I am a future Masters by Research student at the Western Sydney University and looking for a nice place around Parramatta where my campus is. I am a calm and independent person. I keep to myself normally but do not mind socializing from time to time. :)
Hi! We are moving to Sydney in February and are looking for one or two housemates to join us in starting a new share house. I have recently graduated from Uni and am starting a job in media and Dave studies nursing and works as a bartender. We are both easy going individuals, very clean and enjoy a good chat as well as time to ourselves. I will be working full-time and Dave will be working part-time whilst studying. Just a bit about myself: I love exercise and the outdoors, I love hiking/bushwalking, I have a horse (don’t worry he won’t be living with us), I enjoy cooking, I enjoy a good cheese plate and a glass of wine, I enjoy traveling and I enjoy history. We are looking in areas such as Parramatta, Rydalmere, Ryde, Epping and surrounding suburbs. We are looking to pay up to $300-400 between the two of us. We are looking for a place that is in close proximity to public transport for convenience to Sydney CBD. We have two cars so street parking, a carport or a garage is a must. If we sound like the type of people that you would like to live with, get in touch! Feel free to send me a message
Im a 26 year old from Far North Queensland who has been living in Sydney for the last 8 years. I am ideally looking for an apartment with 1-3 other people who are friendly and sociable like myself. Im not looking for a 24 hour party house but im also not looking for a convent either - people who are up for a couple of drinks and a meal at the pub or the occasional weekend exploring is what im looking for. I work full time at a professional role in Rydalmere and am generally leaving the house by 7:00am and getting back at 4:30/5:00pm Monday to Friday. When im not working im generally cooking, travelling, scuba diving, going on eating and/or drinking adventures, playing computer games, going to the gym (buddies welcome) or some combination of all of the above.
Double room available sharing a neat and tidy 3 bedroom house. House located close to local shops and in a nice quiet street and suburb and only minutes from Parramatta CBD. 15 mins walk from Dundas train station. All modern appliances inc Foxtel and 5G wifi. I'm an easy going female in late 30's that is Australian and very independent, is very quiet, non smoker that is very clean but not OCD, I keep to myself. It is a nice quiet area in a large 3bdr brick home, a huge 24 square metre (alot bigger than pics in person) room with built ins, sliding door to your own balcony, coffee table. everything but bedding, 1 minute to bus stop, 7 minutes walk to train, minutes to parks (minutes to dog park), gas cooking and off st parking. Must love dogs as my friendly and playful alaskan malamute loves company in the house. I have a 3rd room that is empty and a large back room for storage. I have had many horrible flatmates so my flatmate needs to be a female, responsible, mature minded, easy going and communicative. Could have a smoker but only outside. Bills are very fair and cheap. PETS OK (rent then maybe higher)... NO MEN OR COUPLES please

HI ! I ´am a french Student looking for accommodation in Sydney for the 15th February, for 4 months. I come in Sydney because I found an internship at the university of Macquarie in behavioural biology. I´am serious guys and I would like to enjoy my stay in Sydney by meeting new people and share good moments with them.
I am a full-time worker in Business/IT and going to university to study IT & Law. Work and university are based in Macquarie so ideally I would like to move into a three bedroom stylish/modern apartment with two other participants in the surrounding suburbs. I am a very neat person and like to keep things clean. Even though I have a high work-load, I do get turned up on weekends, enjoying the company of friends and beers while watching Rick and Morty. I appreciate weeknights as being quiet nights except for special occasion. I am happy moving out with both males/females under the age of 25 as long as you're a clean person and not a weirdo. I'm not really interested in moving out with couples (break-ups and lease issues aren't worth it). I'm looking at securing a place before/around the time my current lease runs out in March and I can also provide essential furniture/appliances If you are interested in teaming up with me you can contact me and we can meet up and have a coffee then potentially look into the right property together.
I am a 26 year old civil engineer recently moved to Sydney from Brisbane and looking for housemates! I am a reliable, well mannered and respectable guy, who's clean and tidy. I love pets but don't have any of my own. I also love music but I promise I won't sing in the shower. I've lived in sharehouses since I was 18 and well accustomed to living independently. I have my own bedroom furniture. When I'm home, I'm sociable and very relaxed. My job is stable and I'm looking for something long term (6-24 months). I often work away, so you may or may not notice I go missing for weeks. I am away in Wellington until about early to mid February, and will be looking to move in then. Hope to hear from you!

I'm easy-going and laid back. I like to think I'm reasonably clean. I'm super friendly. I don't mind being alone or being with a bunch of friends having a drink or two. I love to cook and will probably bake more things than we can eat. And honestly, I'm a complete nerd. I'm also an avid gamer, so it'd be nice to have potential roomies to co-op with. I have a car, so there's also potential Maccas runs at 3am / to tote our groceries back :D Feel free to message me if we seem like potential roomies! Looking forward to meeting you.
