I have a hybrid work policy and I expect to WFH 1-2 times a week, so will need a big enough room to accommodate a study space or some other study area in the apartment I could use. I also often visit my family on weekends and stay over at theirs, so you can have the place to yourself most weekends. I’ve got my own furniture for the bedroom as well as furniture for the living areas so I’d prefer a team up or move into an unfurnished apartment. I love a true crime doco but also recently started rewatching Dexter. I’m in a book club where we read Nobel Literature Prize winners then all agree they were a bit rubbish. I’m looking for a house/apt with some late 20s to late 30s professionals who are good at their jobs and who are getting things done. I get up at 5am for work so it’s important to me that the house isn’t too noisy after 10pm.
