Easy to get on with and keen to make new friends in Perth. Just moved here from England to start work for the next several months. Travelled for 2 months around Indonesia before venturing to Aus. Working as an arborist based in Scarborough 🌳 Work hard but enjoy going out at the weekend and always up for exploring new places. Used to living with other people throughout university. Into my sport and play golf, tennis, gym, cycling and surf. Live on the coast back home in England so love the beach too.
easy to live with, not bothered by hardly anything my housemates do 😊 20 years old, looking for people who aren't like minded and easy going working casual at a cafe in leederville weekdays and night shift job on weekends. aaaaand i have a cat, she's the most gentle affectionate little thing 💝
Hello potential room mate/s :) Ive moved here from brisbane in december. So im still semi-new to perth and what there is to do! Im a very fit and active person, yet I too have my lazy days where you'll find me in my bedroom watching a movie and ordering a pizza. If you like the movie choice I'll be happy to share my pizza! I train at the gym 6 days a week and work in sales in belmont, I love animals but dont have any - So its a win-win for me if you do. I dont smoke and I rarely drink but i do like to be social and go out - Im a good cook and if youre too lazy to cook dinner one night, i'll be happy to make us something. My weekends are usually spent cooking meals for my next week, catching up with friends and exploring what this great city has to offer. Over the last 8 years of renting I have lived with mainly females too, so maybe that shows I'm a very clean and tidy person? Or maybe I just like to make sure that everyone on a specific day gets in and cleans the whole place and then we can enjoy a nice meal out somewhere I do drive, so parking would be a preference but not a necessity as perth has lots of street parking. As well as a furnished room due to only moving here with my suitcases - However I have started looking at bedroom furniture (it would be about time to get my own things over here) I think I have covered everything about me, only thing to do is meet me in person and see for yourself if you like me - Im also looking for anywhere between 6-12 months, maybe less but as i've moved here from brisbane in December i'm trying to find a place where I can start to build myself and not have to move around
The home is conveniently located close to city, beach, shops, cafes. Clean, beautifully renovated, furnished (HD TV, FTA antenna point, ducted air con, ceiling fan, tall boy drawers), alarmed, secure with roller shutters, outdoor bbq & al fresco area, fish pond, vegie patch and awesome housemates :) Convenient central location; - 1 zone to city (1 minute walk to bus stop) - 5 min drive to the City/Northbridge - 5 min walk to Osborne Park cafe strip, gym, library, IGA, PO, park - 12 min drive to the beach Rent includes all bills and unlimited internet. If you are interested please contact us to arrange a visit. :) P.S Sorry no furry friends or smokers !
Hey guys 😊 My name is Steffen. I am from Germany and I will start my working holiday year in mid-october. The German company I am working for has an Australian affiliated company that will hire me for six month when I am in Australia. That means I will be employed immediately when I move to WA. I have been in WA three times this year and I am already a bit familiar with the Australian language and culture. Concerning me, I am an easy going and caring person that likes being outdoors and several kinds of sports. I play European football for a local team and I also like/play volleyball, table tennis, fitness/body weight exercises, bouldering, hiking. Of course I like hanging out, chilling, drinking a cold beer and having a nice conversation. I prefer to live in an open flat-sharing-community with nice people. Cats and dogs are absolutely no problem. I also prefer a furnished room. I’ll be in Perth on the 13th or 14th of October.
Hi! I'm Ashleigh, 34 from Northern Ireland and hope to move to Perth since restrictions on my job role have been uplifted! Yay! I am actively seeking work at present, with a few interviews in the pipeline. I am a hard working professional who likes to have a drink some weekends to unwind. (the Irish in me!) I am clean, tidy and very house proud. I would like to make friends and go on random road trips exploring Perth and greater areas. I have a keen interest in food, from cooking and going to food shows. I love animals and the great outdoors! I have visited Perth before and its a wonderful city and the surrounding areas are equally as wonderful!
Hey! My name is Emma. I work full time as a teacher, into health and fitness and love being by the beach. I have a three year old Labrador who is absolutely gorgeous so will need somewhere that is happy to have him too. I like to keep pretty quiet during the week with training and school work, but occasionally have people over for dinner. Don't mind having people over for drinks etc on the weekends, but definitely don't want to live in a party house. I've got lots of household items (fridge, washing machine, Thermomix, TV, couch etc etc... actually, pretty much a whole house worth) but can put everything in storage if the house is fully furnished. I would need an unfurnished bedroom though. Would also prefer my own bathroom and built in wardrobes. If you think we would be a good match, send me a message! 🏡😊
I am currently studying economics and finance at curtin while working part time 4 days a week. I am a pet lover of any size and I do have a little schnoodle (non hair shedding dog) who I'd be looking to home as well, he is a fan of licking everybody but is completely obedient and house trained:) I am not a massive fan of partying but do enjoy a drink or few on my weekends off, if I am lucky enough to get one! I am also very bubbly and independent and love a good chat. I am looking for a room to rent basically anywhere north of the river and would be happy to start a new share house with someone!
Hi, I'm Tina. an experienced, responsible renter who is looking for a granny flat or self-contained studio to lease. I started a new compliance auditor job in West Perth on 4/9 and would love to move close to this area and as soon as possible, although I will look at areas further out from West Perth if suitable. I can move on 16th September or after this date. I am responsible with bills, clean, tidy and will look after your property like my own. I have a talking baby galah who is in training for education and is caged when I am at work or not home. He is toilet trained and has a social personality with people. I am an outside smoker who is overly considerate of those who are not. I am a vegetarian who enjoys gadgets, tech, walking, portrait painting among other interests. If you feel that I am suitable for your property please reply on this site or phone.
Our awesome modern home is furnished, it comes with ducted vacuum, ducted aircon, a study/ yoga area upstairs, 3 bathrooms (so we each have our own) and 4 bedrooms (one being the spare room for guests and storage). Your bedroom is a spacious double room (can fit a queen bed with two bedside tables). It's quite lit up with double windows, double wardrobe and a separate bathroom with your own toilet and shower (photo attached). The home is close to the local shops, café strips, gym, and public transport – its tucked away in a suburbia street so there’s no traffic! We are 10 minutes from CBD, 5 minutes from Leederville, 10 minutes from Mt Hawthorn, 15 from the coast and close to both freeway entries.

Hi everyone I'm originally from New Zealand and have been living in Finland for the past 9 yrs. Now I'm moving to Australia to start a new life so I'm looking for a place to get started from. As I don't know Perth at all 4 weeks would be great to get myself organised and orientated. All questions can be answered by phone, message or email looking forward to hearing from anyone.
A current housemate is moving internationally for work, so we are looking to find a new housemate. It's a funky house just 10 minutes from the CBD. The photos show the house when I bought it two years ago. It has a few less decorations but it has the same style. There is a photo of the bedroom for rent but it is no longer furnished (I was hoping it would help get a feel for the size) and has a built in wardrobe. It has two toilets and one bathroom. The price includes all bills and a cleaner. Price includes a garage space. We are two young professionals that want a friendly housemate to enjoy the occasional beer with.
