We have sold our house in Burnie and my wife and family will have moved back to Victoria. I currently am working full time in Devonport and don't yet have a job on the mainland. So after taking the family over and settling in, I will be returning to Tasmania on 2nd January and continuing to work in Devonport whilst searching for work in Victoria. I am a quite, middle aged (Boring) family man who will need wifi (jobs searching in the evening) and would not have high expectations. Just looking for a room for a few months. Depending on how much I miss my 2 boys will depend on how long I stay in Tassie. Back on ground 2nd Jan and expecting to be here through to April/May/June.
Apartment has a great view of the river and mountains and is 10mins to cbd.The bus stop is immediately outside of the house and the local shops are 10 mins. up the road and include bakery, chemist, deli and cafe which has great coffee. It is a really quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is one bedroom and decorated with art and furnishings from Asia and Morocco.Recently renovated and has heat pump, fridge and washing machine .There is a very friendly dog, which belongs to owner and lives in the very large yard.
Amazing views over Launceston and the Tamar River. Beautiful large house built in 1885. The room available is king-size, with its own separate study or walk-in wardrobe. Lots of storage space. Walking distance to city centre.
