I currently live on the Gold Coast and am relocating to Sydney in June for work. I will be working in Pymble Full-Time, so want to be no more than 40 minutes away from there... I am not too familiar with Sydney or the Suburbs but I am planning on flying to Sydney for the weekend 10th -12th May to have a look a look around :-) Looking to share a clean modern, fully furnished (flexible) unit with one other young, social person (23 - 35 yo) with private bathroom, full laundry facilities and car park available. I will need to go on the lease, or will do up a sublease contract for you to sign. Preferably a 6 month lease to start, with the option to extend a further 6 months if we are both still happy! I am a single 27 year old and will generally keep to myself on weekdays, working full-time and going to the gym but I do enjoy a few drinks on the weekend and getting out being social. I don’t know many people in Sydney so I will be travelling back to the Gold Coast on the weekends every few weeks and would have friends coming to stay with me about once a month also.
Hey! I'm Mel, I am 26 and I work full-time in the alcohol industry. I am on the road in my role and I drive all over the Northern Beaches so looking for somewhere convenient to this to call home. I am super busy during the week, I play rugby 7s, netball and touch so training takes up a lot of my life. Despite this, I feel its really key to live with people who are social and enjoy each others company at the end of the day - I can offer average banter and a pretty good selection of booze thanks to work! On weekends, when Im not playing sport I am either out with friends, enjoying a bev or 2, or spending time with my family.

Lizzy and I have been together for nearly 3 years, we enjoy training and keeping a fit healthy lifestyle. We are English and have traveled extensively over the years but now call Sydney home with a PR status. We are both in full time employment in construction and educational child mentoring. Our social life consists of meeting up with Friends for drinks and meals over the weekends or just chilling out with a takeaway and Netflix binge. Our leases is coming to an end shortly so we would like to find somewhere clean, cozy and homely for the upcoming winter months.
Easygoing, respectful, well travelled, friendly, trustworthy, responsible, tidy, non-smoking, Brazilian-Dutch professional, senior procurement consultant. I don't know how to cook, except boiling eggs and sweet potatoes. So most of the time eating out. I also enjoy learning new things, especially different cultures, technology and photography. I like to see my friends and going out for a drink every now and then but always considered home as home and not a party place. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Denis
This flat is in an amazing location - it's a short downhill walk from North Sydney station, and there are buses to the city just across the road. It is also less than 50m away from a cafe, some shops, a newsagent and a park (the park is by the water of Neutral Bay, which is pretty nice). There is a big living/dining area, with space for a couple of couches, a TV, bookshelves and a big dining room table while still feeling spacious. The living area has beautiful wooden floors, and heaps of natural light. The view out of the windows is of the tops of trees, not other buildings. The bedrooms are carpeted. There is a balcony, good for barbecuing, with a view over the trees nearby. The flat is quiet, and I rarely hear the neighbours at all. There is super fast 100Mbps NBN internet set up. The room available is 2.9 x 2.9m, and has a generous built-in wardrobe with sliding mirror doors. There's plenty of room for a queen size bed, bed side table, etc. The room is unfurnished, but the flat already has a couch, TV, fridge, washing machine, stove, microwave, etc. The kitchen is already stocked with all of the things we'll need. The only thing you really need is a bed. There is an off-street parking spot that I currently share with my flatmate. It's only a handful of stairs from the building entrance to the apartment.
Hey! My name is Laura I’m 22. I am looking for a cosy place for me and my dog, I work full time and he goes to doggy day care 1 day a week so he isn’t stuck in the house. I will also be sharing him with my ex so he won’t be staying every night. I’m easy going, quiet, loves a drink every now and then but also like to spend a lot of time with my dog Leo going the beach and walking. I work long hours and not home as much as I would like to be so on my days off I like to chill out, watch Netflix, go shopping and drinks with friends :) I work every Saturday, so most Saturday evenings I go out with friends for a drink and dance and occasionally stay at their places if gets too late.
Young Professional working in North Sydney. I have quite a demanding job so won't be home that much and out socialising most weekends. I like to stay fit and active, whether it be going to the gym, running or boxing. Easy going personality and will respect your personal space.
I'm a 30-year old Dutchie, trying out life in the land Down Under. After 7 months of travelling, I'm now looking for a place in Sydney to settle down for at least the next 5-6 months. I'll start working full-time for the Sydney Film Festival in April and at the weekends I like to go bushwalking, diving or just chill out with friends. I love cooking, coffee and a good glass of wine. I'm social, clean and organized and always looking forward to meeting new people.
Hey there! Here's a little about me: I'm a professional in my mid-20s, working at a high-pace PR agency by day, and a food, drink and Netflix junkie by night. I dedicate a lot of energy to my job, so I appreciate some much-needed R&R on weeknights. Having said that, I've never been one to turn down a few drinks when the opportunity presents itself! I'm down-to-earth, dislike fuss, and appreciate a clean space! You might not see very much of me on the weekend, but when you do I'll always be up for a chat and a good laugh. If this sounds like your speed, I look forward to hearing from you. :) Gloria
Hi I’m Kerissa, I’m 26 and work as a lawyer in the city. I enjoy a pretty active lifestyle, love the beach, being outdoors, play sport on weekends and love Pilates/yoga during the week. In saying that, I also love to crawl up on the couch with a wine and watch telly or chill at home. Looking for someone who is willing to be a housemate and a friend as well, so would be good to have similar interests.
Irish girl, 24, working in marketing in North Sydney. Looking for a private room close to train station/ bus that will let me have a little bit longer in bed (as I am staying in Penrith at the mo) Would ideally like a few roommates that I could make friends with. I'm pretty chill during the week as work is hectic but do like a drink or 2 on the weekends. Would like to explore more of Sydney and surrounding areas and would love you to join!
