I am a 23 year old. I work full time night audit at a hotel in the CBD. I'm a quite, non-smoking , non drinking, neat and tidy person. I'm looking for a place close to the CBD which I can move in in middle of August. I have a car so I prefer a place with parking either on or off street. I don't mind paying extra for a car park if It's an apartment.
Hello there ! I'm looking for a nice place to live with lovely people . I found myself as a chill, down to earth, happy and respectful woman . I'm not the party house type and I like to come back home to relax. I love the outside, lots of yoga, the ocean and also a glass of wine . If you think I could be your type of Flatmate I will be looking forward to hear from you :) .
This is the ultimate beachpad. With a spacious layout, ocean views, sunset facing sunroom with daybed and armchairs and light-flooded living room, you'll be hard pressed to find somewhere in the Eastern Suburbs that matches our headland location less than 1min from the ocean. There is a lounge area, dining table ideal for laptop use and easy gatherings, a breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen and a jacuzzi style bathroom.
Hello, I'm looking for a place in the Bondi area. I've lived here for the past year and half and plan to be here long term as I absolutely adore it. I'm an actor and I also work in retail. I'm an avid cook, respectful, clean, and love making the place I live a home. I tend to be out and about a fair bit socialising and hanging at the beach, but I also love cooking a nice dinner and watching Netflix! I also run a food blog, so I love cooking and having friends over for dinner. Tanika
Peaceful, relaxed, clean home with like minded people. Looking for a chilled home environment, house dinners, movie nights and wine whilst also enjoying own space in and out of the house. Love the beach, exploring Sydney, cooking, music, and discovering new places to eat and drink!
Hi! I am really easy going, tidy and organized. Not a loud person, don't have a dog or anything like this. Just a brazilian 21 years old girl in an australian study abroad program for the semester (staying until February).
Hey there, My name is Laura, I am 27 y/o and will be studying at UTS for one semester as an exchange student from Switzerland. I come from the french part of the country and live right in between the Alps :) I'm looking for a private furnished room for start of august ideally near the beach to live the Australian life at the fullest ! I'm a very easy-going and positive person. Also a big outdoor and sport fan, hoping to be able to surf as much as possible during my stay! Once the semester is over, I will be traveling in S-E Asia to keep on enjoying the summer days before heading back to the Swiss winter! Hit me up if you think we would get along ! Cheers, Laura
We are two college students from Boston, Massachusetts doing internships in St. Leonards and would love to be relatively close to work, to nightlife, and to the beach for when the weather gets warm! We are friendly and love to meet new people, as well as courteous and neat. Would love to get to know you!
Hello hello! Fingers and toes crossed here in hopes of finding a new room soon (before August 10th). I am a Journalism student at UTS and when I am not annoying the public, I enjoy surfing, watching art house films, touching everything at markets, and having a groove at small music gigs. I have lived in a plethora amount of shared houses so I know how to respect people's space and plants, and lucky for you I am quite the avid cleaner!! Ideally I am looking at finding a place around Bondi as I am an ocean being; however also open to other inner city areas if the right house / housemates come along! Thankssssss, And see you soon
Attention wonderful creatures! We are looking for future housemates to join our prime Bondi sharehouse. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY the information before applying. We are 1 Slovakian girl, 1 Swedish girl, 1 Brazilian girl, 1 Mexican boy and 1 Argentinian boy. The house has 3 bedrooms (2 private rooms x 1 pax & 1 shareroom x 4 pax), so there is a maximum of 6 people living here in total. We have two rooms available, one private room and one share room. The private room is very decent size (11.5 square metres), fully furnished with queen bed, nice furniture, big window. We have decreased the price by $50 per week because we are looking for someone to move in URGENTLY, so the private room is $260 per week. The share room is a four-share in total and the room is absolutely massive = 25 square metres! Lots of natural light, furnished with separate single beds (not bunks!) and built-in wardrobe so there's plenty of clothes storage. We have decreased the price by $60 per week because we are looking for someone to move in URGENTLY, so the shared room is $110 per week. The bills are $20 p/w and this includes everything such as power, gas, internet and water. The refundable bond is 3 weeks of rent & bills. The room is furnished. We do not have a minimum stay and both short-term or long-term is fine. Our internet is unlimited ADSL2+ and the wifi reaches every corner of the house. We pay rent in advance on the first Sunday of the month. We would like to have a fun and respectful vibe in the house. If you're working full-time, on a working holiday visa or an international student then that would be perfect. Please note - one housemate each weekend completes a simple rotating cleaning schedule to ensure we keep the living spaces fresh as a daisy. The house is in nice condition, we have a designer kitchen with european appliances and also a modern bathroom. We have a living room with timber floors. When you'd like some fresh air there's a sizeable bright back yard including alfresco seating and we're in the process of creating a succulent oasis in our garden. We have a dishwasher and a clothes washer. Smoking is allowed outside, although we would prefer non-smokers. The house is very safe and secure. Our location is perfect for those who want to live a Bondi lifestyle - it is literally 5 minutes walk from our front door until reaching the golden sand of Bondi Beach between your toes. You'll find parks, restaurants, cafes, pubs, bars, shops, gyms, yoga schools and supermarket all within minutes and the bus-stop for direct buses to the city is 10 metres from our front door. Sorry - no pets, no couples, no party animals, NO PARTIES! We'd like someone who can stay until at least the end of October, approximately 4 months. To organise an inspection, message me with a little bit of info on yourself, especially your name, email address, age and job. Also please specify if you're interested in the share room or the private room. Thanks :)
