I'm easy going, curious, laid back and sometimes withdrawn into my little bubble and love to chill out in that bubble by watching a movie or listening to music... sometimes draw psychedelic, weird pictures and love nature, people and unique conversations... just like everyone I believe. I'm well educated, have constant curious questions about spirituality and the course of our journeys in life and respect people's personal life and enjoy living a cruisy life. I love animals deeply and wouldn't mind living with them. I love philosophy, astronomy and creative writing/art/creations. I love to eat.... I could go on about myself for the sake of the question asked but more to what you want to hear: I can afford myself. I'm goal orientated and like to keep things simple when it comes to life.
I'm neat, friendly and respect people's need for privacy. I need a place to move into along with my partner, that's closer to my workplace in Craigieburn, the shops and public transport (preferably train station).
At 6 min walk from Oak Park train station (20 min trip to the city by train) is this large shared house having spectacular views to Melbourne city skyline, in which you will enjoy your own private room nicely furnished; why stay in a hostel in Melbourne? It is better to rent a room in a house shared with friends! The house has a living room and a large terrace. You can enjoy the views while being inside the house, leaning back on the couch, working at the desk or seating at the dining table. The house is one minute by bicycle (500 m) to a splendid bike path (Monee Ponds Creek) that goes uninterrupted all the way to the city. We can lend you a push bike or two to enjoy it. There are plenty of parking spots in the street. There is a garage you can use if you want to store your car in the long term (access to the garage is not easy because the climb is steep); There is plenty of space to store things in the cellar. There is a large capacity gas heater in the lounge. The house has a large garden where you can sun bake or have a BBQ. The room is large and has a full size bed, a desk with a chair, a wardrobe, electric blankets and gas heater. It has a large window (5 meters wide) to the garden. There is one bathroom and one toilet in two separate rooms that you will be sharing with two other occupants. There is washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, fridge, slow cooker, stove, oven, cappuccino coffee maker, American coffee maker, coffee grinder, microwave, vitamiser, toaster, etc., that you are welcome to share with the rest of the house mates. No TV but you can use our large computer, screen and speakers to enjoy movies, TV programs or music; no dishwasher. RATES: ________ $180 per week per perso or $220 per week per couple in a private room, all bills included “Couple” refers to two friends, each willing to be responsible for both. Pet: Extra charge - to be assessed. The room is available from August 2017, 3 months minimum. Internet, electricity, gas, water, use of our washing machine and enjoyment of all the common areas of the house are included. There is a 3 weeks’ bond. Communal duties include cleaning after yourself and sharing the common areas' cleaning.
I'm a tidy, clean, organised person looking to stay with people who are like minded. Enjoy hanging out with whoever I stay with and also like to keep to myself. Loves a glass of wine at night ☺️
Hi, My name is Tayla and my sister and I are looking for a room to rent out, either one or two bedrooms, we can manage. We are in urgent request to find a place due to unstable living arrangements with our parents, need to get out, so please, any and every offers are thankful. We are always so busy, we both have jobs in the city and I myself am a fulltime student as well at Footscray park. We are clean, neat and friendly. We are pretty much only home when we sleep and shower or if we have a day off work which is rare. We gym and eat healthy, (do love snacks now and then) We dont have any pets but we dont mind animals one bit, love them. Please contact me thru this and if needed, i can talk over the phone or meet for coffee.
I have recently started working full-time as a Graduate Civil Engineer in the Melbourne CBD. I currently live at home with my parents in Wallan, but I am looking to live closer to the city in an effort to cut my travel times to work, friends and social activities. I have decided I am ready to take this step in independence. I clean after myself in all common areas, and try to keep my personal areas tidy. I am always up for a chat, but am happy to give people space when required. I enjoy watching the footy, playing games (board games or video games), seeing friends, going to gigs, and when I have spare time, photography. My weekdays are generally busy. Apart from work, I spend a lot of time after work seeing my friends and partaking in social activities. When I am not doing that, I like to chill at home, playing games, watching YouTube or just lazing about listening to music. My weekends are very similar, but I try to get one day at home to recharge for the week ahead. Looking for something which will be around 600pcm including bills. Other things I look for include off-street car parking, space to fit a desk, bookshelf and bed, and space to fit an arm chair preferably outside my room (although I am not against others using it in common areas)
Lovely renovated 70's house with spare room for our guests, and shared bathroom (don't worry I work super early so the odds of us trying to get ready at the same time is pretty much zero unless we're going out together) and of corse a large empty room for you! Yay
We are a Pakistani couple. We are peaceful, friendly and sanitarian. We love everyone's privacy. I am a full time worker and my wife is a full time student.
I am currently living with my sister, however I feel I need a new lease on life. I am a 36 year old male who has a partner, I work hard plus I don't smoke but do drink a little. I work at a dog grooming salon but my days can vary week to week. Hobbies include photography, gaming, gping out and love music. I am house trained as i can cook, also clean, and keep the house neat and tidy. I don't party much, and I will always respect people around me so noise is usaully kept to a minimum. I am looking for places hopefully closer to work, but nothing too far away. Happy to live with male and female roomates, as long as we all get along well.
