Spacious 3 bedroom home with unique features including polished concrete floors and a second floor loft area. Open plan main living area with kitchen, dining and living room. There are two spare bedrooms (one a medium size and a second a small single size), both with built in robes. The two bedrooms are located off the main living area at the back of the house down a private hallway. There is a second newly renovated bathroom off the main living area with a toilet, vanity and shower over bath, as well as a washing machine. This second bathroom would only be shared for laundry. The second story loft area can either be utilised as a bedroom or as a private living area and is currently vacant with no furniture. Plenty of space to either socialise or to retreat to your own corner or floor of the house. Spare bedrooms and loft are unfurnished (photo of the spare bedroom has bed in it to give an idea of the size). The living room furnishings are quite minimal so if you have your own furniture, there would be space for it. The house is located in a great, quiet location, 5 minute walk from Lake Weeroona and a 5 minute drive to city centre. Plenty of parking available, including covered off-street spaces. Finally, the outdoor area includes a large front yard and a 2 m high fence for privacy. Bills would be split equally. Water and gas are quite cheap. Electricity is pretty high in the winter (which is not unusual) but if the heaters aren't left running overnight the bills are very manageable. Internet is mobile broadband 140GB per month. It's not a lot but unless streaming in HiDef, I've never been over so happy to share it.
We are outgoing night owls who enjoy late movie nights. Our hobbies include pretty much Coffee Club and relaxing on the couch having a chill day. We are looking for someone to join us for 12 months in a 3 bedroom property. We do have a cat, she is an inside cat and enjoys her own space but a total sweetheart! We are super easy going however like the house to be kept tidy. If you bring a label maker and shout us a KFC GoBucket, we won't have any problems getting along! ($320 is not per person)

Hey, I'm Brody 👋 I'm 18 years old & moving out of home for the first time. I currently live in Darwin & want to move to Bendigo within the next couple of months. I'm not studying at the moment but I have a part-time job at Coles (I've applied for full-time jobs but no one's hiring). I spend most of my spare time on the internet and/or listening to music. I'm clean and organised & easy to get along with, although I am shy. I mostly keep to myself but I'm usually up for a conversation or spontaneous maccas runs (I don't mind driving). I also wouldn't mind having pets in the house & would like to have my own in the future. I am queer, so future flatmates will have to be respectful and accepting of the LGBTQ+ community.
I am a thoughtful and considerate young woman, a clinical hypnotherapist by profession who loves to write and think deeply and have good conversations as well as a lot of quiet time to myself. While I love to have fun, I am not a party person and I don't drink or smoke, but I won't judge you if you do. I am fairly health conscious, prefer organic foods and am somewhat alternative minded. Oh, I also tend to drink a lot of water because I have a very dry humor. ;) I believe that life is what we make it and we all deserve to live a life we truly live, so I've just been house sitting around some the most gorgeous places in Australia but would like to settle in a peaceful, homely place for a while. I've two beautiful children who unfortunately will only be with me for ONE weekend a month, but that means very minimal disruption to you. Love pets and happy to help look after yours if required. I really do my best by others and I also have excellent references. If this ad speaks to you, please feel free to contact me, so we can chat further. Kindly, Nina
I have just graduated uni and am moving to Bendigo to start full time work as an Electrical Engineer. I'm neat and tidy and am sociable but not party animal. Enjoy my time in the kitchen and willing to have a few shared meals. Always the first in line for the newest marvel movies and try not to watch the good place more than an hour after it comes out. Spend a lot of time out on the bike, mixing it up between road and mountain biking.
Hey potential roomies! 🙋🏻♀️ My name is Nat and I’m moving to Bendigo late November to work full time in women’s health. I’m also a writer so am often busy working on freelance work too. Looking to live with outgoing and open minded folks who are relaxed and easygoing but have their shit together. I’m 35yo so not looking for a party house vibe, and I may be away for work occasionally so would prefer to do my own thing with meals etc. Happy to have a beer/wine after work and listen to your day though! Stuff I love: boxing, intersectional feminism, cult documentaries, gigs, deep chats, lounge room dance parties, afternoon naps. Stuff I hate: flatmates who don’t clean up after themselves, passive aggression, misogynists, beetroot. 😉
Hey, I'm Tom! I'm extremely laid back and very easy to get along with. I'm quite a tidy human who works 40+ hours a week, Monday to Friday and sometimes weekends. I work as a tradie and am a very handy person who is always down for a chat and a beer, however I do value time to myself here and there. Originally from Mansfield (3722). I enjoy 4WD'ing and motorbike riding with a little bit of snowboarding throughout the winter seasons. As per my photo, I do have a 12 month old friendly american staffy who is mainly an inside dog, outside whenever I leave for work and mainly lazes around but can be very hyperactive when excited. If I sound like the perfect housemate don't hesitate to message me! *meet and greet is a must before any commitments are made. **I would prefer a team-up situation where we could find the perfect house suited to our needs. However, this is not totally necessary depending on the size of the house. ***I don't have a set move date as I'm currently already housed, but the sooner the better!
Tidy, quite, pre occupied with life, busy schedual. I live in mooroopna although have recently been offered a fulltime job in Bendigo. I will be keeping the house I currently live in, but will need somewhere to stay whilst in Bendigo. And depending on the job, I am not sure how long the tenancy would be needed. I currently work casually am required to travel and work away from home at least 1-2 weeks per month. (Although this will change once I begin fulltime work) When I'm not at work I will be spending the majority of my time in mooroopna with my family. I am responsible, trustworthy, clean and considerate. If there are any questions I haven't covered feel free to ask.
My name is Amy. I am 20 years old and work part-time at BWS. I study an online diploma of youth work! I am clean and respectful I have no pets and am a non-smoker
Pretty easy going, clean and active. Will barely be home due to work but happy to socialise over a drink and chat whenever I can. Can be quiet and keep to myself so plenty of time to yourself. Will be transitioning to Bendigo for new work position and I am looking for accommodation for the week and a couple of weekends. Happy to team up with people for a new share property.
