The type of work I shall be seeking in North Lakes will be working as a Disability Support worker. I have just finished working for Te Whatu Ora Health Board in New Zealand after 18 years service as a Psychiatric Assistant/Mental Health Care Worker, specializing in working with clients in a forensic mental health facility/environment. I would like to finish my working experience/carrier, until I retire, working in Health & Disability in North Lakes so we are close to our 3 grandchildren who we miss heaps, who moved to North Lakes last May. I like to watch a variety of programs on t.v if the situation arises, (love league, Up The Wahs!!) otherwise, I'm usually pretty quiet and like to go for walks and such. I have family living in North Lakes that I will be spending time with when I'm not home. I am easy to get along with, clean and tidy in a home environment and keen to help with cleaning chores. I am an ex-smoker, but not an anti-smoker, so would prefer a smoke-free environment only inside the accommodation if possible, all good with outside. I shall be seeking employment as soon as I arrive and I am more than happy to pay my rent/bond to cover the duration of my stay, which will be between 2 - 3 months, in advance to secure accommodation if required.
