This house is a very relaxed space. It is close to the beach, shops, gym, bike trail rides, McLaren vale wineries. You would have your own private room with your own private bathroom. I do have 2 dogs who pretty much run the house. They are indoor/outdoor and are lovely but big. :)

I am a very active/hands on person so i love to make sure my surroundings whether inside or out in the garden are comfortable clean and welcoming :) I am a music producer and work daily with my UK crew, even though i may seem like a recluse, I am constantly creating and trying to keep the creative flow alive so i tend to keep to myself and my work more often then not. I have the most amazing soul in the form of mans best friend, my dog Bosco! :) He is a 3.5yrold American Staffy X Rhodesian Ridgeback and is FULLY trained from 6weeks old when I first got him :) But the only way to describe him is to not and leave it up to meeting him and finding out for yourself and falling inlove with him like almost absoloutely ANYONE who gets to know him does lol :) (He is not the first dog i have trained/owned so i can assure you that by fully trained i mean inside and out! ) *** AND YES HE IS CAT SAFE AND FRIENDLY! He just wants to play and be happy with all walks of life!*** I love to cook also and when I do socialize and pull myself away from producing I usually love to cook and share with others as i believe good food should be enjoyed by all. I walk Bosco twice a day (times of day and night can be very irregular due to setting my own work hours and dealing with overseas time zone differences) and also pick up at least a night or two's work at my friends newly opened Cafe.
I am clean, responsible and able cook and clean efficiently. I work as a full time cabinet maling apprentice and am usally out the house by 6.30 in the morning and dont get home till 5 pm ish, I keep to myself and can also get along with just about anyone.

Do not smoke and drink. Absolutely :-) We are sociable, but we respect your personal time and space. We love pets very much. We have two dogs but they are not with us. We can make a prepayment. The street is located in a small cul-de-sac off of Main South road, allowing for some privacy. It's in a great location, with just a 5 minute drive from Colonnades shopping centre. You are free to do as you wish in the house within reason, as long as you clean up after yourself and respect the other roommates equally. You must be an animal lover as there is a dog in the home. Other animals are definitely welcome, if not encouraged. Bond is $500, and there is a single bed available if required.

I live a pretty busy lifestyle but I'm always up for adventures! I'm easy going and friendly but I like me-time. I'm a Speech Pathology student studying at Flinders uni. I have my own car. I also have a dog that I would love to live with me (he's excellent with animals, big and tiny humans, house trained with a sweet and cuddly nature) but I realise I may have to leave him at my parents!
