I am an easy going guy from New Zealand and will be working full time as a structural engineer. I am looking for a no drama flat who also like to have fun. My interests are mountain biking, skiing, tennis, surfing, exploring, video games I am looking ideally for my own room
I'm young woman from Finland and we looking for house with my boyfriend. We are clean and quiet couple. We like to cook and do some exercise. He working as a chef and I love his food.
It’s a great sun-filled unit in a convenient location for public transport to the city or the northern beaches (5 min walk to Big Bear shopping centre, The Oaks and Military Road). The unit is fully furnished with spacious combined lounge and dining, unlimited WiFi Internet, an internal laundry with washer and dryer and plenty of storage. You will have your own spacious bedroom (unfurnished) with built-in wardrobe and dedicated bathroom. Bills are split evenly three ways for Electricity, Internet and Netflix (optional) and rent is paid monthly. As an FYI, you would be required to be on the lease (current lease expires May 2019) and subject to the standard agent pre-screening checks.
Hi, I'm Pri! I'm a 23 year old working professional currently in facilities management and I study part time at Macquarie University. I'm looking for (hopefully) a long term home, and a nice person to live with! I enjoy cooking dinner, watching a good movie and having a quiet drink. Happy to give you space but would also be nice to spend time with my housemate when I can. If you are interested let me know :)
I work full time in the city in marketing and I am about to start studying online full time. I can be very mature which usually winds up in people mistaking me for being much older than I actually am. Just up until a few weeks ago, a lady who i had been working with for 18 months thought I was 28. I'm not a massive partier, I like to think of myself as very friendly, but very respectful of others. I am tidy and do like coming home and hanging out in my room watching Netflix sometimes. I am looking for a home, not just a house share and i want something long term. I love animals also!

COMFORTABLE, CONVENIENT FURNISHED ROOM ON TRANSPORT The room is great value at $295/wk with Internet. Available short or long term. The location is brilliant: close to the Harbour near Kirribilli and suits a busy professional in need of a good nights’ sleep. My last flatmate stayed here for nearly 2 years. The room is quiet, there’s sunshine and fresh air, near new King Single bed, built in desk with 3 drawers and clothes frame with shelves. The balcony has lots of greenery and regular bird visitors. On 2nd floor of 3 levels, so no waiting for a lift. This is a small friendly block in a great location near the ferry, bus at the door, GoGet and shops nearby. Parking on the street is unrestricted. You can walk to Nth Sydney or Kirribilli for the Milsons Pt train in 15 mins or over the Bridge to the CBD. The city bus at the door is 15 mins to Wynyard. The harbour beach and Hayes St ferry are a 5 min walk, with Thelma and Louise Café plus a couple of other cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets and Neutral Bay shops are a 12min walk to Military Rd, with bars, restaurants etc. Buses for Northern Beaches (Mosman, Manly) and Chatswood leave from Military Rd. The local bowls/tennis club is a 3 min walk. I'm a self-employed professional who cycles and runs. The place suits a clean, nature loving, eco-friendly, person who knows how to recycle. I eat more plants than meat. Please get in touch by email, call or SMS. Thanks!
Hi there, I have a medium sized spare room available at my flat on Kurraba Road in Neutral Bay. Located on the lower north shore, it's close to the city and the northern beaches meaning it's an ideal location for professionals and students. Neutral Bay Wharf, where you can ferry into the city is just a 3-minute stroll and it's a 10-15-minute walk to Milsons Point train station. Anderson Park is next door and Military Road, where you'll find all sorts of shops like Coles and Woolworths, is a 10-minute walk away. Alternatively, there's also a regular bus near the Wharf which takes you there every 20 minutes. The room is furnished, with a bed and wooden clothes rack. I also have some spare draws available if needed. Rent is $275 per week not including bills. Two weeks rent in advance and two weeks bond is required. Sorry, no couples. Cheers!
I am clean, tidy, great sense of humour, an amazing cook. I am at work most of the time. Smoker but only outside. Ambivert, not at all religious and respect all beliefs, cool about everything except rudeness
I'm a clean, tidy and respectful 20-something professional. I have lived at home all my life with super-tidy and clean parents and have been working for a couple years now. I'm a part-time uni student and professional and work in Sydney CBD in advertising. After work or uni i love to grab a bite to eat, a drink or or come home and relax. On the weekends i'll be out in the sunshine with friends, getting brunch, doing uni work or cleaning at home! Ideally would be until the end of November (~3 months) looking to move at the earliest convenience. I'd love to find a place thats close to transport, with like-minded people!
Grad architect looking for own room team ups. Mature, friendly and reliable. Have been renting for the past few years, have seen and experienced all kinds of things, been a housemate, landlord, caretaker myself. If you can read this, then I'm still looking! Have big items such as a car, a mattress, and a big cork table so preferably not furnished, and a flat driveway for my car. Speaks Mandarin and Malay and some other useless dialects too. Career driven, I'm always busy with something work related, but don't mind the occasional hang outs or drinks. I'm also flexible with the location, as long as it is not too far away from public transport.
Flatmate wanted for a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Lovely ornate ceilings, polished floorboards, dining room. There's even a toilet! Great location. Extremely quiet. Located at the Kurraba Point end, yet still only a 15 minute walk to Milsons Point station. Bus and ferry at your doorstep. The apartment is furnished however your room is not. So at the very least you will need to bring a bed. The room suits a double or queen size with enough space for a tallboy, sidetable, desk etc. There's a large mirrored built-in as well (see photos). Non smoker. No pets. Power and gas bill shared. Internet access available (optional). No other costs except for those general household items we'll both require (I could have just said toilet paper). Rent is paid monthly. Please send a text or email to arrange an inspection. The room is available now. Thanks for looking.
Hi all! Recently just landed my dream role in events and am relocating to Sydney! I have friends and family in Sydney, and have lived in Sydney for a year a while ago. I have always considered my flatmates as extended friends and family! Love to share a wine or meal during the week! That being said, I’m pretty in tune so can pick up when people need their space and can respect their privacy! My standard week is F45 around 6am about 4 times a week, then usually a Pilates class once a week thrown in there somewhere! Then usually work 9-5. My job does require additional hours, so sometimes not home til much later! Weekends are pretty chilled these days! Love the beach! Checking out new spots (coffee, food or bars!) and the occasional big night out! (I’m super considerate and would never come home yahoo’ing in the middle of the night! Hahaaa!) I’m currently trying to figure out the logistics of the interstate move, but will be moving to Sydney the weekend of 14 September. My bedroom furniture will be arriving a week or two after! I will consider a move in date for the right spot from Saturday 22 sept so I have time to find my feet! Im looking for a good sized unfurnished room. I will need parking also. Happy to share a bathroom! (But would love an ensuite!!!!)
This townhouse is located 2 minutes from public transport (10 minutes to the city, 15 minutes to Northern Beaches) and metres from cafes, restaurants and right across the street from The Oaks. Thanks. :)
LOOKING FOR A FLAT SHARE/HOUSE SHARE …ASAP. I Can move earlier than 1st Sept I am seeking to share a spacious house or apartment close to good transport and general amenities with 1 or 2 people max. My ideal location: Neutral Bay Secondary locations: Crows Nest, Cammeray, Cremorne, North Sydney (close to St Leonards Oval), Mosman. My ideal place in practical terms In a quiet location however near good transport and amenities (as I don’t have car), have a separate kitchen to the living room, outdoor space, place to keep my bike & few bits, and has internet connection. "ME" I am known to be caring, positive, and friendly in disposition. As a flat mate, I am tidy, friendly, respectful, easygoing yet responsible flat mate. I live a clean healthy lifestyle; plenty of yoga, outdoors, volunteering, and the like. I love a positive, quiet, relaxing, and respectful environment, with sense of community but also privacy when needed. I am hoping to find a flat mate who values this too. Sharing Options Open to Flat mate or Team up situations Open to flatmate option Open to Team up option. I also have furniture if you want to team up however only in ideal areas. However open to hear what your place has to offer. If you feel you and your place have similar qualities and practicalities, I would love to hear from you. Strong references (land lords and flat mates) can be provided. Need to find home ASAP, however move in date may have a little flexibility for the right situation.
The apartment is located in Neutral Bay, about a 10 minute walk away from North Sydney Station/Bus Stops or Milson's Point Station. The unit has a fully furnished kitchen, living room, balcony and bathroom. The unit is accessed by one flight of stairs (no lift) on level 2 of the building, which has a total of 9 units. Therefore, it is very quiet and friendly. There is a laundry room in the building and outdoor clothesline to dry clothes. The apartment has a lot of natural North-Easterly light and a large balcony that overlooks district views, the water and Harbour Bridge. The apartment contains two air conditioners and all appliances have already been purchased and/or installed (e.g. fridge, large tv, steamers, vacuum cleaner, heaters). There is one bedroom available to rent for $300 per week, including all bills. The unit is the first bedroom to walk past in the hallway (see floor plan image). There is currently no wifi for the unit. If you would like to rent a car spot (the car spots are undercover, underneath the building) then the rent would be $350 per week. There is street parking, however, it is only un-metered on the weekends. The bedroom advertised has brand new curtains, blinds and built-in-wardrobe including a desk or dressing table (see photos). The bedroom has its own air conditioner. The space is currently empty, only requiring a bed/bedside tables as there is ample storage in the bedroom itself. The bedrooms are separated by the bathroom.
I am a young professional who has just re-located from Perth to Sydney to be close to my family here as well as to take up a new job in Marketing. I'm a social person who loves to go out and about and do things however I also enjoy my own me time in my room with some netflix and just hanging out :) I am a lover of wine and food and love cooking! I'm looking for a place that's neat and tidy but also has chilled out housemates as I'm also quite chilled out. And would love to make some new friends!
Hey! My name is Tereza and I’m soon moving to study and work in Sydney from Czech Republic. I already studied in Canada, where I have been in homestay. So I do have previous experience with living abroad and sharing a place to live with people of multiple nationalities and all walks of life. Experience suggests respect and honesty are essential, so let me tell a bit about my preferences. Overall I like my personal space clean and organized (little bit of OCD, haha), so I tend to get best along with people of similar preference. I’m fun but an introvert (INTJ), never party and don’t smoke/have pets/have children. I don’t get along well with loud, party loving, unorganized people I lead healthy, minimalistic lifestyle, and like open spaces, my own personal space and dislike clutter Own (semi)furnished room would be preferred, the closer to center and train the better. My budget is $300/w (including bills). Fast internet is a big plus for me! Happy to answer any questions! :)
We have a room available in our spacious home in Neutral Bay. The room is on the smaller side but currently fits a queen bed. The house features: - large living spaces - outdoor courtyard area with pool - home gym in garage - sharing kitchen and bathroom with 2 others - foxtel - house has many areas for either socialising or down time. - conveniently located: 1 min walk to bus stop & 15 min walk to North Sydney Train Station. There is a total of 6 other people (5 guys & 1 girl) in the house but each level has its own kitchen and bathroom so you will be only sharing the kitchen and bathroom with 2 others. All housemates are mid to late 20's working professionals. The house is a good mix of social and chill out so would suit someone who likes to relax with a couple of drinks on weekends.
Easy going, will probably not be home too much because I'm going to be doing a full time small animal surgery internship (yes I'm a vet). Love animals, will be looking for somewhere to keep my pound pooch too. Can have a good time when required, like to be social.
Hi I'm Adam, I'm 27, easy going and tidy. I work full time and keep occupied with creative projects or heading out and about exploring. I am very respectful and live by the mantra "clean as you go". I prefer an open and communicative relationship with housemates where everyone is comfortable to address whatever is on their mind whether that be something negative or positive.
