Hi I'm Bec, Just a real down to earth girl here looking for a new place to call home. I work as an intensive care nurse and love to spend my spare time in the outdoors hiking or mountain biking, binge watching Netflex, reading, at the gym or beach, traveling, visiting family and chilling with friends. I can be quite social but also enjoy my own space and downtime. I am friendly, responsible, cleanly and respectful, and I am looking for a housemate of a similar nature. Please contact me if you feel you might be suitable :) P.s. I come with an 8 year old goldfish named Penny 🐠
Hi potential housemates, I'm studying Travel at Hamilton TAFE & am looking for a quiet, friendly, household. I'm after a large, preferably furnished, room, with heaps of storage, with either BIR or WIR, preferably with my own bathroom & balcony. A bonus would be a pool & gym if it's an apartment. I'm a very neat person, & a good home maker. I enjoy watching Netflix & Foxtel, exploring this beautiful city, going to the beach, markets, events, & being outdoors. I'm originally from Wales in The UK, but have lived in Australia for 20 years. I moved to Newcastle from country Victoria, 1 year ago. I'm great to share with, being very clean, tidy, considerate, friendly & fun. I love a good chat, meeting new people, & I look forward to meeting you! :)
Potentially looking for a new place to live, around 6 months or so. I work full time on a roster. When im not working, i like to keep busy, so im not often home. I keep things tidy, and tend to clean as i go. Dont smoke, drink occasionally. I respect other peoples privacy and things. Fairly chilled out, happy for a chat, or can just keep to myself.
I’m a very tidy and organised person myself so I’d be looking to live with people who are the same. I’ll do my own dishes and always clean up after myself and I’m happy to contribute to general house tidying like vacuuming and mowing etc I love anything outdoors or fitness related. Vegan & looove all animals! I don’t mind having a few casual bevs here and there but nothing too wild. I am quite a social person too so I’d be looking to move in with people who like to hang out. But I also like my own space at times too.
Hi! I'm Kate, initially from Newcastle, and wanting to return after 12 months living in QLD. It's important to me that I find the right fit when it comes to my home / sanctuary. As such, I'll try to provide a little detail about myself and my circumstances. It is just myself and my dog, Asha - a small, gentle and well behaved Kelpie x (rescue dog). She loves friends, canine or feline, and although it's by no means necessary, she'd absolutely love another friend to play with at home. I work full time, and with my office being right in town (Honeysuckle), I'd really like to find somewhere I'm able to ride my bike or walk to work. My time off would mainly involve markets, beach days, road trips ect. I also love a good chill day, planting, reading and a bit of a Netflix binge. My ideal situation would consist of my own bathroom - I am absolutely open to options though, and happy to chat to any potential flatmates about how to make things work. I have a solid rental history and can provide real estate references + police checks etc. I'm a very easy going, happy, healthy, house proud person. I've a good heart, and I've always ended up calling any previous flat mate a friend. If you feel we might work well together, please feel welcome to get in touch :)
Looking to find a private bedroom in a shared house with people of a similar age. I'm moving over to Newcastle from Western Australia and keen to meet like-minded people. During the week I tend to chill and go to the gym and enjoy socialising with friends on weekends. At the moment I don't know to many people in Newcastle and would love to live in a house where my housemates become great mates but am also willing to respect peoples space. I Consider myself relatively active and easy-going. I respect peoples space and consider myself relatively clean and tidy. I will be available for a catch-up and inspection on the 14th and 16th of August
Hi I’m a 32yr old Australian female and am very relaxed friendly respectful and clean. I’m easy to get along with and have lived in many shared houses over the years. I like a place to feel like home. I like the beaches and getting out in nature, enjoy gardening, yoga, dance reading. I’m a non smoker rarely drink and like to get creative in the kitchen. Looking for a nice home within 20-25 mins from Kings St, Newcastle. Merreeather, Newy East, Cooks Hill. I am moving to Newcastle for a full time job at Newcastle Council in Community Services. Looking for accommodation for starting from around 20 August/Sept for 6 months to 1 year. Hoping to find rent around $200-250 including bills and internet. I am flexible with my move-in date, as it is more important to find the right house and flatmates. If you have a spare room would be great to hear from you. Cheers Oceana
