Hi there, Where to start...I'm clean, I cook and I'm happy to share if you like. That said I'm well mannered, respectful and I like to have a clean hygienic kitchen. I also pull my weight in regard to all of the usual household chores. When it comes to activities that float my boat free diving / spearfishing are at the top of my list so if you like abalone, fresh fish and the occasional cray we will get along just fine. I also like to ride my mountain bike a few times a week when I'm not working away and I also like to keep active by the water as much as possible during the warmer months. I work fifo and when back I like to get down to Margaret River as much as possible and I'm always pretty social and up for a chat. Oh that is except most mornings before I have had coffee. Lol. In conclusion I would like to add that I can provide referees and I'm also drama free and pretty easy going. Drop me a line and say hi or if there is anything else that you might like to know. Cheers, Tremaine.
Hi... I am a senior executive in the resources industry and travel extensively, up to 8 times a year to Europe, Africa and throughout Australia. I am selling my home due to my upcoming commitments overseas next year and am seeking a home, with like-minded and relaxed people, that I can call 'home'. I'm quiet, clean, love to meditate, read, watch a movie once in a while, listen to 'chill-out' music and yes, I 'can' actually cook! I love the beach, eat well and do enjoy a wine or two after my long days at work and always appreciate good company. Extremely clean and tidy, yes...I actually make my bed every single morning and 'never' leave anything on a kitchen bench! :) Great conversationalist and have an uncanny ability to make people laugh, I just haven't yet worked out whether it's with me or 'at' me. ;) Clayton.
I'm a friendly, chilled out Kiwi professional who loves music, nachos, storms, and patting dogs I work FIFO on a 15/13 roster, which may change to an 8/6 in 2018. When I'm back in town I get out and find some live music, and catch up with folks for whatever adventures sound fun. During the week I like to chill at home or go explore the city I'm clean and tidy, respectful, I don't hog the bathroom, and I make a mean mojito. I enjoy a chat about almost anything. I'm vegan but not a dick about it. I come with a small record collection, I pay bills on time, and I do my dishes. Drama is very low on my priorities, Sriracha sauce is pretty high Happy to live with girls and guys, LGBTQI+ friendly, and happy to live with pets. I'm looking for a large-ish room somewhere close to the city, to share with friendly and respectful housemates for 2018
Hello hello everyone! Nice meeting you ;) My name is Jorge ('George'). I came from Spain 6 years ago and I quit my career as an engineer to build myself a better life. I'm currently working in an organic grocery shop and setting up an online business on the side. I also work as a freelance stripper on the weekends (no, I'm not joking, haha). I live a sporty, healthy life and I've always been into self-improvement. I love camping and nature, and my biggest passion is windsurfing, which is why I'm looking for a house close to the beach. My housemates said I'm easy to live with (self-tap on the shoulder). I'm clean and organized, but have a laid back personality. I like socialising and I'm preferably looking for a mixed gender house (ideally 2 and 2, but flexible on this). Oh, and... I respect people's sleep! Talk soon! Cheers!
Hi people, my name is Michael and I am looking for a place to live near UWA. I have previously lived in shared housing so I have a good understanding of what is required of me and how to make it an enjoyable experience for everyone. At all times I try to be respectful and friendly to others and treat them how I would like to be treated. I'm responsible, open minded and clean up after myself. I am starting my PhD (physics) at the beginning of 2018 and will therefore be looking to move out around this same time. I spend a lot of my time on my studies/research but don't mind having an occasional drink or just chilling out. Thanks for your time and I hope to hear from you!
Hi, I am a clinical doctor, doing research project in Master of infectious diseases at UWA (this is my second year). I enjoy reading books and playing guitar in my spare time but do respect the privacy of other people.
Hy, We are Elo and Loic, just arrived of France. We are both looking to live and work in Perth. Elo is an architect and Loic is a real swiss knife :) . We live several years on sharehouse. Quite epicurieans, we love sharing a good meal and meetting people.
Peaceful, comfortable, surprisingly quiet room for one, with ensuite bathroom and balcony. You will be on the top floor of the building, with views towards the world's largest city park. Great location, within easy walking distance of: - UWA - QE II Medical Centre/Campus - excellent cafes - Hospitals: Hollywood Private, Sir Charles Gairdner, Perth Children's - Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research - WA Neuroscience Research Institute - Kings Park Great transport within 140m: frequent buses along the scenic Swan River to city, buses to Subiaco, Cottesloe, Fremantle to name just a few. Smoke-free, drug-free. The owner has set a limit to how many people can live in this apartment. As a result, we have to say no to couples. *Included Bills: wireless home internet, gas, water, and reasonable electricity usage. In the unusual situation that electricity charges exceed $300.00 per billing period (typically 60 days), the difference is shared by everyone in the apartment.
I work full time as an Apprentice Chef in Nedlands and would like to find accomodation in surrounding suburbs. I'm real easy going and clean up after myself. I will be needing a house that will allow a dog on the property every no and then.
Hello, My name is Claudia and I'm currently working full-time as a Financial analyst in the city. I'm also studying part-time which keeps me very busy. I'm respectful, friendly and quite the perfectionist so cleanliness is a must. When I'm not at work I'll most likely be at home studying or just doing chores here and there, so quiet accommodation would be ideal. I am looking for a room-mate much like myself in a modern residence where I'll have my own room and private bathroom. Feel free to send me a message if you think your accommodation suits :)
I am a 22 year old from Kenya / Mauritius but studied in London. I decided to move to Perth for a chance but do have a few friends out in Perth already. I am working in claremont quarters at Lululemon and would like somewhere in Cottesloe ideally with roommates who are similar minded to me and enjoy their home time. I love time with friends, family, the ocean, watersports, running and being social.
I'm an easy going, tidy and respectful housemate who has recently moved back to Perth from London. I am a young professional working full time in Subiaco. I respect other people's space but am also more than happy to share a meal or have a drink or two. I am looking for a place that has parking and some outdoor space, whether it be a balcony or backyard. I generally enjoy an active lifestyle playing netball, going to the gym and making the most of the outdoors. I enjoy catching up with friends on the weekends but am not a big party animal. My move in date is flexible.
Spanish and French Business student currently living in Madrid. I will move to Perth in February to start an exchange at The University of Western Australia. I will only stay in Perth 6 months. I´m an organised person, clean and easy going. I love travelling, adventures, going out on the weekends, reading, kite surf, scuba diving and ski.
I currently work full time in CBD and will be studying at UWA next year so am looking for something within reasonable proximity. I would prefer a place with my own bathroom. I dance and play piano for hobbies so currently not home until around 8-9pm 3x nights and spend at least one night a week at my house with my grandparents. I have a car and motorbike so parking is ideal for both but essential for car at least. I am a homeowner who is tidy and respectful of others property and space. My hobbies keep me pretty busy but I'm also very sociable when at home so would love to build good friendships and find housemates I can share an occasional drink with!
Hi! I'm a 32 year old Singaporean, currently studying in UWA. I'm looking for a place anywhere near UWA or within 20 minutes driving distance. I am quiet, responsible and have a easy going personality. Only able to move in Mid-February 2018
I have a room available in a quiet, clean and tidy 2 bedroom apartment on Broadway in Nedlands, a few minutes walk to UWA. It's a comfortable place, modestly furnished, with air-conditioning, a good kitchen and a decent size bathroom with a washer and drier installed. The location is great for a UWA student or staff member, it's close to bus stops and the Broadway shopping centre, walking distance to QEII hospital, with the river and park-lands just down the street. The room comes with a double bed (with linen), bedside table, chair and desk, and has a built in wardrobe plus other storage if needed. The rent includes all bills and lots of fast Internet :) The apartment is more suited for someone bringing suitcases, not furniture.
Peaceful, comfortable, surprisingly quiet room for one, on top floor, with reverse cycle aircon and balcony. Re-arrange furniture and so on to suit your needs. Great location, within easy walking distance of: - UWA - QE II Medical Centre/Campus - excellent cafes - Hospitals: Hollywood Private, Sir Charles Gairdner, Perth Children's - Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research - WA Neuroscience Research Institute. Great transport within 140m: frequent buses along the scenic Swan River to city, buses to Subiaco, Cottesloe, Fremantle to name just a few. Smoke-free, drug-free apartment building. The owner has set a limit to how many people can live in this apartment. As a result, we have to say no to couples.
I’m a pilates instructor which means not only can you get offered free pilates once I decide you’re nice but I also only work early mornings and evenings leaving me with extra time to stay at the house meaning I won’t mind cleaning a bit more frequently than you if you work all day everyday. I’m not vegan but try to be so if you’re vegan you won’t have to deal with much meat and dairy in the fridge at all and if you’re not vegan I won’t mind if you have meat or dairy in the fridge. I don’t mind pets and in fact prob prefer if you have dogs as mine is away from here with my family and I have to miss him :( If you’re a student studying anything health science related I’m an exercise science grad which means free tutoring #bonus FEMALES ONLY pls thanks x
Hi, my name is Alicia, I am 25 years old and have lived in Australia since 2011. I work full time in the city and am looking for a room in a sharehouse/flat or happy to team up. I am friendly and easy going. I like the house to be neat and tidy - not a big party person but do enjoy socializing over a glass of wine every now and then. I am originally from Spain with a German dad and Ukranian mum and love meeting new people, travel, beach, yoga and personal development. I am looking for a place close to public transport (either walking distance to the train line or bus) - somewhere nice I can call home. Looking to move in mid-January. Would be happy to take up a new lease. I can consider and am flexible with rent amount and preferred length of stay if I find something I like.
I'm from country NSW, 23 years old and have been studying at the university of Sydney for 5 years. Have just graduated and am about to start a full time FIFO engineering job based in Perth. I lived on campus at uni for 2 years before moving out with friends for the next 3 years. I am tidy, bit of a neat freak, and enjoy socialising. I spent last summer working in a similar capacity in Perth so know my way around a little. I love sport, playing rugby throughout my years at uni, enjoy hitting a golf ball, tennis, and love the beach. Not much of a surfer but love the lifestyle. Enjoy reading and photography in my down time. Very laid back, easy-going country kid. Looking to find like-minded room mates at a similar stage in life.
