Hi! I am a 32 year French girl and I am working full time as a Project Manager in HR (sponsor visa). I am looking for a room in a shared house close to Eastern suburbs. The best of the best would be to have a view on the Harbour, ocean or some nature. I am looking for friendly house mates who want to share a beer or a glass of wine after work and watch some series on Netflix! It would be great for me to find people with who I can discuss with at dinner time and be part of a "foreign family" ;-) I love traveling (US, Asia, Europe...). I am easy-going and respectful. I am used to live in shared houses so no problem of cleaning behind me and share house keeping tasks. I am a beginner in photography, I love to discover new places around Sydney on the week end and have brunch on Sunday morning. I speak French and English. Thanks ! Marie
I’m Amanda, 25 and arrived in Sydney a few weeks back. I’m looking to rent somewhere nearer the CBD ( and in close proximity to great coffee and brunch - priorities!) I’m from England and worked in Marketing the past few years. I’m looking to live in a share house/flat with a lovely bunch of people who enjoy the odd G&T/beer and just generally nice people!
We'll find that out together ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ But I can tell you that I'm easygoing and I'm eager to help whenever I'm needed. I'm arriving from São Paulo, Brazil, where I worked as an investment banker. Traveling was my biggest motivation to go to work every morning, so I figured I could take this time to invest in my educational and personal development.
One bedroom available in a beautiful two bedroom cottage in Paddington. The house has sandstone walls and floor to ceiling windows. Fully furnished kitchen inclusive of dishwasher. Laundry/dryer available in the house. This is quite an unique property. Very light-filled, rooms are in the upper floor. And the house is covered in art and stylish furniture. Walking distance to the city and one walk away from oxford street. Perfect spot for catching the buses to Bondi Beach. House is fully furnished with all the appliances needed. Room has an inbuilt wardrobe and comes with furniture, which includes a single bed.
AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY! Close to Edgecliff station & 5 min train to City, 5 Ways (Pubs, Restaurants & coffee shops) & F45!! I am looking to rent out the second bedroom in my lovely Paddington apartment, it is a very popular block with well kept gardens and two outdoor pools. The apartment is large and bright, 6th floor & right at the back of the block so it overlooks a forest. It Is fully furnished with a large balcony. The furniture is mostly new, some wood, some white washed... happy for a new tenant to contribute or make some changes as there is currently some things that I would be fine with seeing go. It is situated in Paddington, down the end of Hampden St so only a flight of stairs to Edgecliff station (no noise can be heard from the apartment, it is very quiet) & a 5min train to city. Also, 5-10min walk from 5 ways and Oxford St. Trumper Oval, Tennis Courts & F45 is at the end of the street. Off street parking (car port) directly outside the front door, that currently isn’t being used so can be included.
Hey all! I'm from Glasgow, Scotland. I've been working and living in Sydney for a year now. I've lived in shared accommodation throughout the duration of my stay. So super clean, tidy and respectful. I'm not looking for a party house but do enjoy having a drink or two! I’m a sociable person and would like to potentially make new pals with my housemates. Looking for somewhere long term around 6 months of so. Looking for a private room too :) Feel free to ask me anything Zahrah xoxo
Hello! Our names are Alyssa and Alana! I know it is really early to be posting this, but we are looking to move in somewhere in February/ March 2019 and just thought that we would go ahead and put this out there! We are 22 and coming to live in Sydney with a Working Holiday Visa as a Gap Year after we graduate university. We have both been to Australia before to study abroad about a year ago, one of us studied in Sydney and the other in Gold Coast, and we fell in love with this country! So we're coming back! We are obsessed with travel and learning other cultures. We also like to have a good time every once in a while and would love to become friends with our flatmates so we can all go out and have fun sometimes and maybe make fam dinners! We are planning to be working full time in order to save money to travel around the second 6 months of our stay! We are looking for a place that has two bed available and we are also open to TEAMUPs! As we will not have cars, we are also looking for a place that is in walking distance to a train station! We really prefer to live with other females* but are open to getting to know others! We look forward to hearing from you!
Work full time in the city so out pretty much every day, spend the rest of my time at the beach, even in winter ;) Always happy to hang out at the end of the day and go out for a drink with flat mates and happy to keep to myself too.
Hi! I'm relocating to Sydney early July for a new job and looking for a private room close to Sydney CBD. I will be working full time in a hotel in the city. I have experience living in a shared house and am very responsible, quiet, considerate, easy-going, clean and tidy- will always pay rent/bills on time! Non smoker, not a party animal- I work shifts/long hours so on my off days I like to chill at home, read, Netflix or go for brunch. I enjoy my private time and space and will respect yours too however I would love to have flatmates I get along well with and share the occasional meal/movie night. Preferably female roommates only. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi there, I'm Anna - in the process of moving to Sydney. I work full-time in Philanthropy, love snorkeling/diving, and find music, driving and cooking incredibly relaxing. I tend to either be by a window listening to whatever song I've fallen in love with from Spotify, on long drives out of town for the weekend or mixing up a late-night salted caramel sauce. I also think I'll perpetually be working to improve my Spanish, and currently, I'm preparing for surfing lessons. I'm a non-smoker with a habit of cleaning as I go. I like socialising over food and/or drinks, or a game of pool (that I'd probably tank but thoroughly enjoy)! However, striking a balance between a fun night out or in, and respecting each other's space is a priority. I've shared houses in Melbourne, New York, and Granada and have always made it a point to be part of a home wherever I am. Generally flexible with things such as move-in dates, amenities etc, as securing a great home is my priority so please feel free to get in touch.
Hi, I am Maryam a software developer who has recently started a full time job at a banking company in Sydney. I am moving from Canberra and I am looking to share a place close to my work for a short time till I rent a unit for myself. I am relatively calm but definitely not anti-social. I like to chill out in the evenings during the week or possibly have a cuppa or coffee with a friend. On the weekends I like to do some sports, watch a movie or have a brunch/dinner with friends. I am a very considerate person who cares about people’s privacy and the shared space. I am keen to try new food recipes every now and then and like to keep the kitchen clean.

Hey! I'm moving to Sydney from Brisbane as I've received a promotion and need a place to live. I work full time and pay all bills on time. I am clean and tidy and very low maintenance. I don't smoke or party much but I am definitely sociable and enjoy chatting and hanging out with friends. I welcome the chance to talk with you should you think I would fit in with your house and more than happy to answer any questions you might have. Look forward to hearing from you :)
I'm looking for a new flatmate to take over the second bedroom in my cosy 2-bedroom apartment in Paddington! The room: Queen bed on palettes, 2 clothing racks, 1 tv unit. The apartment is in a perfectly convenient location with lots of buses to the city, a 5-minute walk to UNSW Art & Design and a 10-minute bus ride to UNSW. It's a 5-minute walk to Woolworths and a 10-minute walk to Aldi. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. It's a lovely place that was newly renovated about a year ago. There's a balcony which we use mostly for drying laundry and a lovely sunroom that you can use as a dining or work area. It's fully furnished. No pets but cat friendly :)

My housemate and I recently secured a beautiful and huge 3 bedroom house in Paddington that we're looking for someone to share with us. The house has a really large double living / dining area plus a separate living area on the way to the kitchen meaning we'd each have our own space should we want it. The property has a decent size terrace that we're planning on kitting out with a BBQ and outdoor furniture in time for summer, + 2 of the bedrooms have balconies. The property has been newly painted and clearly looked after by the landlord. Re. the bedrooms we have 2 options as I'm flexible with which one I take: Master Bedroom: Oversized room w large built in robe, fireplace + good size private balcony. $450pw including some bills Second Bedroom: Large size with large built in. $390pw including some bills We also have a spare double bed should you require one. 5 ways is a 5 min walk away, Kings Cross station is 14 mins and Oxford Street also 10-15 min walk. We can also potentially have a pet pending approval of said pet from the landlord. **Floorplan is of the house next door but is identical, just the other way around :) Internet included
