Easygoing, respectful, well travelled, friendly, trustworthy, responsible, tidy, non-smoking, Brazilian-Dutch professional, senior procurement consultant. I don't know how to cook, except boiling eggs and sweet potatoes. So most of the time eating out. I also enjoy learning new things, especially different cultures, technology and photography. I like to see my friends and going out for a drink every now and then but always considered home as home and not a party place. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Denis
I'm an easy going, neat and tidy 28 year old who likes to socialise on the weekends with a couple of beers checking out a gig or going for a hike. I'm a full-time Mon-Fri office worker in Alexandria so I'm pretty quiet during the week and might have a couple of winos while binging on netflix. I like collecting houseplants and baking stuff. I've never had any problems being a tenant before and very respectable, can provide rental reference. I am looking for a place that feels like home and looking to stay long term.

Australian-born, part time student in my final year of business at UTS. I've also just been offered a professional job at an accounting firm. I consider myself pretty chill and considerate, while also outgoing and able to enjoy a bevvy or two. I'm looking for a private room (tiny is fine) in a sharehouse with some awesome people who are up for a chat and the occasional drink. Also close to a train station or a bus stop is a big plus haha Currently looking at 3 months staying somewhere, however that may turn into a year or more after July.

Hi, my name is Rui Hao but you can call me Ray! I’m an intern pharmacist and I work 5 days a week in a local community pharmacy, so I won’t be spending much of the day at home. Love talking to people, working out and Netflix in bed at night after work. I’m currently looking for a single room for myself for 6 months or more with flexible move in dates. I see myself as a friendly, easy-going person and I enjoy both going out or spending a quiet weekend home. I value cleanliness so the place I’m looking for will have to be neat and tidy ideally. I do not smoke so don’t worry! I enjoy spending time by myself while at home so I won't have many friends coming over, so don't worry about me turning your place into a party house either. Having said that I'm always down for grabbing meals together or hanging out at home. Cheers.
Hey guys, I’m looking for a fresh start with new housemates. I'm a Sydney girl born and raised, I am easy going and tidy. I work nights and go to uni during the day so am pretty busy, but also love to have a chat and a glass of wine when I am at home.
You will find very few places like this around Sydney. LOCATION: It is located a 5 minute walk to St. Peters, a 7 minute walk to Newtown and the bus stop is literally at your doorstep. Did I mention that you can hold your breath and be at the nearest book shop/cafe/pub? (I know this because I have tested it). THE HOUSE: Almost the entire house is up for rent (the previous tenant was moving out as we moved in) and couldn't be a better find. The house is a historical townhome with no neighbours, a large backyard and fully furnished kitchen/laundry. There's a courtyard in the middle and 2/3 bedrooms on the upper two floors. THE ROOM: The room up for rent is *massive* and has a built-in fan and could include my bed and side table, if you'd like. It stays very cool throughout the day and can easily fit a bed, office and yoga/reading nook as you see fit. Bills are not included in the rent. Contact now because this place will not be up long!
I work full-time for Deloitte as well as study law part-time at the University of Sydney. I play the guitar, enjoying cooking, craft beer and staying active. Australia is home since 2014; I've been an expat most of my life and I've lived in UAE, USA, Spain & India and in multi-cultural share houses. Personally, I'm social, respectful and clean. I like to host social dinners every once in a while but I'm not a loud party person. Moreover, during the week, I'll be at work most of the time. I'm looking for a home with an open area living and an outdoor area that encourages a social environment. I enjoy cooking over the weekend and it would be nice to have a good kitchen where we can share a chat and exchange some culinary tips. Preferably, I'm looking to team up to rent a 2 or 3 bedroom home in the inner-west or cbd area. As much as I like to be social, I respect others privacy and personal space. If the above sounds good and you're keen to team up or looking for a quality housemate, hit me up! Cheers.
