Hey! We're Cecilia and Henry, two backpackers who are trying to settle down after traveling and living in different parts of Australia. We have already experienced the most typical backpacker lifestyle and now we would like stability and a lifestyle which allows us to focus on our technical/professional careers development. He's a mechanical fitter and I'm a chemical engineer, the idea of moving to Perth is getting a job according to our careers. We're an international couple, he's from England and I'm from Uruguay, so we're really interested in learning and embracing new cultures. After sharing accommodation for a while, we are looking for a private space for us, ideally a studio or one bedroom apartment or house, but open to other options. We're very organised and clean people, so we also enjoy to live in a clean house. We have shared places to stay with other people several times, so we know how to adapt to house rules. We love practising sports and any outdoor activities. So we'll probably not be so much in the house during our days off. I’m been renting a house in Ellenbrook for the past year but it’s time to move more central. I’m pretty minimal and keep things clean and tidy. I enjoy spending time with friends but also like my downtime - Coops and I will often spend time at the beach, get drawn into a cafe, or go on a wander. I love a bit of pilates, enjoy baking, and the aim is to do a lap of Aus in the near future. I don’t smoke, just drink on occasions and Cooper is a well behaved boy who loves company, but is also sound left on his own once he knows his surroundings. He turns 5 in October and he’s happy as long as he gets some fuss, food and exercise. He’s my absolute world and he joins me wherever he can. He’ll occasionally come to work with me but if not he’ll just sleep at home and then give the biggest hip wiggles when you’re back. He has monthly flea/worm treatments and yearly vaccinations. I wash him every month and clip him every couple of months so minimal malting.
