Full time worker at Eagle Farm, very clean and tidy, also very mindful of others property and space. Currently looking for a room in North Eastern suburbs of Brisbane as I own a motorcycle and prefer short commutes. On that note would prefer a place that can offer some form of covered parking or off street parking. Note my current lease is finishing end of April so my moving date for now is 22nd of April. If you have any questions just shoot me a message, thanks.
I like to cook, I enjoy being outdoors around home doing yard maintenance or just relaxing. I am a full-time roof tiler, have been in this trade for around 7 years. I am a father to 2 children who I see regularly and are my world. For fun I go to the beach, work out, occasionally go to the movies.
Hey guys my housemate and I are looking to team up with someone to rent a new place. our lease runs up in a week and we are finding it difficult to find an affordable 2 bedroom place so we have decided to team up with a 3rd person so that we can afford a nice place with air con and a little bit more comfortable. Meal works part time and studies interior design week nights. Im currently unemployed but keep myself busy during the days working out and what not until I find new work. We are both very easy going girls and would prefer a male to balance out the house as our current house mate is a male. We are looking at having somewhere by the 31st March as our lease end on the 6th April. Please hit us up! we don't bite and we'd love if you like to come to some house inspections with us too! - We have most furniture to fill a hole house - you would just need your bedroom furniture! - we are happy to accommodate what furniture you have also though -
Hi all! My name is Jake and I'm currently looking for accommodation in the city or surrounding suburbs. I am a full-time Concierge of a hotel in the central part of the Brisbane City and I'm looking for a like-minded room mate/s for a short or long term lease. I am an extremely healthy eater, exercise frequently, studying full time, work full time (shifts vary from AM to PM) and keep my living and working environments very neat and tidy (which I've found to be quite rare). Spend a lot of time out socialising and am always looking to take advantage of new opportunities or events in the Brisbane City. Despite these traits, I am relaxed and won't impede on your busy routines but am easily approachable and sociable. Not your typical fellow or your typical room mate so don't hesitate to pop me a message through here or feel free to text/call me using the details I've provided on my account. Thanks, Jake
Transferring to brissy April 3rd. Looking for a place before then. I get along with pretty much anyone and am respectful. Have rented before and have never had a problem. Play a bit of music in my spare time. Hit me up :)
My home is "new" and located in a quiet housing development in go ahead Nudgee about 10 minutes drive from the airport. Brisbane City is a short train or bus ride with stations less than 1km walk. Easy access to motorway for around 1.5 hrs drive North to the Sunshine or South to the Gold Coast. Garage parking available for your car. 5 minutes drive to Banyo finds restaurants; coffee shops, Woolworths, hair dressers, medical facilities. There is a community/school 25m x 6 lane pool for lap swimming or just cooling off. The "brewery" which offers a range of boutique beers and trivia nights is within walking distance from home. The catholic university is a couple of blocks away and the catholic church is 20 min walk. I am offering 2 bedrooms, furnished with queen and double beds, side tables and lamps with a double mirrored wardrobe. My outdoor patio area is fully screened to protect from insects. Open plan living area with a separate media/tv room. Ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. I am connected to Broadband internet and "The hub" is an added feature where you can charge phones, cameras and use laptops or ipads. Foxtel is available also (Movies, not sports).
Hey Guys I am a QUT graduate with a criminology major and work as a Border Force and Immigration Officer. For fun I like to cook, read, hike, or cruise to own of the coastal beach towns. I also play touch football and i'm a combination of incredibly active or sleeping. I love to socialise, but need to have opportunities to binge watch Netflix or bury myself in a book on occasion. As a result of my profession I can't afford to have any conflict of interests in relation to recreational drug use or users however that is the only limitation of a professional and personal nature that I would require from any roommates. I have an open mind and enjoy meeting new people If you are looking for a clean, hygienic and reliable guy to join your household, I feel like I would easily fit the bill. Ta.
Hi there, My name is Laurence Lawn, my friends call me "Loz" for short. I'm a 42 year old Male, who's currently on New Start Allowance. I always have at least 2 months rent in my Bank. So paying on time isn't a problem (I'm pretty good at managing my money, I love to cook too so Food bills are pretty low for me, so I don't need to buy pre-made stuff which is too darn expensive any way). And I don't mind sharing meals after I've cooked, I tend to cook way too much any way... lol I was Born in NSW, Sydney, but grew up in the UK - So I'm a dual National with a British Accent. I haven't lived in Australia for long, though I have been back and forth MANY times. Been here now since November, 2015 after a 7 year stay in Las Vegas, USA. I'm a Computer Engineer by profession. But that's boring. I recently took a Food Processing, Logistics and Forklift Course the other month, so I'm currently looking for employment in that sector. Aiming to find night shift work. Been online now for about 25 years now. I dabble in some web site building and graphic design, as well as Forex Day Trading as a hobbie to keep me busy, I love learning new things online, so hopefully one day I don't need to look for a job. I'm a bit of a night owl, I hope that doesn't bother you. I'm very quiet during the night and respectful of others who sleep during normal hours of the day. I'm a social person, and don't mind the odd beer from time to time, not every week or month, only when I want to wind down some. I smoke and prefer to smoke outside. Though I do plan to quit some day (fingers crossed lol). I'm looking for a nice place to stay, I hate living where I am at the moment. The self-appointed Landlady who looks after her Son's place is over stepping her boundaries and doesn't give us enough notice to when she is coming by, she just helps herself and lets her self in. I'm tired of the people here, they pinch my food, or are noisy, or they don't clean up after themselves and I'm totally tired of it. It's also so darn hot in this place, there is no proper insulation to keep cold air in during the warm days, or to keep the warmth in during the cold days. Over 70% of our efficiency goes out of every gap/hole in the house. It's covered in Ants, and the Toilet is just gross!!! So tired of people treating this place like a backpackers or don't respect others who have to use the same facilities. I'm currently in Bald Hills, 4036. I've lived here for just over a year now. And it's time to move on. I need to give at least 2 weeks notice, but I promised the Landlady that I'd give her 4 weeks, so I'll be sticking to that. Having saying that, I don't mind moving out earlier (she normally wants us to pay weekly, but for the last 2 decades I've always paid my rent at least 2 months ahead. If you have room for a nice lad, I'd love to come by and take a look some time. Thanks for your time, Loz :)
Air-conditioned, Fully furnished room (we will provide a desk and whatever else you need, photos are of it unfurnished) plus your own lounge room, 2 minute walk to nudgee train station, and a short drive to the nearest shops. plenty of space, including outdoor area with bbq and a big yard, theres storage if you need it. You will have your own living/lounge room that runs off your bedroom. The bathroom, all-though a little old, it does the job. The rest of the house has been painted with fresh carpet in the bedrooms. Plenty of cupboard space for yourself. Plenty of space for your desk, or anything you may require. Tenant must be clean, and respectful.
My name is Elizabeth, I work as a carer for a one year old currently. I'm looking to move closer to the city as I think it's time for a change. I'm neat and tidy and I keep mostly to myself but once I'm comfortable around you, I'm super friendly. I will be transitioning jobs from carer back to the retail/motel industry when I move but I have savings to get me by until I can transition fully. I live quite far from the areas I would ideally like to move so inspections can be hard, I'm quite happy to just move on in, if it seems like the right fit.
This "all single girls" house is modern and spacious, and the room has a wall of built ins. We are looking for a single female, who is a busy person who is working, or working and studying who would like a quiet, secure home close to rail and shops.

Need off street parking, a room with an A/C. I'm working full time in the city. Happy to pay upto $250 for a good accommodation. 5 Bedroom house by an eclectic mix of 20 somethings. (2 girls, 2 guys and Boris the dog) Ideally looking for another tenant who shares our enthusiasm for cleanliness, respecting others and the sounds of Triple J. Quiet house air conditioning newly renovated, room including all bills except food fully furnished so you can either have a room with double bed already or bring your own things and gave the other room nbn n foxtel is a 2 minute walk to Banyo train station and 5 minutes to woolies shopping centre and 15 minutes to ACU all rooms have built in wardrobes
Great for students, and close to ACU :) We have a spacious and modern house and are looking for another house mate for a fairly long term situation, preferably 6 months at least. There is two lounge rooms, a large modern kitchen with dishwasher, air conditioning, super fast NBN internet, and solar electricity. Also included is a large and quiet undercover patio, front and back yard (with trees and plenty of space to relax), friendly neighbours, and we are also located in a modern estate. We enjoy socialising, our own winding down time, or a movie, rather than partying or dramas. Your room: The room available includes a built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan, and can fit a queen sized bed. It's not a master bedroom, more of a medium sized room. There is also another medium sized spare room for you to use whenever you like, and includes a glass finish corner desk. There is extra storage space in the garage. The bathroom includes a decent shower space and bathtub, a separate toilet. My house mate has an en-suite of his own. We are flexible with furniture, and if you did want to add to the house, that sounds good. About us: I am in my early 30s, and enjoy a social event, mountain biking or a hike up a mountain on the weekend. My housemate is in his early 40s, he enjoys a catch up, Netflix, and the odd road trip in his spare time. Both of us do not smoke, do not take drugs and have the occasional drink. We are both fairly social and easy going guys, and both keep a fairly healthy and active lifestyle. The neighbourhood: The Banyo Retail and Woolworths centre, cafes, takeaway food, Banyo library, the Australian Catholic University, and trains and buses are all a short walk away. There is also a large park, an oval and BBQ area, plus mountain bike trails quite close by. Nundah, Northgate, Nudgee/Sandgate Beach, Toombul, Chermside and the Brisbane Airport are literally all a few minutes drive away. The rent details: The rent, and all bills but electricity, are all included in the weekly price. It is affordable and easy to manage, at $165/week. Super fast NBN internet, water usage, and garden maintenance are all included. Electricity is mostly paid for via the newly installed solar panels on our roof. Excess usage will be split 3 ways, or simply added to the rent cycle (and it wont be much at all). And we would prefer not to live with couples or kids - however they can visit, and unfortunately pets aren't allowed. Please send me a message with info about yourself and a recent photo. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon :)
Hi, our home is located in a quiet cul de sac street. 20mins walk to ACU, Banyo train station/shops and 10 mins walk to bus 306 stop. It will be shared with 2 other students only. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and a study desk. Each of the three rooms can be locked and you will have your own room key. The kitchen, laundry and living room has amenities for you to cook, wash your clothes and relax and watch tv when you're not studying.
Hi, i currently have 1 furnished room available in a furnished three bedroom house in Banyo. The room is furnished with a queen bed, desk and chest of draws and should be available as of 28th of March. Bond is two weeks rent. The house backs onto the golf course so there are no neighbors at the back. The house is in a quiet area and has just had the kitchen and bathroom refurbished. There is no undercover parking but off street is available. NBN is connected. The rent is $130 per week and any bills are additional to the rent. The train is 14 minutes walk or 2 minute drive. ACU is 5 minute drive and bus stop is 11 minute walk. The brand new Woolworths shopping centre has just opened up 2 or 3 minutes drive away and is right next to the train station along with popular cafes. The bowls club is a short walk away and does great meals. House mates are currently one 42yo working, straight male that generally spends more time out and about than at home and a nursing student from Zimbabwe. I enjoy a beer and a chat but am also comfortable keeping my own company. Sorry, but the lease doesn't allow for pets.
This property is close to public transport, the Brisbane Entertainment centre, motorways and shops. (15 mins from Chermside). The house is spacious, so you won't ever feel like you are living on top of each other, and all of the bills are included in the rent. The bedroom is a decent size, can fit a queen size bed, has a large built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The bathroom is massive, and is shared with 1 female. We have NBN, and the house is fully furnished. There is an additional 'rumpus' room however if you do have some of your own furniture that you want to bring.
I'm working full time 40-50 hours a week in Aspley, free weekends. Easy going guy, looking to make friends and meet people but can keep to myself if needed. I'm a smoker but happy to leave the premises to smoke. Will cover my share of chores/maintenance and make sure I'm not a bother. Love a drink or 15 if it's happening and can help make sure our fridge is stocked with a selection of emergency scotch. Looking to move out early May.
