I currently work at Woollongabba but our department will be moving into the city in June, 2018. I love music, beach days and checking out the latest coffee shop. I'm always busy catching up with friends or spending half of my week at my boyfriend's place. I currently have my own place in Northgate but I'm not staying there near enough and therefore I am wasting money on rent and bills on my own. Please note, I will be moving out around mid to late April 2019 once my boyfriend's current lease ends and we get our own place. I am looking for my own room and bathroom (ensuite), furnished or unfurnished, I don't mind. Happy to split bills fairly and sign roommate agreements. All you need to bring is your own bed. :) • 5 minutes walk to Northgate station which has train stops for Sunshine coast, Shorncliffe and Goldcoast train lines. • You could catch train to city every 15 minutes with approx. less than 20 minutes ride. • Access to bus stop (306) at Ridge St. near Northgate road. • Close to Nundah Village, Toombul shopping centre and Chermside Shopping centre. • Friendly and quiet neighbours. • Nundah and Toombul are just a train ride away or 5 minute drive - which is close to all local amenities such as shopping centre, local gyms, markets , cafes and restaurants.

I am moving back to Brisbane from the sunny coast the week before Easter to start a new job as a Paralegal for a large CBD legal firm. I love the outdoors and exercise daily. I eat and live a very clean and healthy lifestyle. I’m a whole food cook- I don’t buy any processed pre packaged foods.. I make everything from scratch. I have a small bar freezer as I tend to pre- prepare many ingredients. I have my own bedroom furniture. I like a quiet atmosphere and I'm a bit of a workaholic. Ideally I would like to stay around Nundah or Northgate as my elderly mother lives at Boondall. I would like to share with only 1 or 2 others and a bit of space for my camping gear would be great or I can leave at my mums. I would need a good amount of pantry and fridge space. Most weekends I will be back up the Sunny Coast where I have lived for last few years. I practice Yoga regularly and like to socialise but also like my home to be a quite haven. I would be away from the house week days from 5am to around 7pm.

I'm an IT professional, Did my MIT from QUT, future MBA student and a part-time employee. Right now I'm living very comfortably at my elder Brother's place for free. I do not even have to pay for food or grocery but I want to move out from the comfort zone. Our home is modern and fully air-conditioned with a private tropical garden at back. On the second floor of the home, offers a spacious deck with outdoor dining setting ready for your use. Our new housemate will be able to use our shared kitchen, and two living areas - both equipped with Foxtel, Netflix, Amazon and unlimited highest speed NBN. Also located on the second floor is our clean and tidy shared bathroom (Share with myself- Melanie). In addition to this we also have a professional cleaner, Bill, who comes and cleans the whole house every fortnight, however we still clean as we go eg dishes etc. The lower floor features a second living room, bathroom/ laundry (new appliances) and two bedrooms, one of which will be yours. (5 bedrooms in total in our house) Your room is currently furnished with bare essentials which you can make your own or you can bring your own bedroom furnishings if you wish. Your room is key lockable internally as well a key for the external door leading to side of house. There is plenty of on-street parking and only an 8 minute walk to Northgate Train Station - trains run every 5-10 mins as this is a main stop on all train lines. We are lucky to be situated in a quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors, spare block of council land next door and a beautiful park across the road alongside the creek.
