I am confident in my ability to sustainably maintain this property, and look forward to entering a home that I can live in for a significant amount of time. I have been accepted for PRAP (Private Rental Assistance Program) funding to mean I can pay up to 3 months rent in advance. I’m very desperate as of the 17/07/25 iv had to leave the place I was living and this has ended with me homeless/couch surfing around the Geelong area until i find an opportunity.
