HI ya'll My name is Cecilia and I'm a 20 year old third year student who works part-time. I'm not looking for just a place to go home to and literally never talk to my housemates. I'm legit looking for a long-term home. At least more than 6 months where it'll comfortable and we can be mates at least. Hopefully looking for people around the same age as I who might be students but that's not a deal-breaker. If you're also interested in teaming up for a new place that could be cool as well so just let me know. Just to remind ya'll, my maximum budget is 300 as most so please don't message me asking to look at your listing that's at 350. Please, no places where there are people living in bunkbeds or lounge rooms Thanks :) I'm cool with both dudes and chicks since I'm too poor to pay for flatmates, I'm really sorry you need to have early bird access to message me. However I can be found on social media by searching my first name and my last name which is sendah :) If that doesnt work then I can be found on the gram - - - - - - - - - - - - sencecilia If this is still up then I'm still looking :)
Studying a masters of forensic science. Been in share housing for the last 4 years. Super into health and fitness. Also bake and binge eat cupcakes and other amazing things that I am willing to share. Pretty chilled out, rather quiet. Neat and tidy person. Love being outdoors and being at the beach. Love going out to see bands play live. Currently living in Newcastle. Will consider other locations other than those listed. Please don’t harass me with phone calls, it’s getting a little out of hand
Fantastic and fully furnished, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 storey Victorian terrace house in Newtown. Features: eat in kitchen, lounge, dining, outside laundry, workshop, front and rear verandahs. There is a garden at the back with Gazebo and mini pond. Great access to park, train and buses available and an easy walk to Marrickville Metro or King St, Newtown and aquatic centre. The street is very quiet at night and on weekends, except the peak hours. This is a very handy location to live, so close to many facilities without being typically suburban. 5 peoples in the house Price: The furnished bedroom is $330/week including bed, study desk, and chair. The rent also includes NBN unlimited internet, cleaner for common areas, bills for water, electricity and gas. 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance is required. Payment is fortnightly and minimum stay is 3 months.
My name is Anna and I´m a social girl from Sweden. My two favorite things are adventures and late night ice cream. I try to fill my days with fun and important things and are always up to spontaneous outings. I like dancing, hanging at the beach and just enjoy life. If you have a day free I would love to learn how to surf! I will stay in Sydney for some months to work and explore the culture and people and enjoy the warmer climate. As a roommate, I always keep it clean around me and like my private spaces, but at the same time, I´m absolutely up for chairing my things with the people I live whit. I would love to hang out but I also like to have a full schedule so don’t worry that I will be home to much. If you are a social person I would love to chit-chat or have meals together. I love to eat dinners with friends but unfortunately, I can´t say I´m a master chef… If you send me a message I tell you more about my plans, hope I hear from you! Love Anna

Hi, I'm Anna, 30 year old french girl. I think (not so sure of myself :p) I'm a nice person not so hard to live with ;). I'm looking for a private room in a place to share, preferably mixed or with girls only, but not men only, I'd like to find a flat/house with 3 or more people. I'm available now. I like to sympathize and socialize but I also know that respecting privacy and intimacy are important in a shared accomodation. I'm on working holiday visa, but honestly, I don't know how much time I will stay, could be 1, 2 or even 6 months... so I can't commit on long stays for sure.
About US Hi, I'm currently looking for a place that could accept couple to live in. We're both research students at the University of Sydney in the subject of IT, and are easy-going, friendly, neat and tidy with no pets together and also both of us do NOT smoke. Since we're from China, to study in Australia is quite an adventure for us and we'd like to enjoy it as we both love to discover new things! Looking forward to making many new friends through living together. About the house The house should be close to the USYD, especially the EIE building as much as possible. As we may need to make some food sometimes, the kitchen should be well equipped. The room should be also furnished with a full set of furniture, especially an air conditioner. It's better if the bathroom is private but it is also acceptable if it's not. About you We hope you to be friendly, outgoing and responsible guys that could chat with. I've travelled in many places around the world and I'd like to share those experience with you.
Hi, I'm Laura! I'm a 23 year old studying Education and working part time. I'm a Sydney local hoping to move into the Inner West early into next year (2018). I play netball and have started learning to play the glockenspiel. Not very good at either - but I still have fun! When I can, I love binging TV shows (recently finished Big Little Lies - definitely recommend even thought it's quite intense) and singing along to the radio in my car. I'm very friendly and do love meeting new people and socialising; whether that be out about or by chilling out at home. If I had to pick I'd say I'm slightly more of a homebody. I enjoy baking (my home made jam is pretty fab too) and I'm always down for communal dinners, a sneaky 5pm drink or a good ole late night D&M. I'm a good listener who knows how to clean up after herself and maybe only sometimes sings loudly in the shower. Honestly, I would like to be friends (or at least on friendly terms) with the people I live with, but I understand that this doesn't always happen. I would like to live within 10 minutes of a station as at this time I don't have a car. Let's roll the dice and live together?!
This apartment is on the main road through Newtown. Walking distance to cafe, bars, supermarkets and a 5 minute walk to the train station. It's a spacious apartment with pretty quiet neighbours. The bedrooms have ceiling fans which will be ace in Summer! The place is fully furnished but you may need to bring a bed (haven't figured out if my old flatty needs the bed or not)
Hi! Just moved to Sydney after living in North America and Europe earlier this year. Funny (at least that's what my mates say), outgoing and social but also enjoying quiet time. Reformed introvert (though most people don't believe the introvert part). Love diving, snorkeling and traveling. Hoping to find new girlfriends and a place close to a beach! :)
I'm Holly and I'm 24. I work full time in corporate and financial comms which keeps me pretty busy during the week. I try and get to the gym most days either before or after work. On the weekend I'm usually out and about with friends or my boyfriend. When I'm home, I'm probably just relaxing with a book or netflix. I'm house trained, so have no problems wiping down a bench or taking the rubbish out. I know my way around the kitchen so if I bake a cake, feel free to have a piece. I'm always up for a chat with my housemates but get the need for space. I'm looking to move ASAP so please get in touch if you have something for me!
I’m moving to Sydney from the UK and will be arriving 1st Feb on a working holiday visa, hoping to find full time employment. Looking for fun but tidy and respectable housemates, preferably female. Don’t mind pets but can’t live with cats due to allergy. Looking for a furnished rent for up to 6 months.
I'm a 26-year-old American from Missouri working full-time in marketing in the CBD. I've been in Sydney for 2 and a half years but am looking to relocate to the inner-city area. I'm fun, tidy, and I make bomb-ass cookies. I enjoy the occasional vino and will gladly leave entertaining doodles around the house for anyone in need of a pick-me-up.
Hey all, I just moved over from WA where i have lived for the past 7 years. I am originally from England, but have Permanent Residency here in Australia. I am an extremely tidy and like things in there correct place. Im respectable and a hardworking individual. Im friendly and outgoing but keep myself out of the way. I like to cook occasionally and like to have a well earned beer over the weekends. I am looking for a room for long term for the right property,
Helloooooo, I'm Casey, 34, a nurse studying more nursey stuff at uni, so I'm fairly busy. Can always find time for wine, though. Love wine! Paradoxically, I also love the gym. I'm friendly. Clean. Social and outgoing. And my mum says I'm funny. Other than that I bake cookies, pay bills on time, and always break the first rule of fight club. I’m laid back and easy to live with. Being a nurse, I can work unusual hours but am respectful of any 9-5 comrades within my vicinity. I work casual at two hospitals, so I’m spoilt for shifts and therefore reliable with paying for stuff. Plus, I work in psych so I have funny stories AND the ability to deescalate fights and reality base people if they become psychotic. I mean, what else could you possibly need in a flatmate?!
I moved to Sydney three years ago and have been living with friends in Glebe, then Petersham. Our lease is ending in February 2018, so I won't be looking to move for a while but am interested in finding out if anyone is looking for a housemate around this time. I work and study full time and will be finishing my PhD in 2018 so would prefer somewhere quiet during the week - but never say no to a few drinks or a Netflix session.
