I'm a quiet, friendly, easy going guy. I like to keep to myself but don't mind a drink on the weekends and conversations every often. I'm a final year Commerce student at Deakin, Waterfront about to graduate in June, working casually in hospitality and I'm looking to live somewhere preferably for 6 months or more while I'll be looking for a grad position. Also, I'm an animal lover, so pet owners are welcome. I'm looking for people who are nice, tidy, quiet and respectful of sharing house duties (I like a clean place), preferably 20-30 years old. I'd prefer living with a female housemate as I feel we'll get along better, however, I'm very flexible.
Our lovely little home is perfectly located just off Pakington St at the heart of Geelong West. Everything you need is close by; 50m from a bus stop, 200m from our favourite coffee shop, 10 min walk max to supermarkets, pharmacy, gym etc and 20min walk from the waterfront/Deakin uni. The house has 3 separate bedrooms and one shared bathroom (separate from toilet) and a large, airy (fully equipped) kitchen/living area and laundry room. The house is fully furnished but you will need to bring your own bedroom furniture. We also have a large outdoor patio and backyard, and plenty of storage in the garden shed. There are 2 parking spots in the driveway but the street is very quiet and parking is always available Rent is $505.55 ppm + $20/month for Internet. Bills are paid separately and split evenly between us. The bond is 1 month rent to be paid upon moving in. Lease is min 1 year stay, no backpackers/short term.
Hi! I'm 19 yrs old. I will be an architecture student in this upcoming trimester at Deakin Waterfront campus so I was hoping to find a place near there. Easy to get along with and up for anything fun.
Hi guys! Phoenix and I are looking for 2 more easy going housemates to team up with in a four person share house around mid Jan. The house is located in Armstrong Creek, it’s a fresh groovy house that we are looking forward to making a home. If your interested shoot me a message 😊
Full time primary school teacher. I consider myself a pretty easy-going and social person and like just having time to myself (especially after work). Love getting to live music gigs as often as possible, and will often fill my spare time by going running, getting out for a surf and catching up with mates. Have owned and rented before so appreciate and respect the expectations and routines of the owner/other housemates.
I'm a professional mum of a boy in grade 1. His Dad and I share the care- he is at his Dad's one weeknight and weekend. He is also at my parents frequently. Hoping for some interest from a mum with a school age child to share a 4 br house. Also open to other options that might suit us. We are renting in Geelong West at present and previously owned a unit in Corio and Bacchus Marsh.

My lease is just about up and I am looking to team up with a like-minded person and rent somewhere new. Will continue renting month to month until I find the right person. Open to moving into existing share houses too About me; I like to lead a busy life; I'm working full time as a dental technician, try to keep active and love staying sociable. I'm a little bit weird, in a good way. It might take a few days to get my jokes. I’m fairly easy going, but not afraid to speak up when something is bothering me. I’m looking for a roomie or two to share a house with. Someone that is keen to have a chat at the end of the day and not just live around each other I’ve just finished a 2 year course with full time work, so I’m enjoying getting back into my old social ways of hanging out and having fun instead of being in study mode all the time. Me in a nutshell: Like: * Bands * Board games * Banter Love: * Norry darlin', my cat who'll be coming along with me. * A cheeky beer on the weekends, possibly followed by a BC session, who knows * Family and Frunds Loath: * Dickheads * Liars Bonus housemate- Mr Norris, a 9 yo, super cute, friendly tabby cat. He enjoys pats and ear scratches. He spends most of his time outside but comes in at night. He is house trained. If you think we are a good fit, flick us a message and we could grab a beer and chat living arrangements.
