I am a 24 year old and have secure employment as a permanent part-time Stock Assistant for pillow talk. Currently on 6 months paid parental leave until January. We do have a 1 Month old but he is a great baby and will not disturb any neighbours. I’m able to provide proof of payments and approval. My partner is 23 years old, although currently unemployed until he is able to start his new employment as a Full-Time Heavy Machine Operator in the new year. In the meantime my partner will be starting job seeker to maintain an income. Unfortunately this makes it hard for us to obtain rentals at the moment. We have great extensive rental experience and a thorough understanding of the requirements and responsibilities to maintain the condition of rental properties. We are very respectful and quiet tenants just looking for somewhere stable to call home
