My name’s Becky, I’m 16 years old and am looking for a room to rent. I’m laidback, down to earth, and generally pretty quiet; I go to college and work two part time jobs at a cafe and an IGA. I love animals and listening to music, and really enjoy relaxing with a hot drink at the end of the day. Looking for a nice place close to public transport and with tidy, easy going house mates.
Internet, leafy backyard, close to shops, walk to UTAS Newnham campus or ride to Inveresk campus. Our home is close to uni and the shops in Mowbray. I would love to live with someone like-minded who is looking to join our sharehouse family. ROOM: $120 per week + bills Currently it's our sunroom. Lovely and sunny with built in robe. Can be furnished with double bed and desk unless you don't need it to be. The house is quite big with shared spaces and a big leafy backyard. We have compost, a worm farm and a firepit and I have big plans for vegetable gardens, native plants etc. Don't feel like you have to get in there and get your hands dirty, but you are welcome to enjoy what grows! Currently there is one bathroom and a 2nd toilet, however, I do plan to add a 2nd shower soon. The price is per week and does not include bills. These will be split. The room is available now but can be slightly flexible with move in date as I am eager to find the right person to join our little family and make it a home. If this is sounding like your cup of tea, I look forward to hearing from you! Best regards, Kellie

Hi. I'm My. I'm a student in UTAS. I am friendly and loves cleanly living. I mostly keep myself busy with studies and works. I am looking for a furnished single room near bus stops, shops and supermarkets. My budget ranges from $150 to $200 including water, internet and electricity.
I am a single mum if 2 girls who live solely with their father but stay at times with me. I recently finished full time work as a recruitment consultant for over 10 yrs but was needing a break after having a bad turn of events throughout this year so iam looking for a fresh start in all areas of my life. I am OCD so cleanliness will never be an issue & respect is something I hold close to my heart so be prepared to have your property in top working order :)
Hello. I've moved to Launceston and have temporary accomodation for a between one and three months. Following that I'll be looking for somewhere to live until my house in Queensland is either rented or sold and I buy a place down here. Probably be best to have a male flatmate or mixed household. I'm an easy going, professional guy. Clean and housetrained. I will have a few things with me but all my furniture and most my items will be staying in Queensland until my wife and kids move down. A furnished room would be great but if not then I can buy some furniture. I'll need parking for my car, preferably off street. My work times will be from around 8 to 4 at the airport though I will travel a little. I'm LGBTQ friendly. I don't care your race, religion, looks, orientation. I accept people as they are. Years ago I enjoyed mountain biking so would like to get back into it, go for a drive and look around on the weekends, continue with karate, find a woodworkers club. If you have a place in the Launceston area and want a clean, trustworthy, decent guy as give me a call. Cheers, Brad.
I’m a well travelled professional recently relocated to Tasmania from SA for a short period to work at the LGH and spend time with my parents and family whom live here. I’d like to meet new people and be in the city I have had multiple flatmates and homestay students live me with over the years so understand what it’s like to share with others.
