I'm a 21, androgynous male, who loves to express their feminine looks more than masculine. I'm studying full time doing a diploma in beauty therapy at Elly Lukas. I'm also a promoter at two nightclubs called Poof Doof and Trill. Originally from NSW Wollongong and moved to Melbourne with my mother and siblings in 2000 and been here ever since. I'm shy and quiet at first but then I become more friendly, flirty, energetic, caring, playful, child at heart and random at times when I'm get comfortable with you.

My name is Lauren. I'm 24 and work full time as a fully qualified hairdresser. I am quiet and shy, and like to keep to myself. But i am also very easy to get along with and can be great company. I am looking for a new place as the house I am living in currently is being sold. I have been renting for 6 years and have a good rental history with really good references. I do also have a 2 year old cat named Lily. She is currently an outdoor cat and never makes a mess. She's very timid and keeps to herself or just follows me around everywhere. If you feel I meet your criteria for a new house mate, feel free to message me and organise to catch up or for an inspection

At 6 min walk from Oak Park train station (20 min trip to the city by train) is this large shared house having spectacular views to Melbourne city skyline, in which you will enjoy your own private room nicely furnished; why stay in a hostel in Melbourne? It is better to rent a room in a house shared with friends! The house has a living room and a large terrace. You can enjoy the views while being inside the house, leaning back on the couch, working at the desk or seating at the dining table. The house is one minute by bicycle (500 m) to a splendid bike path (Monee Ponds Creek) that goes uninterrupted all the way to the city. We can lend you a push bike or two to enjoy it. There are plenty of parking spots in the street. There is a garage you can use if you want to store your car in the long term (access to the garage is not easy because the climb is steep); There is plenty of space to store things in the cellar. There is a large capacity gas heater in the lounge. The house has a large garden where you can sun bake or have a BBQ. The room is large and has a full size bed, a desk with a chair, a wardrobe, electric blankets and gas heater. It has a large window (5 meters wide) to the garden. There is one bathroom and one toilet in two separate rooms that you will be sharing with two other occupants. There is washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, fridge, slow cooker, stove, oven, cappuccino coffee maker, American coffee maker, coffee grinder, microwave, vitamiser, toaster, etc., that you are welcome to share with the rest of the house mates. No TV but you can use our large computer, screen and speakers to enjoy movies, TV programs or music; no dishwasher. RATES: ________ $180 per week per one person in a private room or $240 per week per one couple in a private room, all bills included “Couple” refers to two friends, each willing to be responsible for both. Pet: Extra charge - to be assessed. The room is available from August 2017, 3 months minimum. Internet, electricity, gas, water, use of our washing machine and enjoyment of all the common areas of the house are included. There is a 3 weeks’ bond. Communal duties include cleaning after yourself and sharing the common areas' cleaning.
I'm looking for a place to live near Essendon Airport. I have been offered a job there that would have me working one week on, and one week off. On my week off I would be returning to my home in the county, so about half the time it will be like not sharing, and every day in Melbourne will be working (so not around the house). I'm an older male with a grown up family and the job I have been offered is a very good one, but I don't want to totally relocate. This job involves sometimes starting at 6 am, and other days starting at 10 am, so my so my bathroom times are around either 5.30 or 9.30 am. That should suit others starting work anytime between 7 to 9 am. I'm very easy going and have shared houses many times, so know how to behave. I like company, a glass of wine with a meal, and I can cook ok (happy to cook with and for others). I have travelled a fair bit and enjoy conversation. I have a broad range of interests, am still learning music, and can fix things around the house. I'd be happy to establish a vegetable garden if there is room, and have all the tools for that. All I'd want is a quiet room with (preferably) my own bathroom. Thanks for reading.
I'm a tidy, clean, organised person looking to stay with people who are like minded. Enjoy hanging out with whoever I stay with and also like to keep to myself. Loves a glass of wine at night ☺️
