I'm an interior design student at QUT and I paint as a hobby. I'm a bit of a hermit during the semester, but I enjoy sharing a chat or a drink after classes in the afternoon. I've been renting and living in sharehouses for 5 years now, so I know the drill with paying rent and bills, and I'm good at sharing spaces and keeping things tidy.
An easy going guy with a less than easy going schedule. I am currently half way through completing my bachelor of primary school education and I also work part time as a hospital caterer. When I am not busy studying or working I like to live quite an active lifestyle, playing sports, seeing friends and family. Originally I am from Manchester, UK but have lived in Brisbane for the last thirteen years. My time over here however has not diminished my passion for football (soccer), in particular the team I support, Manchester United. I like to think I am the kind of person who can get along with anyone. I am clean and tidy and very respectful of others possessions and living spaces. I simply expect the same courtesy be shown to me by the people I live with. Any questions or queries you have please don't hesitate to ask :)
Hi there! I'm an 27-year old female from Sweden who´s looking for short-term (3-4 weeks) accommodation asap in the Brisbane area. I´m used to sharing and are very respectful, tidy and considerate. If you have something that might fit, then I would be really glad to hear from you.
I'm a mix of hermit and social butterfly. I gravitate towards happy, healthy and positive people! Im in my fourties but young at heart and easy to get along with either gender. What I like about flatsharing is the fun dynamic, but it only works when everyone pulls their weight and are respectful of boundaries. The best flatshares are with independent individuals with healthy circle of friends and self-sufficient but not complete strangers. I have uni/work priorities, but welcome the odd wine or outing if it's on offer (no expectations from me). I struggle with lazy flatmates who don't clean up their mess or snoop around. Sharing can be fun and I'm looking for mature individuals who understand the need for a harmonious living space without being clingy and needy. Rent/bills are always paid on time. I am looking for ENSUITE/OWN BATHROOM, OFF-STREET PARKING, FAST INTERNET - ideally a POOL or SUNNY BACKYARD.
Pretty chilled guy who works full time as a Business Analyst. After work I'm usually at the gym watching sport or on my computer, but I would also like a housemate that I can have a chat and even a drink with. If you feel we could match up well send me a message :)
Hi! I am a clean, considerate tenant. I have lived in a sharehouse for four years but now that I am a young professional (recent graduate in finance and economics) I would like to rent a two bedroom apartment with my friend. Hobbies include reading, netball, chess, hiking, volleyball, snowboarding and knitting (I took it up while listening to lectures in university). Please consider us as tenants for your property and if you have any questions or would like to meet us, please do not hesitate to do so.
Hey! Looking for a couple of decent girls/guys to start a new share house with. (I'm the one on the left) I love a bit of banter, a drink or two and to put on some tunes on the weekends but definitely enjoy my own downtime too so no worries there. Ride a motorbike so hey if we've got that in common it's a bonus! I'm a full time childcare worker (but trying to get into an apprenticeship) so rent/bills are always paid on time. Not interested in anyone who hasn't learnt how to clean up after themselves. But other than that, like to keep things pretty easy going. It made me pick a move date, but really in no rush, just depends on others. Would love a place with a deck/outdoor area to hang out in. Keen to meet some new people and set up a sweet new home. Hit me up for a chat :)
Clean, tidy, reliable, easy going, friendly, well travelled, active, open minded, social, trustworthy, respectful, Australian. I enjoy healthy living, fitness, intelligent conversation, good laughs, travelling, markets, festivals, animals/pets, art, music, film and nature. Looking for an air-conditioned bedroom within a quiet and peaceful household sharing with like minded people. No dramas and good vibes only. 😁✌
Hi There, My name is Kristy. I am 28 and have just relocated my life from Townsville down to Brisbane. I work full time at a University in the city, and I am now looking for a place to call home :) I am clean, tidy, easy going, I love to travel, meet new people and Ideally i am hoping to befriend my future housemate/s. I like to stay fairly quiet during the week, and come home from work to chill out with Netflix or some Trashy TV show. I am looking for a place with mature likeminded people, who can appreciate privacy and down time, but who are also happy to sit down at the end of a day and have a chat over a bevvie or dinner. I love to cook, and enjoy sharing the odd meals if that is something you would be interested in? On the weekends I like to be fairly social, and catching up with family and friends. I am also keen to do a bit of exploring so would be taking some day trips out of Brisbane. I enjoy a night out every so often, but much prefer a bar/pub type setting - I enjoy a good wine, a good vodka… Let's face it I enjoy a drink with the right company in the right situations however I am respectful, not over the top and do not want a full time party house but am open to the odd one. I have lived in share housing in Townsville for the last 8 years, and so i can appreciate keeping a household clean. I am a very tidy person, and strongly believe in keeping communal areas of a share house tidy. My previous share houses worked off a cleaning roster - So I’m not afraid to get in and clean, or work on a bit of a roster type scenario. I like living in a clean welcoming environment! I am preferably looking for a room big enough for a queen size bed and other furnishing desk, shelf etc, with Air-conditioning, Robe and an Ensuite or Own Bathroom. Look forward to meeting you! :)
I love a good chat about almost anything interesting but have my own life and not likely to cling too close unless you bake muffins, on the other hand I am not a total recluse, I would consider my self well balance and ready to complement any functional household. Sober (no substance issues), clean, cooperative open communicater. I am reliable with bills, willing to contribute to cleaning etc. Working on a good picture for the profile, have taken 100's but there seems to be something wrong with my camera, will update soon. As well as existing properties I am interested in teaming up with someone for an NRAS property application.
21 year old male. I work full time in the city and currently commute an hour each way which I want to reduce. So i am looking to find a potential roommate with which I can share an apartment. Im a friendly, relaxed, tidy person who is happy to share a few drinks and socialise on an evening. Must like dogs as I have a small Cocker Spaniel.
Hi my name is Danielle. I am studying Graphic Design to complement my Marketing degree. I am a warm, friendly and social person. I cook and eat well and healthy and I clean after myself. My hobbies are zumba and yoga, I enjoy the beach and cafes a lot and sometimes try new things like going to new places to explore. I am looking for a happy house to live in. and ideally to be good friends with people I live with and share time together.
Hiya! My names Josie I'm 24 and moving back to Brisbane! I have been living on the Sunshine Coast for the last two years and previously before that I was travelling over seas on cruise ships for 2 years. I am a hairdresser/barber by trade working full time. I am also studying a double bachelor of Design and Laws at University full time. So needless to say I'm pretty busy! I understand the meaning of personal space but I'm definitely looking for a household where we are not only roomies but friends as well! I would prefer my own bathroom but sharing is okay for the right house. I have no pets (However LOVE PETS - unless you have a pet spider.. then lets be real I'll be to scared to move in) I have my own car (so a parking space is preferable) I want to start moving from the 1st of March. Hope to hear from you soon!
I’m open honest, reliable and love a neat and tidy home. I’m fully house trained and respect other people’s possessions. My home is my sanctuary so I like to keep my home private and rarely invite people back. I’m 43 years old but young at heart who still likes to party (just not at my home) I spend most weekends at friends places. I’m obsessed with fashion having given up my executive career a few years ago to own Frankie and the Fox Clothing Store on Oxford Street, Bulimba. I have recently closed the business to have some time off to enjoy life. I will go back to my executive career in the next few months. I’m a passionate and fabulous cook (use to write the menus for hotels and function centres) but always clean up my mess unless you barter with me to cook and you clean 😀
Friendly, talkative , clean and respectful. Love meeting new people and making new friends! 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊 Looking to move out in the next 3 to 4 weeks for a nice change. Hoping just for a 6 month lease. I work part time in brisbane city so need somewhere close xx
Hello, we're Adam and Kelsey. We are moving to Germany together in September, so we both currently work 30-40 hours a week, we love food, fitness, and are both quite relaxed people. We're looking for somewhere with a flexible lease, or 6 months maximum. We get up early and go to bed early. We're clean and tidy, not noisy, and easy-going.
-Ducted aircon throughout unit -Second Bedroom with built in robe and view from balcony -Modern kitchen with beautiful finishes -Stylish bathroom with seperate internal laundry -Quiet and secure complex Local parks, cafes and public transport all within walking distance! 15min Uber ride from the city.
Helloooo I’ve lived out of home before but moved back to my mums because I thought it would be more affordable - isn’t hahaha My friend Renee and I are looking to preferably find a new place with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and hopefully a male housemate to avoid drama and all that unpleasant stuff I’m an assistant nurse in aged care in a facility in carina and Renee studies live sound and music production at SAE in west end and works in Camp Hill. We’re super chilled, just want a housemate who isn’t super serious but is responsible. Enjoy a drink every now and then and enjoy going out occasionally - I work every weekend. Renee and I have lived together before so there’s no stress about drama between us. We are looking for a housemate that we can be friends with rather than someone who we occasionally bump into around the house. If you are interested just shoooooot me a message ☺️☺️☺️🤣
I'm looking around Hawthorne, East Brisbane, Norman Park, Bulimba and Balmoral. But willing to expand my scope into the Eastern and Southern suburbs. My preference would be for a car space if possible. I work full time in the city and lead a fairly active/social life. Always happy to share with likeminded people who are outgoing, easy going and clean (not OTT). I want a place that I look forward to going home to. Some of my likes include road trips, travel, hiking, chilling at home with some good food and drink and a good movie. If you're interested drop me a line :)
Hey! Im looking for a place with plenty of parking and also allows me to have my best mate, my dog! I work for myself and have a small truck so need somewhere to park an some storage if possible. Im not looking for a party house as i work alot but do like to have a drink on weekends. If you have something for us i look forward to hearing from you soon!
This lovely house is in a quiet street close to the city. The bedrooms are carpeted, have ceiling fans and blackout blinds. The house has high ceilings, polished wooden floors, and reverce cycle air con in the lounge. There is a large kitchen, enclosed front veranda, and back patio area with large outdoor setting. The backyard has lush green grass, frangipanis, and some herbs. You're welcome to add to it if you like to garden :) The house is just around the corner from several cafes and restaurants. It's only a ten minute drive to the CBD and is close to Bulimba, Woollongabba, and South Bank. It's a 5 minute walk to Norman Park train station which goes to central station, and the bus stop is one block away. There is a lock up garage that you're welcome to use. The house is raised, with the entire underneath concreted and enclosed. This is a huge space and it can be used for all sorts of things - storage, creative endeavors, hobbies, a cool place to chill on a hot day.
I work Monday to friday and gym every day after work. Love going out for breakfast/dinner. A typical afternoon would see me watching some netflix or going for a hike. I like to keep things pretty basic in the kitchen. On the weekends i like to be chilling at home or going to the coast. I have lived in a few share houses in the past and like to think that I can keep to myself but also keen to hang out with my housemates. Happy to have a pre-drinks, board-game nights . Not a smoker and don't really want to live with one. If this might suit you send me a message. Cheers
