I am great with animals and love spending time with them as well as people my own age. I develop good bonds with people. I have worked with horses for 10 years but am looking at going into the mental health field. I enjoy photography and film making as well.
My names Sebastian I'm 19 years old, looking for a place to live in any of the listed areas. I'm a friendly guy but i'm a bit of a geek and a gamer. I'm a full time TAFE student. Send me a message if you wanna learn more about me!
HI, I am a retired professional engineer, 71, good health, non-smoker, non-drinker, no drugs, vegan. A quiet and gentle guy who is friendly, considerate and aware, loves peace and quiet. My main desires are my own space or friendly flatmate(s), no smoking, and a quiet house most of the time, with no dogs (I do love cats though). For me, the ideal case would be to share with only one person who is the owner of the house, mainly because I am looking for something long term. However I will consider all possibilities that come along. Male or female is OK. I am moving from Sydney and have chosen the Wollongong region as my son and his family live at West Wollongong. (Your place does not need to be at West Wollongong though.) The price I could pay depends on whether utilities are included or not. Furniture is negotiable as I have some of my own which I could share if needed.
Hi! I've recently moved to NSW from WA and will be working full time for Bluescope Steel in Port Kembla for at least 1 year. I'm a 24 year old civil / structural graduate engineer, exercise regularly and I like getting know people, so I very much enjoy having a chat with anyone (but I will respect your privacy as well). I like being tidy / organised and I am generally an early nighter and early riser during the week. I am not a particularly loud person, as I do respect that the home is a place that needs to be a haven from the outside world. If you think I would be a good fit for your household, do not hesitate to contact me via the flatmates.com.au messaging service. Kind regards, Rob
I am a friendly, easygoing, trustworthy and tidy 19 year old studying a Bachelor of Creative Arts at UOW in February 2019. I'm looking to rent a room or team up with others to find a place anywhere in Wollongong (but preferably in the CBD). I'm considerate and respectful of others privacy and alone time and enjoy my own company, but I also love to chat and interact with other housemates. I'm a pretty adaptable person so I'm happy to live anywhere and with any gender and age. I am tidy and clean up after myself and am more than willing to include myself in all household duties. I enjoy catching up with my friends and meeting new people. I'm from Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains so I love to spend time in the snow but I also love the beach. I am super relaxed and enjoy just hanging at home, sitting down with a red wine and having a good chat. Please feel free to send me a message if you're interested!
Bubbly, cheerful person who loves a chat but also some alone time. Fairly busy during the week because of uni and work and love to chill out on the weekend. Also have a fighting fish called Finn. Will also crack cheesy jokes that you will make you laugh with me or at me.
I am a postgrad student at UoW majoring in computer science. I do freelancing work and will be sitting in front of a computer screen most of the time. I like keeping the place tidy, I can cook alright and wouldn't mind helping out with household chores.
I’m 18 looking to move to Wollongong to live on my own! Have a part time job and a casual job so most days will be busy and out of the house but am pretty flexible with anything, just looking for somewhere comfortable and a fun time 😎😎
Hi there, My name is Montanna and I am 25 years old studying my Masters at the Nan Tien Institute. I'm looking for a beautiful home that radiates positivity and calmness. I am a great mixture between socialising with friends but also love tucking away in my room reading a book, meditating or watching documentaries. I'm ideally looking for a place I can call home with housemates who respect my privacy but also enjoy a glass of red here and there. I would love to chat with you and get to know you a little better :)- ready to move in asap!
We are both quiet, respectful and clean people. We are easy going and friendly and also independent. Aaron works a lot and I am looking for teaching work in the area. We are looking for a more permanent place in this lovely region.
Prime location, close to the beach, transport, Wollongong CBD and North Wollongong station. - 1 min walk to bus stop for the free shuttle - 2 min walk to north beach - 5 min walk to train station - 15 min walk to CBD You don't have to bring much as the unit is furnished and has almost everything to share with. Perfect for another UNI student. No couples. Fewer visitors and overnight stays will not be encouraged.
Second-year full-time student at UOW. Very clean and tidy person. Respectful and easy to get along with. Looking for a room in Wollongong CBD area or anywhere near free Uni bus/ Shuttle bus route. I am happy to team up :)
I am an international student from Vietnam currently studying 3rd year Bachelor at Uni of Wollongong. I am very friendly, tidy, and respectful. My hobby is going to the Gym and sometimes play some CS on my laptop. Also, I am a non-smoker and works part-time jobs. I am very easy-going so I am certain anyone can live comfortably around me.
I am a French PhD student on cryptology who 's been there for almost 2 years. I will stay 1 year more or less in Wollongong but I might not be staying in the same place for that long. Looking to move in as soon as possible, however I can stay homeless for quite a long time so not in a rush. Looking for a clean place I can keep clean, close to CBD, uni, North Gong or Fairy Meadow. I adapt to whatever kind of housemates (of course there's extreme cases but we will see when we meet), if you want to socialize that's fine but I'm not often at home... Probably will come at night to sleep, or might not even come back sometimes. I consider my PhD studies as a full-time study and my tutoring job as an almost part-time job (almost 20 hours). I'm usually quiet unless I am comfortable with the people around (and housemates not being quiet either). I'm clean and even tidier than most people since all my belongings can hold in one single luggage. No queue over the bathroom as I usually take my showers in my office (which is a plus). I usually get along better with 26+ years old people but I have no problem living with much younger people if they are relatively clean and tidy. My chinese sucks, my german even more, but at least I am fluent with English and French so communication shouldn't be a problem ! I'm the guy on top in the picture :D
This is a really beautiful and modern apartment, with 2 really friendly sociable roommates. 2 minute walk to North Wollongong train, 4 minute walk to the free bus stop, 5 minute walk to North Wollongong beach, a short walk into town and close to uni. Medium sized room easily fits double bed with mirrored built in wardrobe. Apartment is fully furnished but bedroom is unfurnished. Large shared bathroom with one other housemate, internal laundry and washing line on balcony.
Hey I'm Jess and currently studying Psychology at UOW full time. After a few years of living in a party house I now seek my own oasis with my ginger cat Charlie and a fellow person to share my pasta with (I can never guesstimate the portions right). I'm hoping to find a chill person to share a flat with me who isn't loud or messy. I'm looking for a modern apartment that is walking distance to the important things such as shops and/or transport. If you share with me you would get the garage/parking space to yourself as I don't own a car. I am the human equivalent of a potato and am not the outdoorsy type as I sun burn easy and the internet exists. I also like tea, burning incense, binge watching netflix, dank memes, going out for meals, op shopping, finding great food deals and having the occasional drink or dinner if schedules permit. I like to think that I am a pretty chill person as I have lived in a party house with all sorts of people for at least 3 years so hit me up if you have any questions (:
Hey, I'm Callum I'm easy going, usually very tidy. I can cook delicious meals (generally vego) and make dirty dishes shine like gold. I am currently working as a yoga instructor in the Wollongong area and enjoy freediving and underwater photography. I have studied a lot. I have one degree in Jazz Piano, and another in Mechanical Engineering. This has given me a really strong career progression in two totally unrelated fields... I still play a lot of music but can wear headphones and/or be politely told to "can it" at anytime. The engineering work is on the back burner at the moment but still comes in dribs and drabs. The usual sharehouse stuff: respecting other people's privacy and lifestyles, but more than happy to share a meal or a drink when the schedules line up. If living with me sounds like the opportunity of a lifetime, I'd love to hear from you. Cheers, Cal.
Hello! I'm a PhD student at Wollongong, studying Creative Writing. I'm in love with plants. I also love a glass of wine and a tastey edible treat. I like to be in a homely house, stopping for hang outs and chats, but am also currently writing up a storm for my studies. I have been likened to Luna Lovegood but like to think I'm becoming more grounded as I age (?). I'm currently into environmental science fiction, ferns, AI discussion and improved urban planning.
