Hello! :) My name is Jo, I'm a 27 year old kiwi girl currently living in Marcus beach with my boyfriend James (also 27). We are looking to move closer to Noosa as Marcus is a little isolated. I am working full time in Peregian and James works part time in Peregian aswell as working from home as a graphic designer. We are both into music/culture/food/coffee/adventure/photography/travel/surf and an outdoorsy lifestyle :) Let us know if you have a room available with an ensuite ideally :) I look forward to hearing from you. Joanna.
Hey there, (As a couple) We are both pretty out going people and love the ocean. We both have full time jobs being a pastry chef and a bartender at one of the Noosa resorts I wouldn't say we would be home a lot but when we are we love to have a good time, baking, play around with cool cocktail mixes, fishing/spearfishing, snorkelling, surfing and sailing. We are planning on going traveling in December so we are just looking for 6mouth accommodation as a couple. We are both clean and presentable people. We do have a boat so we are looking for somewhere to storage it when its not in use. We are both local to the area and just want a nice place and cool flatmates to hangout and share with.
We are looking forward to welcoming you as our new family member/s. We live in a spacious clean and happy home. The room has a side access for your privacy. We will provide you with lots of guidance and support ( if you are new to the area), to make your stay memorable. We are constantly told by our visitors that our home has great energy. Let's share some laughs and have a great time together. We will also respect your privacy and peace. Relax, unwind, admire the expansive views from our balcony during the day or the glorious sunset with a wine in hand. $350 for 2 guests. Weekend or nightly option available at $55 per night. Blue Card preferred. Payment in advance or upon arrival please. 🌴🌺🦋🌈🥂
Looking for a happy home, I'm super easy to live with and get along with most people. I'm very outdoorsy and enjoy anything out-door orientated including camping, sports and the beach lifestyle. I live in Sunshine at the moment but our lease is almost up. Looking to move in pretty much immediately but can be very flexible with that.
* NOT really a share. (I have the other room, but will only need to stay there about a week once every few months if that) this is a GREAT offer for one needing your own space) will only share space with my belongings. Completely Furnished ... A must see to appreciate... You will basically have the place to yourself. * This place is all about location with a comfort of home feeling. * If seriously interested and responsible, please reply asap. *The toilet room is seperate from the bath area. Walk to work, shops, beach, cinemas, gym and ALL within 7 minutes! Save on petrol, bus, taxis! LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! A small building at ground level with a small elevated veranda that's perfect for coffee or sunset hour! Not a dormitory and neither of us are house keepers (although would be nice) and do have normal adult responsibilities and taking care of rent on time is necessary for us all. :-) Basically....if you mess it up then clean it up..no one should have to pick up after another and shouldn't have to ask to do so..occasional is understandable, but being just lazy and inconsiderate is another. Yes..we all create messes..it's just life..I'm sure not perfect lol. Yep..unfortunately adults still do not understand this concept. I'm not perfect, but considerate and hate to have to even write this. :( I love living here because it's so close to the National Forest for an early morning walk or surf or other great places like the beach, the gym, awesome restaurants and shopping. In the summer I can jump in the pool then run, walk or jog to the beach! I will be away almost the entire year. I need someone I can trust not to go crazy:) ( seeking, honest, respectful and reliable person) Great air flow ALL year in this room! NOT a party house, dormitory or hotel. Meaning. The noise carries and wakes everyone up after hours. Just trying to be respectful to everyone. :-) A beer or wine is fine, but leave your party at the door. A responsible person is appreciated. This is common courtesy and respect for yourself and others. Honest, trustworthy, responsible person needed only to apply. Sleep IS needed for all. Yippee! :-) Easy 5 minute walk to beach, 40-45 seconds to bus stop or The Bicycle Cafe, 3 minutes to Coles, shops and more! Walk to the Cinemas, beach, cafes, markets, church, gym and dentist, hair salon! You name it! It's all right here! * Franks Gym 1 to 5 minute minute walk away! :-) Depending on your pace :o * Lexis Learning Centre 5 minute walk! * Fabulous private park at the end that no one uses. It leads you to a boat launch and a great place for a private swim or write, play the guitar or meditate! I'm a professional and get along with all types as long as I have sleep and mutual respect. I am In need of a quiet person that needs a place to come home and rest their head, shower, rest from work or catch up on studies or write and saving money at the same time! (I will not be here 98%of the year) (NON SMOKERS) Ideal for a traveller w/job or full time employee. * Please note that it would be best suited for someone who works day hours, but will consider others that respect there neighbours. So, please inquire :) * Steady employment to support your play time appreciated. (NON Smokers only even if just a social smoker. Apologies) YOU have use of the television and DVD player or put one in your room also! All kitchen utensils, pots, pans, blender, toaster, microwave and more! Washer/dryer (rather use line outside though..the dryer makes it hot) Why sleep in a van when you can have a kitchen, shower and bed here 7 days a week and walk to the beach or work! (Ignore the map location. It isn't showing the correct location) location is better :-) and closer to the beach! Get it now! ASAP! .........and....................................... Just moved in from Canada and started working at the local F45 Training Studio so you know I shall always cook us some healthy meals! Always relaxed in life but I keep myself extremely fit and the occasional Instagram pic! Haha I am super clean and love meeting new people because I am so new to this country! :)

Hi! We are Trevor and Hillary! Super easy going and relaxed American couple. We love the outdoors and playing in the sun! We can be very social but also respect everyone's space and quiet time. We have just been living in Melbourne for 8 months and have finally made it up to the beautiful Sunshine Coast! So happy to be here and meet new people :) Let us know if you can help us out with a friendly and chill place to live. Thank you!

I'm an easy going person, I'm quiet and I like to keep things neat and tidy. I do have a puppy who is 4 months old, he is a small dog and is getting trained. He is toilet trained 95% of the time, and sleeps in my rom at night, he does not bark a lot and is very well groomed (does not leave fur anywhere). If you are looking for an easy to talk to, open minded person then I'm your girl. Cheers.
Hello! About me - Professional, self-employed consultant with a successful business of almost 10 years. Love to cook! Love the Noosaville farmers markets, the beach, long walks. Very clean, reliable and respectful. Quiet, holistic lifestyle. I practice kundalini yoga and meditation. Bubbly. Easy going. Fun-loving. Love to share dinner, a glass of wine, a chat, a rom-com, meet new friends and also very happy doing my own thing. Currently single, no kids, non-smoker. I moved to the region one year ago (from Byron Bay, originally from Melbourne) and am looking for a relaxed, respectful, warm and friendly, drug free household with similar values. I come with a beautiful, affectionate and well-behaved 7-year-old Ragdoll cat named Molly. If you are a cat person, you will love her. She has even been known to win over dog people... Looking to move in by mid-July but could move sooner. Possible temp to perm stay - just thinking through longer-term plans at the moment. I have furniture etc if/as needed, currently in storage. If that sounds like you, I'd love to hear from you! :) Amanda
I'm Sophie, a freelance editor so my laptop is my office. I grew up in Melbourne but have been coming to the Sunshine Coast every winter for the past 3 years. I'm now keen to make the move permanent. I've lived in many share houses so know the drill. I'll be clean and keep my things minimal. I'm not a big drinker so will be a cheap date - I prefer to share an alkaline water :-) I like watching some TV but am not really addicted to too many shows, I prefer having music on. I love an occasional wet weather binge though so can hide away in my room for that. I'll be out and about, yoga, ocean swims, walks, bike rides, markets - but have no set schedule so sometimes I'll have a couple of days off during the week and work over the weekend. I'm happy to put my headphones on while I work so I don't need peace and quiet all the time. I've looked into some co-working spaces so won't be working at home every day. I like early nights so prefer a quieter house at night. Looking forward to finding my new home here :-)
My partner & I are a young couple aged 24 & 23 & is looking for somewhere to call home :) We also have a 1 year old puppy name Kaos, he's beautiful & you'll fall in love with him straight away. We're not like these young party people as we don't drink & do we like to keep to ourselves! We're both very clean people & do pick up after ourselves, you can say I'm abit OCD :)
