Hi, my name is Tim Mcintyre. I am studying at UOW. I am looking for share accommodation near East Corrimal, Towradgi, North Wollongong, Bellambi, Keiraville...etc.. I am a mature aged student. Currently studying a Mathematics degree. I have a passion for mathematics, therefore University and Mathematics. I also have a passion for Rugby Union, sailing, snowboarding, surfing, music, cooking and Salsa dancing... Cuban salsa... Great fun. I am good around the house. It is great to keep the vibe of the house positive by sharing the chores (with music on...) and cooking some good meals to share from time to time...
I'm from the south coast, looking to move to Wollongong in mid to late October. I'm looking for either a share house/apartment, or for someone to team up with to find a place. It'd be awesome to find somewhere which allows pets, however I'm not set to it, I'll be working full time, I'm tidy, and most importantly I can bake 😊
I am a 44 year old female. I have my trade certificate in property and land real estate and business management. I want to start my own trust account management company from home soon. I love living in my room in my PJs in front of the tv. I buy my own food because of my diet and cook for myself. I'm clean and tidy up after myself at all times. I'm quiet and do everything by myself. I have a partner 8 years but we don't live with each other yet. And that's about it.
I’m a clean dude and have been living out of home since I was 18 so I know how to keep a clean house. Obviously don’t care about noise and partying. Looking for a chill house with good people to introduce me to the area cause I’m new in town, keen to outdrink you
Hi, Thank you for reading our profile! My partner Amir and I want to team up to rent a two-bedroom and two bathroom near Wollongong Central Library (Crown St) soon. Or we can rent it first and furnish the second bedroom for you. We are both students in USYD and we would like to move to Wollongong for lower cost and beautiful beaches. I am doing finance and Amir is studying archaeology. We usually spend a lot of time doing research in the library or stay at uni for lab work. Outside of study, we also enjoy hiking and hanging out with friends. We are pretty chilled, clean and tidy and we also like to cook. If we sounds like a match for you, please give us a message or a call. Cheers, Minhua and Amir
Hi, my name is Vivian, 24 years old and I’m from the Netherlands. As part of my study I have to do an internship, and had the opportunity to come to Australia :-) I love to travel, I also like to cook, hike, sport (now and then), watch netflix, have a drink with friends and enjoy a good talk. I’m really easygoing, tidy and open minded, who likes to try new things.
I'm a tradie (machinist). I enjoy being with friends but I also enjoy just being at home watching some netflix or chilling. I'm easy going and enjoy bushwalks, the beach and bike riding for fun. I do enjoy the occasional smoke if I am having a drink but I don't smoke on a regular basis. I am respectful.
Hi, I'm Sam, I'm looking for a room to rent in Wollongong within walking distance of town and/or the beach. I am a friendly and mature minded individual, working full time, that enjoys being active and living in a clean yet relaxed, friendly environment.
*I’m looking for an upgrade from my own 2 bedroom apartment that I’ve been renting. Independent, honestly quiet, respectful, reliable with rent, expect to pay bond, familiar with receipts and double-ledger accounting. Familiar with legal tenancy, additional occupant, strata bylaws, body corporate etc. I’ve got a legitimate good rental history. Barely drink, only social, and never to excess. Genuine non-smoker (not even Marijuana), don’t touch drugs doesn’t interest me, as I’ve grown out of the party scene & my friends classify me as 'straight edge'. Previously been an Airbnb superhost, I’ve seen it all, and there’s a reason why my budget and expectations for a property are higher, 'Quality not quantity'. I have an eye for detail, cleanliness, and maintenance, I won't disrespect or damage your property as I want to be comfortable in addition to receiving my bond back end of lease. I learned maturity and necessity for domestic duties from 16 & in the military (Army). I study a bachelor of Nursing at UOW, and spend majority of my time away from the house. I’m also a dog walker for a Siberian Husky, so I can live with and know how to handle and look after animals. I notice a lot of flatmates bullshit you, tell you after they move in they have a freeloader partner or friends always dropping in, you’ll never find another one like them, are alcoholics or immature, and don’t pay rent or bond on-time... well I’m in a strong position to say I’m unique. I’ve seen every walk of life, I have empathy for people’s plight, no empathy for the tight arse who wants everything for nothing type, but I steer clear of strife, and hanging with the wrong crowd. I’m looking for peace and quiet comfort, I’ve lived life, I dislike dishonesty and discomfort. I have no preference for male or female flatmates, I’ve lived with both, as long as the place is kept hygienic, not disturbing anyones peace, I'm only there to sleep (occasionally socialising when you want to meet, or share meals/eat). I’m not wanting to move in with the intent to pickup, I have alot on my plate. Believe it or not I’m a comfortable single straight cis male, with no hang ups, ex-wives, kids or a need beyond decent, respectful good company and my apparently ‘boomer’, or polar-opposite wild friends which I will keep to the bare minimum (self inflicted excessive partying is not my thing... that's why they love me, token sensible one). Definitely not pc, neither am I naive, so much so I’ve been trusted in some very interesting private circles, nothing illegal, I’m just very empathetic and easy to get along with. So as you can see I’m upfront enough not to play games with flatmates.
I am originally from the Blue Mountains and moved to Wollongong 8 years ago to study. I have completed my degree and have been working full-time for the last 5 years. Outside of work I enjoy Krav Maga, Jiu Jitsu, boardgames and hanging out with friends. On Saturday mornings I assist teaching kids Krav. I am relaxed and spend my spare time outside with friends or catching up of whatever series I am watching. I am a non-smoker and don’t drink. I am happy to team up and look for a place or move in to a place that is already set up. If I sound right for your place get in contact and I would love to meet up and see the place.
