A bit about us: We own an apartment in the UK (currently rented out), so we understand the importance of being reliable, respectful tenants. We’re both quiet, tidy, and considerate people who do not smoke or drink. In our spare time, we enjoy exercising and keeping active. We’re hoping to find a place that offers a calm environment and good long-term vibes. Grew up in Melbourne but spent about 5 years in the Pilbara and the last few years in Perth. I don't know a huge amount of people in Perth so I'd ideally like to join a house where we're all friends and enjoy each other's company. I come with a 4wd and plenty of outdoor gear. Extra points for a household that likes kicking a ball around or shooting hoops (keep in mind I'm no good at either). Require an off-street parking spot for the 4wd. Would ideally like another off-street spot for my small daily but not that fussed about parking it on the street if required.
