I'm a biology student at UOW, looking for a pet friendly place as I have a dog. He's a very good boy and loves people, but unfortunately doesn't get along with other dogs or cats. He is 6 years old, trained & has never caused any property damage. I'm pretty independent (cook my own food, do my own thing etc.), but I am looking for a social household. I'm very easy-going, friendly, open-minded & am respectful of people and their property. I basically get along with anyone given that they're not rude. I don't mind a few drinks and a night out. Also love the beach and the outdoors. I've been living out of home for almost two years and am very reliable with rent money.
I'm 25, in my 4th year of uni studying part time, and working at UOW. I'm creative, mature, clean, reliable, bubbly and friendly. In my spare time I drink tea and read, sing, play guitar and uke, draw, paint, design and soak up the sun :) I'm pretty easy-going and have lived in many shared-house environments since I started uni. Will always pay rent/bills on time and won't get all up in anyone's personal space (cannot promise that my pup Coco wont though because she loves attention). I'm desperate to move because at the moment I am a student leader on campus and I need a place for me and my fur baby. I also need to be near the ocean! Hopefully I'm a good match for your humble abode. Kailah
Hi, my name is Thao My. I came from Germany to study at UOW for one trimester. I am an outgoing person, always there for having some fun or a little chat. I like playing volleyball, traveling, watching series and movies, playing boardgames..well, I am pretty much open to everything. Of course, sometimes I also need some space for myself, but if there is anything you want to do, then just knock at my door and I will join you :) It would be nice if you had a furnished room for me since I am only staying in Australia for about six or seven months. I am a clean and tidy flatmate. I have an easy-going and uncomplicated nature, so feel free to talk to me whenever there is some issue :)
We're just two young people looking for some housemates who like BBQs, beaches and binge watching TV series. We moved to Wollongong in September last year, but our lease is nearly up and we would like to move out of our little apartment into a place with a bit more space.. Ideally we are hoping to team up with one or two people (or a couple) and move into a house close to the beach. We're both tidy, respectful and decent cooks (we'd be happy to share the cooking). We like to get outdoors on the weekends, socialise and also have friends come and stay with us from time-to-time. We are currently looking at houses and we'd love to have some flatmates sorted for when we find one and move in! (hopefully mid to late September).
Hi! I'm an exchange student from France. I'm studying mechanical engineering in the University of Wollongong. I'm laid-back, quiet, tidy and I'm used to live in flatshares. I enjoy nature (bushwalking, hiking...) and cooking. I don't smoke and I like pets but don't have any. I am thinking of going back to France by the end of December or after. I am looking for a furnished accomodation near the free bus or within a walking distance of UOW. Feel free to message me! Cheers!
Hi :) my names Katie, I'm 24 and living in Sydney at the moment but looking to relocate to Wollongong in The next couple of months to study a bachelor of nursing at UOW. I'm not ready to move until September/October due to work so mostly having a look at the moment. I'm friendly, clean and chilled out, I've been a sharehouse for two years so I'm used to the housemate life! I like yoga, reading, movies, the beach, a drink or two, all the good stuff. I have a cute little cat called Charlie. I'd hate to have to give him up so if anyone has roo, for another furry friend in their house I'd be so grateful. He's been living with a huge rotation of foster dogs so he's used to other animals.
I am over commuting to Sydney everyday for work, so I'm now leaving the perfect Gong abode. It's cheap, clean, has a huge backyard and shed for chill social times, has an abundant herb garden and is super conveniently located (1 min walk from nth gong station). The bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms (A+ in a sharehouse of 4). The kitchen has random but aesthetically pleasing dolphin wallpaper inside the cupboards. We have a large relaxing bath, my super tall housemates are able to lay back in it. Nth Gong beach is a 10 min walk away, great for the upcoming summer months. The street itself is also nicely tucked away, makes for a quiet and relaxing place to live. The bedroom is a snug fit. I've been using a queen size bed, and wouldn't recommend any bigger than that. Also, the room comes with a wardrobe. I am super sad to be leaving this house. I'd take it with me to Sydney if I could. Snap it up while you can!
Hello there! I'm Deepak, a post graduate student due to enroll at Uo Wollongong by the end of August. I used to be a Software engineer and decided to take the leap and change career. I'm looking at short stays for a month or two then if its comfortable for both of us I may extend the stay. I enjoy playing soccer, music and art. Respectful of space but also enjoy a chat, dinner, a beer etc. I like to keep things tidy too! :) Anything more, feel free to ask :)
Super easy going and sociable. Working most days at skydive wollongong so looking for a place close to north wollongong. Very clean and tidy to live with. Like to hang out and go out when i can. Would love a place with fun roommates who like the same
I'm an engineer currently living in Sydney but moving to Wollongong for work. I have lived in different countries and already shared flats and houses with other people from different nationalities and backgrounds, so I'm very easy going, I respect others privacy and I have common sense about living and sharing same place with other people. I like to go out, drink beer, go to the beach and do outdoors activities like cycling, hiking and soccer. I'll be working full time from Mon to Fri and probably will be away in Sydney for some weekends.
I'm super easy going but I also study pretty hard when I need to. I'm from Brisbane so I'll be going back home every holiday I get so there will be times where I'm just not in the room for a while (still paying rent though). I love music, I try to stay active and healthy. Born and raised in New Zealand but moved to Australia 4 years ago. I always pay rent on time with no issues. Would prefer a place that's furnished but if it's not, I'd be down to go get a bed and table if I have some help (mainly because I don't have my licence ).
Looking to make a permanent move to Wollongong from Wagga, as I graduate as a primary teacher at the end of this year and am making the move to further my studies and find work, and am interested in finding someone/people who would be interested in renting a house or apartment. I have lived on a university campus for four years so I am well adjusted to the shared accommodation life. I consider myself easy going, considerate, organised and pretty tidy, and while I do like to have my own time and keep to myself I do wish to be somewhat social and partake in adventures if you wish to join. Also more than happy to share meals and cooking which may be a bonus for you as my cooking isn't half bad. Would love to team up with friendly like minded individuals !
I am from India , easy to mingle with and arriving at wollongong as a student under exchange program. Party-Beach-chilled out person. Clean and tidy. Have been staying in hostel or shared place since two years. Ready to team-up also. Looking for a place near or close by to UOW.
I'm a quiet, friendly and easy going introvert and mostly like to keep to myself, however, I often enjoy getting to know new people. I am a clean and tidy, and would be more than happy to share any chores, cooking, etc. within the house. I do smoke but would be happy to contain that to my car only if necessary. Rent price is negotiable, however hoping to stay within $150 a week if I can, and ideal stay is 6 months or more. Would be happy to answer any questions you have, and any offers would be hugely appreciated. Thank you!
Hey! My name is Arnav and I'm 23yo. Relocated from Perth yesterday and am now working full time at the steelworks. I'm a non smoker, chilled out, very neat and tidy and friendly. Looking for a place with good proximity to a train station or public transport and to move in as soon as possible.
I am working casually as a nurse (this includes shift work) and am looking for a nice place to call home. Looking for a medium - large sized bedroom (BIW would be suitable). I am very easy-going and social and i like to have a few friends over for drinks now and then. I love animals so that is not a problem!
Hey! Im Adrian and Im 25 years old. I work full time training to be a psychologist. I am pretty easy going, clean and respectful of other’s space, however am happy to share dinner or a drink from time to time. Ideally looking for a share house in Wollongong or North Wollongong , but would also be open to starting a place with some one else. Looking for somewhere available ASAP as current lease is not getting renewed, so need to vacate within the next month. Would prefer to share with people that are similar age.
Mitch and I are fun, bubbly and chilled out adventurers. We love to rock climb, dive, hike and travel. We both work full time and we regularly train for our sports so we're not really home a lot. When we are home, we love to cook (mainly vegetarian meals with the exception of whatever Mitch catch's when he's out for a spear) and Mitch plays some really mellow guitar. Mitch is an engineer and I work at UOW, we're sustainability-minded, passionate and engaging people. Because we work full time and we're out training, we like to keep our spaces clean and tidy. We're laid back so we're not into partying. Our ideal evening involves tea and an early night so we can be awake and off on a climbing trip early on Saturdays!
I'm Eleanor from the UK, looking for a place to stay for 3 months while on a business trip, in Wollongong! I love the gym, socialising and while I am in Australia, I will be working full time as a graphic designer. I am a relaxed, laid back person, adventurous, tidy and although I like having a chat I like my own space. I like to go to bed early on weekdays and explore on the weekends. Oh, I also love to cook (eat). I'm happy and available to Skype!
