I'm looking for a room at a secure place, I'm aged 26 and full time tradesman. I've successfully been living in share houses and rental properties with others for over seven years. I'm a sociable person and always up for a drink and a laugh but I like my privacy also. I work long, hard hours so I tend to sleep a lot when not working. I clean up after myself and contribute fairly to chores around the house. Wanting to move closer to my girlfriend, Sam and our blue staffy, Jimmy in Oak Park. Looking forward to living with some cool people.

ABOUT THE ROOM.There is a pull-out bed that you can also use, or can be stored away. ABOUT THE LOCATION. There is a bus across the road that takes you to the Pascoe Vale train station in 10 min, or to Broadmeadows Shopping precinct. Otherwise the Oak Park train station is 12 min walk away. From our door, commuting to the city is 45 to 60 minutes. Also within walking distance are: swimming pool, local shops, yoga, cafés, Catholic Church, and a sports club.

I have recently started working full-time as a Graduate Civil Engineer in the Melbourne CBD. I currently live at home with my parents in Wallan, but I am looking to live closer to the city in an effort to cut my travel times to work, friends and social activities. I have decided I am ready to take this step in independence. I clean after myself in all common areas, and try to keep my personal areas tidy. I am always up for a chat, but am happy to give people space when required. I enjoy watching the footy, playing games (board games or video games), seeing friends, going to gigs, and when I have spare time, photography. My weekdays are generally busy. Apart from work, I spend a lot of time after work seeing my friends and partaking in social activities. When I am not doing that, I like to chill at home, playing games, watching YouTube or just lazing about listening to music. My weekends are very similar, but I try to get one day at home to recharge for the week ahead. Looking for something which will be around 800pcm including bills.
I am currently living with my sister, however I feel I need a new lease on life. I am a 36 year old male who has a partner, I work hard plus I don't smoke but do drink a little. I work at a dog grooming salon but my days can vary week to week. Hobbies include photography, gaming, gping out and love music. I am house trained as i can cook, also clean, and keep the house neat and tidy. I don't party much, and I will always respect people around me so noise is usaully kept to a minimum. I am looking for places hopefully closer to work, but nothing too far away. Happy to live with male and female roomates, as long as we all get along well.
Myself & my wife both are Australian Permanent Residents, overseas nowadays but coming to Melbourne on 5th July early morning. I am Computer Engineer by profession & my wife is an MBA finance, we both are well-mannered & civilized persons, respect others' privacy, don't have any kids or pets & we both don't smoke/drink. We are looking for some studio/granny flat/1 br or even some shared accommodation with a private room with double-bed and private bathroom in Melbourne and ideally close to Melbourne CBD. Initially we'll need the property for at least 1 to 2 months and after then we may extend our stay and sign a lease of 6 months or more. Waiting for some kind and positive responses ASAP.

My name is Ali, I'm 36 and a student. I'm currently obtaining my Diploma in Youth and Community Services. Although I'm not home most times, I do enjoy good company (I love to discuss any topic, controversial or otherwise), cooking and maintaining a light mood all around. Most of all, I take great pride in keeping my immediate living quarters clean and presentable. Here is my current situation: I am unhappy where I reside. Please don't get me wrong, the folks here are fantastic but it is incredibly expensive and it is isolated. I wish to be somewhere more centralised where public transport and amenities are more available, not to mention be closer to family and friends.
I'm chill, focused and striving to be successful. Financially prepared, music lover and animal lover. Why I would be great to live with? Respect, honesty and consistency is what I can provide. I can't guarantee perfection.. I can guarantee authenticity and a considerate nature.

Hey there! My name is Jasmin. I am Melbourne born and bred. 37 years old and I am a furr Mum to my kitty Toby; an 11 year old house trained ginger, who LOVES to eat, sleep and explore....AND cuddle with anyone and everyone. I have house shared for the last 18 years this year and have met quite a few lovely people on the way. I am a Christian. I am a bubbly, enjoy hanging out, enjoy my quiet time and down time. I don't do drugs, sleep around, smoke, drink much or steal and screw people over. I want to live in a place where I am safe and respected, and I offer the same back. I have around 15 pot plants, lots of Tupperware, a QS BED and bedroom furniture and other bits and pieces- so will need a big unfurnished room and space in the backyard for my plants. My hours are 9-5, Monday to Friday. I also sing here and there on the weekend, when Im at church, and love spending time with friends and family. I like to live in a cleanish house where we all take turns doing things around the house- I do not want to pick up after anyone else, as I have done that before and don't appreciate it. Since my last housemate broke the lease early, I have had to move to a friends house for 2 weeks, but its important that I move by August, as she is having surgery and needs her space back, so I'm keen to move next Friday, as I am off work. Drop me a line and I'll get back to you!! Cheers and peace out homies ;D
Im a qualified landscaper and from melbourne. Im very social and quite easy to live with but like anyone i keep to myself at times. i love meeting new people and always make an effort to get along with everyone. I dont really like conflict and i believe compromising is the ticket to sharehouse success. I like to help anyone when i can so asking me for a favour is more than ok. I like to keep things neat and tidy but im no clean freak mopping floors every 30min. I like to keep busy so handyman jobs are my go to at home, especially outside. I enjoy socialising, travelling, camping, skiing, anything sport related, keeping fit, hitting the local for a few drinks. I own a 3y/o german shephard who loves company of others, very friendly, chases flies all day and well trained.
Hey, I'm Dom, 22 years old and grew up in brunswick. I'm currently working full time as a plumber and keep myself pretty busy during the week. I'm very clean, chilled and easy to get along with. I'm also very respectful of every ones space. I'm looking to live in a friendly house with people who enjoy having a chat, being around others while also having some quiet time sometimes too. If you think I'd fit into your home please send me a message :) Thanks!
