Hi Potential Flatmate, My name is Andrew, I Am a 24-year-old HR professional relocating to Perth from Melbourne on a 4-month short term assignment. I am moving across to start work on the 15th of October. A little bit about me... When I am not working full time, in Melbourne I enjoy socialising with friends, going out every so often, having a few beers, riding my dirtbike in the bush as a stress reliever and relaxing at home watching trashy tv or Netflix. I am a clean and tidy person who would expect the same from potential housemates. I pride myself on being timely with bills and rent and treating someone’s house as if it was my own. Due to the short nature of the assignment i will be unable to bring any furnature or bed etc. I am looking for a fully furnished room. I look forward to chatting further about any potential interest you may have.
Hi everyone, My name is Adele, I am a french woman of 21 and I have been in Perth for 1 month. I was « au Pair » but now I will work in Perth with a WHV and I will stay here for 2/3 months. I love going out with friends, meeting new people, love wine 🍷 and beers 🍺 but also running 🏃♀️ and go to the beach 🏖. I will love sharing a drink at the end of the day with my roommates but of course I will also respect if you are tired and just want to go to bed 😴 See you guys 😘😘😘
Hi there! Myself and my boyfriend William are moving to Perth and we are looking for a place to stay for the next few months. We will be both working full time. We're both easy going, sociable people who love chilling out at the weekend, camping, cooking and exercising. We are very clean and tidy people and we respect others and their privacy. If you have any availablity please get in contact with me. Regards Aoife
We are a two bubbly, happy, tidy people who are always keen to make new friends. We've recently moved back to Australia for Noel to apply for her partnership visa (shes from California) and for me (from Australia) to start my studies at Curtin University. We are both working in Hospitality and looking forward to finding work in a more professional sector soon. We just got back from a few years of traveling so we are very used to shared living environments. We enjoy chatting over a few drinks but also understand the need for personal space. While we don't have any pets of our own we are guaranteed to fall in love with anyone elses. Noel likes: Hiking, beaching, sailing, reading, and crocheting wicked beanies Trent likes: Hiking, beaching, sailing, drinking, rock climbing and computer games
I'm a full time chef who might in and out often. relax and quite easy going. If i'm not at work i'll tend to be watching netflix or i'll be out. I got a stable job with a good income. I do have reference for the place I'm about to move out from. I have been here for 10+ years, the only reason i'm moving out is because the whole property have been sold.
Hello, my name is Emma and I am 29 years of age. With the big 3 0 fastly appoaching- i figured it was time for a change :) I was born and raised over here in Perth but have been fortunate enough to have found work in my field of choice- as a flight attendant which has brought to me a heap of travel and life experiences all over the world. So I am extremely well diversed and adaptable to my surroundings. I embrace new beginnings and I am a non judgemental open minded person. I embrace contrast and change in life. I have a very positive nature and respect privacy and personal space. If this so far is what appeals to you in finding a housemate please don't hesitate to flick me through a message or give me a call and we go from there, warm regards, Emma.
Hey! My fiance and I are looking for someone to team up with to start a new house share family. We both work as late night bartenders during the weekend, liquor retailers during the week and I also am a karate instructor. We're pretty active people but also spend a lot of time in our room watching netflix. But we also love a bit of socialising and a couple cheeky drinks here and there. Both very clean and easy going. I'll provide quality puns and Jerrica can provide the chilled out vibe only someone with dreads can bring to the table. We're looking close to, but north of the city. What we're finding really hard however is somewhere we will have enough room to get a puppy. If you want to team up or if you have a wonderful puppy friendly room available, flick us a message and we can meetup to discuss over a bevvy or coffee
Hi , My name is Mat, I’m 30, Male, and work full time managing a campervan business. I love music, often just relax in my room listening to a record and have been known to belt out some hits in the shower. I also like to get out and catch live music when i can. Gigs, festivals, etc. Love the footy (AFL) and hoping to get into another beach volleyball team. Also enjoy jogging and cycling and swimming. I am specifically looking for a place with a pool so I can swim laps after work. I like relaxing in front of a movie or the latest tv shows. I love to cook, i eat pretty healthy and enjoy cooking for others. Enjoy a drink and socializing but would be very respectful of my housemates. I'm a very relaxed and down to earth guy, and generally find that i get along well with everybody. I live clean, wash up after myself and am happy to contribute to keeping the house nice and clean. I have six sisters so safe to say i am well house trained. I have just relocated back to Perth after a year in Cairns. Specifically looking for a place in the city as I work in Northbridge and am yet to buy a car.I have a perfect rental history and can provide references from property managers and former flat mates. I will need to give 2 weeks notice at current accomodation so my move in date will be “minimum 2 weeks”. Anything else you would like to know please feel free to contact me.
My 3 month probation ends on the last day of October 2018, and I am looking for my own place to call home, if everything turns out well. I work full time, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day in the Perth CBD. I have a car, but I travel by public transport too and from work, so I will require a car garage/ parking space where I move into. For fun, before work, I go the the gym 4 days a week for cardio/strength/resistant training. On the weekends I like to go for a combination of short (<10km) and long (>10km) runs. I am building up for a half marothon (I am at 18km so far without stopping). I am a morning person, so I wake as early as 4.30am (I mostly wake between 5am and 6.30am), and sleep as late as 9pm most nights (depending on my body clock and how tired I am from a long day at work). On most work nights I can be in bed as early as 8pm.

Hello! This new and peaceful apartment feels like a home, rather than just a rental. It's 2 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms (Yes! You have your own bathroom!) Your bedroom is double size, has a large built in wardrobes and can fit easily a queen size bed. (There is no bed at the moment but I can provide one if needed) This Northbridge apartment has aircon, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, BBQ backyard and is located in a quiet and secure complex in the heart of the city, close to cafes, English schools (Navitas), multiple choices of restaurants, foods, entertainment and bars only meters away. There is also a Blue CAT Bus stop 300-meters away - just in case it's raining, or too hot to walk to the city (CAT buses are free and run every 10-minutes). Rent = $250 for 1 person $300 for a 2 people/couple (Couples might be considered. But its not my first option) Just the standard requirements before moving in: * Real-estate security checks completed successfully, * 2 weeks rent in advance, * Bond (2 weeks rent).
I’m 21 years old and born and raised in Stockholm. I’ve been living in surfers paradise, Gold Coast, for a couple of months but now decided to settle down in Perth. I love having a few beers now and then but also enjoy some alonetime with watching movies and reading books etc. I’m clean and tidy and would like to say that I’m very social and a fun person!!
