Hello! We are a couple, Ben (24) and Emily (23). Ben works in the film industry and Emily works in retail and will be studying her Masters in history. We have recently moved from Melbourne to Sydney to study and work. We are taking 2019 off study to work full time and settle in Sydney. We are both clean, reliable and friendly! In between our busy schedules we like to be a bit social but we also really value relax/chill time. Emily is vegetarian but easy going. Would love housemates who are also pretty easygoing but also mature and respectful of each other. Our perfect place would be somewhere with a spacious room that we can bring our own bedroom furniture, a car spot, storage, close to trains/buses, and with clean and tidy housemates. If this sounds like you, or if you think your place ticks at least a few of those - we'd love to hear from you! Hopefully we are a match and can make a little place our home!
Current postgraduate law student at UNSW looking for a place to move into. I'm pretty fun, energetic, but studious! I work part time in arts administration in Erskineville and do a bit of volunteer work. I am pet-friendly (if there are pets), a non-smoker and generally tidy. Flexible on starting a fresh house with people or moving into a place. Have previous lived both on my own and in a share house in Canberra.
Hello. I have recently moved to Sydney for work full-time at UNSW and am looking for a sharehouse with other professionals. I'm from Tasmania, but have lived in Montreal & Italy and spent a year travelling in Asia. I love travelling, camping, hiking, photography, languages, reading, board games, cooking, medical research and meeting new people.
Starting a full time position as a content manager in Sydney, moving down from Lennox Head. I spend my free time surfing, petting dogs and drinking coffee...oh and the occasional red wine.
I'm a full-time uni student at UNSW working part-time in Bondi Junction, looking for a private room to move into ASAP as I, unfortunately, have to move out of my current place due to my roommate moving home :(. Hoping to stay in the Eastern Suburbs as its where I study and work. I can be social and outgoing as well as keep to myself. I don't smoke or own any pets either.
We are two friends on a working holiday visa looking for two private rooms in the same house
This bright newly built and newly furnished room will suit a quiet neat person who wants clean, new and comfortable private accommodation in a great convenient central location. This large studio room is part of an extension to a newly renovated heritage terrace and is fully furnished with new furniture including queen bed, cupboard, bar fridge and 32inch flat screen led tv. Also, there is a kitchenette with sink, bar fridge and own private en-suite bathroom! There are other facilities available including a new generous shared communal kitchen and also a laundry with washing machine and dryer. It is less than a 5 minute walk to Taylor Square/Oxford St. Transport options (bus) are very close by but you can walk into centre of city in about 15 minutes, 20 minutes max, roughly 10 minutes to the southern end of Hyde Park. Supermarket (Woolworths on Bourke St), a surfeit of cafes (including personal favourites: Organic Bread Bar -great bread and baked goods, coffee, Cafe con Leche - great coffee and Columbian food, South Dowling sandwiches - filling and bargain sandwiches and salads) and nightlife are all very close by, a short walk. Best to email me for contact or sms with some details about yourself but not after 10pm please. No smoking inside but you can smoke outside provided you bin your butts. The rent is $380 per week for one person and $430 per week for a couple. Bond is $1,000.00, no additional bills (washing machine is $4 a pop). Wifi is available throughout the house and living areas however there is also an ethernet connection in the studio room for direct connecting your laptop etc to the broadband network without any added charge. Most of the others staying here are in their 20s and 30s but older is fine too - it is a friendly house but definitely not a party house and is ideal for someone who wants their own comfortable, clean and quiet private room. 3 month minimum stay check out the photos...
I am a frenchie, traveling around the world who decided to put my backpack in Australia for minimum 1 year, especially at Sydney to upgrade my career. I am looking for some stability, a place that I can call "Home sweet home". I like to party but also like to chill and meditate at home, never against a chat or a drink. I'm open-minded, always smiling and in a good mood. I'm pet friendly and open to discover new cultures and lifestyle!

I've just been promoted to a new role in Sydney and am excited to be moving down! I'm originally from Brisbane but am familiar with Sydney as I've spent quite a bit of time there and some of my best friends live there. I'm clean, tidy and work hard so I'm looking to live with another young professional. An ideal move-in date would be Saturday, May 4. I'd love to hear more about you / the room if you think I'm a suitable candidate.

A young professional working in Potts Point. Active interests in physical health, Art and Design, travel, environment and working hard! Looking to relocate and downsize out of Redfern into something more homely with more like minded people. Ideally I would like to surround myself with young professionals who are clean and tidy and respectful of the other housemates.
I'm moving up from Melbourne for work, looking for a place to settle in for a few months. I'm a pretty social and bubbly person, keen to get involved into the sydney city lifystyle. I enjoy my sport so I'll have to be content with learning to get my head around the different footy code. Me as a housemate, I enjoy getting out and about a fair bit, but certainly value down time as well. I also consider myself a pretty tidy and easy going person who loves coffee!
Generous Queen size, quiet and bright room in renovated Paddington townhouse with two housemates. The open-plan living area and sunny courtyard provide a sunny space to relax. House is fully furnished, new dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The room comes unfurnished, although it has a wardrobe. The Paddington lifestyle is literally just 2 minutes walk to Oxford Street, Paddington Intersection and Fiveways!
I'm 26 years old, and have just moved over from Auckland, New Zealand working full time in sales. I'm a bubbly, tidy person who enjoys getting out and about and being social as well as a chill night on the couch with some wine, a cheeseboard and Netflix! Always down for a laugh and wanting a place who are all friends not just housemates.
Traveling from Chicago to Sydney for work and looking for a short term lease (1 to 2 months) beginning end of May. Full time job during the week, but I am eager to explore everything that Sydney and surrounding areas has to offer in my free time. Easy going, clean person who enjoys drinks on the weekends, sports, travel and music.
This is the best location in Paddington. Right on Glenmore road, a stone's throw away from Oxford street with countless shops, bars and cafes. Also close to direct buses to Bondi and the city. Ideally looking for someone to go on the lease (ending Oct).
