I bought this property a few months back and have not had any issues thus far. I have put in multiple cupboards in the kitchen to allow space for everyone’s food, and one is used as a linen cupboard/broom cupboard. There is a large smart TV with the Telstra box (Netflix, Stan, YouTube, etc.), and a fold-out couch if anyone is to stay over. In the lounge room there is a keyboard and several guitars that can be used. There is air-conditioning and gas heating, and I will be installing ceiling fans in Summer! In room 1, it is unfurnished although it comes with a wardrobe to help with hanging space. The kitchen comes with all gadgets and bits and pieces with a large balcony attached which has amazing views of the sunset. Room 2 comes furnished with all linen so it’s an easy transition for you to have for the two months I’m away. Room 2 also comes with a sunroom which has a desk and chair in it.
