Hi! I'm a Japanese female, have been in Australia over 5 years, and I'm looking for a peaceful place to stay for long term. I would prefer to be in a female only shared place or my own granny flat/caravan. If I stay at a shared place I would feel more comfortable with living with mature or elderly lady. More than happy to give you a hand if you need help for yourself or house. I'm an introverted person who appreciates quiet and simple living. I'm busy with my study and spend most of my free time with reading books. I don't have people over and go to bed early. I don't drink, don't smoke, don't use drugs. I'm sensitive to noise of TV and radio and music, so it would be much appreciated if you aren’t into those or are ok with using headphones. I'm in Lemon Tree Passage and need to find a new place because my landlord's personal circumstance has changed. I've rented their place over a year and they can provide you a reference. I’m Maddy, I’m 29 and looking for a place to live around the Newcastle area as soon as possible, can move in from 20/10/2025 but am flexible on move date as I am only moving out from temporarily staying with family. I’m working full time and looking to find somewhere close to my place of work. I currently work in the Kotara area, and occasionally other locations such as Charlestown and Glendale, so looking for something central to those areas. I drive but currently don’t have a car, so would love somewhere with good access to public transport and the option to park a car when I get one in the near future. I’m a very quiet person and keep to myself mostly, but am very social with the right people. I don’t party and work every weekend so would love a living situation that aligns with my lifestyle. My ideal setup would be a self contained unit/apartment/granny flat etc. but am open to shared spaces with people if the fit is right. Pet friendly is a requirement - I have a Jack Russell Terrier aged 13 with a couple of minor health issues that require her to be with me. She’s very friendly, house/apartment trained and super cute.
