This home has just been renovated and it’s very comfortable. You can walk to the beach, the movies, Pt NOARLUNGA shopping mall and to heaps of restaurants. The bus stops almost at the front door and you can catch a train to the city. I love living here but I need a housemate as I also live in Sydney. I just want one person to share with me preferably. The home has three double bedrooms polished timber floors throughout and ducted cooling. Plus gas heating in winter. A big eat in gas kitchen and bathroom with a full size bath and seperate shower and vanity. There’s a huge double garage with power if you like to build things as it has a work bench. The carport accommodates two cars easily and there’s room for another two cars parking off the street. If you enjoy gardening you will love the rose bushes, fig trees and grapefruit tree. Lovely large fully furnished 3 Bedroom house/2 Bathrooms/open plan living room, kitchen and dining area which is in a quiet neighborhood. The large bedroom currently available has a large tallboy with 5 drawers, another set of low lying drawers with 7 drawers in total and a small bar fridge for your convenience (if wanted). The large bedroom has an antenna port for if you are wanting to have a TV in your room. Can quite easily fit a queen size bed and another cupboard if need be or a desk. The house has the NBN internet connected for an additional cost per month and has foxtel connected in the main lounge room additional cost if wanting to use it). If you're wanting an additional foxtel box for your room, this would be at your expense. The house has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and heating for all year round comfort and gas water/cooking. Electricity and gas are charged extra per quarterly bill as it varies from season to season. House is close to public transport and the Noarlunga railway station. We are not far from Colonnades Shopping Centre and the Hickingbotham oval for the footy lovers!! The house is conveniently located not far from beautiful beaches, such as Port Noarlunga, Christies beach and other coastal spots. The bathroom would be shared with just 1 other person as the other housemate has the main bedroom with an ensuite. The kitchen has a pantry and all amenities such as cooking gear, cups, plates, cutlery, etc. Inside the house is non smoking but the house has a spacious courtyard with a table and chairs. Must be an animal lover as there are 2 cats who share the living space! But they are outside by day and inside at night. Water costs are charged extra per quarter (every 3 months). Can include electricity/nbn(?)/gas/foxtel(?)/water in with the rent (negotiable per month), but if works out to be more/less than what is actually billed per quarter this will have to be payable by you or refunded by the main householder (mainly for water/electricity/gas charges). Cleaning is done on a roster system as I can't do it all myself or by a cleaner (at extra cost of course) as the house is rented and has 3 monthly routine inspections done by real estate. There is not much of a garden, but of course the weeds and outdoor areas need to be maintained by all. The house has a roller shutter single garage which is only used for storage space.
I am currently in my first year of uni at flinders studying a batchlor of costume design, I also work part time at coles. I'm a neat person, creative, i have few close friends i hang out with and occasionally go out drinking with . I read a lot, love watching tv shows and i sew. I enjoying playing sports such as footy and netball. I get along with people easily and i love animals.

Easy going ex-chef who loves exercise, good healthy (mostly) vegetarian food and a house sharing situation that feels like a home. Having just returned to Ads after working and holidaying overseas, I am studying Masters of Public Health at Flinders and work from time to time consulting to Universities. I love to surf - hence my desire to live down Port Noarlunga way however also grew up in the Hyde Park/ Colonel Light Gardens areas so would like to live there also. If you have animals, it's a bonus as i love them and would happily share the load in terms of looking after them. Oh and also i have my own furniture so a place that can fit furniture would be great, or a place to store furniture if not needed in the house and I would prefer an unfurnished bedroom.

I have my own transport, so no need for close access to public transport. I love kids, I hope to start studying to become a primary school teacher in the new year. I love animals and would LOVE to get a pet if my own if an agreement can be reached. I was a dancer all through highschool and am looking to get back into it after taking a year off. I love movies, books and music. I really enjoy traveling and hope to travel the world one day with my boyfriend. I think that's about it 😅
Im 36 and recently moved back to Adelaide from Queensland. Im currently staying with my boyfriend and would continue to stay there a couple of nights a week once finding my own accomodation (Im a massive comitment phobe but working on it). I have a cat that is like my best friend so im ideally looking for somewhere pet friendly with either an ensuite or own bathroom would be perfect. Im quite a house proud person so neat and tidys not a problem for me. I highly value personal space and am very respectful of ones pricacy. Hmm what else... thats it i think.
I'm quite clean tidy. I'm easy to get along with, keep to my self, also like to have a chat with housemates but I am respectful of their privacy I don't currently work am on centerlink but my rent is always paid on time

I live a pretty busy lifestyle but I'm always up for adventures! I'm easy going and friendly but I like me-time. I'm a Speech Pathology student studying at Flinders uni. I have my own car. I also have a dog that I would love to live with me (he's excellent with animals, big and tiny humans, house trained with a sweet and cuddly nature) but I realise I may have to leave him at my parents!
