A friend and myself are currently looking to fill one of the spare rooms in our house. It's a four bedroom home directly across from the University of Newcastle (Shortland side) so it's excellent for anyone studying there, separate dining and loungeroom, two toilets and a decent sized yard. . Finally all bills and unlimited NBN internet are covered in the rent.
Hi everyone, I'm Alex, 32yo, originally from France. I'm looking for a cosy and quiet place to start a new chapter of my life in Newcastle. I love cooking, gardening, music... I'm looking for a respectful and friendly housemate :)
Hey guys. Im moving down to Newcastle from Taree to start studying at university while also working part time. I currently live with my father who is a chef so he's not very often in the house leaving me to fend for myself. This has left me a very easy person to live with as I'm clean, enjoy my time to myself but also love being sociable with my housemates. I regularly housesit so I've gotten the gist of living out of home and what it includes AKA doing your own washing, cleaning etc. I would love a housemate/housemates that enjoy personal space but also love to socialise with the house and enjoy a laugh or a movie. My life has had a strong part in sport as well so i could be travelling home to play so I could be away some weekends not only to play sport but to visit my family. I have a friend who I would love to move out with and possibly a third if place arrises but if not moving out by myself will have to be the go. Please message me if you can help .. p.s warm and lovely people to live with is a must as its my first time moving away from home and it is quite daunting.

hey I'm May, 29 and in the process of relocating to the area in about a month. I've lived in share accomodation in the past and I'm fairly laid back so I can usually get on okay with most people. I enjoy socialising and having fun but I also enjoy a fair bit of alone time and show others respect when the need peace and quiet for exams and such. I'm unemployed and not currently studying but I'm hoping once I move I'll find something to fill the days lick everyone else. Hoping to find some other friendly humans to commune with.
I am clean, respectable, polite and honest. I'm a fun and bubbly person with a great sense of humour. I absolutely adore animals so pets are not a problem. I'm not a smoker and will have the very occasional drink however I do love to go out dancing and socialise. I'm always down for a chat and to get involved in a gathering, in saying that I do understand the need for privacy as I too enjoy my own me time.
This is really close to the John Hunter Hospital and UON Callaghan Campus. Its a brand new townhouse with new furnishings. Reverse cycle air conditioning + ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Washing machine & dryer, S/S fridge + automatic coffee machine. The street is quiet with heaps of off street parking. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the street.
I'm from a sunny island called Singapore and enjoy getting to know new people. I'm not a party person but am always down for some group hanging and chilling over a meal! Currently a UON student majoring in marketing and management. I prefer a tidy organised environment and definitely will keep the area clean as possible.
Hiya :-) I am a psychology student (no I cannot read minds) and I believe I can be someone great to live with. I consider myself an easy-going person who loves getting to know people and having a fun time, no matter the activity. I also enjoy music, cooking, the outdoors, painting and a good old chin wag. Living with people can be a tough adjustment so I fully promote giving people personal space but also working towards making a house a home.
A little bit about me; for starters I'm a student currently studying Mental Health with hopes of becoming a Youth Worker with Headspace and Reconnect. I have a background in aviation, planning and logistics though wanted a change. In my down time I teach fire and performance arts or binge an anime series. I tend to keep to myself though am still social and polite. I have all my own cutlery in an effort to keep organized and clean. The ideal property for me would be one that is open to LGBT+, communicative and clean with internet as my studies are entirely online. My move date is flexible and I'm always open to do an inspection.
Originally from Tamworth, I’m moving down to Newcastle for Uni and will be working part-time. I’m outgoing, enjoy hanging out and having a chat, clean and love animals (so pets are always a plus)! I’m basically looking for a house/people which may become great friends! Also, my mum bakes a wicked sticky date pudding and chocolate cake which I am willing to share with some lovely house mates xx

Hi! I'm a 29 year old phd student from Romania. I' ve been in Australia for a little less than two years. I'm warm and social (except in the morning before i have my coffee). I love having chats on any topic (philosophy, trump, the best dishwasher soap... you name it), being goofy, occasional dinner parties, going to the beach, dancing salsa, traveling and of course banter. We can't be friends unless we can call each other c*** and a**hole. I'm a huge movie buff and a pretentious jazz listener. On top of my research scholarship, I work as an academic staff member at UoN and a few other small part time jobs. I'm looking for a nice place relatively close to the university of newcastle, callaghan campus, to share with a few fun, social, clean people. Hope to meet you soon! Thanks Cheers Andrei
