Hello there, I am from Indonesia, I will be attending TAFE NSW as an international student starting on July 2017. I will arrive in Sydney on the 11th of July. I will be studying and working part time. Personally... I am an easy going person, loves to have a great meaningful conversation. I have a "glass half full" personality. I really loves to play board & video games, i also loves cooking. When it comes to tasting foods i tend to be very curious and excited, great food is just amazing ^_^ Most importantly i am neat and tidy, and i respect personal space.
Hi, I'm a friendly, reliable, quiet, clean and tidy veterinary nurse, who is coming from the UK to sydney to work alongside the RSPCA for between 3-6 months. I'm looking for a private room house share with people who like to socialize but understand the importance of personal space too. I don't mind if you have pets for me the more the merrier. In my spare time i like outdoor adventures, hitting the gym and a good cup of tea with biscuits (I am from the UK after all).
I am clean and tidy. Working full time, Monday to friday. I am easy to get along with, and all round easy to live with person. I enjoy spending time going for coffee with friends on the weekend. Hello! I'm a student from Singapore who will be pursuing her further studies at the University of Sydney, Cumberland campus. I don't drink, smoke or have pets. I am willing to share household duties. I'm quite neat and organised. My study desk gets messy when it's nearing finals, though. I'm responsible and will pay rent on time. I like to read, swim and try out healthy recipes in my free time. I'm quite laid-back and like trying new things. Personally, I'm looking for a studio to rent or a quiet apartment with housemates who I can click with and are non-intrusive and respectful (:
I'm friendly, practical person, currently working as a Database administrator at Bangalore, India and looking to move to Sydney with my wife by mid of May'17. We're looking for a private non shared one bedroom house/granny flat/ apartment unit in a quiet but safe neighborhood with decent connectivity to CBD.
Tidy, sociably friendly - though would stay out of your business (if you want) A great supporter of good and bad decisions. But a supporter nonetheless. Always have a stash of food, or always game for take aways and fried chicken hunting - not a hoarder there's a difference. Enjoys the movies, good ol out and about nature-like adventures ('hiking' would've sufficed) and other outdoor and indoor activities. Though a quiet time to chill with a good book, a bottle of beer / tea or even a quiet chat is always welcome.
Please message me on here as my phone number is different and wont let me change** Hi I'm Justin, I'm 27 and just moved to Sydney with my beautiful dog Luna who is 11months old, I work fulltime in civil construction as an excavator operator. i normally work 10hour days and half days Saturdays , when im home i love to cook, take my dog to the dog park and keep a healthy living lifestyle, im very clean and tidy and well mannered and well presented, Meet Luna: pure white husky, 9 months old who is absolutely adorable, the most well behaved and natured dog, seriously has never chewed anything up and is very tidy!!! Yes for a husky she is unbelievably good, not an angry bone in her body, loves everyone and everything, and very clean and tidy, i keep her well maintained 😊 In saying this luna doesn't mind being out the back but at nights she has to sleep with me or she will howl😨 so definitely looking for somewhere that suits this!! All in all who ever meets us and welcomes us into their home will definitely love the both of us and will make great friends
Hi! I'm a friendly, kind-hearted young adult looking for medium to long-term accomodation with 18-24 year olds. I can mesh with nearly any social circle I find myself in. I don't take up much space, mostly a bedroom and an external desk, and tidy up any messes I create as I go - you take care of yours, I'll take care of mine, and help with any shared chores necessary! I tend to cook when I'm bored, and am usually happy to help with dinner. You'll usually find me on my computer working, socialising or playing Overwatch, as I am a fairly introverted person, and the majority of my routine is accomplished on my work station. Unfortunately, this means I have the potential to be a drain on the wifi, so while I am willing to split the bill if it becomes too much, I would prefer it if internet is included in rent. Please contact me for details about my computer-using schedule, visitor schedule, AND pet related details, as one of my major goals after moving into private rental is to adopt a cat for future registration as an Emotional Support Animal. I listed a lot of areas that hug the T1 train line in my search as I am familiar with most locations along the Macquarie Uni line and frequent the Chatswood/St Leonards surrounds. I did list $150 pw as my preferred rent/bills/wifi amount, but I might be able to pay up to $180 pw in a pinch if it includes the above, because any more will cut into my month's food and transport. I am currently living in subsidised housing and plan to move out by the end of the year, but ideally as soon as possible. I understand that my conditions may not be ideal but I will strive to do the best I can to work with the situations around me, and I would rather be honest than cause issues down the line. Thank you!
We are a small family with a 18 months kid. I am an architect who is taking a course of master in the UNSW and will arrive Sydney this June. We are calm people and tidy. We hope that can find flatmates who are also make less noise because of my studying and my child's environment.
