I am an American PhD student in Archaeology studying at the University of Western Australia. I am coming back to Perth after a 2 year stay in Germany to finish my PhD, so I will be working quite a lot during my stay. I'd prefer somewhere quiet but in a nice neighborhood where it is easy to get around as I will not have a car. I'm open to live with both men and women but please no crazy party houses. That being said, I do enjoy a beer or glass of wine while watching a movie or evening chat and I sometimes go out on the weekends but I prefer to have a clean and comfortable place to live. I enjoy cooking and wouldn't mind setting up a share-dinner thing, I also like gardening, yoga, movies, going to live music events, board games, wine-tasting, and meeting new people. I'm generally easy going and communicative with my flatmates. I don't need the house to be sparkling clean every day but I like to keep things tidy and maybe do a deeper clean on the weekends. At the end of the day, I would just like a nice, please, friendly place to live with nice drama-free people. I should add that at some point my partner might come and stay with me for an extended period (ca. 1 month), since I will be away for ca. 6 months in Perth. We are happy to pay more rent if that is required. He is also an archaeologist and is from Norway. We are pretty similar (he prefers a clean place, semi-quiet but definitely not anti-social), I think your only issue might be that we're nerds and will talk about our joint profession a lot. That being said, if you want to learn more about archaeology, look no further!

Available to move into ASAP! This is a fantastic house in an amazing location! The bedroom has an amazing wardrobe with lots of space for clothes and additional storage and will fit a queen size bed, chest of drawers and desk and/or shelf. It has an in-built full length mirror and is separate from the entertaining area and kitchen so nice and quiet as well. The house is in a great location -Close to Charles Gardner Hospital (a quick walk), UWA, Kings Park, 24 hour IGA, next door to deli + cafe, bus + train, Subiaco, Claremont, Leederville, city, beach. The house is kept clean and tidy and it's 3X2 so you will only be sharing a bathroom with one person. There is off street parking for 3 cars and the house is furnished with all the basics but there’s space to add your own items too (bedroom is unfurnished). There's an outdoor area and lock up storage as well.
Our apartment is close to Cottesloe Beach (10min by car), there is a cute little cinema nearby and it's close to 2 supermarkets and a gas station. Also there is a busstop in front of the house, it takes around 25-30min to go to the city by bus.
We are a fun, friendly and lifeloving couple who are coming home to Perth after many years living away. We have 2 small well behaved dogs and 2 indoor cats so ananimal friendly home is non-negotiable. We are outdoors people and don't smoke, take drugs or drink alcohol, so a clean home is what we love!

This charming house is located 10 minutes from the CBD and the beach! It's super close to public transport, a range of shops for lifestyle, fashion, groceries and awesome bars and eateries of course! It's also within walking distance to UWA so super convenient for any short term uni-goers or exchangers who want to settle somewhere super convenient! The house is full of character, with lots of backyard space, comfy furniture and lots of cooking equipment! The room available has high ceilings, wooden floors and will be furnished with a queen bed, draws and a clothes rack. We will sadly be losing a great hosuemate as she finished her exchange in Australia but the room is still available for another few months before the original owner of the room returns from travelling so it's a perfect room for a student, but we're not fussy. :)

Peaceful, comfortable, surprisingly quiet room for one, on top floor, with reverse cycle aircon and balcony. Re-arrange furniture and so on to suit your needs. Great location, within easy walking distance of: - UWA - QE II Medical Centre/Campus - excellent cafes - Hospitals: Hollywood Private, Sir Charles Gairdner, Perth Children's - Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research - WA Neuroscience Research Institute. Great transport within 140m: frequent buses along the scenic Swan River to city, buses to Subiaco, Cottesloe, Fremantle to name just a few. Smoke-free, drug-free apartment building. The owner has set a limit to how many people can live in this apartment. As a result, we have to say no to couples.
We have 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment available for rent in Nedlands (~15 min walk to UWA). The available room is relatively large and has old hardwood floors. The bedroom is private, and we'd all share the bathroom/kitchen/living room etc.. We also have a huge yard and there is heaps of room to grow food, herbs or just flowers if you like (we already have a few things growing). Feel free to ask if you have any other questions! We also have a feathery resident named Harley the Galah who has an aviary outside and comes inside to sleep at night so persons interested in the room should like cheeky birds – please don’t teach him any naughty words though! Except for his morning playtime (which is usually after everyone has left for the day), he’s a pretty quiet little fella, so don’t stress about him waking you up in the morning or keep you up at night. Rent is $140 per week which includes internet, all other bills are split evenly. Bond is $600.
My name's Marcus and I'm from Singapore. I'm a 2nd year university student doing science at UWA and I am working part time as a service staff in one of WA's well known establishments. I'm clean, have no vices and pride myself on my manners. In my free time, I enjoy a good scotch and a horology paperback.
Hi, I'm Marco and I'm from Italy. I'm coming to Perth to attend an exchange semester in UWA and I wish I could find a place really close to the uni. I'm really friendly and chill and I think I'm also a good cooker. I like to go out on weekends and practise sports when I'm free, especially with someone else.
Hi, I am Kristóf from Hungary. I'm hoping to find a longer term place within the next month or so as my current lease expires early June. I am a PhD student at UWA so I spend most of my time at the uni, but sometimes my schedule is a little irregular, however I respect others and I won't disturb you in the early or late hours. I enjoy riding my bike, doing judo, having a pint or go to the beach in the weekend. I am quite random and open minded. If you have any questions feel free to get in touch!
I'm easy going and like socialising with housemates but also enjoy my solo introvert time haha. I'm an Australian qualified winemaker and still pop down to Margaret River regularly I now work full time as a retail manager for Liquor Barons. With work I attend many functions which i'm happy for housemates to tag along to as they are free alcohol and food (BONUS). You'll have to excuse me for curling up in a ball and watching Netflix from time to time as i am very fond of doing so after i get home from a long day. I've been living in share houses for a long time and have run leases before so i am savvy with the rules and expectations. I am into music and drinking wine with friends.. which i can regularly supply with my profession. I have a unusual quirky awkward inappropriate humour sooo if that’s not your bag then yup. Need to exercise more and go gyming so if you are that way inclined I NEED YOU! haha Apart from that.. yeh.. I like stuff,
