The house is an old style Victorian terrace and your room is large unfurnished with two built in wardrobes and a balcony. We are just off king street where all the cafes and pubs are yet without the hustle bustle of it. 2min walk to the bus station with 4 buses going into the CBD and 7min walk to either Macdonaldtown or Newtown stations.

I work as a town planner part time (3 days a week) which will go to full time when I finish my degree. The other two week days I have class or generally am studying. However, importantly, I also enjoy doing my own thing and I'm respectful of other people's time. Let me know if you're interested in offering a room etc. Cheers, Tom
I'm a laid back finance professional who is very flexible and easy to be friends with. I value respect and give respect just as much as I expect it. I'm originally from the Central Coast and currently living in North Sydney, working in the city in finance and attending UTS part-time. I'm well kept and tidy. Respect space and privacy as well. I'm academically orientated, tech-savvy but am also social and enjoy a good chat. I look forward to moving somewhere new in the city, exploring a different location and experiencing a new taste of life.
