HI, I am returning to Sydney after a brief stint in the United States. Ideally, I am looking for a studio or private flat, but I am also interested in shared flats. I am a single man, I keep things tidy and I respect other people space/belongings. If you would like previous rental references, I would be happy to provide them. I will be returning to work as a manager of a small marine business at Ferguson's Marina, Mosman. I look forward to hearing from you. Dan.
I am clean and tidy, and like to live in lovely, homely surroundings. I'm up for a wine sometimes and also like time alone. I work full time and like to exercise and socialise on weekends. Also I love to cook!
June 2- July 7 - Do you have the perfect space for us? Thank you :-) We are professional Pet-Sitters and are looking for a clean and quiet space in-between pet-sits. We used to be professional cleaners so your space will always be respected. Merv and I both work from our laptops as we are both self-employed which can be done in our room, at a local cafe or library. We are independent, keep to ourselves and are honest and happy people. If you do have any dogs we would be happy to walk them and keep them company. Our daily practice is morning meditation and daily gratitude so we are very calming to be around. Always seeing the good and focusing on the positive. Thank you warmly for considering us. Any Police Clearances and testimonials is easy to offer if that provide more peace of mind and reassurance.
Hello! I am a British girl in her 20's that works in the heart of the CBD as a bartender for Merivale. I am clean, respectful as a housemate. Always up for a good wine and cheese board. Quite charamastic and easy to get along with. If any of that seems up your street and you have a place going, get in touch :) up to grab a coffee/have a viewing Ttyl x
I work full time for a car manufacturer in Artarmon, I take pride in my work, am clean and tidy at home, and not looking for a party house. I'm a social guy though and enjoy the company of others, but chilled alone time is always great too. I'm the adventurous kind and to keep my work weeks from getting too monotonous I try to get out for a walk / bike ride / roadtrip when possible. Always an optimist, and if you've got a sense of humour we'll get on great. I have an 11 year old dog called Otto who is very friendly - he loves people and other animals too. He is a Lagotto (Google it!), who doesn't shed any hair, and spends his days mostly lazying around until it's time for a daily walk. I'm moving from a terrace in Kirribilli so he is used to being inside during the day while I'm out / at work. Looking to move now-ish but I'm not cemented on a date at present so taking my time to choose a nice place with people I click with.
Hey! I'm 21 years old looking for my first place to move in to. I'm neat, tidy and self sufficient. I would love to find housemates that would become friends as I'm easy going and enjoy having a chat. I've lived on the northern beaches my whole life and love it! I'm hopefully starting college in August starting a bachelor of Naturopathy and I volunteer at Black Dog Institute. I have a little black cat I'm hoping to bring with me but if it's a definite no to pets, I can arrange for her to continue living with my parents. Fingers crossed I sound like someone you might like to live with. Warm regards, Emily
Hello :) My name is Dani, I'm moving from Newcastle as I have just secured a full time job in North Sydney. Hoping to find some house mates that are around my age (23), are working professionals and are social. I'm clean and respectful of my housemates and love meeting new people so if you feel like I would be a good fit please flick me a message!
Long story short... I work in technology (dont hold that againt me) I am not a nerd but I wish I was #heartsdesire Been here in Sydney for about 2 years I think I will spend the rest of the life here because it is so lovely + I am not up for taking another 20 hour flight I am the tidiest person in the world(but not obsessive or anything), show me someone tidier and I would be the second tidiest professional level at giving my friends and family sh#t Up for Gogglebox style TV viewing, more banter, bring on the box sets/movies and anything that involves fitness and the great Aus outdoors You can even maybe get me to watch Home and Away(if its got subtitles) Hit me up if all of this sounds a fit with your friendly, cool digs. Would love to get amongst it!
You'll be living with two professionals who both work full time, are coffee lovers, and wine enthusiasts who can't go past a good cheese and meat platter. Lucy, 24, works in the CBD. She enjoys going to gym most mornings, trying new restaurants, baking, and lazing by the pool. Emma, also 24, is a case manager in the north west. She goes to boot camp a few mornings a week, loves the beach, weekends away, and the occasional night out. In the evenings you'll either find us having a cheeky wine in our pjs watching tv or out with friends. Most importantly though, we respect each other's downtime and privacy. We are pretty easy going, love a laugh, and are fully house trained. We are looking for someone with similar interests to us, good sense of humour, social but respectful. Would enjoy having house mate dinners, but are also out and about.
This is a beautiful renovated flat in a boutique apartment block with spectacular views of Sydney Harbour. We are a couple (34 and 30) looking for a flatmate for our two-bedroom apartment right on the tip of Kurraba Point (Neutral Bay). The apartment has polished floorboards throughout, a modern kitchen with stainless steel dishwasher and oven and a cute breakfast nook that overlooks the water, Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. The apartment is furnished with leather couches, a flatscreen tv, internal washing machine and dryer. The available bedroom is unfurnished except for a cupboard, with floorboards and plenty of room for a queen-sized bed. (Note: the room is unfurnished except for the white cupboard, the photo has been taken before the bed was removed.) The light and airy room has full-length windows with spectacular water views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the beautiful harbour and bushland below. The best part about this apartment is the huge rooftop with unbelievable views of Sydney Harbour, including Fort Denison, the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. Imagine New Year's Eve! There are only six apartments in this building so most of the time you can enjoy the rooftop to yourself. It's the perfect place to eat dinner, drink wine, and watch the sun go down. We're looking for a working professional who is fun, easy-going, clean, considerate and enjoys their own space, but is keen to share a bottle of wine (on the roof!) on occasions. The apartment is a three minute walk to the ferry, which takes 10 minutes to get to Circular Quay. There is a parking permit available, and unlimited broadband internet. Bills are split evenly. No pets. Views of Sydney Harbour Bridge Rooftop with spectacular harbour views Spectacular views from bedroom Light and airy

Hello, My name is Sarah and I'm looking for a share place on the Sydney north shore and/or lower northern beaches. I am currently working in hospitality while working towards my career passion which is native wildlife care and education. I'm a great flatnate to live with because I am very friendly and I am clean and tidy and respectful of other people's privacy and belongings. I am not noisy and like to do my own thing most of the time but I also love a good chat and the occassional day/night out for lunch/coffee/dinner/drinks etc. I'm not a party-goer and I am fairly quiet and like to spend most of my nights at home. I usually prefer to buy my own food and cook my own meals at home (can bring my own kitchen utensils/equipment) but also happy to share the occassional meal :) I'm looking for a place within a short easy walk to a train station, ferry or frequent bus. Being close to the beach is also a plus! :)
