Hi there, lookingn for a new place to call home! Easy going 25yo Dutch girl (Permanent resident so looking for someting preferably long term!). I work full time in events/hospitality. In my spare time I'm an active (daily) runner, love being outdoors & compensate my active life with a lot of food and a drink from time to time :).
Hello, Elexis here, middle eastern, 26 year old gender fluid/gay, transfer student. I will be finishing my Bachelor Degree at Central Queensland University (Sydney). I am looking for accommodation that is affordable, LGBT friendly, clean and close to the University. I am very fond of skincare, make-up, arts, fashion and writing. I'm not looking for a party place, just a place where I can have my own space with humble and chill people, but I do like going out for occasional drinks or clubbing when I'm in the mood. I need a cozy, clean and tidy place, preferably a shared flat with roommates in a cozy apartment. I am very down-to-earth, clean, social respectful and easy to talk to. And I love meeting new people. Regards, Elexis
I'm Linda, 30 years, I am very easy-going. I work in engineering for a IT/Networking company and usually finish work around 6pm. I like sports, cooking and trying new things,. On weekends I like go outdoors (walking or running, go to beach as well), sometimes I like staying at home (Studying or watching movies).
I am 30 years old originally from Germany but been living in Australia since 8 years now. I work full time mo-thu long hours as a nanny in Mosman and I also run an online business. I am into self development, healthy living, spiritual growth/events etc. and love to spend time in nature. I am very clean and tidy, rather quiet, will spend most nights at home during the week, working on my side business , read but also happy to share a chat/ meal with my new flatmate :-)
I am an easy going semi retired Gentleman I am in this position as my Mum lived with me and now she is in a Dementia ward. I have to rent my house to pay for it.. Chris
Hey I'm Shannon, I'm a 27-year-old working in TV production. Hard working, easy going, social, respectful, loves music and Friday nights at nice restaurants and wine bars. Really creative, loves to travel. Not sure what else to say, ha! Hope to meet you sometime soon.
Looking to move any time around mid October 2017. Looking for a house share situation not an apartment thanks. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a 5 shelf -6ft tall bookshelf, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space some things could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
This place is a really beautiful space to live in as its super close to everything yet really peaceful and quiet. Public transport is down the street, Coles is 5 mins walk and Woolworths is also nearby. This spot has many parks in the area, is nice and leafy with lovely views towards North Sydney. The apartment is lovely, light and bright with lots of lovely afternoon sun. The room available is a very good size, with BIR and excellent cupboard space. Carparking spot is also available.
Hi I am a single, clean, quiet, working Australian male. I currently work M-F around 8-4 (but wanting to make this earlier) and also do a few hours a week on my home PC in the evening/Saturday. I'm very considerate of people sleeping and looking for the same. I'm looking for peace, quiet and privacy. A quiet location. The room needs to be large (3x3m at least) to fit queen bed, desk, TV unit and wardrobe if no BIR. I also need space somewhere for my own fridge/freezer unless yours is fairly empty. For housemates, I'm looking for Australians/UK people (not other languages/cultures) aged around 20-40. People that have an interest in health &; fitness. At least 1 of the following interests would be good: sci-fi tv/movies, video games, board games I would like 1-2 other housemates maximum with at least 1 other male. My budget is including bills and internet. I will consider more areas than I have listed
Hi all, Just moved to Australia from NZ 6 months ago. A little about me: - Loves good drink on the weekend (every now and then a cheeky mid-weeker) - Relaxed personality - Respectful of the place (i.e. reasonably tidy, doesn't have to be spotless) - Like to be able to hang out with the people I live with - Love to get in some skiing when I can, and kickboxing when I can afford it - Working full time at an incredibly fun office - Serious addiction to travel and everything foreign Ideally I want somewhere close enough to town that I can run into work in the mornings (and not kill myself doing it, 5km or less is fine!) Not bothered at all by age, race, sexual orientation or occupation - just keen to find some good sorts that I can get along with. No hard and fast move date either, I am in a flexible living situation so can move out whenever. Finding the perfect place is more important than the move date. Hit me up!
We have a bedroom available in our 3 bedroom air-conditioned apartment on Military Road, Neutral Bay. Room is available from 20th Aug. Super close to all amenities, 30m from Woolworths, public transport on the front door step, 24hr gym at base of apartments. Big balcony great for summer! Bond is $1000 and we pay 2 weeks in advance. Bills are not included, approx $80 per month (unlimited internet, gas, electricity) Room has amazing built in wardrobe and full length mirror with balcony access. Can possibly come furnished with queen size bed if needed
I'm clean and a respectful of other people and their privacy, their belongings. I like to make a home 'home'. I like to socialise and have fun, but I'm not a party goer.. I have no problems with people partying around me though.. I'm tolerant of many things, and very down to earth.. im easy going, and mostly cheerful.. even of a morning.. I'm a great cook, and I love wine and beer everyday. I'm studying law and work full time in a law firm in the cbd. I'd love to have my dog or cat come live with me, but it's not a problem if they can't. I have just moved to Sydney, well a few mths back, from the country. So you can say I'm a country girl at heart.
Im salman, I'm an International student at Macquarie University, studying Accounting and Finance. I'm a Pakistani but brought up in South Africa and Zambia. I'm easy going, social, friendly, non-smoker, no pets and clean person. Length of stay would be long term.
Im a 29 year old working full-time professional looking for a homeland not just a place to stay. Im clean, tidy and reliable. I take part in triathlons, so live a healthy lifestyle. However, I do enjoy my glass of wine with friends.
Two-bedroom apartment in a brilliant location - an easy stroll to Neutral Bay junction. Apart from the vacant room, the apartment is fully-furnished and has a great feel to it. The unit has brand new carpet and a fresh coat of paint. Nice and light-filled, the kitchen and bathroom have been renovated. The bedroom itself - big enough to fit a queen-size bed but probably not much else. Huge built in wardrobes and large window with blinds. For an additional $10 per week you can have the underground lockup car space. Other things to note: - We share an external laundry with two other units. - Great little balcony with slight views of the bridge. - A small amount of storage space down in the garage. - Gas stove top!
I'm Lau...I am 27, work at an ad agency in Crows Nest Mon-Fri heading up the insights department. Sometimes long hours. I am pretty quiet, clean and respectful...definitely quiet during the week but enjoy a glass of wine and socialising on the weekend. I enjoy getting to the gym in my down time and love food (but admit I can't cook), trying new restaurants/cafes...spending time with family and friends and boyfriend. Love to travel, and I have a little trip to Tokyo coming up! I would prefer to move into a house which I can call home...definitely not looking for a party house!

Hi I am Jacinta, I am 32 and I work in marketing/fundraising for a NFP in the health space, I am also a nutritionist. As for a flatmate I am tidy, respectful, friendly and down to earth. I am looking for a new home, somewhere quiet, clean and relaxing with likeminded people. I am pretty flexible with move in dates too. Look forward to hearing from you! Jacinta
Hi! I'm Aline (38). I work full time as a research scientist at a biotech company and I'm lucky to say that I really enjoy my job! Well, that doesn't mean that work is my life! Not really. I've got addicted to Argentine Tango two years ago. Therefore I'll be dancing a few nights per week. Occasionally I'll take my motorbike out for a spin or to the track. Otherwise I live a fairly healthy lifestyle though I can't say no to cheese & wine. I love catching up with my friends! Normally I would go out for dinner but occasionally I cook myself. I try to stay fit so I do classes (mainly pilates) at the gym regularly or go rock-climbing (hm, that hasn't really happen lately). Have I mentioned that I dance a lot! ;) On rainy days I might end up at the movies or watch netflix at home. Me as a person I would say I'm easy to get along with, fun, very considerable and respectful, clean and tidy, well just very house-trained :) Due to timing/busy schedules I have preferred to do my own cooking & shopping and I think I would prefer that. However, a common meal every now and then would be great. Also, I do know how to clean after myself :) I have lived in shared houses for many years now; in one place for more than six years! I own a motorbike which needs "a home" too, so I'm looking for a place with secured undercover parking. If you have any other questions please just drop me a line ...
Hello there, Relocated from Perth for a change of scenery and start a new job at a tech/advertising company. Seek a room with ensuite/own bathroom, car bay or on street parking, 6 months+ Respect housemates privacy, but enjoy catching up for a couple, going to a pub or relaxing at home. I have a small network in Syd, looking forward to expanding it. Rubbish cook, can play 50 percent of a few songs on guitar, regular gym goer and will get into social sport. Want to check out Syd / surrounding region, sneak in a few road trips to the snow etc. Look forward to meeting! Alex
I've recently moved to the Manly area for work, looking for somewhere to call home! I am looking either for somewhere short term so that I have time to work and look for a permanent home, or to find somewhere long term. I'm looking forward to exploring more of the northern beaches, as when I'm not at work I love to get out! It makes me a quiet housemate, but Id love to unwind in the evenings with my housemates. I'm tidy, considerate and easy to get along with. I have a car so connection to public transport is not vital, but preferable onsite/street parking available. Can't wait to meet you!
