My current lease is coming to an end on the 30th of June 2025 and I'm starting to send feelers out in hopes that something may pop up before then that could be in place by the time I'm ready to move out. I'll get the main issue out of the way first, I am currently unemployed and have been for the last year with back issues. I've been on jobseeker and am exploring options for disability pension and the like that'll probably be my main source of income until I sort my back out. I haven't missed rent in that time and the couple of times it has been late is because a couple unexpected bills (car repair) popped up. I will be getting a referral from my current propery managers and can provide it once I have it. I'm pretty low key and quiet, tend to be happy just sitting in front of the PC trying to play games or continuing my current course (Cert III in IT) or something that'll get me through the day. Happy to chip in with general upkeep of the house to the best of my ability. Pretty much after a room big enough for a double bed and a desk. King single if necessary. Hello! I'm 26, from the UK and travelling Australia with my partner Lee, 28, on our third year working holiday visa.
