Hello There! We will be moving to Sydney from Brisbane mid-late January and will be looking for a furnished room in a share house or granny flat. We would prefer our own bathroom but are happy to share in the right place. A bit about us ... Rowan is an environmental consultant and I am a (newly graduated) urban planner, we are moving because I have been lucky enough to get a graduate job. We have both lived in share houses for 6+ years so are completely used to pitching in with cleaning. We are friendly, social people who are happy to chill out but also like time to ourselves. We also have two pets, an indoor 4yr old cat, who is very chilled and affectionate. And a 5yr old golden retriever who is very well trained and very lazy, he is used to a fairly small yard and after his morning walk generally sleeps/eats all day. I am willing to pay a pet bond if required - but if you can not allow pets we have arranged for our fur babies to stay with family. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would be interested in us as roomies :-).
Hi. I'm a 32 years old brazilian working and studying in Sydney. I'm a veterinarian and work as a vet nurse. I'm studying for the National Veterinary Exam to get my vet qualifications reconigse in Australia. I am very friendly, CLEAN and tidy. Love animals, specially cats, so if you have them at home that's a plus =^.^= I'm looking for a respectful, clean, quiet and non-smoker flatmate who likes to chat, share a glass of wine (or beer!) and could become a good friend. I'm very proud of my country but chose Australia to be my new home. Yes, I love the beach and the aussie life-style!
We are a young professional couple who have just migrated back to Sydney after living and working in London for 4 years. Crystal is currently employed as a senior recruitment consultant and Glendon is currently interviewing for senior management roles in the Operational and Call Centre Management space. We have a significant amount of savings so can easily prove that we are financially stable. Crystal and I love to enjoy an outdoor lifestyle hence the desire to live by the beach, we love a coffee in the morning and a red wine/vodka in the evening on weekends. We are keen on our health and fitness but also love to socialise on weekends.
Hi I am looking to share or team up with another who is in their 30s or 40s. I work in North Sydney full time. I love animals but don't have any. I am currently living in a 1 bdr at the moment , but hoping to save money as well as socialise with a new housemate. I am social but also enjoy my own quiet time. I do have my own furniture, but happy to put my stuff in storage, if I find the right place, that is fully furnished. I love a nice wine in the afternoon, and hopefully enjoy one with good company. I am not much of a cook, but when I do I am respectful and clean. Would really love to find some housemates that areally friendly, social, respectful and clean. I have listed a number of areas that would suit where I prefer to live, but as long as the area is easy and not far by transport to North Sydney, another area could also suit.
Hi! I'm a 27 y/o female who will be working full time. I just lodged my working visa and will be working as an Assistant Restaurant Manager for my company. It's a big company and there's a possibility of being transferred on different venues, Manly, The Rocks.. so I am looking for a place accessible to the city and the northern beaches. I would usually prefer to stay at home and really rest after a long day but I like hanging out with some friends occasionally. :) I like going out with some girlfriends from time to time but I find more comfort with staying at home and watching movies from my laptop. Some drinks at home and deep conversations would be really nice too. I'm just expected to work about 60 hours a week and I need someone who can understand that I may not be able to spend that much time with.. I'm a neat person and very respectful. More about me: I play the guitar and sing. Organised Friendly Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi Guys I'm an outgoing, friendly, fun girl looking for a place to come and go from in Sydney. My work involves lots of travel and I will be away for periods up to 8 weeks at a time. I'm looking for someone who has a spare room/granny flat etc, that is happy to price it accordingly. I'd be ideal for someone who doesn't want a permanent lodger but just a bit of extra income from a spare room for a few weeks here and there. I'm easy going and not into partying - happy just to have somewhere to chill out when I'm working/rehearsing in Sydney between tours.
Hi there! I am 27 years old, working in mental health industry. I like to keep an active and healthy lifestyle. I value a respectful and clean living environment. I keep pretty busy and usually out doing my own thing but welcome a friendly chat when at home :) Please do not contact me for short-term listings :) I am interested in at least 6months+
Jess is literally the loveliest person ever. She's so chilled out and will go with the flow. She's an artist who is also working full time to support her creative career! I am Mykaela. Almost as lovely as Jess, and probably just as cruisy. Everything else, we have in common. We're both really clean people. Like, don't leave dishes in the sink, or around the house, and generally like to keep the bathroom clean... Both like red wine and a good dance, both have a friendly nature and we make friends with just about anyone. Let's live together Xo
Young professional, working Mon-Fri in the corporate world. Clean, tidy and pleasant to live with, i pride myself on good hygiene and cleanliness. Looking for someone to take the second bedroom (and jump on the lease) in my beautiful apartment in Neutral Bay as my housemate is sadly moving back to QLD! The apartment has amazing harbour and city views of the bridge and city skyline. The apartment is completely furnished including the second bedroom but obviously any personal touches are totally welcome! The double room has a built-in wardrobe, a bed and a bedside table. The kitchen is modern with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher, there are polished wooden floorboards throughout and there is both a shower and a bath in the bathroom. Wi-fi is unlimited and is $45 per month. There is a shared laundry between our apartment and the other three on our floor (it's pretty much always free) and there is lift access both from the carpark and ground floor. I'm a journalist and features writer in the CBD and work 7am - 4pm Monday - Friday and sometimes work Sundays. I exercise when I can but am easily influenced and always up for a wine. It'd be great to find someone who is a professional between 20 and 35, loves the place as much as we do, is sociable and clean. This isn't a party house (not wild anyway), but friends/family are always welcome! No pets allowed sadly :( Move in date is between the 13th and the 21st of February! Laura and Lauren x City views Harbour and water views Secure building w intercom 5 minutes to city buses and shops Built-in wardrobe
"I've lived everywhere man"- well not everywhere, but I have lived all around Sydney and around the coast of NSW. The time has come for me to move to the "other side of the bridge"... I'm a bright, bubbly aussie who loves having a good laugh, exploring new places and having a few drinks with mates. Currently working for a coffee company in the admin team. Big perk is my coffee machine is coming with me and definitely a shared item. I'm a tidy and respectful person who is more than happy to either chilling by myself or join in for the shenanigans. I like to keep a clean house and always happy to pitch in. I have lived with all sorts of people, in all sorts of houses, from all sorts of backgrounds and I've met a bunch of fantastic people. I'm looking forward to meeting new faces, being in a new environment and learning new things! If you would like to know more, send me a message! I can promise I am always better in person than I am at explaining myself on these things haha.
My name is Emma and currently looking to move somewhere ASAP! I work full time in sydney CBD as well as study part time. Friendly, independent, clean and reliable. (Non smoker etc)
I'm laid back and really friendly, quite easy to get along with. I've got a real passion for staying fit, and I try to keep up an active lifestyle as best I can. Originally I'm from Jamaica but I go to uni in Boston, and I'm here in Syndey interning at the Institute for Economics and Peace as part of my degreee.
I am a 30 year old female, working in Surry Hills as an Executive Assistant. I like to keep active, travel, go to beach, try new bars and restaurants. I am a considerate and clean housemate that always pays bills on time, like to cook and happy to sit around over a glass of wine.
Spare room to rent in a 3-bedroom apartment, as well as use of a shared study with views of the Harbour Bridge! The unit has a shared lounge room with a TV and a dining area with views of the city and harbour. It is a very convenient location for public transport; 1.3km to Milsons Point station, 1.6km to North Sydney Station, 500m to the Neutral Bay Ferry Terminal, and 350m to the nearest bus stop which takes you into the city. We are 900m from the Woolworths on Military Road and all the adjacent shops, cafes, and restaurants, and if you’re feeling energetic it’s a 3.5km walk across the bridge and into the city. The unit has a modern kitchen, an internal and private laundry with a washing machine, and a shared outdoor space for drying. The bathroom and shower is shared with one other.
Sane sorted professional guy. Recently separated with no baggage - literally! House trained. Outgoing and enjoy food, wine and great conversations.

Hey! I'm Kelly, 24, full time hairdresser from England and will be returning to Sydney on the 25th of this month and need a private room in a share house (or apartment or whatever!) ASAP. I am open to the location as long as it is easy to commute into the city centre. I'm fun, friendly, easy-going, clean, sociable but respectful of privacy. Looking for like-minded flat buds to share with. Please message me so we can chat if you're interested :) Need room to be available the day I arrive back in Sydney so happy to Skype and Face-time!
So it's kinda awfully difficult to just jump into telling somebody why you're fun, or like are you supposed to tell them that you're not fun so that they're more likely to give you a place cause you don't party? #justsharehousethings I'm Toby, I'm a professional musician/tutor and I love a house that smells like Jazz first thing in the morning. My hobbies include listening to hip-hop and wondering how somebody as ethnically ambiguous as myself could have turned out so white, looking at memes and trying to understand the whole "why" behind wine. I'm not the sort of guy who really throws party (legitimately have like 5-10 friends max and I work a lot, but most of them are really good looking and if not, they definitely have nice hair) but I really like going to them so am totally fine if you ever have them going on :) I do also have dope speakers for if a party is ever to be thrown Mostly spend my time at home listening to music/practicing but I can do all of that with headphones on so it won't disturb anybody. I'm a big fan of most animals and totally LGBTQI+ supportive so lowkey please don't ask me to live with you if you're hella transphobic/homophobic/sexist etc. because I'd like to live somewhere I feel comfortable taking my friends back to. No tea no shade, it's just really not my vibe. Kind of a prerequisite that the place has parking available; musicians have an awful lot of gear D: Pretty strictly limited at $300 a week so if your place costs more than this, please only message me if you wanna barter music lessons for discounts in rent. Kinda joking but mostly not really. But yaass, hit me up <3 xoxo Gossip Toby
Professional guy in his mid twenties, work full time in the CBD. Easy to get on with, friendly guy who likes having a chill night in or out. Ideally after professional people who are tidy and relaxed.
Well where do I start!?' I'm the one on the right. Apparently I have no photos of just myself?? I'm from a farm about 4 hrs west of Sydney. I'm really laid back and always up for a beer, a surf or adventure somewhere! I'm very musical and my guitar is one of my most loved past times. I work 8-5 Monday to Friday in the city. Each day I have either rugby or gym so I won't be back home till roughly 8:30 each night. Saturday nights I like to definitely let off some steam but in saying that I'm always respectful of the people I'm living with. Nonetheless I'm super chill and easy to get along with :) Looking for a long term setup either renting a room or teaming up and getting a place. If you want to know more, just shoot me a message :)

Hi there!! I am a hard working, fun loving, down to earth Personal Trainer looking for the right home to share with someone like minded :) I work full time at F45 in North Sydney which means early rises (4:30am - don't worry I'm quiet as a mouse) and sometimes late finishes (8:30pm) although i do have a nice balanced schedule. This lifestyle means i am a bit of a home body during the week enjoying down time when i am home and in my free time i like to spend with family and friends (of which hopefully you will become one). I am very active and always up for an adventure (i am about to set off to do an 88km hike in Tasmania) but also love to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and good food with good company :) I am neat and appreciate that the home is a place that is stress free and an enjoyable environment to be in and would like to find someone that shares that view and respects their home. There is lots more to me, so looking forward to finding my next home and sharing that with you! Jess :)
Hi, I'm Megan! I'm a 23-year-old looking for some reasonably long-term accommodation so I can stay in Sydney (originally from Perth). I work full-time at an advertising agency, and when I get home from work I like to relax with a book or the TV. Happy to be social with you (although not exactly a party person) or give you space if you need it. Keen to get out and explore Sydney a little more on the weekends. Quiet, easy-going and neat. I don't have any pets but would be more than happy if you do!
Second room to rent in a great 2-bedroom apartment in a really convenient location. *Room images are the room for rent. The wow-factor of this generously sized apartment is the fantastic city and harbour view, with a lounge room pointing directly at the Harbour Bridge. The flat has a modern kitchen. I'm a 25 year old looking for a new place to call home. I work full time for an education technology company based in Mosman - I work long hours and when I'm not working I'm generally catching up with friends. I'm looking for a nice quiet, clean home I can relaxing in. I love having 'family dinners' and a glass of wine with flat mates when it works, but very happy to do my own thing. I travel a bit for work and to see my family, so come and go a bit. Usually only away for a couple of days at a time. I have a car, so a parking space or reliable street parking is a must.
