I started cycling a few months ago (and loving it!) and would probably commute to the university by bike. I enjoy breadmaking, cooking, playing music (mostly the ukulele these days) and I'm crazy about foreign languages and movie soundtracks. I'm fluent in French. I volunteer at sports events every now and then. I went to a cooking school long time ago and worked as a pastry chef for about 4 years, so I definitely know how to keep a kitchen clean. I am a working professional in the Hospitality industry, working full time in the Prospect area. When I'm not at work I like to keep to myself, but am still a sociable person. I love to cook, watch movies and play some video games here and there. I have a beautiful Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy, she is 13 weeks old and very well behaved, so a backyard would be great, but also if the property is close to some parks that would also be an advantage. My girlfriend Emma and I are both clean and tidy people and we are both easy to get along with, and will go above and beyond to ensure the happiness and cleanliness of the property is at the highest standards.
The property is an old Federation home from the 1890s on the outskirts of the Adelaide Parklands, less than 10 mins from CBD. It is cute and cottage-y with a great back verandah and garden. It comes with ducted ac, huge built-in cupboards and wood fire heating. The hot water is great also and there is fast NBN. The house is close to public transport, Plant 4, a good gym and the Aquatic Centre. Sorry no vegans, smokers or pets. The bedroom for rent has huge built-ins so there's no need for a wardrobe. It is furnished with a queen bed, a chest of drawers, sidetable and desk. These can be stored if you prefer your own furniture.
