Great location in Norman Park. The property is a lovely spacious ground floor apartment which backs on to a breezy balcony surrounded by green where you can relax on the hammock. The room has built in wardrobe, queen bed, and fan. The apartment has absolutely everything you need, it's clean, comfortable, and air conditioned. The place is just a 30 second walk from the bus stop (15 minute ride to the CBD), and a 10 minute walk from Morningside station. We are not far from Oxford Street (home to lots of good bars and restaurants).
Hi! I’m a full time design student looking for a new place to call home as my current lease ends on August 28. I’m a clean, considerate and friendly person. I work at a paint and sip studio most nights and have uni during the day. In my spare time I’m usually drawing or painting as well as cooking, going for mountain walks/gym and tending to my plethora of houseplants and herbs. I’m vego as well but am happy to live amongst omnivores! Looking for likeminded people who are keen to bond over food/wine/beers and laugh at life together. Feel free to message me if you want to know more!
Entire 2 Bedroom, furnished place for rent Hi Guys, I'm looking for someone (or someone's) to move in to my place in Norman Park until October 4th but can be flexible with move in / move out dates. I move back in October so if you're looking to stay on longer and happy to share than that would also be an option. It's a 2 bedroom, fully furnished place, situated in a great street in Norman Park. Close to the Norman Park train station, buses and parks. It would be perfect for someone looking for their own space, a couple or two friends. Rent is $400 total per week which inc ALL bills (electricity, gas, water, internet). The place has a covered carport, fenced yard/garden and the main bedroom has a mirrored built in wardrobe. Kitchen is installed with gas and ceiling fans are in all main rooms. Send me a message if you're interested and/or have any questions. Otherwise goodluck with your house search! Maddy :)
We will be returning to Brisbane after 7 months travelling overseas and are looking for a short term rental for a few months (August and Sept) as we get set up again. Furnished and non sharing would be preferable. We are both neat freaks so your place will stay clean if not be cleaner than when you left! Shoot us a message if we sound like a fit. Thanks
We have just applied for this house and are in the process of receiving approval!!! P.S. Photos aren't our furniture :) We have the massive bright and airy MASTER BEDROOM with walk in robe and ensuite (4.2m x 3.3m) up for grabs in the house, which is in a super central location! The place will be fully furnished aside from your room - we definitely won't say no to more furniture though! The place really is huge! The room has an ENORMOUS ensuite with double shower heads and sinks, a huge walk in robe, doors to your very own balcony and aircon. You could put in any size bed and have so much space to spare! The kitchen is also super spacious and has plenty of storage, and you will have your own shelf in the large pantry and double doored fridge. The balcony is just divine and so open, with so many plant babies to be grown and loved. We also have a cute little backyard of super lovely grass and gardens. Right outside the house is plentyyyyyy of space for your own (or visitors) parking (it's from the Girl Scouts and the park, but no stopping us from parking there!) In a super central location, with only a quick 10 minute drive into the city and only a 6 minute drive to Carindale Westfield shopping centre!!! We have chosen the weekend of the 6 July to move in. Other benefits.... - Netflix / Stan all day ever day - AMAZINGGGGGG views of the city, both in the day and at night - An amazing park right next-door AND a dog park! - Massive balcony and entertainment areas, including the downstairs rumpus room
Hi, My name is Mitch. I am looking for a place around East Brisbane and surrounding areas. I have grown up in Brisbane most of my life. I am working full time and studying part time along with a bit of photography on the side. I love to get out and do a bit of exploring as well as kicking back and chilling out around the house. I will be respectful of my house mates privacy as I will be working, studying, gymming and socialising when I find the time. Horrible in the kitchen but good for a laugh around the house and the occasional drink. I like to keep things clean and tidy apart from when the broncos have a loss.... There may be a few sobbing tissues lying around. If you would like to know more do not hesitate to send me a message and have a chat.
Hi all, my name is AJ. Fairly chilled, professional guy. Work on the Southside. Hobbies include chilling out in front of the TV, reading when I can, going to the movies, yoga, meditation, and gym. Looking for new ways to get out and about and meet new people. I’m an introverted/extrovert. Ideally, looking for a roommate who I can spend quality time with but still not be in each other’s pockets. I don’t take myself too seriously and enjoy a good laugh. Not much of a drinker however I can belt out a good karaoke when needed! Looking for a likeminded person. Tidy, respectful, chilled(already said that), down to earth etc. Any questions - just ask ✌🏼
I have been in Australia for a few years now as a permanent resident, originally from Ireland. I work full time 5 1/2 days a week as a carpenter. Clean and quiet, like to keep busy on the weekends with road trips, fishing, hiking etc. Room can be furnished or not I’m flexible and also flexible with the location. If you have some thing you think might suit send me a message here Thanks
Hey I’m Mackenzie! I’m 23 years old student and I also work part time. I’m tidy and very respectful of others space. I usually keep to myself but I am also always up for a chat. I’m usually at work or uni but love a quiet night at home. I’m looking for one or two roommates with similar values to start a share house with.
I’m very respectful, friendly, and tidy, always clean up after myself, and am always up for a chat, however I am still respectful of personal space. I am quiet and often studying or out doing things with friends, however love to have the occasional night out with friends and drinks on the weekend. I am looking for a nice, preferably very modern apartment or unit to share with other females that I can become good friends with.
Hi! Im a Film student studying at Griffith. Im pretty chill, usually working on my computer, out with friends or baking. I'm sorta awkward at first, but love having a good relationship with my roommates and will almost never say no to a couple drinks or a good chat. I'm mostly looking for a place to stay where I have easy access to the city/public transport (I've been commuting from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane for a while now haha), Hopefully with some relatively social, funloving flatmates. I can get down with pretty much anyones personality though, so I guess we'll see! I'm Bisexual and (pre-medication)trans-masculine, so if thats not your cup of tea then don't bother C:
