Hi! I am looking for a short-term accommodation close to UWA. I am currently working as a research assistant at UWA and due to an unexpected extension of my contract, I am looking for a room to rent between 4th of November until 10th of December. I am a nice and friendly person, I like to keep the place clean, non-smoker and love pets (any pet is fine with me, even if it`s a spider or a Great Dane) :) Please let me know if your room is available during this time period and if I could come and have a look at it during the next days. Cheers, Emilia
I am a sociable, respectful and helpful person who can be trusted to help around the house. I am very busy and often not at home as I am highly involved in sport and at work or socialising, but when I am home I would like to be with people who enjoy a drink or going out and relaxing.
Hi Guys, I'm looking to team up with someone on an apartment or house close to the city. I work in CBD so the closer the better. I love a glass of wine or two at the end of the week. I consider myself a clean, laid back person, who can't cook. Send me a message if you feel like we might compatible roomies.
Yo! I work full time during the week managing an accounting practice & like to spend my weekends/evenings armed with a glass/bottle of cheap wine. I have 3 amazing cats (Frank is the best one) that will relentlessly love you. I'm tidy & chill but won't shy away from a night out or a night at home watching Netflix or winning some board games. Feel free to send me a message if you want to chat!
Coming over from England in November to play cricket in Perth. Will be looking to work Mon-Fri during my stay but also want to see what great things Perth has to offer.

We are living in a prime location with Swan River views for a competitive price. We have a large spacious backyard, fantastic for entertaining and relaxing. We are 5 minutes from the University of Western Australia, a 7 minute drive from Claremont Quarter and Kings Park and a 10 minute drive to Cottesloe beach and the Perth CBD. We are also located on a frequent bus route that can take you to all these places, and more including Fremantle!
The house is an old Nedlands home with high ceilings, Jarrah floor boards, and a huge back yard. It's approximately 5 Streets from UWA and half a block in from Stirling Hwy (~200m to the bus stop) so the location is great! Cafes and shops are a short walk away so there's always plenty of food options. The room is very large (4.3 x 4.3) and comes unfurnished.
I'm friendly, easy going, respectful, considerate, tidy, clean up after myself, helpful & quiet. I'm vegan, a henna artist, and a casual childcare educator. I love the beach, sunshine, hula hooping, hanging out with friends, alone time, being silly, going out, staying in, dancing, drawing, face painting, listening to music, watching movies, reading books.
Hey peeps! My name's Daniel and I'm a 24-year old full-time student looking for a room in a share-house. I'm a Perth native and am currently doing my Honours in German. I'm a bit of a bookworm, but I'm very chill, very sociable, and love meeting new people. Things like a cold one together and nights where we all cook together are very important to me, but I also know that everyone needs their own space and privacy, too. I do a little bit of translation work on the side, but when I'm not studying I'm doing a couple of different things. I'm into film photography (yeah, I'm probs a little bit hipster), checking out new tunes (mainly on vinyl, so yeah, definitely hipster), reading (for fun, not because I have to for uni), and just general lazing around (mainly at the beach, in summer. In winter that's shit). I also try to keep fit by running, but I'm not sure that's been overwhelmingly successful. I don't smoke but do indulge in the occasional cheeky durry (mainly after three pints, give or take). Ideally, I'm looking for a place with a 9 month contract (12 months max), because I plan to relocate to Germany at the end of 2018. I'd also be keen on a move-in date around mid-November, just so I've got a bit of time to organise finances etc :D Thanks heaps! :) Daniel

MASTER BEDROOM SHORT OR LONG TERM Master bedroom at front of quiet Nedlands cottage with french doors opening on to front verandah and garden. Fully furnished with linen supplied. All gardening and cleaning of common areas done by Brenda (Community Carer) . The third bedroom is occupied by two Italian girls who are currently studying and working here. This little house is a very happy little place to live in. There are three bedrooms, a separate lounge room with large tv, apple tv with catchup etc. The kitchen has been modernized with a dishwasher and new stove three years ago. The airconditioned dining/family area is large, opening on to the back garden where there is a pergola with large jarrah dining table and chairs and a barbeque. The garden is very relaxing and peaceful, even though we are so close to all the action! Hampden Road is the next street - transport, shops, cafes etc. Walking distance to SCGHospital, Hollywood Hospital and of course, UWA. We can also walk to river and Kings Park. Great location. We are looking for a couple, or a single person with a friendly disposition who enjoys the occasional shared meal, laughter, a glass of wine or cup of coffee/home made cake. We have two small dogs so you will need to be comfortable with dogs. THIS IS IMPORTANT. Please do not apply if you don't relate well to animals. The back garden is very pretty - a little oasis - perfect for spending some time out or to read or study. And the best part is that Brenda does all the gardening and cleaning of the common areas. We try to keep the house relaxed and family-like and often share a meal if we are all home at the same time. Brenda loves cooking and regularly makes a cake for the household. It would be great to find someone who fits in with our existing house family. On the whole, there is a lot of laughter, especially when it comes to understanding the nuances of the Aussie coloquialisms....so if you feel you could fit in with three women, give us a call......

Hi I work full time in the real estate industry. I have been working in property management and leasing for over 5 years, so I understand choosing the right tenant and how to look after a property. I am respectful, a bit of a home body during the week. I need to live near Burswood Peninsula. Looking for ONE quiet and easy going person to live with (preferably a male & preferably the owner of the property). I have my own bedroom furniture and big TV. Living with animals does not bother me. Things I can't live with out: My own living space (I have my own big TV) and bathroom (preferably with a tub), NBN, air con and a big wardrobe (I own a lot of shoes). :) Would prefer a garage parking spot, but can be flexible on this (depending on the area). About me: I enjoy having a glass of wine, go to a lot of live music gigs during the weekends. I rarely cook and usually home during week day evenings. The house MUST be drug free (also I have 0 tolerance for people who use drugs!) Child/teenage free and I need to be able to trust the person I am living with. This means, no one with any weird fetishes or who steals etc. I wouldn't want to spend more than what I already am ($180 per week including all bills). I have a police clearance and rental references upon request :) Please don't contact me if your advert does not meet my criteria. Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you. :)
Flatshare Hey guys! I have an unfurnished room (with option to buy existing furniture) in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom fully furnished flat. I already have all other furniture, so you only need to bring yourself and any furniture for your room! If you don't have your own my current housemate is giving the option to buy her single bed and desk. The room has a large inbuilt cupboard and is big enough for a single/king single bed and a desk or just a double with some smaller furniture. You'll be living with a female psych student. I'm 23 and pretty easy going. I like to have a chat and maybe a drink but also enjoy being left to myself. You can have friends/significant others over whenever as long as it's not too loud! Unfortunately no pets allowed and MUST be LGBT+ friendly. Prefer female, but not too fussed. :) Located just off the Stirling Highway 2.5km from UWA. There is an IGA and a bottle shop at the end of the street and constant public transport. I have couches and a TV, internet available. It's an easy trip to the beach and the city as well! Bills are separate (Water and electricity) and all chores are shared or split. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
Hey all! II am looking for a household that is looking to save money for a few months. I am hoping to pay "rent"(at a discounted rate) and utilities to sleep in my van and use a house's facilities (kitchen shower and wifi) and somewhere to store my bike and surfboard in (hopefully) Subiaco, Wembley, South perth, northbridge, leederville, victoria park area (Working in the CBD) I am into hiking and biking and am currently trying to get into rock climbing and surfing (so falling off of walls and splashing around in waves)! Food systems are my passion so I love gardening and cooking and am studying these back in Canada (where I'm from). I like the occasional wild night.. but value days in the sun more than hangovers! If this is a possibility/interests you please pm me!
