I've lived in share houses for 7+ years so fully understand the importance of reliability, cleanliness and privacy vs sociability. I would love to find a place where I don't feel like we are 'in each other's pocket' and there's enough space for me to have a friend over occasionally and we won't be in your way. I do tend to be up late some nights cooking or watching a movie so hoping that won't affect your sleep.
