Probably too much unnecesary detail here but hope it gives you the idea about me. I’m ready to move when the right place comes. If I have to wait till someone moves out , that’s fine too if the fit is there. I'm happy to be on the lease. I’d like a room with a reasonable about of space and ideally with a built in. I have furniture but I can also leave things in storage for a while longer.

Also pretty handy with fixing stuff, so happy to help out around the place if anything breaks. Any “home unfriendly” hobby items are stored in my storage unit so you don’t have to stress about me having to store tools or anything alike!
