    $350/week52 year old woman

I'm a single 52 year old woman with two fur babies (Tara the Cat and Missy the Pomeranian), all of us are house trained. I'm fascinated by learning, human behavior, health and personal growth and am developing a multi pronged business including coaching, massage, hypnotherapy and publishing books on Amazon while recovering from burn out. I worked for 20 years in the public service before deciding to move towards my dream life and establish myself in a completely different area. I do spend a lot of time at home but normally it is online or quietly reading, I am not a noisy housemate. I'd like to find somewhere to settle for at least a few years - I'm not someone who will chop and change living arrangements. I'm neurodiverse (recently diagnosed) and am learning lots about myself and gaining a new perspective on my life. I love deep conversations about people's passions and beliefs. I also enjoy quiet time and am happy with my own company. I'm relatively quiet and am what you'd probably consider an introverted extrovert. I'd prefer my room with space for my desk so I can work in privacy. I have other furniture so unfurnished would be great. I have found that living with only one other person works very well but am open to discussing a different arrangement depending on the dynamics of the situation. I don't smoke or vape and would appreciate a flatmate that is the same. You'll notice I have a lot of different places listed - my work is mostly online and finding a great fit for my living arrangements is the most important thing for me at this time. I'm open to joining up with someone to apply for a rental together if we seem like a good match and can both agree on key parameters. I can provide references from my current housemate and am waiting on one from my rental agency at the moment. If you are looking for a stable housemate who will respect your quiet time yet would also like to be friends and contribute to making the household a home then we should chat.

    $400/week23 year old man

Alrighty! Ive just been given 7 days notice to move out of my place. Im ready to pay anywhere up to $350-$400 a week for a room, a granny flat a shoebox apartment.. whatever! Im currently splitting 3 ways @$283 a qeek in Wamberal. So a3ound that price would be AWESOME but i understand its tough. I need something asap. Im not originally from the coast, I'm from Brisbane so I unfortunately dont have ANYONE to fallback on. Ive quickly paid for the premium in hopes of finding someone or someone finding me. I apologise if you reached out to about 7 months ago regarding my previous listing, but I found something outside of this website at that point and lost access to this site. But given my dire circumstances that have once again arisen, I managed to brute my way back into this account to get another listing as this website is seemingly the most popular platform for this. Im currently in Wamberal, but like I said, need to be out of here in a week. Im studying at TAFE full time, and picking up multiple part time/casual jobs on the side, so I dont have a lot of free time. I dont have any pets, and I'm currently single so there wont be any extra baggage with me aside from my personal belongings and light furniture. Having a bed would be great but im happy to sleep on the floor or on blankets until I can sort out the money to buy one myself. (I wont be able to bring the one here with me most likely). Please feel free to reach out if you have a room that needs filling, please. As of the 12th of August I have 1 week to be out. If I dont find anywhere, ill likely be finding a spot to pitch a tent and charge my phone, or sleep in my car. Im not asking for empathy, rather for a home. Thank you
