Hello everyone. I'm from the UK originally and have been loving the Eastern Suburbs since 2005, should have bought a place way back. Oh well. Very easy going straight guy who gets along with everyone from all walks of life. Whilst i enjoy company I’m also very respectful of privacy, other people’s property, and food! Clean and tidy, no Gordon Ramsey but happy to cook for my house friends in the kitchen via the bbq - summer’s coming.... I work full time it IT sales for a global technology company called NEC. Work hours are flexible and I often entertain clients in the afternoon / evenings. If you're looking for someone who doesn't hide in their room, is warm and friendly, likes a beer but never brings the party home, is reliable with rent / bills and is taking a year out of the dating scene then look no further, let's chat. Thanks for taking the time to read the above and best of luck if I'm not the right fit for your house. All the best, Steve.
Fantastic 3-story terrace with courtyard. Close to shops, bars, pubs, and transport. With a park nearby as well as lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, this is the perfect place for you! House is in perfect proximity to the Surry Hills, CBD, Coogee, Randwick, and Bondi. Rent includes WIFI, basic cleaning products, staples, and a cleaner once a week.
Chilled, down to earth working professional (Telco). Been in Sydney just over a year before that I was living on the Gold Coast. Looking for place to call home to stay long term rather than be a guest in someone else’s house. Those I live with generally become good mates. Preferably I would like to be back by the sea but close enough to all the action and public transport etc. Living in Redfern now which has been cool but miss the beach vibe and ive recently changed work location. Into usual stuff beach, gym, hiking, going on adventures, travel etc. I do have a car so would prefer off street parking or on street as a last option. Open to teaming up to get a place too. Message me if you need any info. Cheers Adam
I'm Connie, I'm a chilled out, open minded, calm and friendly person and love to meet new people.. I graduated Uni last year, spent this year travelling & am now back in the beautiful Sydney! I'm spending this summer working part time and will be moving into my media / marketing career in the new year. I am a yoga instructor, love the gym, cooking & socialising, although I stay pretty quiet through the week and normally just chill out Mon to Fri.. Enjoy going out with my friends on the weekend to the beach or for a Margi! Open minded and would love to have a house with similar nice people :) Thanks!
I'm Holly and I'm 24. I work full time in corporate and financial comms which keeps me pretty busy during the week. I try and get to the gym most days either before or after work. On the weekend I'm usually out and about with friends or my boyfriend. When I'm home, I'm probably just relaxing with a book or netflix. I'm house trained, so have no problems wiping down a bench or taking the rubbish out. I know my way around the kitchen so if I bake a cake, feel free to have a piece. I'm always up for a chat with my housemates but get the need for space. I'm looking to move ASAP so please get in touch if you have something for me! .
Hello! I am Emma and I will be moving to Sydney in 2018 for university. I will be studying full time as well as working a part time job and doing regular babysitting meaning I will often be out during before school and after school hours. I love living a healthy lifestyle. I also LOVE days at the beach. I enjoy being sociable but also really appreciate my alone time and time for study.
Looking for somewhere for at least 2 months but definitely open to the possibility of staying longer if the offer is there! A bit about me: I’m 31 and work as a software engineer in Surry Hills. I’m laid back, tidy and respectful and enjoy socialising and kicking back to a good TV series or documentary in the evening. Give me a shout if you're within 30 minutes bike ride from the city and I'll come over so you can meet me and show me around. Cheers and hope to hear from you soon! Oliver.

Hi there! I am a 25 yr old, young professional working full-time in the banking/finance industry. I am about to move to Sydney for work and am looking for a place to call home. I live a fairly active lifestyle and enjoying being outdoors so tend to get out of the house most weekends. I am clean, respectful and would like to have housemates who I can have a good chat with every now and then. I am looking to either find a room in a house or team up with 1 or 2 others to start a new house.
Private, queen room available 7th- 28th December in a light, airy Paddington house. The house is 30 seconds walk away from transport connections to Bondi Junction and the city. Centennial park is a 5 minute walk away and is surrounded by the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants that characterise the Paddington and Woollahra suburbs. Internet is unlimited and included in the rent. The TV has access to Netflix, again, included in the rent. I am British and visiting family in England for Christmas so the room is only available for 3 weeks (7th December-28th December) As this is a festive time, any new temporary housemate will be asked to be respectful of the house. Company is ok but we are not a party house, preferring to make use of the pubs and bars of Paddington of which there are many!

This newly renovated apartment is one of 6 in the apartment block and is perfectly located right in the heart of Paddington. Would be perfect for a young professional seeking to live in a nice, friendly, tidy apartment right in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs. 20 second walk to Woolworths and bustling Five Ways which has all the cafes / restaurants / cute shops you could ask for. Also extremely well located (5 minute walk max) for easy access to public transport into the city or to go further East. A quiet, leafy street right across the road from the RHW Dog Park this place will give you serious neighbourhood vibes. Paddington is right up the hill from Darlinghurst, next door to Woollarha, and a quick 15 minute drive to the beautiful beaches. The apartment itself is perfect for 2 people. You'll be in a large double bedroom with large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The bedroom is unfurnished but has room enough for a King bed. The wider apartment has a nice living area perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with a 50" Smart TV (Netflix and Stan compatible). The kitchen features a dishwasher, plenty of pantry space, gas stove and oven, and a brand-new 40L fridge. The bathroom is shared with your housemate, but is quite large so shouldn't feel cramped, and is newly renovated and is in amazing condition. There is also a small laundrette inside the apartment and will feature a washing machine. There is also a shared dryer/washing machine and clothesline in the shared apartment block backyard. On-street parking would require a permit, but you shouldn't have a problem finding one close-by if need be. Internet is NBN 100 Unlimited so you can stream / work from home / surf the web to your heart's content.
Hi, I'm Andrew. I recently moved out of New York City after 8 years of being a professional I decided to travel the world for a few months. I am now ready to settle in Sydney for a new adventure. I love to travel so I've been working on travel blog. For fun I like to go on sporadic adventures, the beach, yoga and I enjoy happy hour! I love music and entertaining. I'm just clean and tidy and considerate of others. I used to be chef (one one my many careers) so if your looking for a great meal I'm your guy!
I am 25 years old, origionaly from Cape Town, but I've immigrated to Sydney indefinitely. I work as a contracts administrator for a construction company. I'm very active and outdoorsy and play rugby socially. I get fomo, it's a weakness of mine. I like socialising, getting out and having a beer or two. I consider myself a fair cook. I'm tidy and I always clean up after my self. Yeah, that's about it.
