I work full time in accounts at a law firm in CBD so I'm looking something close by. I dance and play piano for hobbies so not home until around 8-9pm 3x nights and spend at least one night a week at my house in Wanneroo with my grandparents. *Don't worry I do all my music at my Wanneroo house! I have a car and motorbike so parking is ideal for both but essential for car at least. I am tidy and respectful of others property and space. I'm a swimmer which means that some (most of them) mornings I'll be up and about in 4 am just to get to practice and that also means that I'll be sleeping pretty early as well. but aside from all the practices I'm pretty easygoing and usually have no problems with people especially when they get to know me. That said I do enjoy doing stuff apart from swimming even if it's just walking around town or hanging just simply hanging out. I should say that I'm from Sweden and if you'd like (once I get to know someone as stated earlier) I could at least try to teach you a few words or slangs just for the fun of it. And as a last side point I do respect the house rules. P.S the club I will be swimming at is Perth City and that means the main pool will be at Beatty park so preferably no longer than a 20 min bike ride away. And I'll land in Perth the 7th December, staying until lsat of april 2018

Quite and cosy just 400m from ECU Mt Lawley. The unit is bright, fully furnished and recently renovated. The bedrooms have modern Ikea furniture (single bed, desk, wardrobe, lots of storage, book shelves) and are spotlessly clean. There is reverse cycle AC and a ceiling fan in the living area (but rarely needs to be used). Each flatmate has a large food pantry and there is a shared linen closet. The unit has a clothes washing machine. All linen and cleaning equipment is supplied. 3min walk to ECU Mt Lawley. Bus stop outside front gate with busses to; city, Dog Swamp Shopping Centre, North Perth Shopping Centre and Dianella Shopping Centre. Express bus stop to CBD (10mins) and Northbridge restaurants (5mins) 400m from unit. The unit is attached to a family home in a quiet suburban street. It has separate access and patio with bbq, halogen oven and outdoor seating. No additional people can stay overnight in the unit and flatmates are expected to be quiet after 10:30pm. There is an additional fridge out the front of the house where flatmates have full access to the freezer and two large shelves. The kitchen/lounge/bathroom areas are professionally cleaned each week, surfaces must be left clear on cleaning day. Flatmates are responsible for cleaning their bedroom. Each bedroom door can be key locked. There is a large organic garden at the house with chickens, a beehive and two cats. Minimal insecticides, pesticides or herbicides are used on the property. The unit’s clothes washing machine waste water is used on the garden. Tenants are expected to use environmentally conscience cleaning and washing products and not use poisons in or around the unit. The house is solar passive and all windows and doors have security screens to catch the sea breeze for cooling in the evening.
I am an easy going person, non-smoker, occasional drinker, enjoys good company and conversation, love photography, dogs and cats, and animals in general. I love gardening, permaculture, growing veggies, making composts (studied horticulture). I enjoy a good laugh, movies (action & sci-fi), and getting out in nature. Admire the arts e.g. painting, sculpture, video and photography. I study black and white photography mostly but enjoy landscape and pet photography too. I work as a Project/Contracts Administrator in the resources industry and returning to Perth to find work. I hope to get a Mon-Fri job working in the CBD so would like a place that is close to the city and on the main transport routes. I don't want to spend too much time travelling to/fro from work, so the closer to the CBD the better. I won't be in your face flatmate, and respectful of other peoples space. I'm trying to get fit so will be out getting exercise, going to yoga classes or taking photographs. Sometimes I will spend hours in my room editing new images on my laptop. I not ignoring anyone but working on my passion. At the same time, I enjoy catching up with people and hearing about their day. That's why I want a flatshare so I can socialise on a daily basis, then live in a unit by myself. I'm open to cleaning schedules and doing my bit to keep the house clean and tidy. I'm a good cleaner and got excellent feedback from real estate agents when I exited a property or cleaned for my parents. I try to avoid strong cleaning chemicals due to the yuk factor and the expense, instead use bicarbonate soda, vinegar, and essential oils. When you finished the room smells clean and wonderful. I need a nice quiet place so I can get my beauty sleep and be energised for work, and not interested in party houses. I can't live in a house where someone else is a smoker (sorry!). Foodwise I try to eat healthy especially since I'm trying to get fit. Plenty of fruit and vegetables, lean meats and fish, and nuts, are on the menu.
