Nice quite neighbourhood, close to shops and public transport. Its a new home, easy to keep clean and tidy. Air-con in main living and fans in bedrooms. The yard is small and easy to maintain. Sorry no pets allowed.

My house is close to Wulkuraka train station, in a very quiet street. I have wifi internet, and I'm away 11 hours of the day with my afternoonshift work. I have a single bed in one room and bunk beds in the other. Im happy to swap them over or source a double bed if thats a preference. I only have one bathroom, but you can have two drawers in there.
