Very open and accepting person, already had my crazy party years so that's far behind me. Kind of a loner but am happy to chat in small group. I give great advice and am sometimes hilarious, so I'm told. Neat person, currently working on myself and my goals. Straight edge but respectful of people's choices, currently on a pension but have no issue of paying rent.

I am a self-employed circus artist and part-time uni student. I am a workaholic and am busy 90% of the time. My hours are very scattered and I am typically home for parts of the day and out in the evenings. Sometimes I am not home until 9 or 10PM on a weeknight so I would prefer to live with people who don't sleep this early. My job is very social and active so I prefer to keep to myself and recover while at home but also enjoy conversations over wine, dinner parties and the occasional themed, costume party. I enjoy organising and hosting social events but can be very respectful of others schedules and space. I have a heap of circus gear so somewhere with a bit of storage space is ideal. If there is a backyard I will put an aerial rig up which I can definitely teach you a thing or two on if you're interested! I would prefer to live somewhere with character and in a nice location than in a house with shiny walls. Move date is flexible. Message me for more details :-)

Hi! I'm new to Perth and looking to join a sharehouse. I'm reliable and easygoing. In my spare time I'll be at the beach, watching live music, keeping fit and exploring outdoors. I work full time in health, normal business hours. I'm a non-smoker :)
Moving to Queensland at the end of the year so hoping to find somewhere close to work until then. Don't smoke, pretty neat, have no pets, prefer furnished as not brining any with me but can deal either way, not expecting having visitors or any parties, basically just somewhere to sleep, chill, and share with some nice peoples. Happy to share in cleaning duties and possibly some cooking, or otherwise equally happy to leave you in peace.
You will be renting with a tidy European student, me! I study at UWA, I am working 2jobs, so I will be out of the house most of the time and studying other part of the time. I can keep to myself or socialise, I am not a party house person but its ok to have a few friends over for a social setting. Please let me know if I am somebody you are looking for. I am looking for someone who is: - 20 to 40 M or F - Clean and tidy - Social, but not expected to be best buddies - Positive outlook on life - Professional or student who respects privacy, and the house. - Happy to share meals and expect pull their weight with cleaning, shopping etc. My hobbies include netflixing, adventuring, dancing, gymming, riding my bike and expiriencing new things! Anyone needing someone like me can have me i am all too happy to arrange a visit so you can get to know me.
I have just moved to Perth from Ireland, on a Working Holiday Visa. I am working at Sir Charles Gairdner hospital on a 3 month contract Admin Project. I am looking for a room in a house/flat share for at least 3 months as close to the city as I can get. I am currently staying with family in Clarkson which is quite far out from work and city life.
I’m a super chill human who likes a clean space, down time, a good bed time (for that sweet sweet 8 hours), good healthy food and gymming. I’m not clingy and like my own space to chill out when I get home from working in part time retail, but am a fun human overall and like a good dance party in my room from time to time (with headphones of course). Just looking for some fellow chill humans who like to look after themselves to room with whilst I take time to move into my next phase of postgrad study.
Hey there I'm Adam, I work FIFO on a week on, week off roster (8/6) as a Mechanic. During my week off, I work as a Personal Trainer and assist with a Dance School. I also study Remedial Massage Therapy and Portuguese language part-time. And I workout. A harmonious home is important to me, so I endeavor to have a friendship of sorts with my flatmates. I'm respectful of others space and lifestyle so I appreciate the same in return. As a flatmate, what could be expected of me is; clean living habits, organisation, creative cooking, the occasional podcast or music playlist (accommodating timing and volume of course). Please contact me with what you're willing to offer and a bit about yourself. I look forward to hearing from you! Kind regards, Adam.
Working Fly in fly out 2 weeks on 4 weeks off. I also work on my 4 Weeks off chefing and landscaping and fencing. Travelled well so get along with almost anyone. Like clean and tidy people to live with. I enjoy a wine as well as exercising. Happy to socialise but also enjoy my alone time.
House is located in a lovely quiet location in mount Lawley just off Beaufort street. Shops and pubs only a walk away and bus stop into city just down road from house. Unlimited wifi included in rent but electricity and water bills will be split between us. I’m a 29 year old Irish man who works in construction. I’m respectful and sociable. I like the occasional social drink every now and then. No couples or pets thanks. 420 friendly :)
This villa is quiet, central and only a 5 minute walk to Beaufort Street for shops, cafes, entertainment and restaurants. Hyde Park is a 5-minute walk away. There are regular buses on either Beaufort or William Street, you don’t even have to look at the timetable. A 10 min bus ride takes you straight into the CBD. It’s 1 of 3 villas with no shared walls. It has a front and back yard. There’s lots of natural light and reverse cycle air conditioning. The bedroom is unfurnished but the villa is fully furnished. The carport is inclusive of the price. There's an outdoor shed, which is good for bikes and an outdoor storage cupboard in the carport. I keep things generally tidy and clean the house once a fortnight, with a flatmate I want to alternate the cleaning so you end up only having to do it once a month. The additional bills are half of what the electricity, water and gas bill totals are each month/quarter. Rent will also need to be paid 2 weeks in advance. Please message me via flatmates.com.au and I will get back to you this way.
I am a 24 year old respectful and easy going Australian, I work full time in the city so paying rent each week is no drama. I am looking to find a place where i can stay long term with great housemates Ideally looking near a train line which will make the commute into the city easier. Look forward to meeting you
Hi guys! I'm looking for a new place to call home for me and my 4-legged companion, Rove. Idealling I'm looking for a room in a sharehouse. About me: I'm 24 and studying full-time at ECU. I work part-time with varying hours and also volunteer a couple of hours a month at a couple of local organisations. I love sport and anything outdoors, even if it's just taking the dog to the beach or having a few drinks and a bbq, I'm always up for it. I bring with me bad jokes and quality banter. About Rove: Rove is a very loving and happy three year old Kelpie X. He gets excited when visitors come round but otherwise he's generally a calm boy. He gets along with other animals and is happy spending his time outside (he has previously only been allowed inside during storms, fireworks and winter nights) He's a lot of fun to have around and really just wants to be your best friend
I'm an employed 28 year-old engineer who relocated permanently to Perth from Malaysia last November. Have lived with my current housemate for almost a year now with no problem as I am easy-going, considerate, respectful, neat and tidy. She can attest to that :) I'm moving because she will be moving back to Bunbury with her husband once the lease ends. I believe in the saying 'Don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you', hence I appreciate sincerity and honesty. I enjoy video games (have a PS4 but don't worry I will not fight for the TV as I have my own), going on amazing road trips, beaches, coffee-hunting, keeping fit and planning to take up guitar in due time (I promise to keep it quiet!!). I'm open to different adventures and activities as I'm excited to explore this beautiful new place I'll be living in for awhile. Though I am always down for adventures or night-outs, I also enjoy a quiet night in with movies and respect personal space. Not a FIFO but my work occasionally requires me to go offshore 1-2 weeks at a time. I'm looking for a room with a budget of 160-170pw (no bills included) or 180-200pw (bills included). Room doesn't have to be furnished as again, I have my own furnitures but preferably with good-sized BIR and able to fit queen size bed, a desk and bookshelf/ dresser (I might have to choose between the two :( if it doesn't fit). And sorry, I would prefer only females but couples excepted.
I believe my greatest quality as a 'flatmate' is that I am both a great baker, and a stress baker. Other then that, I am neat and tidy. I enjoy hanging out with people, especially in the evenings, over a good meal. I also have great taste in coffee, tea, and wine. I enjoy knitting, and sewing, and reading - I have over 200 books, and about 30 cookbooks. I hope by moving to a suburb closer to the city, I can have a more walkable and social lifestyle. I currently live in the Armadale area, and I look forward to moving from 'suburgatory' to 'inner city chic'. My time frame for moving is after Christmas, I made the account now because I like to research the living daylights out of things before I have to do them.
I work as a full time apprentice chef in Island Market Cafe in Trigg. I'm not a party guy though I'm very sociable don’t mind a good convo at the end of the day or on the weekend over a social drink or two if desired. I’d also sing to replace the radio upon request 😁. I’m a 21 year old straight male but can be quite effaminate at times young but mature minded. I like getting my pedicures and manicures😆. I’m happy to divide house chores as it should be. I don’t have any pets but I’m not bothered to have housemates with pets.
Selling property and need to vacate, 33 self employed in commercial construction, Clean, tidy, respectful, outgoing character, fun guy that enjoys life and loves to laugh, been through a tough time due to divorce but life is about moving forward looking for a place to stay for approximately 6 months perhaps longer if I like it
