Be nice to get somewhere ,quite with respectful people, so I can work my butt off ,study as much as I can. i would be working into night a few times as well.It would be nice to have an occasional chat and laugh. A place where bills and workload is fair. A bit of room to make my food. Occasionally soak in a bath, room for mountain bike,fishing gear .Have a back inversion table(which folds up) too now. I'm after: Yes you read that correctly a driveway, I live in my van fulltime, I have my own internet ( Starlink ) just need to plug into power and have access to bathroom shower kitchen… I just need a secure place to park up with ease of being able to move my van and go for weekends etc I have been in Sharehouse arrangements before on both sides where i have given rooms and applied for rooms and never had a problem and always left on positive terms. I am not the party type of person, i am a gamer, i have everything else and have 2x vehicles one van and one traffic control ute. So if this is someone you can accommodate for then awesome please send me an email and can go from there bear in mind it is a Mercedes Sprinter long wheel base and tall so if you have a car port my van is 3.2 in height. I also have a positive YouTube channel happy to provide and show I'm not a yahoo. And I work daily as a traffic controller. Also I will say this, you will hardly see me it’s not that I am antisocial I am working a lot so I won’t be inside as much apart from using the kitchen rarely Bathroom occasionally and yeah il always say hi thou wont be in the way and extra income without the worry of living inside.
