Hello! :) I'm Aaron - I came to Australia on the 14th of January and am looking for a more permanent living situation. I will be working for a small company in Tuggerah and am currently living near Bonnells Bay in Central Coast. It's way too isolated for me so I am looking for a flat or possibly a room in a shared house (but separate) to stay in near a train station preferably around the Tascott area or very close. I would prefer long term but short term is ok too. I'll just have to look for something more permanent eventually. About me - 29 year old American Male, clean, quiet, tidy, and respectful to my surroundings. I do my own chores and don't need someone waiting hand over foot for me :). I play guitar and love other musical activities as well.
Hey I'm Bonnie, I work full-time teaching as a high school teacher. I'm looking for someone to share a place with that is genuine, happy to socialise and hang out but can also respect one another's personal space and timeout. I have a 2 year old dog who is a big part of my world, so preferably looking for someone who shares a love and understanding for animals. I'm a non-smoker and not a huge drinker either, although I do enjoy a low key bbq with friends from time to time. When I'm not at school I usually hang with friends and my dog or read and relax.
Property is located near Manns Road and Showground road. It's a short trip to the shops, train station and bus stop. It's also 15 mins to erina fair and Westfield, there is a direct bus that takes you to Westfield too. We have a large front and backyard which is great for entertaining. We have 2 BBQ one of which is a built in natural fire BBQ. There's also a large sunroom which is smoking friendly. Laundry is located outside. I have a treadmill located in the garage as well as a pole for dancing and exersise. Aircon is used quite often although it's always covered by bills, after the electricity bills come in, what ever is left over get split up and returned. Foxtel can be organised for cheap.
My name is Amy, I'm 23 and work full time at Gosford Hospital. I'm looking for someone to share accommodation with that's happy to socialise and hang out, but can also respect each other's personal time/space and privacy. I'm a non-smoker and I'm not much of a drinker either as I like to try and live a relatively healthy lifestyle. Whenever I'm not at work, I'm usually happy to be outdoors doing something active but I'm also content to chill at home with a book or with my playstation. I am able to supply my own bedroom furniture and some kitchen appliances.
