and I can adapt to differing personalities to retain great harmony within a shared environment. I work FIFO in Mining so I am away a lot and when I am home I am generally relaxing and taking it easy. I like a simple stress free lifestyle with plenty of laughs to keep it real. Outgoing and motivated love getting out and about and meeting new people and very rarely couch potato.

Hello! We are two females (Brazilian & Venezuelan) in our mid-late 20s, looking for a 3rd person to join us in a new rental property. Our current lease will expire 29 April 2017 and we will be looking to get a rental agreement for, initially, 12 months. With 3 people, we would be looking for rentals of up to $600/week being $200/week each plus bills. This would be the high end of the budget. If we find a cheaper house we all like, perfect! We both have dogs, so you must be pet friendly. We are both full-time workers, mature, responsible and clean. We look and clean after ourselves and our dogs. We are looking for another similar minded person, respectful, preferably full-time worker and around the same age. No preference or restrictions around gender, sexual orientation or anything like that. Although we are open minded people, no drug users or smokers, please. We lead healthy and positive lifestyles and would like to be surrounded by the same. We will be looking around the following suburbs: North Perth, Highgate, Leederville, Joondanna, Wembley Downs, Scarborough, Innaloo. If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please contact us and we can arrange to meet up to discuss it further and see how we get along.
Room for rent in a spacious Mount Lawley house with a massive loungeroom, two bathrooms, a fairly large and open kitchen, a separate dining room (mainly used for Dungeons & Dragons), and an outdoor hangout area. 5 minute walk from The Rosemount hotel and 15 minute ride to the city. The photos don't do it justice! This place has a fantastic layout for a lively and comfortable home. The room itself is unfurnished but there is a queen mattress and ensemble available, and otherewise theres plenty of room for storage. The driveway has space for two cars, but there is a heap more parking on the street as it's on a corner, and the neighbourhood is safe enough to not have to worry about break-ins. The house also has a fairly large outside courtyard area as well as a lovely garden which the owner tends to. The empty block next door is also owned by the same owner so noise isn't a huge issue. You'll be sharing the house with myself and Amir. I am a 22y/o student who works part-time at Bunnings, and Amir is an apprentice plasterer and an all-round cool guy. We're looking for housemates who are social and keen for the occasional shenanigan, but also tidy when necessary and willing to pull their weight. We've just renewed the lease for another 6 months so we're looking for someone to stay at least until it ends at the start of August, so flick us a message if interested.
Location and great city views! Located 5 mins from main cafe strip along Beaufort st, right near train line and 10 mins to the city. Not a large room so would suit someone with not too many personal items. Large wardrobe and access to shared storage spaces. House is full furnished with the option of bedroom furnishings. Please message for more details and picture of the room (it's newly painted so not up)

I currently live in North Perth and would love to stay in the area. I'm looking for one other person to team up with in a share house. Looking to pay up to $450 for whole house.
I'm an Engineer working in the city. On my days off I like to go out, read and relax. I am looking for a place close to the city with friendly housemates that won't mind having an occasional drink on the weekends. I am super tidy and considerate of shared spaces. Also, I would prefer to have my own bathroom if that's at all possible in the sharing situation. Cheers
Hello! I'm an 36 y/o Irish-Australian guy who has been living in Perth for 7 years now and very happy to call it my home. That being said, I'm yet to settle down and find my own place, and my current apartment is being renovated by the owner for her to move back into it. Hence, considering a flatmate! Is it you? To pay the bills, I solve problems for businesses (consulting / contracting / project work) and try to leave them in a better state than which I found them. Not always easy! Most recently, I was involved in setting up a new political party in WA, designed to put people back into decision making in Parliament - check out voteflux.org (I never stop spruiking the projects I'm passionate about). :) What makes me a good person to live with? I'm respectful, tidy, responsible and all those other attributes which would be considered standard. I can cook, play music, fix things and talk for hours about the nature of life and the universe. I know when to be quiet and to give people space. I'm comfortable with silence. I myself am an introvert by nature (in that I replenish my energy by spending time alone), but I am very social and love spending time with my friends. I'm not easily placed into a box... Just some random info about me: I've worked all over the world (Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia) building mobile phone networks Love animals and I'm convinced I have a telepathic connection with dogs - woof woof!!! Spent 6 months in India learning yoga and doing research on yoga therapy I believe the burrito to be one of the crowning achievements of human civilisation I don't take myself too seriously, (about a 6/10 on the taking-oneself-seriously scale) My vices include: Books - I can't walk into a bookshop with buying something. My library contains more books than I will ever likely have time to read in my lifetime, but in my opinion, the value of a library is in the books you're yet to read - not necessarily the ones you've read. Shiraz - Not an alcoholic :p but I do enjoy my shirazes (what's the plural of shiraz? Shirazi? Shirazamattazes?). Nothing quite like a conversation over a glass of Shiraz. If you like Merlot, I won't hold that against you! - actually I might! :p Ideally, I'd like to live with one other person in a house / apartment which is big enough for us both to have a bit of space. I work from home on occasion, so a place with ample room for a desk would be a bonus. Aiming to live within 20 mins of the CBD, so if you're in that catchment area and would like to have a conversation to assess our compatibility, let me know. All the best! Daithi
