Townhouse is in a small complex near the Oaks and other amenities. Room is small double size, and has either a double or a single bed and a built in wardrobe.. Wifi and bills included in rent. Transport to city very close, easy and fast. Neutral bay has many small bars, cafes and restaurants and I find it an easy place to live. Also great for bush walks near the Harbour. You would share with a mature age female and man. We live quietly, fairly independently, and would be happy to share with someone who would be comfortable with this arrangement
I'm a 30 year old female living in Newcastle with my husband and two beautiful Brittany dogs. I have recently accepted a job offer in Sydney CBD as a web dev and am looking for a place to stay mainly during week days. However, it would be great if your place is pet friendly so my dogs can come visit occasionally. I was originally from China but have been around the world, one year in Sweden, five years in New Zealand and have finally settled down in beautiful Australia two years ago. I love exploring the nature with my beloved dogs and of course with my hubby who is a mining engineer. I eat healthy food and enjoy gardening, DIY projects and programming. Love a beer or a glass of wine occasionally after work but not loud party kind of person. If you're looking for a mature, responsible and fun flatmate who's only there half of the time then we should have a chat.
I am super busy, super clean and organised, hardly ever home but when I am, I'm very chill. I'm studying finance part time but work pretty much full time hours also as a personal trainer. I like to cook when I get the time, I do come with an amazingly awesome cat called chilli (looks like Garfield) who is fat and super cuddly but very well behaved (mainly because he just sleeps and eats). I'm socialable but also respectful of others and their space.
My charming landlord decided to renovate his house and kick me out on New Years Eve. So I'm now looking for a new place to call home at the best possible time of year - yay. Ideally somewhere on the North Shore to be close to work, and ideally sharing with some full time legends. I wouldn't say I'm the perfect flatmate, but you could probably do worse ;) Happy to change the loo roll when it runs out. Gary
Born and raised Sydney, I am currently working in finance and part time in the army reserve. This means I am neat, tidy and extremely well house trained! I enjoy a cold beer at the end of a long day and I am generally pretty busy so I'm not really the party type, however I'm always up for a beer and a chat. Looking for a place to live, potentially long term and hoping to find some awesome housemates!
You just found your perfect house mate! Hi my name is Ollie. I'm 48 Irish and divorced. I have a beautiful 9 year old girl and 6 year old boy. They live with their mum in Newcastle. I would need to be able to have them stay in my room Friday and Saturday night every second weekend and some times during school holidays. I just thought I'd get that out of the way first but if that's cool with you please read on... I have lived with my amazing female flat mate for the last 18 months but sadly its time for her boyfriend to move in and me to move on. She is more than happy to let you know what I'm like to live with. In an ideal world I would really like to find another divorced dad in the same position as I am to share and have our kids there now and again. I am still very open to consider a single mum in the same position too. I am a full time professional employed in a position of high trust so very good to have living with you. I'm very neat and tidy but not anal. I have a bit of spare time so happy to take charge of the house work, laundry, cleaning etc if you are time poor. I'm not the worst cook either! I understand the concept of courtesy and consideration when it comes to sharing with another person. I understand when its good to have a chat and also to give space. I'm very social and am out a lot of the time and very rarely watch TV so no couch potato here!! Also I am very, very handy and have a large amount of tools and experience so if you have a place that needs repairs I'm sure we can come to some arrangement. This might also suit an elderly person who's not up to all the chores they once were and would like to have someone living with them for help and a bit of security. I'm pretty much open to all living scenarios but would like to stay living on the north side of the Harbour Bridge close to North Sydney but not a deal breaker. So if any of this sounds appealing to you please get in contact and we can talk about possibilities. Ollie
Hi we are Sandra and Justin from danemark and France.Passionate in travel, Sailing.. Just arrived in Sydney and both working on neutral Bay. Social and easy to live, we looking after an appartement to share
Hi I'm Robbie. I'm 32. I'm a friendly, down-to-earth, easy going, super fun-loving guy with a very infectious laugh who likes to keep active, stay fit and I'm incredibly social. I'm still fairly new to Sydney as I only moved here from Adelaide in August this year to kick-start my career as an Architect. Up till now I've been renting a studio on my own in St. Leonards - but I'm now looking for a housemate/s to move out into either an existing place with or to team-up and find a new place to move into. Even though I'm a busy guy and I work pretty hard, I also know how to have a good time and I like to surround myself with like minded people. I like to spending a lot of time with friends and family, entertaining & dining out, checking out new bars, cafes and resteraunts, watching movies, music, cycling, the beach, swimming and formula one. If you think we would be good housemates shoot me a message or feel free to give me a call.
I am a professional engineer running my own business from overseas. For project work I need to stay in Sydney for a few months. I am a clean and tidy person, who has lived in share houses already. I ma not a party person but I am very social and love having a chat with anyone and do not mind having a Friday night drink either.
Hi! My name is Nathan, I'm a student from a farm near Geurie NSW - and I'm currently studying a Bachelor in Music (Vocal Performance) at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and working in theatres around Sydney. I'm a clean, sociable person looking for some long-term, studio/one bedroom accommodation in Sydney - let me know if you think your place is suitable! N x
Two-bedroom apartment in a brilliant location - an easy stroll to Neutral Bay junction. I moved in only two weeks ago so the place isn't properly set-up yet - still waiting on some furniture to come in - but already has a great feel to it. The unit has brand new carpet and a fresh coat of paint. Nice and light-filled, the kitchen and bathroom have been renovated. The bedroom itself - big enough to fit a queen-size bed but probably not much else. Huge built in wardrobes and large window with blinds. Other things to note: - We share an external laundry with two other units. - Great little balcony with slight views of the bridge. - A small amount of storage space down in the garage. - Gas stove top!
Hi, I'm a professional working full time during the week & enjoy hanging out with friends on weekends, love the beach & outdoor. I enjoy a healthy life style, into exercise, yoga, tasty healthy food. oh! & I'm clean & tidy. ;) I'm looking for a place that I can call home with friendly housemates. will be great to have a chat at the end of the day, I also enjoy my own privacy & respect others. Hello, I am Joshua and have just moved over from ye ole Perth town to set up shop and take on a full time role at Sky News. I generally work Wednesday- Sunday and have Monday+Tuesday off so no weekend partying for me. My life revolves around cooking and eating (generally) healthy foods, watching TV series, a few bevens and finding the local hiking trail. Looking for a chill house vibe with people that love to banter but also have their own space!
Only 15-20 minutes door to door to the city (5 minute walk to Watson St/Military Rd bus stop then 10min bus to the city). This is an unfurnished room in a furnished house. The room has a large built in wardrobe and large windows to let the lovely natural light in and a great view of North Sydney. It will be available at the end of December/beginning of January. I'm looking for a female preferably aged between 22-30. I do have a parking space which is currently being rented out but could include it for a little extra.
I am a 33 year old professional female with a 2 year old Maltese dog (3kgs, house trained & doesn't bark). I am originally Irish but I've been living and working in Australia for 12 years. I am also an Australia citizen for the past 7 years. I'm relaxed, easy going, fun loving, very clean and tidy. I work full time during the week however on the weekend I enjoy walks with my dog, cafe culture, spending time with my friends, good food and wine :)
I'm a 25 year old professional female, working full time as a Strategy Analyst. Monday to Friday I split my time between work, gym and the odd social engagement. I usually work relatively long hours (anything between 8am to 7pm) so I'd love to come back to an awesome flatmate! Someone who can respect my quite time but also be around for the occasional vent - happy to do the same in return. My weekends vary, anything from a weekend in watching tv and catching up on study, to weekends where I'm a bit more social. I'm not the best cook so I'm hoping to find a flatmate who loves to cook! So I can learn a thing or two ! I'm quite clean and organised and would prefer to live with someone who likes to keep their living space the same :) I'm hoping to find a room with a private bathroom or ensuite and would prefer if the room wasn't completely unfurnished.
I am a Marketing professional working near Wynyard. I'm Australian, sociable, clean, respectful and lead an active lifestyle. I've also lived in 5 countries around the world, so I'm global, love to travel and have some interesting stories to tell.
I am a world traveled and considerate professional who loves the outdoor activities such as running, jogging, tennis. I also enjoy joga and love healthy food. I am easy to live with. Love having a nice conversation over a glass of wine, watch films or series and relaxing going out with friends.
I am a 22 year-old female fulltime professional in the architecture industry who loves a glass or three of wine over dinner after work. I do enjoy partying on the weekends so living with a fairly sociable housemate who is also a dedicated working professional would be ideal. I am slightly OCD about cleanliness but i'm extremely friendly and easy to get along with. My friends refer to me as the "mother" of the group because I am always taking care of others, and my educational background in psychology makes me a very good listener! I studied a B of Science at Sydney Uni so I am well educated, and I am planning to commence a master's degree in HR management in a year. I do need my 'alone time' so I will never be too in your hair and I am extremely respectful of others' personal space and privacy. I am currently dating so it is important that I am living with someone who can compromise when it comes to guests, though I am very respectful and would avoid having anyone over too often. I bond quickly with people, love late night chats but would also appreciate little noise being made at night time :) Hit me up if I am not able to contact you!
I'm a 19 year old student currently working 5 days a week as a casual in a nursery for plants and planning on studying Law at Notre Dame in 2017. I am interested in moving closer to the city as I am living on the outskirts of Sydney and was commuting approximately 2.50-3 hours, one way, to the university I was previously at. I'm extremely easy going, respectful and tidy ! I consider myself very easy to get along with and to have an awesome sense of humor. I am a hard worker however I'm very laid back. Looking forward to hear from you ! :)
Moved to Sydney at the start of the year from Noosa. I like to keep fit and healthy while playing tennis, soccer and the occasional hit of golf. Love cars and racing them however my race car is in Noosa so I travel up there often. Love meeting new people however I'm not the party animal most would except from a single 25 yr old in Sydney. Absolutely love cats and dogs so if you have any I can happily help you look after them:)
