The main bathroom is shared with the laundry but would otherwise be your own. Bedroom is unfurnished. I can supply a queen bed frame but not mattress for the second bedroom. The house was recently built so everything is in proper working order and clean. The room itself has never been lived in, is carpeted and has a built-in robe. The room is available unfurnished or a single bed and bedside table can be provided. It has a private bathroom for each of the two main bedrooms, a spacious living room with comfortable leather couches, air-conditioning and a large flat-screen TV, plus various gaming consoles. The property also has a two-car garage which the tenant will have access to. There is a modern security system installed. The two main bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the house so we can keep maintain our privacy when we need it. The house is professionally cleaned once a fortnight. It's right off the Hutton Street FWY exit so almost anywhere in central Perth is 10-15 minutes away at most. There are bike paths going along the freeway to Lake Monger, it's a short drive to the beach and it's close to the best gym in the world - Ninja Academy. Really close to the Mezz, an awesome shopping centre in Mt Hawthorn, the Innaloo Shopping Centre and Event Cinemas and the 24-hour IGA in Leederville is right down the road. UberEats options are also amazing if you're feeling too lazy to cook. House rules include no smoking, no recreational drug use in the house and giving notice before holding any events.

Hello potential room mate/s :) Ive moved here from brisbane in december 2016. Im a very fit and active person, I am currently prepping for a bodybuilding show in May so my days/ weeks are very regimented. I get tired easily but still like to interact and make everyone feel like they can talk to me 😂 I love animals but dont have any - So its a win-win for me if you do. I dont smoke and I rarely drink but i do like to be social and go out - Im a good cook and if youre too lazy to cook dinner one night, i'll be happy to make us something. My weekends are usually spent cooking meals for my next week, catching up with friends and exploring what this great city has to offer. Over the last 8 years of renting I have lived with mainly females too, so maybe that shows I'm a very clean and tidy person if all females can handle me.. I do drive, so parking would be a preference but not a necessity as perth has lots of street parking. I work Monday to Friday in the city.. I know boring office job, but I am also an online fitness coach so it’s a win for you if you are looking to improve your fitness and nutrition. I think I have covered everything about me, only thing to do is meet me in person and see for yourself if you like me - Im also looking for anywhere between 6-12 months, maybe less but as i've moved here from brisbane. i'm trying to find a place where I can start to build myself and not have to move around a lot.
