Hello!! Looking to move out to Neutral Bay or around there. I'm quite active and like to stay healthy, but I do love a wine (or 6) and a night out! Looking for someone who shares the same sort of lifestyle and who I can easily talk to. Can live with girls or guys, as long as the banter is there Preferably a maximum of $300 a week rent and an unfurnished bedroom. :) Can't wait to hear from you! x
Looking for an awesome flatmate to share my apartment right in the heart of Neutral Bay. It has huge living and dining rooms, complete with leather lounge and flat screen tv, brand new kitchen and stunning bathroom. I’ve got all new furniture and appliances, so the place is nice and modern. The bedroom can easily fit a double or queen and has great built-ins with ample storage. The place is perfectly located in Neutral Bay, with all the restaurants, bars and shops just a short walk, and express bus stop to the city just around the corner. I'm looking for someone who enjoys a chat at the end of the day, but is also happy to relax in front of the telly. I'd like someone who is easy going and has their own life and friends, but is also sociable and keen to join me for a drink or 2 at the pub. I like to keep my place clean and presentable, so keen to have someone who shares this respect. I'm a 29yo professional who works long-ish hours during the week, and on weekends I love hanging out with friends, relaxing at the beach or playing sport. Wifi is $30 a month unlimited, and electricity and gas are split as they come in (quarterly). Send me an email or text with a little bit about yourself and look forward to meeting you. Please note references required.
Have spent many years living abroad enjoying different cultures. Easy going, healthy, non smoker who loves to laugh. Love my space and am respectful of others boundaries, yet I can enjoy glass of wine and a chat. Communication is the key to any type of relationship, especially in a share situation. Looking forward to meeting the right people to share part of life's adventure.
Hi, I am Claudia and looking for a place long term. I work as a designer and love doing yoga in the morning.
Hi there, I'm from Colombia, I been living in Sydney for almost 1 year now. I'm a graphic designer working Mon to Fri in a souvenirs company and as barista during weekends. I'm also studying an MBA in Marketing. I'm a really tidy person that likes to keep everything organized. I like and enjoy to cook. When I'm not working or studying I like to go out for dinner or just stay at home watching Netflix. I don't smoke and don't like to get drunk.
The Townhouse is in a small complex near the Oaks pub, Coles and other amenities. The room is small double size, and has a double bed and wardrobe space with it. Wifi and bills are included in the rent. Bus 5" to city. Neutral bay has many small bars, cafes and restaurants and I find it an easy place to live. Also great for bush walks, near the Harbour and ferries. You would share with a mature age female and male late 30s We live quietly, fairly independently, and would be happy to share with someone who iwould like the same.
My name is Laia, We are 27, part time job as an Early Childhood Educators and are studying towards a Diploma in Education. We are quiet, sociable, very easy going, shared accomodation before, clean and tidy. We love outdoor activities, yoga, going out with friends, chilling at home, watching movies, reading books, gym etc
I must move on the 5th of August! Not earlier or too much later due to current lease. I'm pretty easy to live with. I am a nerd and love movies, tv shows, games and comics. I'm single, not particularly fussed about relationships. I'm religious but my thing is that it's to each their own so don't worry if you're not or a different faith, I don't care. I work full time in north Sydney. I love a good laugh and a good book. My current ambition is to learn Auslan. Want to know anything else, just ask!
Flatmate wanted for a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Lovely ornate ceilings, polished floorboards, dining room. There's even a toilet! Great location. Extremely quiet. Located at the Kurraba Point end, yet still only a 15 minute walk to Milsons Point station. Bus and ferry at your doorstep. The apartment is furnished however your room is not. So at the very least you will need to bring a bed. The room suits a double or queen size with enough space for a tallboy, sidetable, desk etc. There's a large mirrored built-in as well (see photos). Non smoker. References required. Power & gas bill shared. Internet access available (optional). No other costs except for those general household items we'll both require (I could have just said toilet paper). Rent is paid monthly. Please send a text or email to arrange an inspection. The room is available July 10th. Thanks for looking.
I'm pretty easy going but a teensy bit of a neat-freak. Work keeps me quite busy so I'm not always around but I enjoy a good laugh in my downtime.

Hello there :) I am an easy going, friendly and open minded 33 years old guy originally from Switzerland living now in beautiful Sydney on a permanent residency visa. I am looking for a place to stay as of the 21 of July. I am flexible with the date and not in a rush, my priority is to find a place I can call home ideally for the next 6 months and longer. I work in North Sydney as a software engineer and some of my hobbies are travelling the world, exploring, photography, going out, gardening, reading and sports. Feel free to ask if you want to know more about me :-) Cheers Olivier
This top level spacious light filled apartment has been delightfully restored to embody the art deco era in which it was built. The white-washed living area is roomy featuring sun filtered through lead light windows creating a whimsical effect. Beautiful big kitchen, with gas cooktop. The bathroom features a lovely bathtub and shower. There is also a reasonable sized outdoor balcony. Walking distance to the ferry and a short stroll to the Neutral Bay cafes and shops.
Hi I'm looking for a new modern clean place to live with security. Ideally I love to team up with someone who can afford a 2 bed 2 bathroom. Id be HAPPY!!!! I currently work from home however I'm very active, loves sports & tend to travel sporadically last minute, mostly interstate.
