I'm a 20 year old open minded chilled student coming to Sydney for a 3 Months full time internship. I currently lived in a flatshare in London with two other flatmates and it was an awesome experience. I'm super tidy and give everyone his or her personal space. But I'm still up for a nice chat, a joint dinner or a night out. I love traveling and getting to know new cultures, I'm pretty adaptable and calm. The first room is large enough to fit a Queen sized bed, side tables, work desk, etc and there is also a sun-room at the front of the room, so there is plenty of space. There is NOT a built in Wardrobe. The room is semi-furnished or can be unfurnished. The second room is large enough to fit a Queen sized bed, side tables, work desk, etc and there is a large BIR, this room is unfurnished. The house is an older style but reasonably maintained bungalow and is tiled throughout, with carpet in the bedrooms. There is one main bathroom, with an additional toilet located in the laundry. The house has gas hot water and for cooking. We have a sunny backyard to relax in, with a clothes line. Parking is on-street only but there is usually plenty of space. The house is located close to the High Street shops, local restaurants, etc and we are only a 5 minute drive from Chatswood or 10 minutes to the City. There is a major bus route (including a Metro bus) which is only a short two block walk, which runs direct to the City or via North Sydney/City or to Chatswood/train station. There is internet at the house, it is not included in the rent but this can be negotiated. The day-to-day expenses, the Electricity and Gas bills (quarterly) and are not included in the rent. Lawn maintenance and domestic cleaning will be required/shared. Rent for the first room $250.00 per week + personal expenses and the Bond is 4 weeks.
